Room conditions are run down. Property using faded worn down linen and bedding. Staff and service is good.

Cleaning inadequate, noticed that cleaners did not follow protocol when it came to cleaning. Fridge didn't work time to time, replaced and still didn't work

The property is located near to shopping. The rooms needed some cleaning.

It was great hotel

I thought Hilton would be a good brand but the shower was broken. There was no hot water. The room check in services were bad. Other than that the stay was ok. Arijeet Bose was truly very helpful during stay and he went a long way to sort out my problems.

Staff is very excellent and quality of food is very good. I had issue getting my reservation cancelled due to booking at wrong month. I could not get credit from Orbitz until I directly contacted front desk. It was done immediately.

Hotel was very clean including lobby, restaurant and room. I would go back again when I visit Vadodara again. Close to shopping and other restaurants.

Toilet drainage system was very poor. Stayed there 3 nights and informed customer service 3 times to change the room but no response. Room service was not good as used ear buds on bed , took picture and shown to the reception . Over all so so only

Nice boutique hotel in Baroda

It was for a day's stay that I had booked in at Hampton. Centrally located, the hotel was clean and neat. The restaurant was a compact one. Did not have many choices, but what they did , they did well. Only issue that I faced was i herd a constant running of rodents some where in the back ground ! The hotel has promised to look in to this.

Location and staff service

For a hotel that carries the name of the Hilton chain I was truly disappointed with this property I am not impressed at all the rooms were in terrible shape 30 to be maintained the linen was all right however I was not impressed with the level of concentration of maintenance. I was impressed with the action that the management took where I had to shift to five rooms in two days just so that I could get a room that I was satisfied with I am an easy traveler I am quite flexible and I was not impressed with this property at all.

A short stay at Hampton by Hilton

Stayed for one night at Hampton Hotel, the location is perfect and suits all business travellers. Cozy hotel catering to short stays. Extra care taken during the COVID conditions and ensured the guest felt safe and secure. Food options are limited but no complaints as it satisfies the palate. Rooms are pretty basic and bed is comfortable. Overall a good stay and value for money.

THE HOTEL WAS NOT AMAZING, NEITHER LOCATED AT AN APPROPRIATE LOCATION OF THE CITY, THE WATCHMAN OF THE HOTEL WAS THE SOLE MANAGER OF THE PROPERTY, HE BEHAVED LIKE VERY BAD AND THERE WAS NOT ANY ONE AT FRONT DESK TO COMPLAIN, IT WAS ONLY AFTER SEVERAL MINUTES OF SEARCHING A PERSON WE COULD FIND A PERSON APPEARING FROM NO WHERE, WHEN COMPLAINED ABOUT THE WATCHMAN WHO WAS VERY TERRIBLE AT PARKING AND LATER FOLLWED ME AT FRONTDESK WHEN THERE WAS NO ONE PRESENT IN THE HOTEL IT WAS SCARY MOMENT, THE FRONTDESK PERSON CALLED THE SECURITY (WATCHMAN) IN FRONT OF ME AND STARTED SCOULDING HIM AND CREATED AN ATMOSPHEAR OF ARGUMENT BY THE SECURITY PERSON AND LATER I HAD TO TEL THEM TO PLEASE STOP MAKING THESE ISSUES IN FRONT OF THE GUEST AND CAN BE TAKEN CARE AT HR LEVEL NOT IN FRONT OF THE GUEST.

This was a very nice place to stay. Wifi works great. Shower pressure is amazing. Only thing was the cleaning service was loud in the morning. Other than that this place was awesome to stay for it’s worth its price.

The Human Touch

Excellent service! This was a solo trip for a senior citizen.. had a fall and one of the staff accompanied me to the hospital in the middle of the night and tended to me till my return... no hesitation in recommending this property

I stayed at this location from Feb 11-22( additional booking was made) The Wi-Fi connection was very disappointing as I was not able to connect my VPN to enable access to my office files which were needed to allow me to compete my projects. I had asked for Soy milk on the first day I arrived and as of the last day I left almost two weeks later) I did not have soy milk.

Trying to get a license to purchase beer!!!!!!!

The only thing the guy on reception was to recommend his mate to buy beer at nearly twice the price!!! 3 times he screwed up my license to then tell me I couldn’t do it for another 4 weeks if I deleted the application!!!!!!! So I deleted it and done it myself! ............... Pool is a foot spa, rooms tiny! Food is good though, I’ll give them that. Bout the only redeeming thing!

Not worth it

The titile of the room says king size bed but hotel only provides Queen size bed even in King size bookings. In the name of pool there is a very small splash pool by the side of the entrance. The room service is not that impressive due to delays in delivering the in room food dining. Me and my wife went in for a day of stay but instead of warm greetings we were questioned about our relationship and were told that 'Friends and Colleagues are not allowed'. So we had to provide our marriage certificate to show relationship proof to the receptionist. We did complaint the hotel manager regarding the same. This kind of incident never occured before during any of our stays at other hotels.

Great location of Vadodara

The front desk was very helpful in arranging transportation, entertainment and restaurant recommendations. The restaurant servers were more than willing to accommodate and the housekeeping team was prompt and efficient.

It's an average hotel for the price paid.

During checking in service was a bit slow then rest time it was an enjoyable experience .

Good location . Welcoming staff at check in . Should acknowledge guest as they walk in lobby. The breakfast had wide variety of food and Shahab the head a Chef always at hand to help with any requirements . He willingly made my mum any Jain food she wanted . Great service . Arjun was aware of my mums needs and knew how to make my mum comfortable in the dinning hall. Last year I saw Pratik who showed me the rooms and I decided to come this year . I must say I was not disappointed .

Good Business Hotel

Had a pleasant stay at the Hampton. The price for the room is a bit expensive for what they are offering. It is no where close to Welcom or Taj standards but still it is a nice clean hotel. The food is ok and the breakfast and dinner buffet is not that great. I would recommend eating out for dinner. Overall it is a good business hotel.. nothing exciting..
