False advertisement!!!

No toiletries, always look forward to little surprises. There was nothing but coffee and tea - the norm. I expected more from a ritzy hotel on my birthday. I selected the room because it showed a shower wand in the shower of which there was NOT!!! Very disappointed!

Unfortunately having a room on side of bldg facing highway/streets was very noisy all night long and bed was very firm/not comfortable. Otherwise great spot, friendly staff and breakfast options were very plentiful.

Great stay, just wish it had been a bit longer:) Very clean and quiet. All staff we came in contact with were very polite and kind. The breakfast was good, too:)

We hadd a beautiful king room, a little larger then normal. The room was clean and very comfortable. Just what we were looking for. Staff was very accomodating. We will return.

We planned the visit specially for the pool and waterslide. While at the pool, an employee came in and announced that they had to close the pool for the remaining of the night. We spent a total of 1 hour in the pool during our stay. Kids were very upset!

Absolutely beautiful place

Good for an overnight but the location is right beside a highway so not a spot if you are hoping for scenery.

This property was extremely clean. The staff were on top of everything we needed.

They made us feel at home. All the front office staff were excellent. The ladies on the breakfast team were very pleasant and helpful. We have stayed here before and we will be back. They provided soup in the evenings which was really nice. We enjoyed the popcorn they made in the afternoons. 10/10 service.

Kids were running and knocking on the doors, even after the staffs intervention. Asked for another room, they refuse. And what i have to say sbout breakfast, poor quality less choices, the bananas look like been stolen, sll blacks and old. There's other hotels cheaper and with more qualities

I didn't stay here. Try to cancel and they still charge me for a night. When they said they wouldn't. Called spead hr on the phone. Customer service here doesn't happen.

Loved the pool for my grandson, was very cold for him walking by the doors to the outside opening to get back to our room.

Rated: poor The shampoo, and body wash containers were empty and toilet paper was almost empty . Looked like no one checked the room before hand and nothing was refilled. No hot chocolate down stairs: said they had to wait for day staff to refill (two nights in a row) Toilet was not flushing the lever was broken/ no one came to fix that it and we were suppose to have a jacuzzi tub in the king room and was very disappointed. Staff was not to friendly as well! For the money we paid for a weekend: not satisfied .

Very clean, pool was excellent. There was a hockey team there enjoying their time and the staff were really hard on the hockey team. Let the team enjoy their time.

Pool was loud and hard to enjoy and the beds were not comfortable at all. Breakfast was also not great.

We always stay here and it was the first time I felt like I was judged… the staff was stressing no smoking in room! We don’t even smoke anything! We have never had that happen before! Except for the night staff everything else was great! The morning staff was lovely! Thank you

The suite was comfortable and cozy like we had hoped for, everything needed for a relaxing getaway. Very Clean! Breakfast was really nice too. Only complaint was that the drapes didn't close all the way, we ended up using a hanger from the closet that had clips on it to secure them shut. A charging port for cells would be a nice added luxury. Those were only minor details, overall we were very satisfied and wouldn't hesitate to go again. Thank you Hampton Inn.

Customer service has fallen off at this hotel. I had no satisfaction with a couple issues and then was denied a caught for my little one terrible terrible terrible! The service I can’t even explain how bad it’s gotten to the point where I need to now visit different brands and I used to be happy to happy with the Hampton but they don’t care. Take care or care about your needs anymore.

Great place for our family of 10 to celebrate the end of 2024! The kids loved the pool and waterslide! We would definitely love to book here again

Room was clean, smell fresh and looks very modern. The bed was also really comfortable. I would have really liked if the TV had better options in terms of what to watch, maybe have netflix or other apps as well

Convenient stop for long drive. Very clean. Should be modernizing media with Prime/Netflix on tv channels and also Chromecast, instead of just basic cable. Not good enough for a very new, modern hotel imo

We were here about a month ago.. that room was lovely but this time the room..although the same the bed and pillows werent that good. Just replace the matteress and your good to go

The only complaint I have is the shampoo is under the shower head. Me being short, I had to put my face in the spray to reach up too high to get the shampoo. Not a complaint. Just an inconvenience. We enjoyed our stay!!
