Great location, just 4 mins walk from the train station and 10 mins walk to old town square. The room is spacous and clean, staff is friendly and helpful. However, the sound insulation would need to improve, I can hear people next door switch on the kettle.

Really liked it here, the place is very good and I like the location. The guy that checked me in was super friendly. It was modern and clean and very convenient.

Trans and busses were outside the front door with easy access to everywhere. Comfortable room with 2 extra twin beds. Good value for the money. No shelf on the shower.

Perfect couple's visit to Krakow 2024

Brilliant, apart from very first night, 2 men having a row, pushing & shoving right in to our room door! 1 of them was in a neighbouring room, it soon calmed down. We were too tired to not sleep, even with low bed & pillows, shower is tiny but really hot 😊 Bar staff were fab except older lady, dark hair, pretty miserable & sharp 🤔 Perfect location, great stay

Perfect location for exploring Krakow between the old town and Jewish quarter. All main sites walkable and close to a pick up point for the Auschwitz and Salt mine tours. Clean, modern apartment and bathroom with basic but adequate kitchen facilities for breakfast, although the bar does have breakfast available to purchase. Friendly staff, discounted drinks, bag storage on our last day was really useful.

The last two days, the hot water didn’t work. We tried contacting the people at the front but their desk was closed. The location is absolutely fantastic. They just need to work on updating the rooms. They also need to provide super clean sheets. All these things can be fixed with a few hundred dollars. Shouldn’t be too complicated.

Room was on the third floor, but hotel didn’t have an elevator, and it was very hard to go up with the suitcases and go down. I reserved room with two beds and got room with one bed.

A lovely gothic style and in the centre of everywhere. The guy at the desk could not have been more helpful.

Best accommodation to experience Krawkow

We totally enjoyed Krawkow and the hotel was awesome. We had a late arrival. They waited for us to arrive. Room was clean safe air conditioning worked well. Breakfast was great. We got to experience and enjoy Krawkow. Would definitely stay again. Comfortable bed. Clean fresh linen. Towels great.

Anna went above and beyond telling us about the history of Krakow while transporting us from airport, through the city and on our way back on our last day. We were able to communicate with her regularly with our flight times and her pick-up and drop off times. There is a beauty parlour right beside the apartment, and a hairdresser which i highly recommended. got my nails done straight after the flight. Konrad at the bar was very helpful in giving us numbers for taxi companies around the city. The bar stocks a variety of drinks and we didn't feel the need to get out at all for the night. We had everything right on our doorstep. Thank you Anna for your warm hospitality and smiling face, we will surely use Happy Tower again.

Cheap comfortable stay in the middle of town

Nice comfortable clean and modern mini apartment at the right price. The service and check in process was really easy and the location was amazing for all the sights of Krakow!

Great Place!

Our first trip to Krakow and Poland and this was an ideal choice. Great location--10 minute walk to the "Rynek Glowny" ( main Market Square) and the Kazimierz district the other direction. The entrance seems a bit seedy but once inside this old building has been beautifully renovated and pristinely clean(also secure) . Room was clean with plumbing, appliances etc all up to date and working perfectly. Room didn't have much of a view but plenty of air and light from a large window and very little street noise. Other guests/ residents(some apparently longer-term) quiet and polite. We ate out at the many excellent restaurants in the area but there is a kitchenette if you want to procure provisions from nearby grocery markets. We chose this over other "aparthotels"because it has a front desk which is extremely helpful when you visit a city the first time. The staff was very helpful and gracious but be prepared that the front desk is also a public bar which operates in the eve! Don't worry, there is absolutely no noise from the bar in the rooms up above. Excellent value for a moderate price!

Decent stay in Krákow

The apartment was a reasonable distance from the city centre. The check-in was a bit confusing as we had to go into the pub that was on the left of the entrance. Check-in was smooth, the room was spacious with a small kitchen and a rather big fridge. The toilet was decent but the shower area could use a curtain as the water would splash out when showering. No shower necessities were provided. Do note as well that the room is only cleaned every 4 day according to the information booklet provided in the room and the beds were slightly thin. However we were able to adjust the temperature in the room so that was a good plus. It was also quiet within our apartment room even though the building is just along the street.

