Best overnight stay option for early/transfer flight

Stayed one night, and it's very clean and staff was very nice offering help with luggage.

Absolutely top notch. Beautiful hotel, and very comfortable. Most of the stage atleast knew a little English, but be sure to have Google translate handy for your stay.

Outstanding service and accommodation. Room rate very reasonable for an airport hotel. Minutes from Capital Airport terminal 3. Frequent free shuttle buses. There is a great shopping mall with supermarket and all kinds of restaurants 5 minutes away by taxi. Dining in the hotel and room service also seem very reasonable. Very highly recommended.

Hotel restaurants close early in the night

We checked in after 8:30pm and couldn't find a restaurant inside the hotel for dinner. Luckily we had a meal on board of our flight before landing. So we went to bed early after shower and went for breakfast at 7am in the morning. There was many varieties of food offered in the buffet style breakfast.

Nice hotel near terminal 3, much grander than I expected for a hotel by the airport.

This is my second stay at this hotel in Beijing in just over 2 years. It is always a great experience. Most importantly, it welcomes foreigners! This might sound like a no-brainer, but I have tried booking "cheaper" hotels at other locations that even have "international sounding" names, only to find out that foreigners are not allowed to stay there!

I like the proximity to the airport. The airport transfer provided is punctual and the driver is friendly and helpful.

I have been to this hotel several times before COVID-19 flight restrictions. Being back in Beijing after 4 years, the hotel rooms need an update.

Very convenient to the PEK airport with free shuttle services. Very clean and quiet. Good place to stay for any connecting flights.

We stayed at this hotel for one night on 22nd February before a flight back to the UK the next day. We booked 2 twin rooms as we are a family of 4 with 2 children aged 6 and 11, with the plan that each parent would share with one child if no adjoining rooms were available. The lady on reception who checked us in was lovely and upgraded us to a duplex 2 bedroom suite, I’m sorry I didn’t get her name but she was very helpful and her English was very good too, she is a credit to the hotel. The 2 bedroom duplex had the wow factor and was very comfortable for us for the one night that we stayed, we will stay here again if we’re ever in Beijing again.

True to the Hilton name, the service was exemplary. Restaurant food was great, and the facility is beautiful. Everything was great! Bring an airport hotel, there isn’t much else in the area, of course. However, convenience to the airport couldn’t be much better.

They have 24 hr shuttle (every 20 mins) to and from terminal 3. It takes less than 5 mins! Although they don’t have shuttles running to and from terminal 2, they reimbursed my taxi fare when I took one to the hotel (up to 30 RMB) and called and paid for my taxi to terminal 2 when I left. Staff is very kind and helpful.

A good place for a rest between flights. Reliable shuttle every 20mins or easy walk from T3. Exec lounge not reopened yet but they did a happy hour in the lobby for those with lounge access.

In no way a retraction of the quality of my stay, but just a minor inaccuracy as originally advertised to me on Expedia's web-site: there is no billiards room/table. They indeed have a pool in which you can swim, but when I asked about the billiards table (aka "pool" table), they indicated they had none, and only had a pool in which one could swim. My girlfriend spoke to them in Mandarin to confirm this was indeed the case. Other than that minor disappointment, it was a spectacular stay at a marvelous hotel!

A perfect choice for convenience to the airport

Stayed here many times before 2020. Stayed in Apr 2023 but lobby bar closes at 9pm, Grill restaurant permanently shut as is the main bar (Long Bar). Apparently, there are so few customers now it is ‘not worth opening the facilities’ Would not stay again, expect better from Hilton

We got upgraded to an extra large king size bed and the entire experience is so awesome that we wished we were staying longer.

Great Layover Option

Great place to stay if transiting through Beijing. The hotel is convenient and very clean. The shuttle service is excellent, (runs 24 hours) making it convenient to catch flight in early morning. Didn't use a lot of the services as I was there for a short time but the staff was friendly and check in/check out was really fast and easy. If you don't have a lot of luggage, it's a short walk from Terminal 3.

Ok just as expected

Their airport shuttle is never on time. What will happen is that you wait in the airport for 1 hour till their shuttle comes. PS their hotel is literally 5min away and they claim to have shuttle every 30 min, Which did not happen for the last 2 stays of mine. The hotel is okay if you go there yourself. But if you are taking the shuttle, prepare to yell at them no matter how good temper you might have.

