Great big room, very clean and tidy. Very good for the price. Cool neighbourhood and quick taxi ride to malls. Only bad thing was no elevator so having to carry luggage up stairs.

I initially wanted to give a bad review of this property, but I hesitated to do until i stayed the full five days. Pros: - Decently near to the MRT, within a 15 mins walk. (~1km) - Conveniently located next to some quite solid eateries and massage houses. - General upkeep of the hotel is good, facilities are well-maintained. Clean beddings - Quite spacious rooms - Refrigerator provided, which is quite rare for budget hotels. Cons: - If you are thinking of wheeling your luggage from the MRT, please reconsider as the walking pavements are nightmarishly uneven. Do take a grab or taxi from a mall/ train station. - For those that use Bidet,

The room didn't look at all how it was advertised on expedia. It didn't show right location on the map. And the walls are so thin you feel you are living in the same room with the people next door.

Great trip. Quiet area. Not too far from MRT or local eateries. Staff very nice and attentive

Good size room with very basic furniture.no elevator .Area around hotel has no side walks.must continuously avoid hit by cars.

Its good quite place. In cheaper rates its very good place. You can go all shopping and main market by bike.

The layout of the room was very spacious relaxing. I loved everything about the room. I only would have loved it more if there was a bigger window That was easier to view. Also it wasn’t a big issue but the channels on tv did have any English or not even in subtitles which wasn’t the reason for staying so it wasn’t a terrible concern.

What I like is it’s cheap but reliable in a sense that the price is really accurate on the style, location and style of the hotel.

If the hotel has elevator service that willl be better...

Nice small hotel

Nice small hotel in a good and quite area of Bangkok. Big rooms, clean, no elevator, the air conditioner was old and not clean, rooms need more attention. Just near the hotel is wonderful restaurant called The Corner. Wonderful food for reasonable price!!!

Nice clean room. Very comfortable bed. No lift so not great carrying up suitcase flights of stairs. WiFi did not work. TV awful.

The air conditioner is a noise machine. I complained about it the first evening but the manager explained the technician had gone for the day. I could hardly sleep for the first night in a noisy warm room. The next morning the other manager explained the technician will come in the evening only. I changed my mind and stayed with a friend in another hotel and came back in the second morning to check out. Totally a waste of money.

As a hotel policy, they will request you to pay 500 baht as a deposit when you check in but they will give it back when you check out. The room is clean and spacious but there’s no elevator. The location is great. There’s 7-11 convenient store nearby.

WORST OF THE WORST

Hap@sathorn is the worst hotel experience I've ever had. This place has all of the normal problems that bad hotels have: Rude customer service. No elevators. Maids that don’t really clean. Old, dirty broken down aircon systems that make a lot of noise and don’t really cool the room. Water pressure and temperature issues. I pointed out that our aircon wasn’t working, but the night staff spoke no English. He didn’t understand the problem. So I lifted up the front of the unit (which opens normally for cleaning) to show him that the inside was full of ice. He yelled (in Thai—my girlfriend translated) “Don’t touch that! If you break it you’ll pay for it!” But what makes this place the worst of the worst hotels is that it has a dishonest manager/owner. They asked me to pay 200 baht for what they claimed to be a stained pillow. I told them that this was not a stain and I asked if they tried to wash it. The staff told me that they had not even tried.I told them I would take it to my room and wash it in the sink. The powder came out completely. Next I found out that they had shaken down my girlfriend for the money behind my back. She was upset. I requested to speak with the owner the next morning (by phone). He lied that they had sent the pillow to the cleaner for special cleaning. What? I was standing there with the pillow case in which was STILL WET from my cleaning it in the sink. He told me that if I wanted my girlfriend's money back that I should call the police.

almost perfectly excepted AC too close to the bed and blown our face were we sleep...However Room was so nice Clean and quiet, Location not too far to walk to station. Convince with surrounding of restaurant.

