It is nothing but beautiful in the area surrounding the hostel. I felt safe walking around at night and enjoyed the beautiful sites to see.

No breakfast provided, other Hi Hostels provide a breakfast. Cups and plates should be provided beside the microwave and electric jug provided. No Kitchen for those wishing to cook and no cups and plates provided. One key per dorm does not work, people leave the room either unlocked or door wide open. Electricity cord on corridor floor upstairs a health and safety hazard. Dirty bedroom floors. Needs more hanging facilities or shelves in showers / bathrooms. A good location. This hi hostel does not measure up to other hi hostels in Europe I have visited.

Excellent location, clean and quiet.

I would not recommend staying at this hostel. The staff is extremely rude and not friendly. The place itself is dirty and not well maintained. The only good thing is that it is very well located close to downtown.

Very convenient location and superb staff. However, my room was very outdated and seriously in need of renovation, and the lack of air conditioning makes it uncomfortable in the summer.

Front Desk; Allen was excellent but the is a girl that was rude. No all the toillets where working. Walkable distance from Zagred center.

Simple room just for a night. For the younger crowd.

Not recommend, horrible experience 1.force you to buy stamp for 10nk per night 2.Girls restroom is always occupied by men 3.very old infrastructure and dirty 4.no air condition for 30+ ℃ days, super noisy 5.no power outlet for each bed

The staff was very friendly, and the location was excellent. They also offered to check my bags for the day after I checked out. Great, affordable hostel. I would stay here again if I return to Zagreb.

The room is cleaned with all the basic needs with very friendly staffs .The only issue was the water was not warm at all. I doubt if I come in winter I can’t take any shower.

The front desk guys are just amazing, the rooms very clean, all great!!!!

24/7 reception desk is helpful for late check-in. Facilities are very minimal, however linen was clean etc. The bathrooms could be a bit cleaner and it would be good if the shower-head holders were not broken/loose. Staff were friendly and helpful, however minimal explanation at check-in regarding where the bathroom is etc. I also had to ask if lockers existed in the room whereas I think reception should explain and offer it upon arrival/during check-in. I was happy that they placed all females even though I had to pick a mixed-dorm due to availability. Overall good stay with in a budget accommodation.

Advent in Zagreb

The hostel was always clean and tidy, this included the shared bathrooms. Staff were always polite and helpful. Close to all major amenities and landmarks. During Advent the trams are free and if you like mulled wine and pork this is the place to be. As a solo traveller I felt safe walking by myself and at night.

Great

Stayed here for a week and had a great time. So cheap and so close to the city. They have a fridge and microwave available to use whenever you want and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Lots of tourist information and areas to sit and meet new people. Great stay.

It takes aft minutes from the Zagreb train station. In order to stay, we need to join the member. It takes additional fee.

Cheap, but could be better.

This hostel lacks the common areas and kitchen areas I expect when staying in hostels. It is also in need of some basic repairs. Our floor only had one shower for men and one for women, which really wasn't enough either. It was however cheap and the location is near the main train station and the old town. The room was rather warm, it did have a fan, but in the current temperatures that was not really enough, the room was quiet enough when we went to bed, but got noisy outside quite early in the morning.

I did enjoy my stay although it was only one night. The staff are friendly, the rooms and bathroom are clean, and there’s is parking behind the hostel. I just really think it is expensive for what it is and I would find longer stays here frustrating without any of the other services that are normally offered at other hostels.

Good quality hostel, close to city centre and transport

Old-school hostel, friendly, cheap and convenient

First stayed here in 1994, so it was like greeting an old friend. Staff wonderfully hospitable, allowed me to drop my luggage for a few hours before I checked in. Rooms facilities hardly changed in more than 20 years – you get what you pay for, plus in-room WiFi and, actually, nice towels. Location ideal, a short walk from the station, and a slightly longer one to the main square.

Youth hostel in a Good location

6 stories, but it does have an elevator! Only twin beds, but bright clean and cheery. Staff are super helpful and friendly.

Good enough, it's quite simple, but you have to expect that for a youth hostel. Overall good.

bon rapport qualité prix, c'est une auberge de jeunesse, il ne faut pas oublier, j'ai prix une chambre particulière non partagée, il y avait le minimum avec salle de bain et toilettes en commun, mais pour le prix très correct, surtout que l'hôtel se situe à 700 mètres à pied de la place principale .

Es ist nicht das vier Jahreszeiten, das kann man bei dem Preis aber auch nicht beweisen. Sauber, schnell, ruhig und zentral.

It is a hostel so the expectations were not high.The staff is very nice and helpful, but the building and the rooms are very worn down. Had much better hostels for similar prices somewhere else.

掃除がいき届いてトイレもシャワー室も清潔です。シャワーもお湯の勢いもよく狭いながらもシャワーカーテンで仕切られていて何も問題はないです。 キッチンは無かったですが冷蔵庫、ケトル、電子レンジはあるので助かりました。

Sehr freundliches Personal. Es war alles sehr sauber. WLAN hat super funktioniert. Nur ein paar Minuten Fußweg vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt und trotzdem ruhig.

Old, dirty and unfriendly personal

The hostel is very old and the room smelled really bad. The beds were unconfortable and the bathroom old, pestilential and dirty. We can't use the shower because of this. But the worst thing was the personal of the hostel, very unfriendly. We aren't going to repeat and we don't recommend it to anyone.

Cet établissement est très ancien et le matériel fourni est très usé et de mauvaise qualité! C’est vraiment décevant par rapport au prix qu’on a payé! Je ne recommande pas cet hostel. Il faut faire des travaux et acheter de nouveaux produits (draps, coussins, matelas….etc.)

Pogodnost za goste s automobilom

Za goste s automobilom parkiranje u povećem dvorištu je uključeno u cijenu boravka što je posebna pogodnost s obzirom na to mnogi slični smještajni objekti u Zagrebu ili nemaju vlastito parkiralište ili parkiranje vozila naplaćuju.

ホステルなので期待してはいけませんが、シャワールームの水捌けが悪い、お手洗いの流れが悪い、いきなりトイレペーパーがなかった、部屋の扉と洗面スペースの扉が干渉し、ゴミ箱の蓋も干渉して使い勝手が悪かったです。また精算が現地通貨なのでエクスペディアでの予約金額より高くなっている気がしましたが誤魔化された気がしました。 一方で鉄道浴から近く、分かりやすく、観光スポットも徒歩圏内なのは便利で良かったです。

廊下の灯りが自動でつかないので、都度つけなければいけなかった。鍵穴も見えないので、常に携帯電話か懐中電灯が必要。　女性用バスルームに鍵がなく、不安だった。必要な物は借りれるが、小さくてもキッチンがあると良かった。

ぬるいシャワーに寒い部屋

10月中旬ツインの部屋を1人で使用しました。スタッフはフレンドリーで価格も安くて良かったんですが、部屋のシャワーのお湯の設定がぬるく、ハイツングの暖房が動かなくて部屋も寒く、辛かったです。早朝のフライトの為に1泊しただけだったので良かったですが、連泊での利用はきついなと思いました。
