Excellent hotel with a helpful and friendly staff.

Excellent location right on the beach and good amenities

Lots of very small touches. Great coffee in the morning available for guests. Restaurant's food was above average. Amazing views and short walk around the corner down to the beach. Felt safe. All staff were friendly! Thank you!

Beautiful accommodations, outstanding view and a most pleasant beach.

For the price, we expected everything to work in the room, but we had to call for service to get the dead bolt to work, even then, there was still a bedside lamp that was not fixable.

Headlands Lodge: A Welcoming Haven for Families, Even on Busy Weekends Our family of four, including our energetic pup and 10-year-old daughter, had a fantastic stay at Headlands Lodge over Labor Day weekend. Despite the busy holiday, the staff was incredibly welcoming and understanding, making us feel right at home. The rooms and restaurants were spotless, proving that pet-friendly doesn't have to mean sacrificing cleanliness. Our dog was clearly happy to be in such a welcoming place, especially with the beach just steps away. Other dogs seemed equally content, enjoying the freedom and fresh air. The cool coastal weather was a refreshing break from the summer heat. On our first night, I knew we'd be back. Headlands Lodge is the perfect summer escape for families seeking relaxation and outdoor fun. Highly recommended!

We wanted a private - quiet - romantic getaway and this place was perfect. Nice comfortable room/ gorgeous view - relaxing and well equipped

Noisy floors above

This place has the most amazing location and view anyone could ever want at the coast. the rooms are nice, maybe a bit tight, but have a lot of amenities. The only drawback is that unless you are on the top floor, you will hear everything from the floor above. We had someone who loved to walk, walk, walk around their room ALL NIGHT and we barely slept! This place is very expensive and even decadent, but if you want quiet rest, book somewhere else.

We stayed for our honeymoon and absolutely loved everything about our stay. The view was fantastic, service was great. We were surprised with a bottle of bubbly in our room upon arrival and greatly enjoyed our time. We’ll absolutely be back!

Nicely located hotel on the beach

Very nice hotel on the beach in Pacific City. Our family had a balcony which was great. We would have liked to have had a screen door so we could leave the sliding glass door open. The shower is nice but has no door which makes things a bit messy. The wine/cocktail hour is a nice thought however we were never greeted or served so ultimately left. That was unfortunate. Beds are comfortable and the size of room adequate. Room service food was very good!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Headlands. The room was comfortable and offered superior views right off the beach. The room was stocked with everything to make for a relaxing stay. We loved that they offered bath salts to enjoy the in-room tub. The service was top notch. Everyone was extremely polite and professional while being very personable!

We loved staying at Headlands Coastal Lodge & Spa for 2 nights. It was the perfect relaxation stay after 4 days of hiking and riding bikes. The atmosphere was so inviting. The room was fabulous with an absolutely stunning view and all the comforts we could have asked for. We hiked up the sand dunes and explore the coast a l. Beautiful! I will definitely be coming back!! The only complaint would be the very few dining locations in town. We ate at our hotel both nights- it was good and easy to reserve a table.

This is an outstanding property and experience. Every detail is thought out. Spectacular views and staff! I wish every place I visited had this level of luxury.

I was very surprised to discover a glass separating the bathroom and the main room. Even with the curtain I felt very uncomfortable showering! Ridiculous

Retreat Oregon coast!!

The best lil secret hideaway ! Take your wife or gf , you will have a incredible time.

Headlands is the perfect spot to relax!

It’s our second stay at Headlands, the location and view are tremendous. But for the price I feel like things should be perfect and they are not. The rooms are starting to look aged a bit and some touch up needs to be done.

Beautiful property with amazing views

Wonderful beds, soft and plush, the hotel lovely, staff nice, just relaxing and views breathtaking, area food good at BJ tacos. Spa service awesome.

The staff went above and beyond to be helpful and accommodate our needs. We ended up checking in at 2 AM in the morning, only to find out I had mistakenly not booked a room for that night, but the staff graciously pulled through. Additionally, we loved how dog friendly the property was. We also loved the attention to detail around the property. The beach, pantries, restaurant and views were all fantastic.

