It was close to airport.

Sewer gas smell in the room so we had to move to another room. Not much for a restaurant or bar, however there was a nice restaurant next door. Breakfast was okay. The 24 hour shuttle service to the airport is a joke, it only runs every 2 hours.

Great staff very helpful and hotel very clean.

Great Hotel

Hampton staff is always welcoming. Rooms are clean, never disappoint. Very reasonable price. Walking distance to stores, restaurants and coffee spots.

Great place for a one night stay ... Has great free buffet breakfast. Small rooms but nice enough!

Property was clean, nicely kept and staff especially breakfast staff were super awesome... now the bad.. the pillows were horrible and only 2 per bed, and beds were so so, maybe 4 pillows per bed wouldve been ALOT better. Side note indoor pool was great. Highly recommend

Crossing the border was a nightmare Turned around 2 times Called Hampton.to inform them .we would not be making our room It was already 8 And Mexican border said we would have to come back n morning.Hampton said pretty much..Too bad We've stayed there many times Won't again

Marko was amazing!! He was so helpful to accommodate our special requests. It was such a a warm welcome to a bad travel day. I was surprised how nice this hotel was, the outside doesn't match the inside. Beautiful inside!!

I really like it’s literally 5 min from the Us Border ,very quiet and clean rooms, something i didn’t like it was the change of price once you arrived the hotel

The towels were small and very used, the pillow were flimsy and stained some with make up on, the sheets were almost in rags, the iron board and iron was stained with gooey residue. The curtains were broken and very dirty. The tv did not work. I stayed here 4 years ago and it was a much better experience newer cleaner. This was a dissapointing stay.

The hotel and property was very good The only problem was the afternoon front desk. Staff did not know That the hotel airport shuttle service at 4 o’clock in the morning. We needed a shuttle service at 4 AM. Because the staff told us the hotels shuttle service to start till 5 AM. We scheduled an Uber. There should be better communication between The staff that work different shifts

It was amazing! The location is great - close to everything we wanted to see and do. There are great restaurants within walking distance. The hotel also offers free breakfast and there is a bar. The parking is great and convenient. The staff is professional, helpful, and kind! The rooms are so clean and with the perfect set up. They will take you anywhere near the hotel - mercados, airport, etc. We will definitely be staying here again!!

The check in time was 3:00pm and they didn't have the room ready, so we made some errands and came back at 4:00pm and the room was still not ready for us to check in. And they mentioned that no rooms are available and no compensation for the wait.

Wonderful stay! Felt safe and very welcomed by staff. All staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Walking distance to tacos, pizza, restaurants, Starbucks and more! I will be returning here on my next visit.

Very good hotel to stay, front desk agents are very professional and courteous. Next to Tijuana airport. Breakfast was good. I do recommend this place next time you’re flaying out of Tijuana. I will definitely stay here next time.

Hampton Inn has now become one of my favorite places to stay when I do travel into Tijuana. It is very convenient,. Location has easy access access whether it is to town, airport or even crossing back to the border. The staff is always very friendly and professional.

Carpet dirty with stains. Only 2 towels when was booked for four.

Horrible stay. Rooms are very cramped, the gym is nothing state-of-the-art, the breakfast set-up is a disaster, I was working from the hotel & the chair I was sitting on looked like it was picked up from the side of the street, I basically fell off it because it was so unbalanced, but they replaced it after 4 hours from my request. There’s no way I’d come back here nor would I recommend anyone else to stay here. It’ll be worth more to pay extra at another location that’s more comfortable, cleaner & higher quality

Second time staying here and I would stay here again. All the staff is great and place is very clean and safe.

Easy checking in, and staff was very friendly.

Overall it was a great Hotel. I would advise anyone that is staying here to make sure your a/c is working properly. I had to change rooms in the middle of the night due to the a/c not cooling properly. It was cool and cloudy upon arrival and did not notice the a/c untill we returned to the hotel at night and woke up sweating. Had to call front desk and have them look for another room. Had to wake my wife and daughters so we could move at 1am.

TJ Baseball Tourney

Nervous to stay at a hotel in TJ/Mexico. Looked at many hotels in the area we needed to stay and decided to stay here at hampton Inn. Close to where we needed to be and “Free” breakfast even though we all know nothing is free, but always love to have a nice breakfast included. Well we arrived everyone was so nice and as you enter it was just clean. Rooms were ready and we went up to find clean spacious rooms. All our stay was awesome. Everyone was very helpful and so nice. PLEASE NEVER FORGET TO TIP THOSE WHO SERVE YOU! Overall a 5 star experience. They have a nice pool area, bar area, the only negative thing was we were not allowed to hang out in the dining/ lobby area after hours. Other than that would go back.

The staff and the breakfast were really good

The hotel was nice and close to the embassy. I was scammed on my AMEX card for $3000. It said from the hotel. I purposely took enough pesos so I didn’t even use my card there. So be careful with the internet service. I’m in the process of a dispute. Always a pain. Don’t know how they were able to do anything because I never took the card out of my wallet.

Muy poco interés de la srita de la recepción que está por la mañana se le llamo para notificar que el baño no estaba funcionando bien y li ignoro sólo dijo que cuando llegara el de mantenimiento iría a revisar salí del hotel y no llego el de servicio fue muy mala experiencia y decepción cuando fui al mostrador y realizar mi salida solo recibí por respuesta una tonta sonrisa lociento mucho una disculpa y así soluciono todo

Servicio bueno, camas muy duras e incomodas, sabanas muy viejas con bolitas y huelen mucho a cloro al igual las toallas percudidas el hotel luce bien.

Great hotel

Excellent hotel, good location, very close to the airport, free shuttle service to the airport, and very friendly staff.

The check in was easy, only thing is I wished my room was ready even though I came early. They did change my room to accommodate my request for togetherness

It was great

Everything was great until I realized 10 minutes later when dropped off at airport we had left my infant’s blanket in our room. Called hotel right away to notify but cleaning ladies say nothing was in there when I know it was left within our sheets. I did call various times just in case it was found since we were due to return within 14 days. It wasn’t the cost of blanket but the Love, it was handmade for her. We have stayed here numerous times and service is great besides this issue.

Conveniently located by the airport. Lots of walkable eating options. Safe area. Free parking and breakfast. Facilities are clean and staff was friendly. Stayed 2 nights and would stay again.

I have to say that for the price there are many things that I do not agree with, the room was not clean, the refrigerator in the room did not work, the front desk was very rude with their angry faces all the time for what we are paying, we hope to receive better attention !!
