Pool is amazing

It was great. Staff was friendly, room was comfortable. I almost cancelled based on other reviews that said the pool was cold... so glad i didnt. The pool was heated and clean! We were very relieved and very pleased. We already have plans to return next month as it was a great night away from home!

Nice hotel

Great hotel for a comfortable overnight sleep.

We chose the hotel not so much for the stay , but the price was excellent and we were not expecting to spend touch time at the hotel. The hotel seemed quite busy and we saw this as a good sign.

Very clean property. Priya at the front desk was very welcoming to us and ensured that we had a great stay. Very convenient and quiet location. Good breakfast and coffees. Friendly staff too. Definitely coming back in the area again.

Good value, terrible service

The room itself was good, clean, and comfortable. One of the shelves under the TV was damaged and hanging off the hinge. While this obviously has zero bearing on the comfort of the room, it’s an odd thing to not bother to fix. The digital key wouldn’t work for whatever reason, so we were forced to check in at the front counter, and the rep behind the desk was rude, monotone and basically had a ‘what do you want’ kind of mentality. Again, this didn’t affect the comfort or value of the room itself, but the service definitely left a lot to be desired.

Better that expected room size, super helpful staff. Terrific breakfast spread. 24 hr coffee and staffing. Super convent access for travelers, feet from on-ramps to regional highways. Plenty of walkable food options as well. Solid value.

The room was great and staff were friendly. The washrooms are old and the tvs are limited to what you can watch.

OUR ROOM HAD NO HEAT! 62F. UNCOVERED AFTER WE HAD UNPACKED AND HAD FATHER WHO WAS JUST RELEASED FROM HOSPITAL AND VERY UNSTEADY, OFFERED TO MOVE BUT IT WAS JUST TOO MUCH TO DO SO. ASKED FOR A CREDIT THE NEXT DAY BUT HAVE NOT HEARD BACK

I loved that my room had a bathtub! So many tubs are being replaced with showers. My room was clean, cozy and comfortable.

Liked the fact that it’s close to highway, but grocery stores were not in walking distance especially in bad weather

Bathroom sewer stink, rooms are ok but as soon as you will walk in you will feel someone left a diaper in a room. Bathroom drains are clogged water goes very slow. Shower are almost end of its life.

Hotel is clean, comfortable beds, friendly staff. Breakfast is standard buffet style. Lots of options.

Hi, i Liked my Stay, everything Clean, quiet and good beds very confortable , but aren’t what happen with air conditioning , was very noise ,

we booked a room of 2 queen beds but we got two twin bed, had 2 kids and 2 adults with travel. The bathroom was clogged both tubs and sinks.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this location. I was in town for a week going back and forth to the hospital. The staff was accommodating, helpful, and kind and was always there for any questions I had on anything. A huge thank you to them all; the complimentary breakfasts were a bonus and delicious! Across the road are a few places to eat, an RBC, Starbucks etc. Quick Uber hop to a Walmart as well. I would definitely recommend the Hampton Toronto-Mississauga location, and if I need a place to stay next time I am in town I know where I will be staying. Than you!

What I liked was the on floor laudry facilities that allows one to do a load or two of laundry for a few dollars. The free breakfast was great with a wide selection of breakfast dishes to start the day.

Very friendly staff and good breakfast with lots of options but the hotel could use a “refresh”. A little bit run down and out of date furnishings in the rooms.

The hotel is clean and in good shape. A busy highway is nearby, and bright lights are shining on the windows. However, there are blackout curtains to hopefully manage this issue.

There was no Paper towels, I had no enough regular towels. There was people beside my room making noise and was very loud

Good if you need to commute into Toronto by train. Clarkson station is down the road.

Stayed one night. Lobby was very clean, staff were attentive and friendly, location was great for us. The rooms are a bit tired, but very clean and comfortable. One of the best included breakfasts we’ve had!

Check in was quick, with a friendly front desk. Breakfast in the morning had a good selection with the hot food being hot and the cold ataying cold. Breakfast attendent was very helpful and so polite.

The front desk people were very nice and efficient at everything.The lady in They need a bench for the smoking area as older guest have nowhere to sit. There are a lot of smokers every day. One elderl guy was trying to sit on a rock. charge of the breakfasts was fantastic.

Most important thing for me I travel as a single older woman and I felt extremely safe here. Everything else is great but that was very important to me and I will stay here again

Use this hotel every 3 months before my hospital treatment as conveniently located by the highway. Pillows extremely soft and very uncomfortable. Mini fridge very heavy odour and musty smell. Staff very accommodateing fir my dog. Will continue to use this hotel

I stayed at the Hampton Inn in Mississauga and had a good experience. The location is convenient, close to highways. Check-in was quick, and the staff was friendly. My room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included and had a nice variety of options. Overall, I recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

Could use some updates. Poor attempt in the bathroom, cabinet painted looks awful. Decor is dated, 80s style. Firmer pillows and kleenex would be nice.

We enjoyed our stay here. The room was large, comfy and clean and the woman in charge of the breakfast station was very friendly and welcoming. The only things we noticed during our stay was the coffee in the lobby could have been replenished more often and there were lots of small flies buzzing around there.

This hotel was exactly what we needed, beautiful suite even the decor was beautiful. Staff was incredible very accommodating. Fresh coffee, tea available in hotel lobby along with delicious cookies in the evening. Hot breakfast daily , quite good we were even able to bring the food to our room. Will definitely stay at this hotel again.

The lady that work the desk, when we check in was amazing. Very nice, friendly and professional. The night before we stayed in the holiday inn next door, that was ok, but i will return to this one because of her. She gave me a business card with the name Priya Dogra. I hope the company know how lucky they are to have her on the team. She is so good at what she do. In all businesses, when you walk in, and you have a positive and great experience with the first person and that greet you, that make the rest of the experience great. And Priya did that for me. Amazing, give her a raise. Will be back for sure. Hope to see you next time. Thanks alot

The place is ok . safe , quiet and easy to park your car that is good.

Coffee was terrible tasting. A/c not working. Bathtub safety stripes hardly there. Hardly any water comes out of shower head. Soap dispenser empty. Did not like the idea of dispensers anyone could put something in the container. Single containers are better. Could not close curtains completely to shade out light. MOST IMPORTANTLY BUGS FLYING AROUND FOOD AREA.

Very homely, very friendly staff, it was so homely we felt hard to leave 🙏. If anything breakfast was monotonous. We don’t have to come back but we will on the basis of experience 🙏

My bed when i sat down i felt moisture... then my pants and shorts were literally soaked with this liquid. Upon investigation there was a brown stain on my sheet and a moist patch on the mattress about 6 to 8 inches..stuff happens and i think from service should have picked this up.. anyhow the front desk person was extremely kind considerate symathetic and immediately transferred us to another room. Still the damage was done the next day we checked out to homewood suite in mississauga. I hope we get our REFUND because we payed for 3 nights by only slept 1 ..traumatized of course.
