Everything was of very good standard. Just two downsides: (1) Lack of porch in front of the property to get dropped and picked up was a headache. (2) With the world moving to vergtarian and vegan, the choice of vegetratian food options was limited.

This property has excellent location, the restaurant offers great choices of fresh fish, tasty food, craft cocktails and beautiful view. Our room was spotless and comfortable, the receptionist was polite and made us feel welcomed!

Some of the friendliest and most helpful hotel staff I encountered. Much friendlier staff (and staff actually taking pride in their jobs) than any hotel I've stayed in the USA. This is a great hotel to arrive from an overseas flight to beat the jeltag in their beautiful spa.

This is an excellent hotel in one of Belgrade's best neighborhoods. Their rooms are spotless, and their service is second to none. The beds are neither too soft nor too hard, and there is a wide variety of pillows available. The hotel also has two fantastic restaurants, and they will go out of their way to make your stay unforgettable.

Best bang for your Buck.

Solid 4.5 out of 5. Bang for your Buck. Quality service and food.

Overall was o.k just one incident that really a bit irritated me; upon check-in I was asked to give a deposit for incidentals, which many hotels ask. I never give to block my credit card, since if you do that often like I do, your credit card will be blocked for thousands of dollars every month, since the hotel will unblock your money but the credit company does it long time after… So as requested, I gave a 300 Euros deposit. Later the same day, I had dinner at the restaurant and when I try to make a roo-charge, they told me that my room is blocked for charge. Went to speak with the reception and they told me that if I want to be able to charge the room, I have to add another 300 Euros to the deposit I gave. I find it very strange and quite annoying. Charging your room is a normal practice in every hotel, so why just ask in the beginning from all guests whatever amount you need, but don’t do this stupid practice. I stay 100 days a year in hotels all around the world. I have NEVER seen such a practice anywhere. Other than that, staff were very nice and friendly and very helpful. Restaurant and bar are great. Somehow, every time I give Hilton a chance, I get disappointed from something. That is why I rarely stay at Hilton!

We had a really great time at the Hilton Belgrade. Everyone in the staff from front desk to restaurant staff (Uros and Milos in particular) were super helpful and attentive to our needs. We would highly recommend the Hilton Belgrade! Also great location :)

The staff is courteous and answers any questions with a smile. A must visit to the spa facilities - a unique experience is guaranteed!

The reception staff are excellent - they greeted us with warm welcome and when we asked them to teach us 'Hello' and 'Thank You' in Serbian language they were delighted to help. They asked the nature of our visit and we explained that we were celebrating our 25th Wedding Anniversary and this was our first time to visit Belgrade - we were instantly upgraded - Hvala! The Spa is amazing and the breakfast is excellent (but at 15 euro per person very expensive) Dovidenja and Hvala from the Meenans from Irska

Great Stay

Very helpful staff. They got us dinner/cab reservations. Helped me get coins for a child coin collector. The Executive Suite access (which we upgraded to for 30 Euro/night) was great---breakfast and dinner + drinks were free there. We ate most of our dinners out, but having it available for the night we were in a hurry was great. Spa is nice. My wife really liked the (extra charge) massage.

Excellent choice

The hotel is conveniently located in proximity to major attractions. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Bathroom with large shower. Spa is excellent addition for relaxation. Rooftop terrace with bar and restaurant are especially nice feature. Service was excellent. Everyone was very kind, polite and helpful. Our stay was extremely pleasant. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Spotless!

Central location. Spotless place. Standard room is quite big with good size shower/toilet. Service is exceptional. Very good spa facilities (try the carribean shower). Also gym has everything you need to work out.

Taxi from the airport on time and very nice. Reception was very friendly. Great location.

The friendliness of the staff. The hotel is relatively new and all modern amenities. The cocktail lounge on the roof is neat but not sure the Asian/Fusion menu fits in the with the Belgrade/Balkan scene.

Amazing hotel and an amazing city

Clean, modern and trendy. The staff are very warm and friendly. The concierge Emilia was extremely helpful in recommending place and making reservations on restaurants. I would say the staff and service were outstanding.

Absolute Heaven

Absolute heaven, we didn’t want to leave. A nice walk to the park with Fotress (20mins) and great pasta take out across the road. Spa facilities were fabulous, staff do helpful and would do anything for you. Would return in a heartbeat. Gym facilities perfect.

Great location for attractions, trains, buses, bakery and restaurants. Walk to the museums. Airport shuttle end stop in front of the hotel. Very helpful and friendly staff. Gave me the best recommendations for restaurants (Lovac, Two Deers for Serbian food, Saran for fish), and tourist map of Belgrade with all attractions, bus numbers etc. listed. Hotel does not have a pool, in case interested!