Very nice apartment and very central

I went to Krakow for a weekend trip on my own. The whole experience was so easy and they were very friendly, spoke good english and couldn't help more. The room was huge and clean, could have used an extra pillow but otherwise no complaints. I will definitely be back.

Good location lovely staff

Stayed at hotel for my fiancé’s birthday this weekend. Bar served as reception also and discounted drinks if you told them you were staying in apartments!(not that you needed discount as it was so cheap anyway!) The Batman/receptionist was polite, to the point and helpful. He helped us to book our transfer for the return home who was also lovely she told us a lot about the city and was prompt and on time. He also assisted us in booking a tour and gave us the best tips and directions to the best locations without us even asking. Room was like an IKEA showroom, simple but stylish. Only negative was that the bed was slightly uncomfortable, however after 2 days of walking and tiring ourselves out I had 2 very good nights sleep! They also were self catering apartments, but a toaster or an oven were not supplied, just a hob and microwave, which was a pain when we just wanted some toast! Good location close to tram, close to old town Kraków which is beautiful. Cannot wait to go back, and will definitely consider staying at happy tower again! P.s. after reading reviews beforehand, a lot of people said about the stairs. We stayed on the ground floor which wasn’t only a few steps leaving up from the Main Street, so I’m sure of steps are an issue then you could request a lower floor! Washing machine and washing powder was also provided which was fab when it was rainy and clothes got soggy and stinky.

Good Location

Receptionist/Bartender was very polite and accommodating. Parking is limited to 6 spaces so you have to reserve a spot and receive confirmation before you travel. Location is very convenient, only a 5 minute walk to castle or the main sightseeing tours bus stop. Rooms are furnished with IKEA items. We got the room on first floor which I would not recommend as you can hear all guests and tenants going in and out as our door was at the beginning of only stairwell. First night around 10:30 PM someone actually tried to turn the door handle. It could not be a mistake as this is only door in ground floor stairwell. Doors and locks are very old and do not generate a feeling of security nor any sound insulation. Also, all terraces are connected by outside steps.

For price and location it was perfect. A few minutes walk and you are in old town.

Great location for sightseeing on foot

Great location- in an area thats a short walk to both the old town, and in the opposite direction the Jewish Quarter. A reasonably large supermarket was also 5 mins walk, but a few 24h delis were closer. Only issue with location is its on a busy enough road, but of windows are closed you wouldnt hear it, well soundproofed.

Great location, great price!

This was a lovely hotel apartment. Emphasis on apartment as it really was a little studio apartment and maid service is every 4 days so you need to tidy and clean up after yourself. Was really pleased with the size of the room, lovely and spacious, room to store luggage, and a lovely area to cook and eat in. There was even a washing machine that was free to use and they provided a free washing tablet for an emergency. At night we found it was very quiet and had no problem with noise disturbance. The location was at most 5-10 min walk right into the city centre so didn't need to spend any money on transport. Right down the street were several small shops selling groceries and a lovely bakery for your fresh morning pastries. The only real negative was the 'queen size' bed was in reality two very hard uncomfortable tiny twin beds pushed together, with a limp cushion they called a pillow which didn't make for the best nights sleep.... but for the price no real complaints. They were also very accommodating, our flight was delayed and we didn't arrive until 1am, we gave them a quick call to explain and we were able to pick up the keys and check in with no problems.

bit difficult to find. very tiny sign, did not expect the reception desk to be at the bar. past that it was basic apartment type hotel.

Great hotel , fab location

Stayed for 4nights, no hassle . Everything there that we needed , the area was great and handy to everywhere . Adam and his friend most helpful and friendly. If we decide to go back would definitely stay here again

Long weekend

Very spacious and well equipped apartment/hotel room. The kitchen area had what was needed if you wanted to cater for yourself. The security is good, with a few fob to open the outer door. The bar was handy for a well priced drink. If you like to dance that was going on with a DJ until the early hours on Saturday. The area is ideal, being between the old town and the Jewish quarter. Minus points were the bed was rather hard with tiny pillows.

Can't fault, excellent apartment!

