This was one of the best stays we have ever experienced. From the minute we walked in we felt like VIPs! This was a superb hotel experience. I highly recommend.
You will love this place!
I have stayed three lovely nights at Le jardin reported I am going back for another two nights at the end of my trip. The hotel is located in a central area and has enchanting and welcoming vibes. I stayed in a sky sweet, and my room was spacious with huge bathroom that has a bathtub too. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the room was well lit and air conditioned. The toilet has a water hose, which is essential for someone who is coming from the Middle East. The breakfast had more options for Asians and westerns, I would say. However, eggs, your style, can be fixed upon request and for me, that was all I needed. The best thing about this hotel is the staff. I would like to shout out for Claire, Charlotte and Stacie. These three ladies went out of their ways to help me in every possible way. It was always nice to come back to the hotel to see their welcoming smiles. One thing worths mentioning is that I forgot my jewelry in the safe and checked out for a night. When I came back, Charlotte checked with the lost and found staff and was able to claim it back, THANK GOD!!! At Le Jardin, I feel safe, very well taken care of, and at home. Thank you for making my trip to Hanoi so memorable. I look forward to coming back in two days! Oh, and make sure you treat yourself to some coffee at the cafe. I enjoyed sipping my cappuccino by the beautiful flowers on the front porch and watching the busy life of people in Hanoi.
Room was clean. Lots of road noise on lower floors. Low ceilings. Difficult to get any movement on check out time.
Spacious rooms, good breakfast, able to use gym at sister outlet across the street. Friendly staff and nice ambience
This hotel was outstanding. The customer service made us feel special and well taken care of. The front desk, the personnel at the restaurant, they were super nice and took care of us. I recommend this hotel to anyone.
Great central location, highly recommend.
Great location slightly outside the craziness of the Old Quarter, clean, good breakfast, and fantastic staff. However, the rooms on the road are pretty loud even in the middle on the night and there were lot of Instagram-style young women outside and inside the hotel, which was pretty uncomfortable.
A wonderful property in a great location. The spa was fantastic too! Lovely breakfast buffet. Walking distance to the Old Quarter.
It’s a pretty old hotel that is “renovated” but you can tell underneath all the decor it’s run down. It’s definitely not that clean and there was a terrible odour in my room when I checked in. I asked to switch rooms so they moved me to their sister hotel across the street which was worst but at least it didn’t smell. The staff are super friendly and helpful but the establishment just isn’t as nice as the photos
The staff is excellent and go above and beyond. The spa is great too. The room looked quite dated and worn out; needs major renovation.
Nice and clean hotel locations is good , front desk girls was very professional and great customer service ❤️❤️
Great breakfast!
Overall, I enjoy the stay especially the service team at the reception area. The only comment is that the windows facing the streets are not as sound proof and at night you can hear the loud chattering and horns which interrupt the sleep. Other than that, I really enjoy the stay.
I was amazed by the free upgrade of a suite room. The room is clean and comfortable. Staff were very welcoming and hospitable.
everything is excellent
Excellent property with great service. Staff were really welcoming.
Very good initiative.
Very good stay. Happy with the service. Good initiative. Love the suggestion by your reception counter staff on the 28th June evening when I say I was leaving hotel at 4.30am on 29th morning, she suggested a takeaway breakfast set which I really appreciated. It's these small details that shows the excellent service
The property is very nice and beautiful. The staff helped us alot. Very good experience
Great location and beautiful design. Team was very helpful and accommodating.
Only stayed here one night. Nice hotel, this is closer to the government tourist areas like the Ho Chi Minh mausoleum and surrounding parks instead of the Old Quarter, but for some this may be desirable. The area around the hotel still quite busy with many dining options.
Great property in the middle of Hanoi. There were plenty of restaurants and it was in walking distance to everything. Staff were helpful and pleasant.
no response from management
We never checked in as we had the wrong date by mistake. We will be in Hanoi for Feb10th and have sent many messages asking to move our reservation with no response.
Great hotel
Lovely hotel 20min walk from old town main centre. Lovely decor. Staff attentive and spoke good English. Breakfast good. Rooms are beautiful but ours needed re-painted in a lot of areas
This hotel was amazing. Great location, has a great restaurant ( it was so good that I had dinner twice). What makes it amazing was amazing staff members, especially restaurants. I will definitely come back and stay there!
