Excellent location! Rooms book up fast!

Cheap, comfortable and central

This is a good, cheap hotel in a good location. The rooms are small but have everything you need. My friend had an issue in that twice she came to her room and the cleaners had decided to take a nap in there which was just mental!

Cheap and well located

The hotel is cheap and well located. There are some great bars, cafes and restaurants in the area. The rooms are small but have everything you need, the bed was comfortable, the shower hot. My friend twice came back to find the cleaners asleep on her bed which was highly unprofessional.

Very nice Hotel - conveniently located in food street (1 minute walk to sports bar) and within walking distance to train street. Rooms are clean and comfortable and staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is also very good.

It was cheap but the place is amazing. Room is clean and spacious. You have free breakfast also. Plus the location of the hotel is accessible and near important destinations around hanoi.

The location is fantastic, 2mins to train street, right on food street. Only thing that let is down was rock hard bed, but seems that is way it is in Vietnam.

Great stay - good location; staff were lovely

Pros- Great location, clean and maintained rooms, convenient amenities, eateries and market nearby. Cons- Corridors and rooms are abit small, breakfast area is very small. Breakfast was ok.

I would stay here again. Friendly helpful staff in a great location with lots of restaurants and walking distance to the old quarter. Clean big rooms and a good breakfast

Value For Money Stay.

Great budget hotel in a fantastic location. Unfortunately we were there during a partial lockdown which limited our dining options in the vicinity of the hotel. The staff were all very friendly and obliging. We did in fact extend our stay at the hotel by a couple of days. All in all, a good place to stay at a good price. Would definitely recommend.

Great for tourists who value convenience

Rooms are small but value for money. Great food places around so it’s very convenient for tourists.

We stopped by here for an afternoon just to get rest before taking the train into Sapa. Noise travels easily through the walls and especially your door. So if you're a light sleeper, this may not be the place for you. Otherwise, it was clean and comfortable. For the price, we can't really complain too much.

Hanoi Sky Hotel

Good location within walking distance to most attractions in the old city. Good selection for breakfast which was included in our booking. Restaurants in the same street all very good. The train line is a must to visit and very close by.

A perfect base

We stayed at this hotel on three different occasions and in between they stored our luggage. The staff were always helpful and friendly. We liked the breakfast as there were a lot of choices. The rooms overloking the street have nicer views and are bigger than the ones opposite. It is in a good location in the middle of streetfood restaurance and an easy walk away from the old quarter.

Good quality for the price

For the price, a comfortable stay with a good quality breakfast. It is close to many sites but I would still recommend a motorbike or taxi for some places. small rooms but quiet. Very helpful and friendly staff except for the cleaning staff that is impatient to clean your room on their schedule.

Friendly staff

I used this hotel to transit for one night. It’s too far away from the airport for that purpose. But if you’re staying in Hanoi, I highly recommend. Very friendly staff that wants you to be happy, clean room, comfortable bed, decent bathroom with great water pressure, very good breakfast included, centrally located. Great value.

Every things was great, the pepol in the hotel was very friendly soo cool may be just a litelexpensive bye see you soon!

Great Hotel in the Old Quarter.

Great Hotel in an excellent position. Step outside the door and take a few steps to massive selection of genuine cheap, delicious , outdoor cafes . Cars are unable to enter the narrow street which is a bonus . One can walk with ease to a vast selection of quality eateries .

The hotel is small but has everything I need. Below the hotel are eateries with local food. Hotel also provides free breakfast and tours to Halong Bay and Sapa

Comfortable stay - highly recommend

Handy location within Night Food Street. Staff are professional and exchange rate given is excellent. Wifi is a bit inconsistent but overall, an excellent stay. Would highly recommend as it is walking distance to everything. Thu at the front desk is a credit to this hotel.

This hotel has a very friendly and large staff. We always found it easy to ask someone for help. We showed up at 530AM due to an early train arrival and they were happy to watch our bags and feed us breakfast for free. The breakfast is not fancy but quite good. This hotel is right on a night food street. It is very fun to sit outside, drink coffee and watch the action!

Good location

Good budget hotel. Lots of great restaurants, bars, pubs and clean street food. Amazing French bread shop a few streets away. Walking distance to the lake in the old quarter.

Convenient, near Hanoi old town. Easy to access to other location. Breakfast food is good and our needs. Hotel is clean & new .

Wonderful - Hanoi Sky Hotel

A small hotel but with good service & excellent condition; Location is ideal as it is outside 'noisy' street, within 15mins walking to the Lake, Night Market and nearby museum. Front-desk crew are extra helpful with English speaking ability! A note for airport-arriving traveler with small budget, this hotel location is ideal -- a 10mins walk from Hanoi Railway Station (where Express Bus86 from Airport terminates here, with a VND30,000 bus fare).

