Difficult to communicate and do the check in.

We didn’t have a code for check in until 4:00 pm. So we couldn’t enter to the apartment until 4:30. I had to call the apartments 5 times and they didn’t give me the code until the last minute. We were waiting at 40 degrees with 2 kids during 2 hours. I used the chat provided in the app and they didn’t help me at all, they told me to call to Hotels.com. I called to Hotels.com and not solution at all. It was a nightmare. The place was very noisy because there is a bar underneath. Bathroom with mold in walls and wall paper. Blinds not working at all so the light went through making difficult the rest. It need some renovation for sure.

Awful place, terrible room, noisy area, bathroom dirty.

Everything was strait forward getting into the property. Was sent a code, all worked perfectly. Room was lovely and clean and bed was so comfortable. Even has a cafe next door.

Good place for a family

I think this place is a bit expensive for what it is. However, I have to say that it was 2 of us in a quadruple room, so for a family it is a good deal. A bit difficult to get to with public transportation. They definitely need to install some kind of blind to keep the light out when you sleep. It was pretty clean.

I reasonable no frills accomodation very clean but needs a refurbishment rooftop terrace not very appealing very messy .

Pleasant stay

This was a pleasant surprise..no frills, clean, convenient place to sleep and shower after long traveling and early flight in the am

Walking distance to metro station, quiet, nice neighborhood with a nice restaurant below, no staff but very easy and convenient online check-in. Very good option close to the airport for travelers.-

You really need to do the check in online otherwise you could not entre the property.

im arrive a bit early after such long journey for me, and the owner notice that im super tired, so he let me to stay in other room for relax while my room is ready ... nice ...

My Daughter stayed here and the attendant was a creep who kept keep stalking her. Caution old pervert on site. Likes to pray on young girls.

Great for a night

Good location near the airport. Good cheap bars around. Arriving late, parking was an issue. Large comfy room, but there were building materials on the balcony. Free coffee from the machine, but great cheap coffee in the bar downstairs.

The manager was very helpful and carried our luggage up several flights of stairs.

Cleanliness was at a poor level, noticed bugs in the room. Shower was leaking water in the bedroom, TV not functioning, window blinds were stuck closed, walls so thin you can hear everything around the house

Confortable, quiet, and clean. Has fridge, microwave and air conditioned. We did not use much as we had all meals out, but was very handy to keep water fresh and make a cup of tea before going to bed. There is a lot of cafes and restaurantes in the area where you can eat well at affordable price.s. The property is located above a cafe that offers nice breakfast and meals and has a friendly environment. Good conection to the city centre. Staff is friendly. We will look for a room in the same next time we visit Madrid.

The property is about 30 minutes from the city centre. It was really a horrible experience for me and my family, the beds are outdated and not comfortable I’ve got back pain as a result I need to take tablets. The room service was not too bad, however they have changed the sheets only once during my five days staying. The noise levels was worst I’ve ever experienced in a hotel, there is a pub just down stairs which is crowded and noisy and playing louder music until 3-4am my little son couldn’t sleep because of that. There is no reception so if you need anything you have to contact them via phone. The bedroom has tiled dirty floor . I don’t recommend anybody to book this property ever because it’s horrible!! Actually I was wondering how can I get compensation for that!

I liked the neighbourhood a lot. The hotel owner was cool, it wasnt a crowded hotel which was nice in my personal opinion i would rate 4/5 when i think how cheap it was to stay there but what i didnt like was that you couldnt lock the balcony doors from inside and the balcony was shared with 3 other rooms so i was a little scared of my macbook getting stolen but it didnt :) it would also be helpful to add the areacode number to the hotels phone number i think it was 00 34..

Estadia bem localizada

A estadia foi boa, localização próxima de cafés, restaurantes e supermercado. Mas não é acessível , prédio todo apenas com escadas . Precisa melhorar a questão da segurança , durante a noite alguém usando a nossa senha abriu a porta do quarto.

Excelente ubicación comodo confortable, lo unico es que no hay mucho do de comer, por lo demas Excelente, me volvere a hospedar ahi

O anfitrião foi bem simpático, precisamos chegar fora do horário do check-in por causa do voo, e mesmo assim pudemos entrar, nos respondeu prontamente. Tudo limpo e organizado. Agradeço pela ótima estadia!!!!!

Buenas localización, el metro no está lejos para moverte por todo Madrid y por el precio está muy bien, tiene aire acondicionado, TV, balcón con mesa y sillas, wifi gratis y bar abajo muy tranquilo y sin ruidos👍

La chambre avait une odeur de cigarette, elle n'était pas du tout insonorisée, on entendait tous les bruits exterieures, surtout qu'il y a un restaurant juste en bas de la fenêtre. Les volets ne ferment pas, on avait de la lumière du bon matin.

solo estuvimos unas 8 horas hospedados para descansar antes de tomar un largo vuelo, dude un poco de mi reserva por por no me llegaron las indicaciones del check in, no tienen recepcion pero me contacte con la propiedad y me mandaron el acceso, muy bien todo, regresaría!

