Extremely overpriced. Our air conditioner didn’t work and it was never fixed after we asked for someone to look at it. The drain in the bathroom was backed up. Our bedding was stained and one of the beds squeaked terribly. Don’t waste your money. There must be better options in the area.

Great place to stay near Zion. Lots of great restaurants and stores nearby and an easy walk to the park.

Excellent hotel and conveniently located for our trip to Zion. Spacious modern rooms. Very friendly staff. Shuttle stop 6 is located right outside the hotel. The breakfast is good enough. Would stay here again.

Majestic view

Friendly staff. Beautiful view of the Red Rock. Only negative, room ac sounded like a freight train. Ended up having to turn it off to get some rest. Walking distance to places to eat

The property and almost all properties around this area had spectacular views even from the window! Beautiful small town and very nearly maintained property.

Right on a shuttle stop into Zion national park, but also walkable to other restaurants and coffee and gift shops

Our family had a fantastic stay at Hampton Inn & Suites in Springdale! The staff was so friendly and helpful, the free breakfast was delicious and a great way to fill up before hiking. The rooms and hotel were clean, and the pool area was perfect for post-hike relaxation! We will be back!

I did not like the additonal parking fee of $10 per night. I understand they want to keep parking "interlopers" out, but why charge the paying guests to pay for parking on a surface lot? We could have put a sticker on the windshield with out paying $10 per night.

I reserved a Handicap Accessible room and none were available when we got there, still daylight.

Clean and up to date hotel in a beautiful area that is walkable to most points of interest.

Nice place, but some general items need attention

I had a nice multi-day stay at this Hampton Inn. Everyone was friendly and the breakfast is well maintained. Rooms were clean. The fridge in my room barely worked and the room key card scanner was broken. Also, one had to make sure to close the door hard to ensure it would lock. If not, anyone could push the door open and walk in.

I know it’s a pet friendly hotel but the room we stayed at has the smell that kinda made us sick a bit. Smelled like some chemical like

The Hampton Inn was close to everything in Springdale and Zion. The staff was excellent. Poppy at the front desk was so helpful and friendly. When Justin was at the front desk he knew we were waiting for the cookies to come out. When they did he personally brought them to us at the pool with milk! Breakfast was very good! The room was comfortable and the bed was too! Parking was 20.00 daily which we thought was excessive. That is the only complaint. We would stay again!!

Location and amenities were good! Shuttle was right in front of property as well. Only downfall was the beds and pillows - not comfortable.

Got there at 1:30 asked for early check in they said they would text me when ready. turned out my room was not ready till 4:00 one hour after regular check in time.

The bathroom had hair all over inside and outside of the tub. There was sticky stuff on the floor. The staff was great.

The hotel has a great location, kind and welcoming staff, and clean rooms with great views all around. We did not like the surprise $20.00 dollars per day for parking, and additional charges on our credit card that we are unsure what they are for.

So i went to check in and they tried to slap me with a $20 per night parking fee even when the place was empty. So they charge a low rate and hide the fact it will cost $20 more per night. Dont play games people its not right

Very nice hotel. Very clean and nice rooms. Free breakfast had many options. The view outside was amazing.

Hampden Inn Zion

Nice place, had to leave a day early because of weather and health issues, So we lost a night, understandable. However not understandable was the $20 a day parking fee, that they don’t make you aware of until you check in!

The stay was excellent

The hotel was very loud. I heard everything in the hallways and outside. It made it difficult to sleep because people came in late and left early.

Overall was a great overnight stay. Did not appreciate booking the room then finding out upon check-in that there was a $20 parking fee

I am not a road warrior, just a vacation traveler. But, this was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. Beautiful, clean hotel in fabulous setting. Front desk staff fantastic. Wonderful breakfast. Super helpful, bilingual breakfast staff goes out of their way to offer hiking advice. I came in off season February and got a great rate. Excellent! 10.0.

Clean, comfy, amazing location!

Amazing location and beautiful scenery all around. Right next to Zion National Park. Fantastic breakfast. The plumbing wasn’t the best in our room and the loo didn’t fill up properly but I managed to fix it myself so all in all, an amazing stay and I’d definitely recommend.

Well kept hotel, great staff, good breakfast. Beware the parking fee. Apparently new since January. They got me. Had I noticed, I would have stayed somewhere the full cost is transparent, even if it was more.

Property was clean and neat, staff was courteous and polite. I Was taken back when I was charged $20 per night for parking. Booked through Expedia but the parking charge was not obvious in the description when I booked. I was not expecting this charge, hidden or unexpected fees are always a turn off. Why are they charging for parking anyway, the parking is there for the guest, who else is going to use it?

We appreciated all the little extras they provided. They had fresh fruit available all the time. They also had a hot chocolate bar. The breakfast in the morning was fantastic. A little bit of everything. We would definitely stay there again.

Kind and helpful staff, great location and very accommodating. There was plenty of potty areas around the hotel for our dog. Shopping centers are walking distance away. Breakfast was great and the over all environment was clean and wonderful. Would recommend and will be booking again in the future.

I have stayed at this property several times and have always had a good experience. I was disappointed this time when I found out that they charged for parking. This was low season, town was quiet, restaurants closed for off season. Parking lot area is very large. Hotel was low occupancy. I can understand if it was high season but it was not. Also, as a Hilton Honor member it should have been waived. Management should reconsider this policy.

I enjoyed my stay. They always have fresh coffee and, the towels are changed out daily. The hotel is clean but the rooms are a bit out dated. Staff were friendly and attentive.

Overall was good

Great value hotel with amazing views of Zion national park. Quiet and off season when we visited in December so pool was closed. The spa tub was still available and blissfully hot after a long days hiking. Room was large and comfortable. Customer service was good, had a small issue with room and Johnnie on front desk sorted it very efficiently. Breakfast was basic but tasty and the take away snacks were a nice touch. We were disappointed that the hotel uses single use plastic cutlery and disposable plates, cups and bowls in the buffet and rooms with no obvious signs of any attempts at recycling. Overall we would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here for one night after a long hiking day. Great location and staff here are very friendly.

We booked last minute and it worked out great. Because it was last minute we had a room facing the parking lot and this was fine. Our TV didn’t work at all during our stay - as you can imagine: with 3 kids and after a full day of hiking, they wanted hot chocolate and movies. We couldn’t do this which did put a damper on plans as we love to veg as a family and watch movies especially this time of year. At night the hotel blamed it on Direct TV but then in the morning they were surprised ours hadn’t been fixed. They offered to send someone but it was too late. The breakfast buffet had good options but they are sticklers on the 10am cut off. A few minutes before 10 they started to clean the are and close the divider

I was surprised that they charged me for parking every day. I didn't see on Expedia that I would be charged as I am used to Hampton inn being more suburban and never before has a Hampton inn charged for parking. Left a really bad taste as I checked out.

Clean, great location, friendly staff. Walls are paper thin. No hot water in the shower for 2 days. Tiny bathroom. If you do not overpay, you will probably find it to be okay.
