The hotel is down an alley. It's well located where you can easily walk to food and shops. The proprietor was very friendly. There we some minor cleanliness issues. The elevator is tiny.

Conveniently located and we didn't have to get into the taxi to go to the market or places to see. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. They didn't try to sell us anything and treated us with respect. The reception is staffed 24hrly. Safe place to stay with all the basics. Clean rooms and toilets. I can highly recommend this place if you are looking to stay in Hanoi.

A great location steps from the cathedral and a short walk to the lake and the Old Quarter. Lots of activity in the area, yet quiet for sleeping. A good budget hotel with friendly staff. The only complaint is that the rain shower didn’t work and water leaked out from under the shower door to the floor outside. Lots of options nearby for awesome coffee, banh mi and pho. Well recommended.

Martin is a wonderful host he is welcoming and enthusiastic. The room was clean and tidy had all the basic necessities, similar to a pub room in Australia. Handy location in the old quarter, multiple food options everywhere you look. Supermarket close by as well. Can be tricky to navigate via google maps as there are 2 hotels with similar name. Yep we went to the wrong one first 😅. Martin walked us to the correct hotel which was less than 30 metres down the same street, you guessed it he looks after both of them. No hesitation in recommending this simple buy comfortable accommodation.

Great place to stay at. It seems like they use central ventilation so sometimes you can smell cigarette smoke coming through the air con.

The location is amazing and the front desk staff were so helpful and kind in getting our laundry done and booking a bus for us. The location is so close to everything so we loved it for that. There is a bar across the street that had a concert one night and it was extremely loud. There was also construction that started fairly early and was also very loud. The room was comfortable. There is some water damage on the walls and ceiling.

My stay at Hanvet was all that a hotel should be with no complaints or complications. The unit/room was as described on rge website. I found it to be non intrucive, quite and peaceful. The hotel's location is 10 out of 10, around the corner from the Saint Joseph's Cathedral and a short walk to the lake or ild town market ... step out the front door into the busy bustle of touristic Hanoi. All in all the staff were interested in wellbeing, quietly accommodating and there to help and not push anything on you. Well done Hanvet 👏 I was going to get a grab taxi when i was leaving for the airport but (Sam) the manager said that the hotel car will be cheaper and better, he was right ✅ Thanks again for a great stay and i would certainly recommend this hotel, see you next time when I'm back in Hanoi 🙏☘😎

The room in the Hanoi Hanvet Boutique hotel itself was lovely, big, films on TV,all amenities you need, very clean . I had booked 3 rooms for our party and everyone was happy

Excellent Hotel Excellent Stuff and Service Excellent location

This hotel is nestled within a side street where cars can’t enter. The staff is warm and very helpful. There’s one staff member that helped us with our plans to visit Ha Long Bay and gave us some information on some of the best places to eat. He also helped with making choices, giving more information before we decided and never pressured us into anything. My girlfriend and I enjoyed our stay very much. The photos are a little misleading, in that there’s no real view. Maybe we just didn’t have that specific room. But the beds and decor were spot on. If you’re like me and need that piping hot water, you get that and then some. Good water pressure and excellent staff. I’ll gladly stay here again and recommend this place. And incase you’re wondering, if you’re going to Sapa and/or Ha Long bay, they’ll hold you stuff for you.

We Got a moves to different hotel 100 meters Down The Road and found bedbugs in the bed. The generel service was terrible, and we havent recived refund

바퀴나옴

바퀴벌레 나왔어요... 작은 벌레 3마리가 침대에 있길래 방바꿔달라니까 빈방 없다고하고, 에프킬라 뿌려줬어요. 근데 그때부터 지옥이였어요. 어디서 사삭 들리는데 진짜 손가락만한 바퀴벌레가 앞으로 지나가는거에요. 그리고 왼쪽에서도 지나가고. 소리지르고 난리난리나고.. 4마리 죽였는데도 계속 어디선가 사삭사삭 소리 들렸어요. 날수있는 사이즈였는데..만약 날았다면 기절했을거같네요.

so nice~. room and bathroom is so great and very clean. (the host should get higher price in my opinion^^)..very friendly even very late check in. and host cares my situation about a late dinner. he served free food and beer for my late schedule. and pick up service and driver from airport is also very nice. kelly agency would help you for your trip and pick up/drop and so on. the hotel is one of my best accommodation. no worries. just choice this ~!! the staff made my first day in hanol so great~^^

신축 건물이고, 전반적인 컨디션은 매우 깨끗하고 청결한편입니다. 직원들의 서비스 마인드가 매우 훌륭하고 친절합니다. 침구는 매우 편하고 안락했습니다. 위치도 좋았습니다. p.s 아주 작은 바퀴벌레가 화장실에서 발견 되었습니다. 개선되면 좋을 것 같습니다. 12시 넘어서 들어갔는데, 문이 잠겨 있었습니다. 게이트가 잠겨서 당황했습니다. 직원분이 오픈해 주셨지만, 미안 했습니다. 게이트는 오픈되었으면 합니다.

Probablement suite a la crise sanitaire, pas assez de clients et donc staff a minima. Pas de petit dej comme indique Dans l offre. Pas de programme tv, interruption abonnement cable de tout l hotel. Séjour de 5 jours sans tv, assez triste. Heureusement wifi marche bien.

걸어서 다닐수 있는곳이 많아서 애들이랑 편하게 다녔어요. 오토바이들 때문에 정신은 없었지만~ 호텔은 직원들의 친절함 덕분에 대만족 했습니다. 조식으로 국수를 사다주는데 맛있어요.

외관보단 속알맹이를 보자

트윈베드로 요청을 했는데 더블배드로 배정된것 빼고는 딱히 흠잡을곳이 없다 조식은 어차피 안먹긴하지만 있긴한건지..로비에서 바로 엘레베이터로 이어지고 로비는 작다 작지만 강하다는게 이호텔일것 같은데,직원들 친절하고 그랩으로 위치도 찍어주고 룸컨디션까지 전부 만족 특히나 위치적으로 너무좋았다 성요셉성당에서 5분?거리고 골목 시작부분에 위치해서 아주 편하게 다녔다

일단 성 요셉성당과 호안끼엠호수, 맥주거리, 야시장과 근거리여서 하노이 여행하는데 택시를 거의 타지 않아서 좋았습니다. 그리고 신축 건물이라 깔끔하고 에어컨도 좋았어요. 다시 하노이 여행을 온다면 재방문 의사 100%입니다. 저는 여행의 마지막 숙박을 여기서 했는데 다음 날 짐도 맡아주셨고 사장님 굉장히 친절해서 좋았습니다. maktin thank you, nice to see you!

원래 예약했던 방 보다 업그레이드 되어서 좋았습니다. 방이랑 화장실 모두 깨끗했어요~ 그리고 성요셉 성당과도 가깝고 유명한 레스토랑(피자포피스 등등)도 앞에 있어서 좋았어요~~