Just got back from 2 nights there and had the most amazing and relaxing time. Staff are super friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Everything was great.... due to lack of staff breakfast and lunch had to be taken by room service.

A memorable hotel.

Our stay at this luxury resort could not have been better. The staff was friendly and polite, our dinner from the restaurant was wonderful, and our room was incredibly comfortable, especially the memory foam bed. We did think that the room was overly staged and could have had better lighting. But the hotel is Amazing and beautiful and the ocean view is breathtaking.

First Class Casual

Amazing place to stay. I felt like I was at Coastal Timberline Lodge. Service was great, professional and timely. View was beautiful. The Tidepool Spa was also Great! I had a facial and came out feeling fresh and youthful. The Meridian Restaurant was another amazing experience. This was the most money we ever spent at the Oregon Coast. It is expensive. Years since my husband had been to our Coast. Was a very romantic stay, with Great Decor. Celebrated a milestone bday there, was one of my best ever. Highly recommended.

Stunning Views and Wonderful Location

Stunning property!! We were extremely happy with our entire stay. For starters, the ease of parking, beautiful entry to the lobby and check-in area, friendly and pleasant staff all made check-in a breeze. We brought our dog Ruthie and she was offered some treats and supplies for the hotel room if needed. We stayed in one of the corner ocean front rooms and had awesome views of the ocean and the beach. The fireplace, sitting area, soaking tub, flatscreen TV and king size bed with ample space for our dog as well made the room worth the price! At night there is a lovely hot tub in the spa area and was a great place to relax and recharge after a long day of walking on the beach and exploring the sand dune near the hotel (it's a must climb to the top if you're visiting here!!). The property is steps from the beach, and they provide towels and warm water showers at the entrance to clean off sandy feet and wet pups. There are some great food options within walking distance but the food at the Meridian was delicious if you're willing to splurge a bit. Ben and Jeff's tacos down a short stroll from the property was the best place for lunch, we went three days in a row! We didn't have the best experience with Pelican Brewing Company but that's all I'll say. There is a market as well to pickup drinks, ice, and anything you need for a day on the beach. We had a phenomenal trip and relaxing time at the Headlands and look forward to making the drive up from SF Bay Area again in the future!!

Wonderful resort. Room was spotless and fully stock with extra towels, coffee and water. Due to still having COVID restrictions didn’t use some of the amenities. Beach was very clean. Hiking up the sand dune for amazing views at sunset. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. An amazing stay.

Loved that it was right on the beach and it is a first class first rate resort! I expected a little more from the restaurant, food was ok, menu was limited and I wanted the restaurant to be nicer/fancier! Just a thought! Nonetheless, we love the place and will be back! I also thought the staff was really friendly and our server at dinner was awesome! Unfortunately I don’t remember her name but she also works in the massage area, I believe!

We had a wonderful, relaxing getaway on the Oregon coast! Hotel restaurant & room service are fantastic.

The hotel is fantastic and I would stay there again. Tons of amenities, the spa is fantastic as well as the food. Quick beach access, and a quaint town. The only downsides are the beds being very stiff/rock hard slabs, and the iPad in the room had some kind goopy fingerprint left from another guest. I always pack my own Clorox wipes and give a once over to things like remote, door handles, etc.

The hotel was fantastic. The room was pristine, the bed was comfortable, and the view was so unbelievable that I barely left the deck. All of the staff were extremely nice and accommodating and the restaurant hit it out of the park.

Headlands hotel Oregon Coast.

This place is amazing. 5 star for sure for Oregon. Best I could find on the coast. It was expensive though and I wasn’t able to use my free night thru hotels which was a huge bummer. We stayed 2 nights. Super dog friendly. Staff were amazing. Dinner at the restaurant was yummy. View from our room and ocean lulling us to sleep was perfect. I can’t wait to go back.

Valentine’s weekend getaway and they put us in a handicap room, the toilet backed up and it sounds like a herd of elephants is performing in a circus above us all night long!!

Lovely quiet weekend. Property is spectacular- right on the edge of hiking trails and the view is incomparable. Restaurant was very quiet but the food excellent [octopus!] and breakfasts were more than filling so we split them. Room was very well laid out, nice fireplace and deck, great bed!
