worst smell ever in the room

Say was great. In the breakfast room we couldn’t get drinks bc the machine was locked up. Other than that we enjoy staying here

Nice cheap hotel with good free breakfest. Also there is alot of dining places around.

I had something I needed to print and I am not very computer savvy but the manager and Im sorry I didn't get her name was so very helpful and pleasant

I stay with my family and two dogs everything went well , room was clean , the place was quiet during nights so we have a good sleep.

Wonderful stay was in town for the cowboys game hotel is close enough to At&t stadium Arrived early and was able to check in early Donna was great at check in and Ben was also great with the check out will definitely stay again when in Dallas

Awesome Stay!

I have stayed in this hotel in the past and I love staying here. Its so convenient to everywhere I need to get to while I'm in Dallas. And the room is always relaxing, the bed is comfortable and the bathrooms are always so clean. I still wear my sandals but you know what I mean.

The tv was broken

No shampoo or body wash in the shower. Other than that everything was ok.

The Reception Staff very friendly, fast and obliging. The rooms were spacious and clean, with amazing views.

It was fine for one night.

It was ok - beds were on the side of a double not a queen and the TV never played what it said . The channel would say football, but kept jumping to Hallmark channel - my husband was so frustrated he could watch the sports it said it had on.

Left alone

We stayed for 2 days. The motel did not enter the room to clean it up, empty trash, or provide clean towels.

Not helpful on resolving issues .. property area seems unsafe

I’ve stayed here multiple times and will do so in the future.

Easy to get to

It was a great stay for the family very nice and clean. We Love the breakfast l.

My only complaint…. Handicapped accessible rooms did not have a shower chair for my disabled spouse to shower….we had to go out a buy one to make sure he could shower :( Otherwise the hotel was great and front desk was very apologetic.

Checking min was told check out was 1130 cleaners are knocking over n over come to find out check out was at 11. Communication is key here people and check out receptionist what a B***th

We checked into our room late after traveling in the evening. The staff seemed like it was an inconvenience that I was there to check in. Once we got to our room we saw that the thermostat for the air conditioning was hanging off the wall and it was really warm in the room. I went to the air conditioner and turned down the temperature to realize that it was not working and blowing warm air in the room. I went to the front desk and the staff said that they were full and cannot move me to another room. She went into a room for housekeeping to get a fan but never returned. After sweating all night upon checkout the manager said that she was aware and that I should have been moved to another room. Housekeeping was knocking on the door at 8am to clean the room. This has been the most uncomfortable and unpleasant stay in a hotel I have ever had. I booked the hotel based on the ratings but I am very disappointed.

I wasn't in the hotel very much over the weekend but everything was fine there. No complaints.

I reserved the non smoking king suite for my husband and I little get away and we had a very nice stay. The bed was nice comfortable room was very clean and the staff was very friendly

Just What We Needed When Our Power Went Out

No view - we got to look at an industrial park - but the hotel was excellent and the staff was friendly and very helpful. We weren’t there for the view. We stayed 3 nights, awaiting our electrical service to be restored after a storm. Facility is very nice and the pool looked great, but storms kept us from trying it out. Breakfast was so so, but there is an IHOP across the street.

Slept well, king suite was very nice.

Trip to visit grandchildren

The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble.

I would recommend hotel for family and friends when they come to the DFW area

Unpleasant stay!

We stayed in room 105 and The ceiling in the shower had mold and was half painted white like they tried to cover it up but ran out of paint then the bed and mattress were very unstable and uncomfortable aside from those details the kitchen area is very small and need another waffle maker to accommodate so may guest specially during summer weekends.

Check in was easy. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms were very clean! The breakfast was really good!

Our 3rd stay within the last year. Has always been a great stay. Will continue to be back.

Great hotel. Just a few minutes from Dallas. Walmart is super close for necessities. The front desk workers were amazing! Morning breakfast was good. And the breakfast area was always clean. FYI!! The mexican restaurant across the parking lot is not suitable for families with small children.

Nice property right off the freeway and not far (10-15 min) from the airports.