Great stay

The room was a lot bigger than I thought. The shower didn’t have hot water the first night but this was quickly fixed. Area is a bit deeper down a Soi but walking distance to some really nice hidden bars and eateries. Really good value for money

Awesome hotel , it’s a bit away from pratunam city center but it really worth it. Peaceful and such a beautiful hotel , price is very good too

Good value for money

It’s very clean, spacious and modern. The only downside is there is no lift so be prepared to carry your suitcase. It would have been even better if there were some foreign tv channels available.

I gave this hotel room four points, but it’s a somewhat weak four points, the location isn’t that great. It’s a ten minutes walk to Lumphini MRT station, the BTS SalaDaeng station is half an hour. The value of the room was quite good, it was quite a big and clean room. It was quiet enough but not very quiet.

Okay for price...

For price was OK but personally I wished I had paid a bit more and stayed at a better hotel, I booked in here for one night before my flight back home, The noise levels in here were loud, Air conditioning very loud, I had just managed to nod off when one the other rooms came back and the noise next to my room was extremely loud that it completely disturbed my sleep, Was annoying having to leave a deposit, (This was the only hotel in my whole stay who demanded a deposit to stay!) One of the water bottles in my room had already opened and drank out of!! They leave the do not disturb signs on outside of door, which is very strange, I was half expecting to be walking in on people asleep or worse. Is a bit of a trek to metro line having to cross one of Bangkoks major junctions (Which is taking your life into your hands). Because is a newer hotel it does not show up in grab/uber app which made getting a taxi a pain. I personally would rather have paid I bit more and stayed somewhere else but if you are in a budget then this hotel will be fine.

This hotel needs staff and management training

Perfect location, nice spacious clean room but very poor staff and failing room accomodations such as f.e. a chair at the office desk space, bathroom amenities.

It was a very nice building, I would have liked to have stayed longer, but the AC smelled like mildew every time I turned it on, and the WiFi was sooo slow... between those two reasons, I checked out for a different hotel in Bangkok. But if you don’t use the AC or use WiFi, it really is a nice little hotel! Close to Lumphini metro.

One night stay

We liked the area- about a 15 minute walk to Lumpini Park and metro station. Front desk staff were not the friendliest. There was a lack of hot water for showers but the price was right for us.

Loved the location

We stayed a few nights here, under 2 reservations. Initially they said we would have to change room so for our last night (separate reservation) but then in the morning when we inquired, they said we could stay in the same room, which was our preference. The hotel is in a quiet area, so you can’t hear traffic, but you can hear others coming/going in the hallways. The room was nice and bright and the bed was comfortable. Although the bathroom was modern, there was no hot water for showering. We loved the neibourhood, being a walk to the subway and Lumpini Park! We’d stay again for the location and price.

Overall was good, the room is big within the budget. The checkin also good & helpful staff. New room & comfort for yr stay. Valuable for yr money.

For the price, the room was actually one of the nicest I stayed in my whole trip. Gorgeous bathroom. Pretty hard bed, but I like that. The area, however was not very close to everything. At the same time though, Bangkok is huge, and there were definitely restaurants nearby. So not close to the malls or the palace, let’s put it like that. Overall VERY clean, VERY nice room, and there was a very cute little cafe attached to the restaurant.

Nice Neighbourhood but unfriendly reception

スムーズに進めばルンピニー駅から徒歩5分くらいです。 2日間の滞在でベッドもシーツも全体的にとても清潔で快適でした！（以前別のホテルでベッドとクッションから悪臭がしたことがあったので、、） スタッフも優しかった。 ホテル周辺にはレストランやコンビニ、マッサージも沢山あるので便利でした。 シャワールームに何かしらの物置き台があればありがたいですが、格安で滞在できたので満足です。

おススメです。

夜遅くにいくと少し場所が、わかりずらいです。総合的には快適です。部屋は食べ物をそのままにすると蟻がきます。周りは非常に静かです。おススメです。

房間感覺狠心很乾淨，應該是有重新裝潢過，不過房間裡掛了兩幅美女圖，晚上感覺怪怪，好像在看著你睡覺，床很大，被子很舒服，飯店走到捷運站大概15分鐘，不過天氣很熱，走到捷運站就流一身汗，總體來說，房價便宜，房間舒服，物超所值。
