A great spot for travellers!

This hostel is a great find and perfect for a short stay. The main positive it is very popular with a range of people coming through everyday so great to catch-up with people and find out about where to go, what to do. The rooftop bar is the main meeting spot and you can find people up there to hang out throughout the day but especially in the evening. Staff are polite and helpful. I stayed in a private room which was great, pretty much hotel quality and including a mini bar, towels, etc. Then a shared dorm for the night which was fine, clean and fairly comfortable, the bathroom could use more towels/additional bath matt/paper towel to clean a little between use but otherwise fine. Location is good too as very central in the Old Quarter, busy at night and especially at the weekend so expect a level of noise but it's tucked just off the main road. Nearby there are some great restaurants, bars, the lake, water puppet show and it's a short walk to other sights. Definitely recommend this hostel!

Super Courteous, Friendly, helpful staff that made our stay a delight. It is a bit hidden in a little alley way , but once you get over that hurdle it's all fine.

The hotel itself is modern and well maintained for the price point, but where it really shines is the breakfast and the staff. Everyone who works here is so nice and accommodating! I had some issues with my safe but after 2 in-room calls they decided to replace it with a different box, and no issues after that. They were very apologetic about the situation. Breakfast was incredible, definitely have the pho and the chicken karaage (if they have it). I'd gladly recommend staying here, but maybe bring ear plugs because it is pretty close to beer street so if you're on a lower floor you'll hear a bit of street noise on the weekend.

Everything exceeded our expectations

Probably the friendliest hotel during our stay in Vietnam! Great communications by the hotel Manager, Ms Anna, from way before our stay commenced. We were greeted with welcome drinks on arrival and the quick check-in was nicely handled by Justin who also gave us Hanoi city map and some tips on places of interest. We were a bit unsure when we went through an alley to get to the hotel entrance, however, as soon as we got to the reception, it was surprisingly spacious, bright & clean. Despite the hotel being located in the busy part of old quarter, the outside noise was never really heard in the room. We slept very well! The room is clean, spacious and looks just like the pictures in real life. The breakfast is wonderful (a la carte options as well as buffet). The check-out process was really, really pleasant - handled by Mia who attentively asked us where our next destination was and kindly gave us the list of recommendations for our next destination which came really handy for us. Of all hotels we stayed throughout Vietnam, the English spoken by Bonsella staff is the best. It is really not an exaggeration to say that this is a 3-star hotel with 5-star service.

Stayed here in mid-December on two separate occasions and value for money it’s hard to be beaten. We had to stay at a different hotel at the same price point down the street and Bonsella is significantly better. The rooms are nice, modern, and clean. Breakfast is included and there are a range of a la carte options as well as buffet. Lots of fruit like watermelon, dragon fruit and passionfruit. I thought the a la carte pho was pretty good too. The hotel entrance is indeed tucked in a small alleyway, but the benefit here is that the outside noise of the old quarter was never really heard in the rooms. The other hotel we stayed at down the street that significantly more noisy. So another big plus for Bonsella. The 1 king bed + 1 single bed room felt massive and spacious. The 1 king room was also fairly sized given the price and location. The receptionist and hotel staff was amazing. They were always available to answer any questions we had. Would recommend staying here if back in Hanoi old quarter.

A great stay!

Bonsella Cozy Hotel staff are amazing! We were greeted with welcome watermelon juice and quick and friendly service. Check in was a breeze. The room was comfortable, clean and modern. I think the hotel was recently renovated was everything was new and sparkling clean.. breakfast was both a la cartel and buffet and there was so much food including pancakes, toast, eggs, Asian congee soup and lots more that we didn’t even get to try it all because we were too full. Staff were super helpful and recommended several places to eat including the best egg coffee place ever! I definitely recommend Bonsella Cozy for value for money. Location close to everything, super caring staff! And clean comfortable rooms allat a great price makes this a 10/10 choice!

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The receptionists in particular, Jocelyn and Mia were very warm and helpful. They were very knowlegeable and gave us some good tips and recommendations of what to do in Hanoi. This was very helpful being our first time in Hanoi. They made our stay a wonderful experience. The breakfast staff were also very friendly and made our breakfast a great start for each day. Overall the hotel location is great and convenient. Our family had a great time in Hanoi thanks to the staff at Bonsella Cozy Hotel. Kudos to the excellent service from the staff at the hotel. Thank you!

Great staff and clean modern rooms. The location is fantastic, tucked into a small side street. For being so close to the action, it was surprisingly quiet. Great value all around.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff is attentive and super helpful with the whole process. The location is perfect!! The hotel is tucked away in a cool alleyway. The breakfast was wonderful with many options. Some of the best pho I had while staying in Vietnam was at this hotel! We only wish that we had booked to stay here for longer.

