We came for a valentines staycation and it did not disappoint! The room was amazing with so much space! And a great view of the city! Although I have not made it down for breakfast as I write I am absolutely sure it will be amazing! I will definitely be returning to this property.

We had never booked a bed & breakfast because we like privacy. There were only 5 B&B units located above a farm market and cafe, each one different. We booked the Peach room, with two beds. The rooms are upstairs, accessed through a side entrance which goes up to that level. The rooms are HUGE and include a gas fireplace, microwave and refrigerator, coffee making apparatus, and a huge bathroom with both a soaking tub and a large glass shower. The beds were incredibly comfortable, with amazing sheets that were super soft. The peach theme was carried out in the decor. Even the hallway was furnished with nice furniture. Since we were planning to ski at Big White in the morning, we were a little disappointed that breakfast wouldn't be available until 8 am, but we were able to preorder the night before and pick it up to go, so it wasn't an issue. The breakfast was delicious, with a number of enticing choices. It included an entree, a side (we chose savory scones), and a latte or other coffee drink. I had the breakfast sandwich with an egg, spinach, cheese, and a special tomato sauce on soft toast that was so good both my husband and I ordered it the second morning (and I would love to try to duplicate it at home). We were the only guests staying for the two nights, but the price was so reasonable and the experience so delightful that we are surprised it's not full all the time! We would stay there again any time!

When we walked into our room we had the experience of getting something more than we expected. We felt that the breakfast included was generous and delicious - farm market eggs as well. The huge bathtub was luxurious - it all felt like a real treat!

Such an amazing place. The views are one of a kind. The staff were very nice and accommodating. We will most definitely be back.

Each room has a balcony gorgeous view. Room and bathroom are spacious and clean. Breakfast was delicious with various choices. The market provided many different homemade products.

Ski tour 25

Check wasn’t smooth, breakfast isn’t til 8am so I missed two free breakfasts. Convenient to Big Sky, Limited hours so nothing available for me in cafe.

Room was spacious and well equipped. The customer service was amazing and we can’t wait to return!

The owners of the property, who also operate the farm market below the rooms, couldn’t be nicer or more professional. The rooms of themselves were extraordinarily beautiful. And the location is a beautiful entry into Kelowna. I couldn’t recommend this place more.

This was a very lovely stay. The room was amazing. The bathroom spacious. The shower powerful! The included breakfast was excellent. It was located far enough out of town to be quiet and pastoral, and close enough to have easy access to main areas of Kelowna. A lovely, family run business.

Wholesome and comfortable. 15-20 min from downtown. Very quiet. Note check in hours are only 3-6 pm.

Everything was fine except we had to get up early to catch a flight and there was no hot water. It was not a good start for our early morning.

Generosity til the last day!!

It was amazing. The hosts were amazing until the last day we thought we were pushed out because the owner wanted to take the Monday holiday off. Breakfast was half the toast that we normally got, zero jam, and refused to give us a coffee refill until I protested.

Suites are beautiful....as a senior, the bed was a bit high but I managed. Food was great and was very comfortable and close to where I was heading.

Mostly quiet, aside from some minimal road noise. Very nice breakfast options, DELIVERY TO YOUR SUITE! No tipping :). The owner is just a great accomodating person. Would like to return when the weather is better.

Barb and her team were great. There was lots of parking close to the B&B, a great central location for travellers, big, comfortable rooms, and the breakfasts were amazing! The only thing I would have preferred is if the cafe / market had been open, but given I visited in January it makes total sense.

Comfortable place, great family looking after us!

We arrived Friday afternoon and were greeted by the family who checked us in. Our room was up 2 flights of stairs in a newer building and our suite was large with a city and lake view and a large private deck. The bathroom had a soaker tub and large shower. The room also had a small fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and the gas fireplace was very nice and added to the ambience!

Beautiful property, friendly welcome and easy check in. The room was stunning, welcome binder gives you the tips on turning on the fireplace etc. So cozy and comfortable. Only issue was that it took a little bit of time to get hot water in the shower. Definitely would stay there again- thank you.

The facility is clean. The view is great. Easy check in and good price. We will Definitely come back.

Everything in the room was great. The only thing that was not good was that the room was very noisy from highway traffic. They could have invested in triple glazing to cut more of the highway noise. The breakfast was excellent.

This property was lovely. The room was spacious and decorated lovely. I liked that there was cold water in the fridge and that the shower had full size bath products. The deck was fantastic and had a great view. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to Kelowna. Thank you to the owner Barb and her family for a great experience.

The room was large and clean and the owners were lovely. No complaints at all. One of the reasons we chose to stay here was because there was a coffee shop below however, it was closed for the long weekend and this was not advertised when we booked.

Overall it was a good stay. Some things to keep in mind: 1. There are two flights of stairs to get to the room so if you have mobility issues, this is not for you. 2. The highway faces the room an the windows are quite transparent (for sound) so expect a noisier night as cars and trucks travel the highway. On the positive side, there is a large balcony with an excellent view. You are close to stores etc. The Cafe breakfast is really good and the shop downstairs has a lot of great products, The room is large and spacious with a fridge, coffee and so on.