As a gold HH we got an upgrade room, excelent lounge, breakfast and transfer to aeroport. The Chinese restaurant has a delicious food and good service. I recommend Hilton Beijing Airport.

Nice room and shuttle service

Nice room near airport and with good shuttle service. However, their is nothing in English at airport to tell you that there is a shuttle and where to find it. All attempts to ask at info desk or elsewhere unsuccessful as none speaks English and all signage is in chinese.

Excellent stay

Wonderful short stay for a very tired family after a 12 hour flight. We did use the pool and spa, it was very clean. Check in was a breeze and we received an unexpected nice fruit basket. The breakfast was fantastic and we were well rested in very soundproofed rooms. High ceilings and blackout curtains made sleep easy. The lobby is large and clean.

The roim smelled like smoke. Our plane reservation was changed and Hilton would not let us change our reservation by 1 day.

This hotel is very close to PEK airport and very convenient for short term stays in Beijing.

Convenient to the airport

Its very convenient to the airport,my friends and I have a wonderful stay.

I liked everything. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and even better than in LA at universals studios. Shuttle service was very helpful, made the stay more smoother and safer since not many people speak English in China.

The only reason i picked this hotel was because Expedia claimed that check in there was "available 24 hours" in other words at any time as it should be at the airport hotel (since not all the planes land at noon). However at the front desk the receptionist tried to tell me that check in was at noon! I was not planning to have any of it and showed my reservation page on the phone which left her with no choice but to check me in. Be prepared to do the same if you go for 24 hours promise.

I stayed a day (5hrs only) and was perfect. I got Beijing Airport view from my room. It’s awesome . Thanks, Prabhu Rajangam

Hilton Beijing Capital Airport

Bit boring as an hotel. The buffet for both dinner was poor. I arrived near the end of service and the chefs were packing on and some dishes were not available. It would be good if they had a proper coffee machine in the room rather than instant.

this airport hilton is the best airport hotel in the world. i have stayed their three times in two years. Very quiet, great beds, super executive lounges, olympic size pool superior food and buffet, Like staying in the countryside.

Beautiful hotel very close to the airport. My flight was delayed and I didn’t get to the hotel until 6am. Took the airport shuttle which came quickly ,and was able to go to sleep for a few hours and shower before returning to the airport for my afternoon flight.

I will never going to book Hilton in future as they had no co operation to modify the date of check in and check out.

Excellent hotel, top-notch service

The Beijing Airport Hilton is an excellent hotel, with beautiful facilities and great service. I particularly enjoyed the spa, swimming pool, and the dining room. Service was great throughout, with a helpful and friendly staff always read to assist in any way. Most of them spoke English, too, which was great since My Chinese is pretty limited. The hotel is adjacent to the airport, so it’s very convenient for staying before and after a flight. There’s nothing else near the hotel, but the easy taxi and metro service to downtown and a free airport shuttle make it easy to get around.

Nice hotel, very nice staff. I didn’t have a credit card for the deposit, and the lady suggested cash instead of a three week hold on my debit card. There was a very ugly American couple checking in next to me and being ugly about their own mistake, but the lady was still polite and professional. Staff had very good English skills.

I have booked here several times and it has been excellent. However this time the room I had was very musty smelling. Certainly not what I have been accustomed to here before.

I am a Canadian who was denied entry due to sudden entry visa changes because of China/North American dispute, so had to stay in airport with wife and infant. Hotel took 600$ dollar fee anyways and wouldn’t let me cancel room...

Hilton is nice. Its close to the airport but far from everything else. Take at least 45 min cab ride to city into account if you want to go there.

Faulty, dangerous, wall sockets and a swimming pool where it was OK to spit but not okay to go in the water without a swimming cap. The only airport hotel I've stayed in where you can hear the planes; all night.

I arrived on 04/10/2019 after 10pm. I was given a room that was NOT cleaned and has broken light switch that was unable to turn off. I took a shower and noticed a women's sanitary item in the corner of the shower. The toilet bowl was dirty. I also was not informed at time of check in that there was n HOT water in the property.