Five star experience

Amazing staff. We loved the hotel and its location. The Executive lounge and their staff were awesome. Special thanks to Nicola (trainee) from Guest services, Anja and Valentina from Executive Lounge 💙

We checked in really fast and reception staff were really friendly. Also Emjlia noticed that I just got engaged and the next day we had a beautiful note from the staff and a lovely detail for us. The o my thing is that the some of the staff at the breakfast didn’t felt the same way as their colleagues and not that friendly.

Excellent hotel in the heart of belgrade. Easy walk to many attractions, restaurants and activities. Staff were friendly and efficient. Facilities were clean and well maiintained. I would definitely stay here for future visits and will recommend to friends and family.

If its Belgrade, Its got be to HILTON! We checked in Allure Caramel before arriving at Belgrade Airport, and couldn't get more disappointed. That hotel was very spacious, but had worse ventilation and cooling system. We were completely grilled and somehow managed to get a refund next day and moved to Hilton for balance nights. Coming to Hilton was like getting married to a superstar after a ugly divorce. It was FANTASTIC! Check in process by Jelene, to amazing rooms with good cooling, clean bathrooms and spacious layout. Bars and Restaurant were amazing. Nice staff and perfect place to enjoy this lovely city. I will surely go back and recomment all to stay at Hilton. (Dont forget to visit 8th floor for good drinks)

I took the airport shuttle to directly steps away from the hotel. Literally, the last stop which was approximately a half hour ride. The cost around $4USD. The room was immaculate with modern bathrooms and fixtures. The hotel is approximately 1 years old. The sky lounge on the 8 floor is excellent with great food and array of local alcohol and beverages. The staff are well mannered, friendly and courteous. You can't go wrong with this hotel. Highly recommend.

This hotel is definitely top-rate! The room was gorgeous and the beds were very soft. The whole staff I encountered was friendly and professional. The hotel is new and very well maintained. The hotel is within walking distance to Belgrade Fortress, Temple of Saint Sava and Knez Mihailova Street. Just lovely and I cannot wait to return.

We travel often to Belgrade for business reasons, this hotel exceeded all expectations with the service, location and amenities in the room. Bar Lounges were great to hold meetings and host our suppliers. Food was delicious and catered for most of our dietary requirements. Beds were comfy and reception staff were very friendly.

New hotel, great location and great place. Gym was well equipped and clean. Car service is available for airport transfers. Great rooftop bar and restaurant. I'd stay here again, and I would recommend it.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a business meeting. The facilities are excellent and the staff extremely courteous and helpful. The room was large and very clean on all days of my visit. The choice of options at breakfast was very impressive. I would recommend the hotel without any hesitation.

My husband and I always have the best hotel experience in Hilton Belgrade. From the warm welcome upon arrival, to the spa and food experience - hands down, the best hotel in Serbia! We recommend it to anyone who is looking for a luxury stay for business or leisure. Being right in the middle of the center makes the trip even more enjoyable, and the stay is wonderful.

Modern, clean, super large rooms with great windows isolating noise from the street. Awesome staff and perfect location. The breakfast was absolutely amazing and with everything and anything you can imagine!

5 nights in Belgrade

Great new hotel ... brilliant location, great food and service. If I had one point to note if your bedroom is on 7th Floor you will hear the music on the 8th Floor terrace. That said I will be back!

Unauthorized charges to credit card, the charge did not even appear on my room final invoice and would go unnoticed if I would not have an alert setup with the credit card. No good explanation was given either. Totally unacceptable for any hotel, needless to say for Hilton, if they care about their business at all.

Outstanding centrally located hotel.

We had 3 nights in this hotel, and found it to be faultless! The rooms were quiet, big and spacious. The hotel appeared to be newly refurbished throughout, and the room pristine. The service was impeccable and the staff were very friendly and so helpful, in fact this hotel has amongst the best service and staff I’ve experienced in a hotel. I highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. Beautiful new, modern, clean hotel in a great location. The bathroom was great- they have a rainfall shower and a separate shower handle. The bed was comfy and clean. Nice central location: We were able to walk to Kalemegdan, St sava temple, Knez mihailova, Tesla museum etc. The restaurant was really good. There is also a parking garage that isn’t very expensive. The staff were friendly and spoke excellent English. My only negative is because the food in Serbia is very fresh and they don’t spray chemicals on it, there were tiny worms in our raspberries. Avoid the fruit and you will be fine.

The hotel just opened and it is fantastic! The lobby and the rooms are nicely appointed, the food in the restaurant is good, the the staff is extremely friendly. I highly recommend this hotel before it gets too crowded.

Modern hotel in the hearth of Belgrade

The hotel is very nice - new, clean, at an excellent location and cool, modern design. The staff working at the front desk are super friendly and polite (Jelena in particular is amazing). I have displaced an item and thought it might have been left by the car in the garage. Without even being asked, they took an effort to review the security tapes of the garage at the time I was there. The only reason I am giving it 4 out of 5 stars is because of the staff at their Sky Lounge restaurant. I had an early dinner and, although at the time they had more waiters than guests, I was waiting more than half an hour for anybody to pay any attention.