For the price, local and the bar downstairs absolutely excellent. The bed might not be to everyone's taste but we slept fine every night! Smashing little apartment in downtown Krakow! 5*

Great studio apartment, centrally located

This apartment is in a great location, walking distance to most everything you want to do or see in Krakow. Note that the check in is at the Poli bar with the bartender. This is not clear when you arrive, but once you figure it out they are very friendly and helpful. The Poli bar is in the same building as the apartments. The bed was very hard but the pillows were nice. I was so tired every night from all the walking, it didn't matter and I fell right to sleep. There's also a small grocery store at the corner, across the street; less than a 5 minute walk and it's called Carrefour Express.

Well located appartment

Great location, 5min walk to the center of the old town and also to the Jewish neighborhood. Lots of cool bars, restaurants and cafe there. Don't well the outside buildings put you off, the appartment is new and super clean. Beds are up to the rumors: hard. Had a great stay there.

Great location

Being in the city center we could walk all the inersting places in Krakow.

Our room was clean quite modern ok yes the bed was quite firm and low but we slept well enough , the bar noise wasn't a problem to us as we were on the third floor ,overall a good place to stay and yes we would go back maybe next year

Very cheap price & next to everything you'd need!

Best part of hotel is the great location - can get to the main square, Jewish quarter and main railway station in about 15 minutes. Staff all very helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean though beds a bit basic so may be too hard for some. Be warned though there was not lift so if struggle with stairs request a lower level room!

Fun place to stay, convienient and quiet

I enjoyed a great stay at the Happy Tower. Clean, and quiet, with a friendly bar next door to chill in. The room was bright and more than adequate for 4 nights stay in Krakow. Recommended.

Nylig oppusset med enkel standard. Resepsjonen stengt i 3 timer fra 10 - 13 Mikrobølgeovn, vannkoker og kjøleskap. Noe bestikk og service. Kort vei til gamlebyen. Mange barer og spisesteder i nærheten. Bar/kafe/frokostrom og resepsjon i ett.

Hårda sängar, inga nya handdukar under vistelsen, sunkit då väggar var skitiga och vi fann en silverfisk. Undermålig frukost med gårdagens bröd. Enda positiva var läget. Nära till stortorget, judiskakvarteren och spårvagn. Framgår inte helt att detta inte är ett hotell utan ett apartments. Där av städning och handduksbytning var 4 dag...

Niet geweldig

Prima kamer (nr 2), goede ligging. Helaas erg gehorig, je hoort alles wat er buiten en binnen gebeurt heel goed. Zelfs de deur was niet geluiddicht. Wij hadden de pech dat ze sochtends rond 6 buiten al aan het klussen waren een aantal dagen. Ook is de wc zo geplaatst dat je er niet normaal op kunt zitten. Tevens is de afzuiging in de badkamer niet zo goed waardoor vocht van het douchen lang blijft hangen.

Prima hotel voor de prijs die we betaald hebben. Ontbijt is netjes en voldoende. De locatie van het hotel is perfect. Veel bezienswaardigheden zijn op loopafstand.

Location is excellent, room was very clean and nice, bed was the best ever! Toilets sink plump dropped water everywhere, the walls are very thin so you can hear everything from outside the door. They never cleaned the room once we where there. Still, it was very good!

Відпочивали сім"єю , малому 3 р. Все дуже сподобалось, кімната як на фото, все чисто, охайно, кондиціонер робочий ( плита, посуд , телевізор , wifi, все присутнє). Сам готель розташований дуже зручно, близько до вокзалу (30 хв пішки), поруч зупинки громадського транспорту, магазини, старе місто. Для піших прогулянок, як на мою думку, дуже добре. Дякуємо...)))

Inte alls bra

Tyvärr hade vi ingen bra upplevelse av detta hotell. Byggnaden renoverades samtidigt som vi bodde där. Wi-fi var på sin höjd dåligt och sängarna var så hårda att vi båda fick ont i ryggen. Ovanpå det så smälte hårfönen när vi använde den i cirka fem minuter. En del av våra handdukar var också smutsiga. Läget är dock väldigt bra.

Perfekt läge. Hjälpsam personal. Obekväma sängar. Trasiga lampor på rummet och renovering av trapphuset dom gjorde att det blev dammigt.