Good situation, confortable room

The hotel is well situated. You can visit all the attractions walking. The staff is really nice. They has to improve the cleaness of the room. we book two tours with them. We were not lucky in the halong bay cruise tour because our bed had beach sand inside and we don't have hot water for having shower. Maybe we'll recommend to do it with another travel agency. However, trang an tour was perfect.

It was a disaster experience for me! I did stated a late check-in! when arrived in hotel was been told only {1} one room available!!! booked and fully paid for (2) two rooms!!! was told no others rooms available for us!!! I made the booking more than 2 weeks ago!!! However all credits given to the front desk staff name Ms Daisy! she tried all over the area in that sector to get another hotel for us and she done good for us! but I'm still not please with "Hanoi Sky Hotel" in term of the handling of guest booking!!!

Convenient and clean hotel

Good size room, very clean. The bathroom was a bit little but it was fine for the stay. Staff was hospitable. Walkable to the old quarter which is good.

Lovely hotel, great price.

Good for the price, no problems while I was there. Very close to the old quarter, professional and lovely staff. Only downfall was it says they have room service however when I tried to order it one of the days I was there, I was told it was unavailable that day.

Lovely rooms & Excellent customer service!

I loved my stay here! the staff were friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. They helped us with everything we needed and even took us to the roadside to hail a taxi so we weren't ripped off. The rooms are as pictured, nicely decorated and clean. Free fruit and water on arrival and the TV had some English channels including movie channels. Beautiful clean bathrooms with big showers. I can not recommend the staff and rooms enough at this hotel - wonderful stay! Plus point, it's in a lovely area of the old quarter, walking distance to many attractions and is on a street full of street food, restaurants and a bar so lots going on nearby.

Superb hotel !

We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend this hotel to others. All staff were very friendly and helpful, and were always happy to help, make suggestions. Quality of beds and bed linen was excellent and thanks to double glazed Windows, our room was very quiet.The front desk staff where always helpful and very professional in their approach. Breakfasts were a buffet style with a side menu for egg based dishes. There was a wide selection of breads, pastries, fruits, juices and hot dishes.All in all I would happily stay there again.

good for back packers.

The hotel is on a food street in a very crowded area of Hanoi not very far from Hoàn Kiếm lake. It is impossible for a car to access. The room is very small. If you have big luggage you will find difficulty to find a place to put it. Only recommend for back packers.

Great location for eating out & shopping

Room is a little small but it's clean and comfortable. The only thing i didn't like about this hotel was that most tour bus & taxi aren't allow to pull in front of the hotel (I'm not sure of the reason) so we have to walk to the tour bus with our luggages and depend where they parked you may have to walk few min around the busy streets of Hanoi with your luggages.

Lovely Staff

The staff are very charming and helpful. They arranged trips and taxis and couldn't do enough for us. The room was clean and comfortable and the bed was enormous. The food was ok and the location good. The stairs were narrow and the corridors tiny. There is a lift but I prefer the stairs. The stairs were constantly blocked by cleaning apparatus and rubbish. Obviously normally if you can use a lift this would not matter, but in the case of a fire this would be lethal and this is why I would not recommend this hotel.

Well worth the money

We only stayed for 3 nights prior to our flight home but I must admit the hotel and room were amongst the best we stayed in and probably the cheapest. Would definitely stay there again.

Great value and service

Wonderful welcome. Very friendly. Rooms are not big but facilities are excellent. Service is ver very good. Left our main luggage during our trip to sapa and halong. We arrived at 5 in the morning after sapa and they offered a room for 3 hrs for free before our trip to halong bay. Good breakfast.

Pleasant Hotel and Very friendly hotel staffs

The hotel receptionist was kind enough to give me some fever medicine when I told him that I was not well. The return flight was at 9am and I needed to leave the hotel by 6am and the hotel staff was very kind enough to pack breakfast though their breakfast buffet opens at 630am. I admire their kind attention to tourists.

Excellent staff, so very friendly and helpful, kudos to Tu, the bell boy, he is great! Food was very good, clean, fresh, staff are so pleasant. Rooms were clean, laundry service available. Close to the old quarter, on food street, a good location. I missed my mattress, this ones a little too firm for me, my husband did fine. Room is adequate, we didn't spend much time there, family members had a suite, very nice, separate bedroom living room, except the tv was in the bedroom. A great place to stay! We will be back!

Helpful staff, small rooms.

There is a lovely lady who works reception very helpful. Amazing cafe across the road. Rooms quite small. In a good location, can walk everywhere. On a pedestrianised road.

Very good hotel

I booked Delux room I did not like what they showed me as I needed a room with a window over looking outside, they were nice and offered me a little suite wich was very nice. the staff were very helpful.

Great location. Rooms are a little small and walls are thin but the bed was extremely comfortable, the shower was amazing and the breakfast was great! Very happy with the choice.

Nice Hotel close to attractions

We spent 6 nights at this hotel. The staff arranged an extra night and a day tour to Halong Bay.