Overall, a lovely hotel. Not right in the Old Quarter but close enough walk or a cheap Grab ride. The staff were great and all had excellent English which makes things a bit easier. We stayed in a family room which was basically two rooms joined by a smaller room with a couch. Perfect for a family of four with two little ones (7 & 4).
Le Jardin Hotel staff are extremely attentive and kind. Highly recommend staying here for your stay in Hanoi. The housekeeper is also very kind and will fold your clothes (we accidentally left one t shirt out and came back to it folded) which was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast buffet also isnt crowded and food is yummy.
Great hotel - lovely breakfast, helpful staff, comfortable room.
The staff are wonderful
Our stay at Hanoi Le Jardin was marvelous! We really loved our room. It was very spacious and nice decor. The bed was comfortable. Staffs were professional and friendly. I would highly recommend it!
This place was lovely! Quiet and comfortable. The staff is fantastic! Both Molly and Lucky did a wonderful job with directions and advising what to see and do in the area! Thanks for the great stay!
Nice spot in Hanoi
Enjoy the stay here. Service is excellent, but perhaps the restaurant staff could a little more proactive like taking guests to a table, explaining that there is an additional selection from the menu and bring tea/coffee, always a nice touch. The room is spacious and modern, but let down with some minor lack of attention to details. World’s biggest shower but no hops to hang towels and the glass sliding doors between the bedroom and bathroom has no frosting or markings for safety (crystal clear and easy for someone to walk into if the door was closed). Overall would stay again.
Provided buffet breakfast which was adequate and pretty decent. Location was really convenient and good. Lots of traffic that's all.
Nice hotel in a bustling part of Hanoi. The standard room was great, but I upgraded to the suite on my last night and that was amazing. Breakfast was very enjoyable with a decent selection. I would definitely stay again on my next trip to Hanoi.
Great
Front desk staff (Lily & Valerie) provided a warm greeting and assistance. The hotel absolutely warrants 5-Star Rating/ highly recommended.
STAFF FRIENDLINESS
Would return again next time I am in Hanoi!
- Great value for money. - Breakfast is top notch!! - You are steps away from the pho restaurant featured in the michelin guide. - Staff commands good English - They ask you for a 5 star review but this place really deserves it. - We were so happy with the stay that my friends and I came back and stayed another night after a trip away to Ha Long. Shout out to Haze, Molly, Lily for making our stay enjoyable!
One word. Excellent!
The overall experience at this Hotel was really nice.
Kind staff, amazing service
Members of staff were so attentive and genuinely kind. My flight back was at midnight and they let me use shower before the flight, after checking out. It was very comfortable staying there and I felt very safe all the time.
The staff and especially the receptionists were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Can't thank them enough for helping me with early check-in and finding a suitable tour for me given my time constraints. Would definitely stay here again.
This hotel is esthetically very pleasing. It’s chic French with pretty Vietnamese art. The hotel has a cute cafe on the first floor and a Restraraunt on the 12th floor. Apparently there is a sister hotel across the street that was recently renovated with a pool. I would have opted to stay there instead because it’s newer. Our rooms in our hotel needed some updating as the shower was moldy on the floor. Could use a paint job but overall decent hotel. Great food in Restraraunt. Everyone was friendly. Receptionist Haze tried to be helpful but gave us wrong information on puppet show, saying first show was at 1:45 but first show is actually at 4:10pm. He also Said it’s never sold out but it was pretty full with the seats in the front being taken early. So advice would be to go a little earlier and book the front rows if you want to be right in front. We ended up watching the 5:20pm show to be near the front. He also told us about a spa called Estencia which I found to be pricy and lacking authentic joy from the workers. He did not follow up with us at the end of the day when we returned. Managers Angh and Lily were helpful. The location was near the old quarter. Streets were full of trash and uneven pavements. Many motorcycles parked on sidewalk. Not suitable for children but a good experience for them in terms of culture. This is a bustling city with many looking for business. Be careful for hustlers in the taxis. Use grab for taxis. And please tip well:)
Heart of Hanoi
This hotel is very nice. The restaurant food was excellent, the staff was excellent and our room was nice. The only negatives were the bed was very firm, and a mattress topper would make a big difference. Also the street noise is considerable (even on the 7th floor) so ear plugs are a must. The location is central to much food, shopping, and events.