Stayed here twice and it was great both times. The hotel rooms are nice and clean, the breakfast is really good and the location is great - in walking distance to the lake, the bridge, shops and restaurants. But what really sets this hotel a part is the service from the minute we arrived till we left the staff was friendly and just fantastic. They helped us with our bookings from tour groups to booking taxi's and had a recommended list of restaurants, map and information to help us get around Hanoi. In addition, we had a late flight out of Hanoi so they offered us a shower before we went to the airport - which was just fantastic as we had a 15 hour journey home. Great hotel, great location, great staff! Thanks for having us.

Staff where amazing so helpful . the breakfast was the best a wide range of foods to cover all nationalities.. loved there special little note and rose petals,chocolates placed on you bed every night . Excellent location with in the center of walking st.

Everything was really good. It's in the beer street, so it's perfect to go out and play. It was better because I couldn't hear anything. Two nights. I was more comfortable because you upgraded for 1 night.

Highly recommend and would stay in this hotel whenever I come to Hanoi. Nothing to complain in any area. Only one word to say about this hotel is "Perfect". Especially, I give 5 stars to customer service.

The customer service is fantastic here. Anna the GM was very helpful with recommendations and patient with helping us. We stayed for a total of 5 nights, a couple single nights we booked between multi day tours so storing luggage with them was very convenient. The location is right in the smack of bustling old town but room was very quiet, you wouldn't know. Very walkable area and food galore. Breakfast was good as well.

We really enjoyed our stay here at Bonsella. We ended up extended our initial booking to 8 days in total. The hotel is new and immaculate. At first arrival, don't be put off by the laneway the hotel is down. This is a blessing in disguise, as being right in the Old Quarter and right next to Beer Street, it is extremely quiet at night. It's also just right at the start of the laneway. You can spot it right away. The room was much roomier than anything we've seen in that price range. In fact, we stayed at another hotel before in Ha Noi that costed twice as much, but smaller. The bed was large and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and shower pressure and heat was excellent. Location was so near to everything, and an easy 5 minutes walk to the lake, and a few minutes to the night market street and other restaurants in the Old Quarter. For the price, the breakfast was way beyond our expectation. A la carte, you can choose from Pho or eggs, cooked to your liking. I had Pho for the 8 days there; it was that good!! Buffet selection changed most days, but there was a consistent offering of fresh fruits, yogurt and sweet pastries that we loved also. Best thing about our stay at Bonsella was the staff. They were super helpful and friendly. Shout out to Leo and Anna for looking after us with our booking and stay, and to Alice and Daisy for being so attentive at breakfast every morning. We will be coming back!

위치는 호안끼엠 호수에서 약 5분 거리로 매우 좋았습니다. 맥주거리 바로 앞이라 시끄러울줄 알았는데 너무 조용하고 좋았습니다. 직원분들 역시 매우 친절하였고 청결 상태 역시 훌륭하였습니다. 다만 아쉬웠던 점은 10층 조식 식당을 운영하지 않았다는 것입니다. 후기를 보니 10층에서 조식을 먹으면서 보이는 뷰가 훌륭하다고 하는데 그걸 보지 못한게 아쉬웠습니다. 조식 메뉴나 맛은 괜찮았습니다. 전체적으로 보면 부족함 없는 훌륭한 호텔이라고 생각합니다. 다음에 또 하노이를 가게 된다면 주저없이 본셀라 코지 호텔을 선택할 것입니다. 다만, 그 때는 꼭 10층에서 조식을 먹어보고 싶습니다. 여행기간동안 친절히 대해주신 본셀라 코지호텔 직원분들께 감사드립니다.

Even though I arrived late at night on the plane, the staff prepared drinks and it was nice to call the room the next day when the pick-up bus arrived to move to another place. Breakfast was clean and more delicious than I thought. The hotel is right in front of the beer street, so I'd like to stay next time. But the size of the room is rather small, so it would be nice to use a suite. We're very satisfied with our reservation for five to six hours of sleep.

깔끔하고 관광지 포인트에 있어 위치상 유리합니다. 직원들도 친절하고 인사도 잘합니다. 다만 조식메뉴는 비교적 간단해서 생각보단 좀 못했어요. 하지만 먹을만은 합니다. 그리고 호텔정문이 길쪽에 있질 않고 작은 골목사이에 있어 처음에 헷갈립니다.

建物は古いですが、必要な設備は整っています。

First of all the staff at this hotel is absolutely amazing (especially Jocelyn!). All of them are very friendly, helpful in any situation and gave us good advise with restaurants nearby, money exchange etc. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Due to the fact that the hotel is in a bit of a backstreet it is quite for the old quarter area even if the hotel is in the middle of the old quarter itself. We enyojed the stay there a lot and felt very welcoming and would definitely came back for our next visit to hanoi.