El anfitrión fue muy amable, atento en todo momento; regresaremos pronto !! Gracias

Near airport Madrid

Llegamos al lugar y no podíamos entrar porque no teníamos clave nos tardamos en conseguir wifi para poder escribirle y ya después de 1 hora pudimos entrar, el lugar pequeño pero está cerca de una estación de metro para ir a la ciudad o al aeropuerto

La persona encargada super servicial y nos informó super bien para hacer el checkin.establecimiento alejado eel centro , pero una boca de metro a 3 minutos.

Correcto

Para ser un hostal, correcto. Un detalle inesperado es que hay tés, galletas, frutas y agua a disposición de los huéspedes. El tema del agua caliente, bastante regular en según qué habitación. La cama muy ruidosa y la cisterna, mucho más. Casa vez que se tira de la cadena suena un ruido brutal. La limpieza muy bien, cambio de toallas a diario y nada de olores ni cosas raras. Bien insonorizado en las paredes. El único ruido llega por las puertas y por la zona casi no pasan coches, así que se duerme bien. El colchón no es el mejor, pero no está mal. Buena persiana y terracita pequeña con una mesa y un par de sillas. No hay ascensor. Split acondicionador no demasiado ruidoso, funciona bien.

El ingreso fue complejo porque no enviaron la clave de las puertas, la que proporcionaron después estaba incorrecta, no hay personal que apoye las necesidades de los clientes y no. Tienen sentido de urgencia para gestionar solicitudes

Para lo que pagas es perfecto, en casi centro de Madrid y con día de concierto importante... Bastante bien estaba. Las camas son cómodas, tienen aire acondicionado, supermercado cerca, zona blanca para aparcar sin tener que buscar mucho. Si pasas por Madrid y quieres algo económico donde pasar la noche y seguir el viaje por la mañana es más que suficiente. Si vuelvo a Madrid repito seguro.

Limpia y tranquila.

Hola! Estuvimos 1 niña de 13 años y un matrimonio. Entramos y vimos todo muy limpio. Hacia mucho calor fuera y dentro con el aire acondicionado, estuvimos genial. Hay una mininevera y pudimos pober unos yogures y un agua. La verdad, estuvimos muy a gusto.

Non abbiamo visto alcuno del personale, il check-in lo abbiamo fatto on Line e ci sono arrivati i codici di accesso. Arrivati in struttura non si accendevano le luci e non funzionava nulla. Essendo tarda notte non sapevamo chi contattare. Fortunatamente trovo il quadro elettrico generale e sollevo alcuni interruttori a caso e si accendono li luci. Accendiamo il climatizzatore e non esce aria fredda. Giornata afosa con oltre 30 gradi ma in stanza erano almeno 40, chiusa dalla mattina. Per farla breve abbiamo dovuto dormire con la finestra aperta che affacciava su un terrazzo comune. Niente aria condizionata che forse era scarica ma nessuno avrà controllato. Camera fatiscente arredata alla meglio… frigobar scollegato, accano al letto come comodino. Anche questo non lo abbiamo acceso perché avremmo avuto ancora più calore in stanza…..!!!!! Per concludere è possibile fare il check-in alle12:30 ma, anche se gentilmente, la signora delle pulizie alle 11:30 ci bussa per chiedere a che ore avremmo lberato la camera, incurante dell’avviso sulla porta “Non Disturbare”.

Cercano al aeropuerto. Cama cómoda, habitación y baño limpio.

Limpio, cerca de la boca del metro, con servicios a un paso y cómodo. Si lo que buscas es solo dormir, cumple perfectamente su función.

Bastante bien.

En general, bastante bien, si lo que buscas es un sitio para alojarte. Relación precio/calidad muy bien. Facilidad de acceso, cama muy cómoda, baño completo, televisión. Quizás, la única mejora, poner una mesa y silla para trabajar, y mejorar un pelín la limpieza. He repetido dos veces por trabajo, y está en términos generales bastente bien.

Fuimos seis amigas. Todo perfecto la relación calidad precio excelente. El barrio es muy tranquilo y justo debajo hay un bar para desayunar. La habitación muy amplia y bien comunicada con el metro a tan solo tres minutos. Volvería sin dudarlo.

Comunicación rápida, muy accesible ya que está cerca del metro San Lorenzo, cerca hay restaurantes, lavandería. El lugar limpio y privado.