Comfort in Hanoi
We stayed here because our first hotel very close to the church in central Hanoi was so bad. This was lovely and even though it appeared to be out of the centre it was the same distance to the market. Everything was great, bathrooms, super comfy bed. Only niggle was the rooms face the road and are single glazed so some traffic noise.
New hotel, great, have to be careful in shower as water gets out
Hotel Le Jardin was an absolute pleasure to stay at. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Many of them spoke excellent English (which was great since my Vietnamese was nonexistent beyond Banh Mi and Pho Bo). Valerie in particular was a great help. The breakfast was superb - a huge range of savouries, sweets, fruits, breads and pastries. It was certainly the best hotel breakfast I've had outside of resort hotels in Bali and Thailand. The location is a little outside the Hanoi Old Quarter but still walkable if you're up to it. If you are booking tours just be aware that some operators may not pick you up here (although both our tours did in the end). The rooms are a reasonable size. Hotel WiFi was available but occasionally the coverage was a bit patchy, especially in the 12th-floor breakfast room. The shower (over bath) was hot and had reasonable flow but it is difficult to keep the water from spilling out onto the floor. So overall a couple of minor issues but not enough to take away from the overall impression of the hotel. If I was ever back in Hanoi this would definitely be a safe bet for accommodation.
Wonderful Hanoi trip
Rooms are comfortable, breakfast is good, staff are attentive. Front desk reception, Perry is so informative and thoughtful. Went an extra mile to take care of us that makes us decide to go back to the Le Jardine hotel again after our return from touring Sapa Sapa. 4 star hotel with 6 star service
Wonderful Stay
Had a wonderful stay. The suite is definitely worth paying for, 60sqft with huge bathroom, standing tub & heated bidet. The hotel is new so the room is modern. The only downside of the room is that there is no blackout curtains & no body lotion provided in the tolietries. Location is good, with local food stalls & a supermarket around the corner. 10min walk to Dong Xuan market. Good cafe downstairs. Breakfast is good, you can order from the al la carte menu & also have the buffet. Great service from the reception team especially Lily who is friendly, helped with a spa booking & reminded me on my deposit. Will stay here again if I return to Hanoi.
Stayed with family for 2 nights - overall experience at this hotel was pleasant and good. Very courteous staff, great service all around. They arranged for airport transfers (at added cost), and also made local tour arrangements for us even though we requested them last night, during the business Christmas break. Location is convenient - quick walk to the main center of a Hanoi markets, around 35 minutes from Hanoi airport. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Restaurant buffet (breakfast included) was not bad, but not great either. Overall a pleasant stay, would stay here again.
Excellent stay at Le Jardin, just upon checkin, Valerie went all the way in introducing us to local restaurants, places of interest. The hotel was in great condition. We had a family suite and we’re surprised to see such a big 2 bedroom suite! Most recommended
Nice hotel
The hotel looks relatively new, gives off a Japanese Zen but modern vibe. Not in the old quarters, but not too far away, there are nice restaurants in the neighbourhood as well. Only shortcoming, during breakfast rush, the staff are not well-trained to clear the plates & replenish the food
Dear Valerie, Perry, Joy, and Lily - thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making our stay at Le Jardin in Hanoi an unforgettable one. We appreciated your warmth, kindness, attentiveness and going out of your way to make us feel at home. The hotel was elegant, our rooms were so comfortable, and the service was first class. Also the fruit platter in our room was large and amazing. Thank you, we look forward to coming again soon! :)
This definitely a hotel that I would come back and stay again. I cannot think of anything that could be improved. Staff and hotel are top notch.
Excellent hotel in this area.
Loved the good service! Hotel was clean and so well kept compared to many other hotels in Hanoi. Rooms were also modern!
We had a great stay at Le Jardin. The hotel was very nice, clean and well decorated. The staff was very kind to us, especially Lilly who was very accommodating and professional. We would definitely recommend this Location.