While the hotel's amenities were acceptable, the standout feature was undoubtedly the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Their warmth and dedication made the stay enjoyable and memorable. Their exceptional service elevated the experience, leaving a lasting positive impression.

My husband and I loved it . Very nice very clean friendly staff . My children enjoyed the breakfast.

Good Location, Could Be Better With Few Other

Not the greatest Hampton stay Pros: -Located close to most downtown destinations - Looking new and clean Cons: - Breakfast choices are few and low quality. - Breakfast replenishment of items is slow. - Rooms aren’t sealing sound properly nor light. -Linens are clean but full of “invisible fibers”, kind of lint that gives me allergies.

Clean and spacious, convenient location.

No pool

We were really disappointed to find out the door to the pool was locked, it was a big reason we decided to book this particular hotel, the fact that they had a pool. We tried several times to use our key to open thw door to the pool with no luck, then went to the front desk and he tried to open it as well with no luck. When I asked him if the pool is closed he just shrugged his shoulders and said I don't know. And then I asked if it would be open anytime soon, again, just a shrug of the shoulders and an I don't know.

Really good hot breakfast. Convenient right off of I-30. Walk to late-night Sonic or Taco Bell, other close restaurants and shopping. Room very nice w king bed and pull-out sofa.

It was a very good stay in the breakfast. Was decent just wish the rooms were a little bigger.

The location was the primary reason for the selection. This hotel is located right between Downtown Dallas and 360/I-30 for quick access in both directions without the heavy traffic. The breakfast buffet was awesome.

A Great Choice For A Getaway

My family and I were in the area for an event and a fun weekend away. This hotel was a short convenient drive away from all the places we visited. The staff was so friendly at check in! The room was one of the better rooms I have ever stayed in from any establishment. Super clean. The next time we are in the area, I'd definitely consider staying here again.

Dry pleased with our stay!

Room looked clean but bathroom was dirty. Dirty as in dry blood on wall and pube hairs on toilet.

Loved how clean the room was and smelled! Loved it!

Comfortable but Noisy

We stayed 2 nights. The first night it sounded like a party was going on all night on our floor. At around 11:00, we called the front desk and asked them to do something about it. Someone called our room about 15 minutes later and said they came up and walked the hall, but heard nothing. She asked if she could have us point her in the right direction. My husband walked down the hall and was immediately able to tell where the noise was coming from. We told the lady from the front desk when she came up. She promised to take care of it, but the noise continued throughout the night. The second night was better as the people making the noise checked out. I made sure because if they hadn’t, we were going to ask to change rooms. The room was clean and comfortable. However, we could see into the hallway through the large gap between the door and wall. This caused our room to be flooded with light at night, and reduced the feeling of safety and privacy.

Great stay!

Original check-in lady seemed like she was not happy to be there, but another lady came in at 3 pm and got us checked in and was very pleasant. Got the same lady that wasn’t happy to be the next morning and again didn’t seem like she was happy that day either.

Being on the first floor you heard the side door close every single time.

Breakfast was good but needs variety. Not all the days the same type of eggs. The gym should have the window open, because smells bad after people sweat.

Our stay was delightful, just as the 1st time we stayed here 3 weeks prior. Staff was great. Everything was phenomenal. We told ourselves this would be our regular to stay here when we are in the area.

Enjoyed our stay. Very convenient for us on our trip in terms of location half way between AT&T Stadium and the Dos X Pavilion which were our 2 events we had for the weekend. Will stay again on another trip.

My girl and I had a great time staying. Rooms were very spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable. It’s located near a lot of fast food restaurants and supermarkets. Location is very close to Dallas downtown. Pool was nice and clean. FREE BREAKFAST was amazing. Will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Family stay

The room was clean and comfortable and smelled fresh. The beds were very comfortable. The shower was nice although it wasn’t wheelchair accessible as we originally thought. The breakfast was ok. Overall it was a wonderful stay and we’ll definitely stay again.

Friendly staff, clean property, safe and convenient area. Shopping and restaurants next door and down the road. I was shocked and unaware until check out of the $25 per night pet fee. I was only told there would be a deposit.
