Great property, very clean and quiet. Great breakfast buffet. Wonderful staff.

The room was very musty smelling, so we switched to another room which was much better. Since this hotel allows pets Hampton Inn should have available air purifiers to remove any air impurities and mustiness that can adversely affect people with allergies.

We enjoyed the staff, breakfast , parking and overall location was great. United is dated and so is furniture but excellent price quality.

The only complaint is with the customer service, he was not good

Stay was good, just one night was not busy during stay

I have stayed in many hotels and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had at an establishment. Check in was extremely difficult because I wanted to pay at the property and not online. Even though they weren’t authorized to charge my credit card they still tried to charge it before I arrived. The manager was extremely rude and called me a liar when I told him

Was pretty good

Great hotel at a great price. Really enjoyed my stay. Free breakfast in the morning as well. Forgot my toothpaste and got some free toothpaste from front desk. Service was amazing.

Worth it!

Breakfast is amazing with lots of variety. All day coffee and tea is a plus. There is a water bottle filling station that's very convenient. In my particular stay, the room could have been cleaner especially the bathroom. Free parking and right off QEW. About 25 min drive to downtown Toronto with no traffic

Outstanding service!

Outstanding service from check in to the lady who attended the breakfast. Both unbelievable. I made a mistake on the date of my booking, the kind gentleman at the front desk helped me along with a call to hotels. Com. The lady at the breakfast bar was friendly, helpful and cares about people. I honestly felt like family! Hard thing to accomplish in this crazy selfish world. She offered me a banana and a bag to carry it in. Hard to find people like this! Keep her. Treasure her, reward her!

Very old and smells bad everywhere

I found it very not clean. Was afraid to sleep in the bed and sit on the chairs. Old and dirty.

Stayed here after an airport arrival - very friendly and helpful staff - we were impressed !

Dining area: Shameza in the dining area was excellent. She made us feel so comfortable as we await my husband's discharge from the hospital Parking and property: The walkway outside should have been cleaned of snow more thoroughly as it was slippery getting into the lobby. Parking areas also needed to be cleared of snow.

Not bad! I usually like to book trendier places in bustling areas with lots to do- however I was just in town for one night and had set plans so this was fine for that. Pretty clean. Friendly staff. Cant go wrong with free parking and breakfast! Just a little outdated and nothing cool close by. Paid extra for the jacuzzi tub in the room but it was just ok. Good place to stay for business or if you are just doing something close by.

Hotel nice and clean. Only 1 elevator was working but no line up. Delicious breakfast a lot things to choose eggs bacon sausage toast bagels coffee tea juice yogurt fruits etc. Very good location

Easy check in & check out. Great breakfast buffet. Our room had a seating area that is better than sitting on the bed. Comfortable beds & soft towels. Will be back 😊

We paid extra for a premium room and it was disappointing. Fan in the bathroom didn't work, shower was so old it was discolored, spout to turn on the shower was stuck, couldn't get the temperature below 72 degrees, could hear doors slamming constantly and kids bouncing balls off our door, and towels were so thin you could hardly dry yourself. Generally not one to complain but this is not the Hampton I have experienced previously.

Pool is amazing

It was great. Staff was friendly, room was comfortable. I almost cancelled based on other reviews that said the pool was cold... so glad i didnt. The pool was heated and clean! We were very relieved and very pleased. We already have plans to return next month as it was a great night away from home!

Nice hotel

Great hotel for a comfortable overnight sleep.

We chose the hotel not so much for the stay , but the price was excellent and we were not expecting to spend touch time at the hotel. The hotel seemed quite busy and we saw this as a good sign.

Very clean property. Priya at the front desk was very welcoming to us and ensured that we had a great stay. Very convenient and quiet location. Good breakfast and coffees. Friendly staff too. Definitely coming back in the area again.

Very comfortable and great location for what we needed. Some breakfast items were cold our second morning but toast was hot!! :0)

Good value, terrible service

The room itself was good, clean, and comfortable. One of the shelves under the TV was damaged and hanging off the hinge. While this obviously has zero bearing on the comfort of the room, it’s an odd thing to not bother to fix. The digital key wouldn’t work for whatever reason, so we were forced to check in at the front counter, and the rep behind the desk was rude, monotone and basically had a ‘what do you want’ kind of mentality. Again, this didn’t affect the comfort or value of the room itself, but the service definitely left a lot to be desired.

Better that expected room size, super helpful staff. Terrific breakfast spread. 24 hr coffee and staffing. Super convent access for travelers, feet from on-ramps to regional highways. Plenty of walkable food options as well. Solid value.

OUR ROOM HAD NO HEAT! 62F. UNCOVERED AFTER WE HAD UNPACKED AND HAD FATHER WHO WAS JUST RELEASED FROM HOSPITAL AND VERY UNSTEADY, OFFERED TO MOVE BUT IT WAS JUST TOO MUCH TO DO SO. ASKED FOR A CREDIT THE NEXT DAY BUT HAVE NOT HEARD BACK

I loved that my room had a bathtub! So many tubs are being replaced with showers. My room was clean, cozy and comfortable.

Liked the fact that it’s close to highway, but grocery stores were not in walking distance especially in bad weather

Bathroom sewer stink, rooms are ok but as soon as you will walk in you will feel someone left a diaper in a room. Bathroom drains are clogged water goes very slow. Shower are almost end of its life.

Hi, i Liked my Stay, everything Clean, quiet and good beds very confortable , but aren’t what happen with air conditioning , was very noise ,

we booked a room of 2 queen beds but we got two twin bed, had 2 kids and 2 adults with travel. The bathroom was clogged both tubs and sinks.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this location. I was in town for a week going back and forth to the hospital. The staff was accommodating, helpful, and kind and was always there for any questions I had on anything. A huge thank you to them all; the complimentary breakfasts were a bonus and delicious! Across the road are a few places to eat, an RBC, Starbucks etc. Quick Uber hop to a Walmart as well. I would definitely recommend the Hampton Toronto-Mississauga location, and if I need a place to stay next time I am in town I know where I will be staying. Than you!

What I liked was the on floor laudry facilities that allows one to do a load or two of laundry for a few dollars. The free breakfast was great with a wide selection of breakfast dishes to start the day.

Very friendly staff and good breakfast with lots of options but the hotel could use a “refresh”. A little bit run down and out of date furnishings in the rooms.

The hotel is clean and in good shape. A busy highway is nearby, and bright lights are shining on the windows. However, there are blackout curtains to hopefully manage this issue.

There was no Paper towels, I had no enough regular towels. There was people beside my room making noise and was very loud

Good if you need to commute into Toronto by train. Clarkson station is down the road.

Stayed one night. Lobby was very clean, staff were attentive and friendly, location was great for us. The rooms are a bit tired, but very clean and comfortable. One of the best included breakfasts we’ve had!
