i liked the personal attention from the front desk.

You booked a handicap accessible room when I requested a simple 2 queen room. I understand this was to save cost, busy caused a lot of headache upon check-in. Plus, someone who really needs that room was deprived of the opportunity.

Everything was great. The room was comfortable and clean and looked updated. The breakfast was great each morning.

The property was well lit and felt very safe. Sometimes it traffic was loud, but nothing that disturbed me in my room.

Overall average hotel. Did notice some stains and dirty spots in the room. Decent breakfast. Staff was very helpful and attentive though.

I didn't get the receipt in email as promised, although I didn't ask for a printed one.

First Hampton Inn stay

I booked this hotel while at training for Domestic Violence and I wanted something close to the venue. I had never stayed at a Hampton Inn previously but I like the services I received. I was NOT aware that the rooms are cleaned on an every other day basis however. We had to find the cleaning technicians to obtain towels and we had to put the trash in the hallway due to the small size of the trashcans. The room was clean as well as the bathroom. It was quiet at night and even though I was next to an elevator, I NEVER heard anything through the night. The only thing I did not like was the television and how it would only play a few minutes while on LIVE. I had to utilize my apps such as Netflix and YouTube in order to watch television in my downtime. I did not eat the breakfast because breakfast was served at the conference, but my sister did and she spoke highly of it. My sister also work out in the gym and there was one treadmill, one elliptical, a bicycle and a few weights.

Hotel was as expected for the level and rate. It was clean and offered everything I needed for the stay.

Great quality hotel and staff!

Our stay was awesome! Our first day there we needed help jumping our car, and a custodian and a landscaper came to our rescue. Everything in the hotel worked great, hot water on demand, super comfy bed, very good breakfast food.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. I loved the breakfast , especially the waffles . Close to Downtown and Circuit of the Americas .

Staff was great! Our room didn’t have a shower curtain, which made a huge mess that I tried to clean. Most of the drink vending machines were empty or broken.

Wrong room given

Overall the experience was great. However, we were approached by a barefoot man without a shirt on who was obviously on drugs and he attempted to enter the side door with us so we felt a bit unsafe. I would have felt very unsafe if I was alone. We informed the front desk clerk who then alerted the surrounding hotels to be aware. The room was clean, comfortable and the front desk clerk was great.

Ok, for the money. Property was pretty quiet and room was clean. There was mold in the caulking underneath the bathroom faucet and the caulking around the shower. The bed was comfy but it seemed like the bottom sheet wasn't a deep pocket and it kept pulling up whenever I or my husband shifted positions. That was annoying. The breakfast and the coffe were good. I would consider staying at a Hampton Inn again.

Good overall stay, but a need for Improvement

The staff was friendly and very accommodating especially with the digital system outage. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of protein and fruit options. One drawback was no room service at all for 4 nights (no new towels). However, there was an official sticker on the bathroom mirror that said room service will be provided every other day. Also, the room needed some minor repairs (desk staff took photos) and were not done right away.

Totally fine but basic

Fundamentally fine but room not cleaned once in three night stay which seemed a bit off. Vending on my floor not working. Breakfast okay and ‘free’. Staff nice. Pool decent and skimmed each morning. Nothing nearby to eat or buy food if you don’t have a car. No bar.

Black Stuff

Only thing I can say, there was a bit of mold around the base of the shower or it was some sort of black something.

The rooms were clean and hotel was quiet.

Check in was quick. Dee Dee was friendly and informative.

Close to Everything

The stay was comfortable. The biggest positive is the hotel is near major highways, convenient stores, gas stations, restaurants, scenic areas, etc. The only negative was the LG TV because it was hard to select channels and move on to other features. Not the best but not the worst.

Nice hotel and breakfast was good.

This definitely not the most up to date Hampton Inn. The Mattress is old, king room was small, sink drain was super slow, toilet paper dispenser was broken and paper fell to the floor etc. At breakfast the scrambled eggs had a easy to see hair living in it that I turned over to the host. Ya know, the annoying "come on man" observations.

Had to wait an hour before I could get into my room due to inspections. Hotel room wasn't very clean, stains on couch, strong febreeze/cleaning spray odor.

The property was conveniently located, staff was friendly and room was clean, we would stay here again.

Very helpful staff, nice facility. Travelocity messed up my reservation and made my stay complicated in fixing the mistakes. I will not use travelocity again.

Tv sucks

The hotel was very clean, Our room was clean but had a musky smell. The TV system sucks, the last hampton Inn I stayed at also in Austin in the oak area I had to change 3 rooms to get a tv that would change chanels. The tv will not tell you what chanel it is on & I was trying to watch a football game & I searched for over an to find out they didnt get that channel. Imagine a motel room that you cant get football paying over 220 dollars a night I will stay anywhere else except Hampton inns if I have a choice.

Convenient to airport & quiet

Excellent stay

I travel often, and this was one of the best stays of the year. My room wasn't quite ready for my 4 o'clock check-in, so the front desk agent offered me snacks & drinks while I waited. I got the mixed nuts & fruit while I lounged in the super clean & comfy lobby. About 10 minutes later, my room was ready and it was really nice! Everything was super clean, there were plenty of towels, complimentary water, coffee, soaps, and makeup remover (I needed it because I forgot mine at home). It was also very quiet and the bed & pillows were SUPER comfortable. I travel to Austin quite a bit & will be making this hotel my #1 choice. Thank you for an excellent stay!

Elevators?

The location is good for us. Still waiting for the 2nd elevator to work. Stayed in April and again in August...only one elevator both times.

Waiting for elevator and the wall paper is coming off by where the button where...kind of tacky also the ice machine did nit work neither did the coke machine.. no security!!! Taking shower no shampoo or shower gel. People was nice but i do believe this hampton is an aging beauty queen

overall, a great visit

The king suite I stayed in was well appointed and clean. It was relatively quiet which I appreciate. The complimentary breakfast was nothing to write home about but was better than average. The dining area was clean and plenty large enough to accommodate a good crowd. This hotel is conveniently located to downtown Austin as well as the local airport.

Asked for new towels and garbage to be taken out on second and thirds days, it never happened Ended up taking out garbage myself All fixtures in bathroom were loose, crooked or both

Jared who checked us into the hotel on Sunday night was awesome! We had gotten in late from a delayed flight and he set us up with all the info we needed and even some snacks.

I have stayed here before and it is a nice and comfortable stay.

Only one elevator was working for 6 floors! Breakfast was awesome! Lots too choose from.
