Great staff, clean
For what I paid for this room it was NOT worth it. There were cracks in the wall of the room, a piece had clearly fallen from the ceiling in the bathroom, underneath the wet bar wasn't even finished. There was also construction going on at the hotel and one of the days I was there the power went out to the entire building. It was out most of the day. Then when around 9:00 PM came the music coming from one of the clubs started and the music and bass were both so bad that it took me hours to fall asleep, if I could fall asleep. Needless to say I will NOT be staying here again.
Upgraded our room for one with a view of yhe skyline.
Maid service very respectful and accommodating.
Really nice hotel. Has a starbucks, nice bar restaurant in lobby. Convenient to walk or short Uber rides.
Nicely appointed rooms and friendly staff in a good location. Elevators were a challenge: long waits, key cards not working.
Great hotel, plan on leaving 30 mins early for checkout because that is how long it takes to get an elevator down
Good
Walking distance from all of the downtown attractions!
Excellent stay. Worth the price.
Very fancy and clean.
The hotel room is okay and works
The people
Grateful the heated pool and hot tub were open in winter! Unloading is a task. Lobby entrance is obstructed by construction so you have to park blocks away, go check in to get a key card and then access the garage. Be aware of the homeless population in the area.
Good stay in Austin
Excellent
Great stay thank you
Nice
No streaming options on the TV, no convenience market in hotel.
clean
The hotel rooms were very nice and had comfortable beds. Overall hotel service was very good. Housekeeping was very attentive and efficient. My only complaints would that we paid extra for a skyline view, but were awoken on some days with loud banging of construction very early in the morning. Also, the rooftop bar and taco restaurant were closed and gym was being renovated, though they did have a decent makeshift gym in a small meeting room. It would have been nice to be advised of this beforehand.
Beautiful Hotel, just not to all hotel guests
We booked a king size bed with roll in shower and when we checked in they told us because we used a third party site to book the room, we get what is available at the time. We got a 2 queen bed, reg tub/shower. My husband is 6’11”, does not fit on a queen bed and a reg shower head when turned on sprays water at his chest, and he has to bend down to was his face and head/back. He is also medically disabled/Retired Law Enforcement. They refused to switch the room and give us the room we booked, nor did they care about his needs. Very disappointed!
Everything was great!
The staff upon checking in could be a little bit happy especially for visitors who are excited for arriving, wanting & choosing to stay in their hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. When we needed extra bathroom supplies, one call to hospitality and they were there upon delivery quick. It was very close to 6th street which was helpful, but there were a lot of homeless hanging out and even sleeping right outside of doors.
❤️
Property is really nice....the only thing is i got charged for the room from expedia and at the front desk i also got charged. Front desk receptionist said that the expedia charge was to hold the room and it will be returned in a few days. So we will see.
We enjoyed everything about our stay in the 15th floor (corner suite) except the late night bass heavy music until exactly 2am, both Friday & Saturday nights. It was incredible to be that 15 stories up, we felt like we were at a club. So. Stinkin’. Loud.
Noisy weekends - avoid the hotel
Family travel - very noisy on a Saturday night. Music blaring all night and could not let us sleep. Windows have no noise insulation and they did a terrible job at that. I would never recommend this hotel especially the freeway facing rooms for a restful night sleep. Pathetic pl don’t book
Great place to stay for the Texas games. I could walk to the stadium from the hotel.
Great view, sheets were a little dirty and not enough towel and toilet paper
Great place and location
It was a nice property, but failed to have the suite that I had originally reserved.
Everything was great.
Did not like the $48.00 i had to pay to park. I parked in the hotel garage and they would not validate it. I was there one night.
Another great stay for the Running Event
Lots of homeless outside and around the property, but that’s Austin “keeping it weird”. Hotel was safe and clean just couldn’t go for a walk in downtown without the smells.
Would not validate my parking even though i stayed over in the hotel! Very inconvenient to find other parking in the area! $48 for 8 hours of parking is unacceptable.... Will not return to many other places to stay.
Good hotel
Not ideal for family
Wonderful hotel. Great checkin process and great access to sixth St.
They were hosting hundreds of Hondurans to complete citizen paperwork in the hotel. The line went around the building the entire day.
Good
Great property. Would stay there again
Ideal combination
One of the best hotels in Downtown Austin in terms of proximity, price, amenities and hotel quality. Fitness center is one of the best options downtown. Customer service from desk staff is mediocre at best.
N/A
best option.
Not a positive stay!
There were no amenities. Our shower had the body wash missing, no glasses in the bathroom, no shower cap, etc. Our other room had a continuous buzzing noise, it took three calls to guest services for them to answer. It was not a positive experience.
This place was awesome! And I highly recommend the Taco Project. I wasn't sure if tacos in a hotel restaurant would be good, but they were wonderful. Also, make sure you spend lots of time in the hot tub and pool. The view is amazing, especially at night.
Awesome Place to BE
Quick check in
AC didn’t work. Mold in bathrooms. Rude staff
it is good
Great stay at the Hilton Within one block of 6th street
The first room I was assigned to had feces in the toilet and the room was not cool, fridge not cold either. Assigned a second room. Got to the second room key did not work. Had to go back to the lobby. Once inside new room, the hall mirror dirty, hall and bathroom floor sticky, dirty wash cloth in shower from previous guest. I had to wait two hours for them to come and clean.
I don’t have hot water
One of the best hotels in downtown. Super clean and walking distance to downtown.
Lots of noise from the surround rooms due to the adjacent doors in the room. Can see the light from underneath the door so of course the noise comes through.