Great Value for Money

Excellent room, lovely bathroom. You get a lot for your money. The location is good, on the edge of the old quarter so you can easily walk to many of the main attractions. It is also a short walk to the train station. It is also situated on a quiet street so traffic noise wasn't an issue.

Excellent Hotel with modern facilities

The Hanoi Sky Hotel is an excellent hotel with modern facilities situated close to many attractions in the old quarter of Hanoi. Staff of the Hotel spoke excellent English and were very helpful at all times. Our room was clean, with modern amenities, a safe, free WIFI, TV, a safe, a bar fridge & complimentary bottle water & tea & coffee making facilities. Breakfast was great with a good range of food on offer. When we told hotel staff that we had to leave before breakfast for the airport on the last day of our 3 night stay, we were offered a "takeaway breakfast". We were pleasantly surprised ! Friendly staff and good value

I enjoyed the stay here. The rooms were clean, internet worked and breakfast was comfortable and pleasant There are a number of cafes and outdoor casual bar type places in the immediate street. So it is easy to find a pleasant place for a coffee or a beer. The front office manager was trying his best to look after us. A very comfortable hotel at a very reasonable price.

Great Place With Friendly Staff

A nice little hotel with quite a few places to eat right outside. A bit of a walk to the old quarter (20+ minutes) but it is an interesting walk and it is also quite central to many other sights such as the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and West Lake. Less than 10 minutes to the train station too. Good value for money and would definately recommend.

Very clean and functional three star hotel

We really enjoyed this hotel once we found it .The taxi drove around abit before dropping us at the wrong end of the lane that it is located in .The good thing about being in the lane is that it is quieter than the main road and not so intimidating when you first walk out to the road as some hotels can be with hawkers and such ready to hastle you .This was a lovely eating lane full of restaurants and little shops .The hotel was fairly new ,very clean with a good lift and a small breakfast area with everything you need for a healthy breakfast .Very good friendly staff .We paid more for a suite as we are tall and like the extra room .Still its not that big but we only paid around &45 per night with breakfast i thought was a good deal .Infact i would stay here again ,for convenience ,location and good value

Great service and breakfast!

Too old building.

Fine but not great

Staff were fine, especially the lady at breakfast who was kind. The rooms are tiny and not the most hygienic (clumps of hair in the shower etc) and breakfast area too so you find yourself sat at a table with strangers or you have to wait for a table… the worst part of the stay was the fire alarm going off twice (once at 11am and the other time at 4am !!!!). This woke us up and was horrible. We called the reception to check what was going on and they told us it was an accident and we should go back to sleep, no apology.

Devono mettere gente seria che sappia parlare inglese come si deve ....come troviamo in molti altri alberghi ...altrimenti il cliente non puo' comunicare e la cosa diventa scomoda.

모든부분 다좋았으나 와이파이가 프리여서 속도가좀...방에서 와이파이 많이 쓰실분은 조금 힘들듯.

Está situado justo en la paralela de las vías del tren (lástima que la calle esté cerrada a turistas). Tiene el mejor desayuno que hemos probado en 12 días en Vietnam.

エアコンのフィルターが汚れていてて､エアコンをかける度に嫌な臭いと､多分カビの胞子が飛んでると思います。咳が出て止まらず､従って、エアコンを使えない状態でした。その他の設備は充分良かったのですが、この一点で､喉が痛くなり､とても不愉快な思いをしました。

Except noisiy, everything is OK

Good but very noisy

People are good. But the very noisy rooms, because the door is opend and closed, the sound is too much noisy. And this hotel gets so many group travelers and they are very rude.

やはり、立地の良さと夜中まで開いている夜店での飲食は毎回楽しみの一つである。

宿泊日時を決めて居たのに4/28分の部屋が空いていないと言われ、隣りのホテルに案内された。 タダでしてもらったが弊社とホテルとの連絡がちゃんとしていたか不安になりました。 隣りのホテルはLELE＆FLAGというホテルでしたがお湯が出ませんでした。

Valuable hotel in Hanoi

기찻길 옆 바로 옆. 번화가랑 은 걸어서 10분정도? 시설은 오래된것 같으나 관리가 잘 되어있음. 제일 저렴한방 했는데 창문있어서 예약한건데 음.... 빛은 들어오나 밖은 못봄. 조식 나름 괜찮음. 적당히 먹을만한걸로만 되어있음. 직원은 친절함. 숙소바로앞에 식당들 많은데 로컬식당같음. 나름 맛집느낌 그냥 저렴하게 묵고싶다면 나쁘진 않음

Godt hotel i et spændende kvarter

Et rigtigt fint hotel, som ligge i nogle spændende omgivelser eks. tæt på Hanoi's berømte jernbane. Personalet er søde og hjælpsomme. Morgenmaden er god. Vi har boet på hotellet 2 gange før, hvilket vel er en anbefaling i sig selv.
