Within walking distance to several restaurants and a gas station convenience store.

The staff were very friendly. The Breakfast was great. My only complaint is the lack of locks on the sliding bathroom door in the room. I don't love that. Overall experience was great and I would highly recommend staying here.

Very nice hotel and our stay was wonderful. Best hotel in Redmond. The only disappointment was that there is no hot tub. Very pet friendly.

Clean, friendly staff, nice hotel.

The hotel is new and very clean. It’s located right next to the fair grounds which was where our event was located so that was convenient. There were a couple of things that made the stay uncomfortable…the bathroom has no lock, it’s a sliding barn door with little privacy. The bed has no flat sheet, just a duvet cover that is scratchy. It was very uncomfortable.

The hot breakfast was very nice, the staff were real friendly. We loved the walk-in shower in our room, and the room was spacious and clean. We liked everything about it, and will stay here again whenever we need overnight accommodations.

This must be a brand new property? Everything new!

Very dog friendly, very clean, lovely staff

We love going to this hotel! We have been a couple of times now as we have a yearly party close by that we attend. The morning breakfast is great and there is always enough seating and food. We also love the comfort of the beds and the bathroom is a great size.

Great place to stay! Very clean and tidy. Beds were perfect to sleep on. Very modern hotel! Love the decorations. Breakfast was the best continental breakfast that I've had at a hotel and I've stayed in many different hotels. Overall 10/10.

Super comfy and clean. Very friendly staff, lovely pool and DELICIOUS breakfast set up! So many options! We visit family in Redmond monthly and will absolutely be making this our new go to hotel!

Hotel was great. Good yummy. Location perfect. Would of loved to have had a hot tub tho!

Very noisy.

Our stay was excellent. The room was clean, the bathroom was large and the shower was awesome. It was quiet and the bed and pillows were perfect. Coffee in the lobby was good.

Quick stay

Nice spot right off the highway but still safe and relatively quiet. Met our needs just fine. Breakfast was a little disappointing compared to other Hampton Inns where we have stayed before.

This place is great, would definitely stay here again. Only have 2 complaints… the pillows aren’t great in any way and the tub is super slippery when taking a shower, almost fell multiple times because of it. Other than those 2 things everything was great.

Property was clean, bed comfy and shuttle to Redmond Airport for very early flight, was all I needed. Best to book direct with hotel for AAA Discount.

Room needed a little fixing. Cracked beside table. Stains on ceiling. Beds were not the best.

About a 15 minute drive to downtown Bend, OR with lots of dining options, river activities. The property is very nice. Rooms are large and well appointed. Breakfast was nice!

The only thing that didn't work well for me was i was unaware of our room not having a tub due to someone booking for me, then when i went ask if we could move rooms if they had anything available the man up front was very rude to me about it.

Hard to find parking dark parking area

Only complaint was the pool was kinda gross looking.

Happy at Hampton!

I loved everything about this hotel. Staff, cleanliness, modern features (esp. in bathroom), breakfast, and shuttle service. I was in Bend for only 2 nights and stayed in Airbnb 1st night and it was nice but night in Hampton Inn with my own large space, free breakfast and shuttle to airport was so much more relaxing and stress free. Thank you to very nice staff for all you do to make your guests happy!

The elevator was broken the majority of our stay making it really inconvenient when trying to get kids from our third floor room to the lobby and back.

We stayed here while visiting our grandkids. The rooms were very clean and updated. The beds were a bit to firm for my liking but still doable. The breakfast was minimal and nothing spectacular, but they did have snacks and necessities at the ready if needed. The pool was perfect for kids still learning/intermediate swimming. Overall we will likely stay again.

Very clean and modern - sadly, our room faced the highway and was noisy even though we asked for a quiet room. We needed to get to sleep early for an early morning flight.

Convenient to airport. Has an airport shuttle which wasn’t advertised. Updated and thoughtfully designed and decorated. Staff was very friendly at check-in. Property is very quiet even if close to the airport and highway. Area feels safe.

Nice stay in Redmond, OR

This hotel stay was great. No issues. I used their gym several times which had free weights, kettle bell weights medicine balls, weight machine, one Pelaton bike, several treadmills etc. The laundry room is small- one set of washer/dryer. There are nearby restaurants and gas station. The airport is within 10 minute drive.

Easy access from Highway 97, clean and well maintained.

The staff! They went above and beyond in every possible way. The room was comfy and clean. All of the front desk people were amazing, but Vivian was excetional.

The staff at this hotel is very warm and welcoming. Facilities are clean and beds are very comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located about 7 min drive from the airport.

An ice storm kept my from flying out and also from driving back to my friends house. The Hampton Inn is SO close to the Redmond airport, staying was a no brainer. It was new looking and very clean. I was able to take the shuttle back to the airport in the morning, I would definitely stay here again.

Brand new and clean. Great breakfast. But noisy. Right by the highway and airport, that’s the only downside.

Upset pet owner

Comfortable. However we were surprised to find that a "Pet Friendly" hotel charges $50 per night for a pet in the room!!!! Hotels.com should include pet charges in their cost breakouts at each location!!! I expect Hotels.com to credit me $50 as there was no indication in their confirmation that a seperate charge for pet was to be paid!!!

Unexpected stay due to cancelled RDM flight - hotel was clean, new, close to RDM, and staff was super friendly and accommodating. Overall very nice stay at a very convenient hotel.

Great place to stay! Comfy bed, rooms with everything you need, nice pool and the best hotel breakfast experience I have had in a very long time! Even had pumpkin waffles. The staff was great too, everyone we interacted with was very nice and helpful. Especially the breakfast attendant! 10/10 would recommend will definitely stay again in the future

Great property. Quite modern. Roomy.

Excellent facilities, hospitality, and staff. The desk manager even tried to get Expedia to refund our money after Expedia personnel twice mangled our reservation.

Check in was great and Joe is excellent at his job! Very welcoming and upbeat! The place is lovely and comfy!!

Great hotel, worth the money!

As we went to get some breakfast we watched an employee touch 3 different bagels with his bare hands and put them back for others to eat. I was woken up by the fan making a terrible noise and had to turn it off.