위치가 번화가라 조금 소음이 있긴하지만 심한 정도는 아닙니다. 딱 깔끔하고 있을 것만 있는 컴팩트한 숙소입니다. 미리 신청하면 공항에서 픽업 서비스도 15달러? 정도에 이용하였고, 조식도 나름 훌륭합니다. 쌀국수를 주문해서 꼭 드세요^^

조식도 너무 맛있었고 방도 깔끔하고 서비스도 너무 좋았습니다!! 맥주거리에 있어서 약간 소란스럽긴 하지만 관광하고 기절하듯이 자서 불편하지는 않았어요!! 잠귀가 밝으시다면 조금 불편하실수도 있지만 귀마개도 준비해주시더라고요!!! 근처 관광지와 접근성도 좋고 서비스 진짜 최고입니다ㅠㅠ 완전 추천이요ㅠㅜ

場所は路地に入ったところで少しわかりにくいですが、マップを見ればたどり着けると思います。 ホテルスタッフは本当にみなさん素晴らしかったです。常に笑顔でこちらのつたない英語にもきちんと対応してくれました。観光や食事の相談、雨の日の傘の心配まで、細部にまで心のこもったおもてなしを感じました。 フロントスタッフだけではなく、朝食スタッフやクリーニングのスタッフも気持ちの良い対応でした。 部屋も特に問題なく綺麗です。 気になった点としては、部屋のクリーニングに入る時間が早く、9:30ごろに朝食を食べて、部屋に戻ってくるとだいたい掃除中でした。もう少し遅い時間に掃除してもらえたほうがありがたいです。 全体的には非常に良い、おすすめできるホテルです。

シャワールームの排水不良が気になりました。アクセスは路地に有りうっかりすると通り過ぎます(笑)

이른 새벽에 도착했는데 앞까지 나와서 짐들어주고 그 시간에도 웰컴드링크를 주시더라구요. 직원들도 친절하고 방도 깨끗하고 위치도 너무 좋았습니다. 다음에 하노이 가더라도 이용하고 싶은 호텔입니다. 조식도 좋았구요..

酒店員工都很熱心幫忙。 酒店身處舊城區 樓下是酒吧街 非常熱鬧 如果再去河內 都會再選擇呢間酒店。

雙床房型離啤酒街很近，會比較吵一點，怕吵的人需要慎選。但總體來說服務很好，飯店設施很新，早餐也很豐富好吃。

ハード面は、古いホテルを良くリニューアルして高評価 出来る。ソフト面ではスタッフにバラつきが有り、一部 韓国語が出来る者もいる様だが、アシストはまだまだこれからと言う印象。

口コミでスタッフがとても感じが良いと聞いていたが、正にそのとおりだった。5つ星のコンシェルジュ並みに、挨拶してくれ、かつ困っていることないかも、確認してくれる。 3泊したがホテルの間口が狭くて驚いた以外、 素晴らしいコスパだと感じました

こちらのホテルは評価が非常に高く、口コミも良いホテルでしたので、予約させて頂きました。 実際に宿泊してみて、スタッフの方々の対応の素晴らしさに非常に感動しました。 特に素晴らしかったのは、私たちは早朝のフライトで帰るため、ホテルを朝5時頃にチェックアウトしなければならなかったのですが、朝食利用時間外にも関わらず、私たちの為にわざわざ朝食を持たせて下さり、空港で食べてくださいとおっしゃって下さいました。 こんなにもホスピタリティのあるホテルはなかなか無いのではないかと思うくらい、素晴らしいスタッフさんばかりだと思います！ 受付の方の説明も分かりやすく、非常に丁寧な対応でしたし、朝食会場のスタッフの方々も非常に親切で、常に気にかけて下さり、ベトナムでの滞在を非常に気持ち良く過ごすことができました。 ベトナムという国が更に好きになりましたし、またハノイに来るならば、このホテルに泊まりたいと思います！ありがとうございました！！

최고의 하노이 호텔

최고였습니다. 맥주거리바로옆에있지만 조용했어요. 맨꼭대기층에서 조식먹는데 전망도 좋았어요(꼭대기층은 엘베내려서 계단타고 올라가야 되요.) 직원분들도 너무 친절하셔서 좋았어요. 저녁비행기라서 짐보관이랑 샤워 걱정했는데 짐도 보관해주고 샤워도 할수있게해줘서 진짜 좋았어요.(1층에 있는 샤워기 구비되어있는 화장실있어요. 타올준비해주셔서 샤워잘하고 뽀송하게 공항에서 뱅기탔습니다.)^-^ 마지막에 작은선물도 주셔서 즐거운 하노이여행이 되었네요~