I had such a pleasant stay and great time. All the staffs were very friendly, well trained and spoke good English. Especially Annie helped me a lot when it comes to sort it out PCR test. The clinic made a mistake and she helped me immediately. If i go back to Hanoi, definitely will stay there again. Highly recommend 👌
All staffs were so kind and helpful. Breakfast was great even for the family even with three different generations. The only caveat is the location. There is nothing much to enjoy for the traveler, but if you are OK with walking around to feel how locals live, it can be even better place.
I need bread.
Breakfast run out of bread 🍞 ! Ha ha.
super helpful staff. Lily did a great job helping me get my phone back once stolen on the street. thank you, again!
Super clean and beautifully decorated hotel and room. I like their breakfast choice a la carte. Early check-in requires a fee which I wish they told me since I did submit a request for early check in. Other than that, I like the hotel and will definitely come back
This hotel is a must if in Hanoi. It is about 10 minutes away from The Old Quarterbut is in a quieter area. This hotel has excellent beds and rooms. But breakfast is the most outstanding part of the experience. Displayed beautifully, fresh juices and fruits await you. There is a huge selection of breakfast ideas and everything is delicious! The staff are wonderful and cannot do enough for you. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.
Awesome Hotel - Hidden Gem
My family of 03 had a wonderful time in Hanoi and we're glad we chose Le Jardin. Staff were all so helpful and accommodating. They went out of their way to help decorate our room for my birthday and a lovely cake too. We booked a 02 bedroom family room which was spacious and quiet. The breakfast was awesome and main courses made to order. A real hidden gem. Special thanks to Perry and all the front office staff for the hospitality and genuine warmth that was heartfelt. Location is good and lots of eateries nearby. Near Old Quarter. Will definitely stay here again.
excellent hotel
The first excellent hotel I stayed in Hanoi.
It is an excellent hotel with the best staff. We forgot to close the safe and they followed protocol and even contacted us to let us know what ha happened. The peace of mind of knowing you are in such a place is priceless. And Perry at the reception is a very helpful tour guide.
Excellent stay, will be back
Wonderful hotel. Staff is excellent, breakfast was filling, and the new rooms are very comfortable.
Stay here!
Room was clean and new. Some fixing needed for the bathroom though - the door wouldn't close and bath water floods down to the floor easily. But these didn't bother us too much. Only a pity that the spa wasn't actually opened when we visited. Everything was perfect other than the above. Their staff are gems to the business - all extremely warm, sweet, friendly and helpful. Special thanks to the young man Perry who gave us a lot of great recommendations on where to go every day. We also got a honeymoon surprise and birthday surprise in the room.
The hotel is newly refinished — the spa is still being finalized. It’s very clean, the staff are very nice and helpful. The lobby and ground floor cafe are popular spots for locals to take Instagram photos. It’s a very nice place.
It was absolute joy being guest there. Staff were so pleasant and would go and make an extra step to help and assist with whatever you might need. Excellent location, great food and very clean. Can’t recommend it enough.
Very Clean and Modern Amenities
Staff were very friendly and helpful and room is always kept very clean. Breakfast was also substantial and in general it’s a very pleasant stay. Only slight negative is the strange layout of the family suite, which feels a little pokey. Location of hotel is not the best but it is a short enough walk away from the main hub of activities.
Very clean and attentive service. Good breakfast spread with a la carte choices. Will definitely come back.
I stayed in the Sky Executive Suite for 2 nights. Nice & roomy. Plenty of room in the bathroom and the bed area was nice size. It was well worth the price. Modern fixtures, amenities, USB port for charging so even if you didnt bring your foreign adapters you are good to go. Nice buffet breakfast. The lobby is quite small. There is a small cafe attached to lobby for coffee and light snacks. The hotel is definitely a 4 star but the room itself was 5 star. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating. Very helpful. The area of the hotel is quieter than the more touristy Ho Kiem area. But that area is only a very short cab ride away. Overall it is a very nice hotel. It’s clean & new. For what they charge for the rooms you are getting a great value in a nice hotel. Worth the stay.
Nice staff
Good staff and very Eager to help

Had a nice stay at Le Jardin Hotel and spa in Hanoi. Rooms are spacious and modern. Main feature of the hotal is the spa. Their treatments are reasonably priced and staff provide good quality service. The location is convenient for many of the attractions but is a decent walk from Old Quarter where most of the restaurants and night life are situated.