Hotel room was mediocre. Fire alarm went off multiple times in my room only, though I only figured that out after trying to evacuate the first time at 4am. Staff didn’t believe me until it went off again at 930 and then 10. Maintenance staff acted like I had never heard a fire alarm before and ensured me I was only hearing the low battery sound. No room change or compensation was offered until I pressed for it and then only offered as a last resort along with a complimentary breakfast. Bar noise was so loud I could sing along with the songs. Called and asked if there were any quieter rooms and staff didn’t care or accommodate. Surrounding area awful with a ton of homeless and general unsafe feeling. Overall terrible experience and will never stay at the Hilton in Austin again. I’ll avoid Hilton hotels going forward and I’m a frequent traveller.
Location and convenience was a great plus
Great stay! Had fun in Austin.
Solid property with tremendous walkability
Good downtown location, nice pool and gym
Staff was very kind and welcoming! Clean rooms and a central location
Locked out of the room multiple times
Hilton. They simply get customer service. Twice I went to the front desk to ask for a "favor." (It was reasonably related to my room and stay, of course.) The hotel staff/management had already anticipated and taken care of my request. A toilet paper roll holder came off the wall....and it was simply repaired before I even thought to report it. If you have better things to think about during your business trip than the details of your hotel stay, Hilton is the best! (And they did everything with a smile.)
Came for a work conference. Comfortable room and kind staff, but all of the linen (sheets and towels) had stains (makeup maybe?) which was not pleasant. Otherwise it was a nice stay.
Very nice hotel.
Our room was very clean and the hotel is in a nice area where it was easy to get to places we wanted to see. We were on the 13th floor and you could hear the night club blasting music till early in the am. Make sure you bring ear plugs!!! But other then that it was very convenient and everyone was nice!
The property is great but around the area seems a bit dirty. Conveniently located
Good hotel
Love this hotel! Especially the rooftop pool and in-house Starbucks.
Great location, we enjoyed the pool and breakfast on the site.
The hotel was great. Super clean. There was nothing they could do about the alarming amount of crickets.
The property was nice but the construction made it look a little like a 2 star hotel. Room was nice but lowest the AC went was 65 and doesn’t blow directly to the room but on the side by the couch and window. Took a while to cool the room down. The Valet was horrible took two people to go get my car which was 30 mins and then when came back same two people were in my car when they came back could have went to get another car that was waiting. Overall 3 out 5
The front desk noelr room service answered after multiple attempts to reach. Floor unvaccumed, hair and toenail clippings in room on floor. Loud in halls and plumbing in room was extremly loud when flushed. Glasses used werent replaced when room cleaned. Disappointing
The Taco restaurant in the hotel was very good! Great location. Quiet in the rooms, even though the nightlife outside went late.
Great place to stay and super convenient location
Great stay for conventions or meetings downtown but navigating different areas is problematic.
Enjoyed my stay
I enjoyed my stay, especially the taco restaurant in the lobby! The elevators were fairly inconvenient due to general busyness. We had a hard time getting one down from our floor in the morning and then back up during noon or evening rushes.
Very close to everything good spot! very convenient!
People working could be a bit more friendly.
Beautiful hotel. Great facilities and conference rooms. The room was large, comfortable and clean!
They didn’t have free parking! Valet parking it’s rude 😒 so be prepared to pay 48-55 dlrs for parking
They treat you very differently when you book through a third party…I am a diamond member and they acted like I was a pain for them since I booked through Expedia……
Not a terribly awful location but your forced to use the hotel parking due to the surrounding residents. Not very safe
Had a great stay. Lala at the service desk was great. She made my day every day I was there. When she was off Pamela was available to assist. I will definitely return next year!
I almost walked into a room that was already occupied by someone else. I was also locked out of my room on multiple occasions. All this was completely unacceptable for the money you pay
Beautiful hotel, perfect location
Ashley @ the front desk was amazing & so accommodating!
Many restaurants in walking distance from hotel (6th street is where to go). Staff have been very friendly & helpful throughout trip
The room was dusty every where by the central air unit there was dusty, there was also dust on every painting frame and lamp, and window ledge. there was so much dirt in between the couch cushions. Also the room had a mini fridge that was not plugged and the cord was too short to plug it in from where it was. I would expect these condition in a motel not from a hotel like the Hilton… Also fix the cracked button in the elevators it looks horrible the best thing about the room was the view
Unfortunately our checkin was during the “Microsoft security update shutdown”… thankfully we were able to check in but unable to get room keys assigned to us so security had to escort nearly every guest to their room- VERY inconvenient but they were trying hard so I’ll give them that. They should have been comp’ing more than just parking when many guests did not use the garage/have a vehicle. Our room was good and spacious. Downside- our AC and lights kept shutting off when we left so our room was not as cool as we like it. They provided a fan but it was quite loud, but again they tried to help. The bathroom amenities were for sure lacking- the toilet paper was worse than single ply dollar store- maybe quarter ply. And the conditioner bottle in the shower only had 2 squirts left in it- it should be filled after every guest. It was frustrating not having the ability to wash my hair at a hotel you pay a good amount for. Last complaint- we picked this hotel because it had a bar in the pool area…… it was shut down and under some construction of some sort which is NoT listed anywhere online or even in the hotel!
Super close to the 6th street and a vibe
Not bad but don't expect room service
Tried calling guest services and room services several times and no one ever picked up.
Amazinf
Great start to a awesome visit!
Very nice and clean!
Pool area was very nice.
Very clean, convenient area, staff was very nice and welcoming.

Great location
Hotel was clean, friendly staff, good location to walk to shoping restaurants, tourist attractions, etc Parking fees at the hotel is outragous for guest overnight parking and barely enough open spots to find a place to park!