The room was so spacious and had everything we needed for our two day stay. The breakfast options were varied and delicious. All staff was very friendly and accommodating. It was very quiet but was also their off-season. Close to everything we needed.

It was great

When I checked in, the room did not look like what I had booked online. I booked a suite with 2 bedrooms and was brought to two beds without a separate room. I paid an extra $65 to get another room that slightly resembled what I thought I was getting. The fireplace did not work so I was offered $15 off the price. I am disappointed about the false advertising and mark up in price for what I originally booked. I was greeted by a wonderful lady who was very accommodating and tested the television and fireplace before leaving the property. Breakfast was included off of their menu and was impressive. The care and attention to detail in the rooms was wonderful. I will go back again as I love the character of the suites. This time I will ensure I am getting exactly what I asked for.

The room is huge! Clean, comfortable and they accommodated my feather allergies without question. Can’t wait for breakfast!

This was our second stay at this B&B where we were in the Pear suite.It was immaculate with many luxury features.We appreciate the quietness of this small B&B. The breakfast offerings are so nutritious and attractively presented. Will return again to this unique B&B!

This is a beautiful bed and breakfast. It is fairly new. Rooms are very spacious and done up with quality and elegance. There is not much in walking distance but they have a nice country market and include breakfast. We couldnt stay for breakfast but the owner packed us up some of their homade muffins for the road. Great place, free parking.

There was no house cleaning in 5 days. Staff were very friendly

The room was large, nicely decorated, with a large bathroom and a large balcony. Although the building sits above a busy road, the windows must have been double or triple-paned because the road noise was completely eliminated. It was easy to get to and only 10 minutes from downtown and the beach. We enjoyed chatting with the lovely lady who ran the coffee shop. Our daily explorations didn’t allow us to partake in Happy Hour, but the food items sounded yummy.

Great place, room was massive with a huge balcony. Quiet, private and away from downtown we really enjoyed staying here. Family owned business who were very friendly and helpful. Part of a orchard. Breakfast that was included was superb, fresh and generous. This place is well worth it.

The people were so accommodating when we needed to add an extra person to our room. The food in the cafe was excellent. The room was fabulous. Super friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was amazing. It was large and well appointed both furniture and decor. The beds were so comfortable! The bathroom was also large and had a big soaker tub and seperate shower. Breakfast was unique and delicious. Definitely recommended!

Room view is of busy hwy 33 ... balcony should have blackout panels to screen out the view of the road. Room itself was charming and cafe food and coffee were good although none of the many kitchen staff were masked or observing proper social distancing. I would not recommend particularly during covid times.

Large room and bathroom including chairs to sit in and a patio. Nicer than staying in a hotel. Breakfast was also very good. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The perfect place to stay in Kelowna-quaint and spotless. The farm market sold lots of local fare as well as delicious cooked breakfast. I will be staying here again

Loved this place

Excellent room, separate soaker tub was heavenly after the long drive. The view from private covered deck was nice, you can see the lake from it. Overall, it was very comfortable, private. Included was a fullfresh hot made to order breakdast from thier family run bistro downstairs. Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again.

Everything about the place was wonderful during our 3 night stay in Kelowna. The rooms were spacious, breakfast was delicious, the people were very friendly and it was located in a peaceful location overlooking Kelowna. We will definitely be staying here next time we travel through the Okanagan.

Well situated out of the main town on a hillside with some views. Clean spacious rooms; large bathroom with separate tub and shower. Good balconcy. Great owner and staff. A bit noisy by the highway.

Unforgettable stay

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location is fabulous. The room was very clean. Excellent breakfasts.

Perfect for a quick getaway. Easy to find, away from the crazy downtown Kelowna traffic, but within easy driving distance to anywhere you Want to go. Easy check-in and friendly staff at this family-run B&B. The room was spacious and modern, the bed was super comfortable, and the bathroom was very clean and new. The breakfast was delicious and we could see that the locals appreciated it as week as they kept coming to get the delicious food. Barb, the owner, was visible and available if needed and was very friendly. We will be back for sure.

Comfortable & safe for solo travellers

Its clear to see why the family who owns this establishment is so loved by their community! Very warm and welcoming, tasty breakfasts, comfy bed and awesome bath tub!!

What a beautiful place. I would definitely stay here again. The room was comfortable, The view was wonderful, and the staff was friendly. It's curious that there is no coffee maker or microwave in the room, but these were mild inconveniences.

We stayed in the King room. The bed was large and comfortable, room was spacious. The bathroom featured a large soaker tub and shower, and was incredibly comfortable. The patio area being large and private is absolutely stunning to watch the sunset or enjoy your breakfast. Breakfast options were limited as the cafe was not yet open however they were delicious and brought to our room which was a nice touch. I continue to tell anyone who will listen to find this place and stay, will be back!

It was perfect in every way! Location was a bit noisy during the day because of vehicle traffic and airplanes going overhead! But quieter at night, slept well!

Very friendly people welcomed us despite it being very quiet. We loved the room and the view. Breakfast was perfect. Will have to return in the summer when the cafe and farm shop are open!!
