The overall layout of the hotel was a nightmare. The parking and the elevators were very confusing, along with the front desk being located on the third floor. It’s also connected to an entirely different hotel. The rooms were clean besides a large hair ball located at the end of the bed.

Great spacious rooms and nice breakfast area with lots of options. Reception is at the 3rd floor which was confusing and depending on which floor you are at, you need to take different elevators.

The free breakfast was superb. There’s good protein and variety everyday. Staff is hard working and friendly. I see one guy even clean the kid’s high chair belts and buckle. Fast turnover of tables during busy hours of the morning.

Upon check in the two ladies at check in made me feel like family! Our room was huge and clean. We headed to the hotel bar and the gentleman who was working always had a smile on his face. Luckily the same bartender was working the breakfast buffet.. what can I say about the complimentary breakfast all your staples eggs bacon sausage home fries plus pancakes and French toast and so much more! Yum. We absolutely adored the pool and hot tub it was a great way to end the day. Thank you staff and management I will definitely be coming back again <3

Spacious room

Definitely recommend this place. Really big room with 2 x Queen beds. Breakfast was a gokd spread on the 16th floor.

Clean and easy access off the highway. Location is about 30 min from Halifax waterfront. Close to the highway to get to other places in Nova Scotia. Room is clean, spacious, and beds were very comfortable. Coffee machine downstairs makes cappucino, mochacino and specialty coffees 24/7! Will definitely be staying here when we travel back to Halifax.

Amazing and best experience. Does not even feel like your at a hotel, more like a Mansion. Rooms as the best we have ever stayed in, spacious clean well designed and decorated. The marble surrounding the hotel is outstanding and breathtaking the breakfast buffet so classy and wonderful choices and flavours. Rick at breakfast so wonderful and accommodating. Went above for all the guests. Nimfa the general magange is so warm and kind. She took the time to remember my name by first day, greeted and attended to my children as of they were her own, and continued to check up on us and all her guests. Very sincere and loving. There is only positive to say about the Halifax Tower and all their staff. 10 stars should be given. Even check in so friendly, Princess was a sweet heart and really took excellent care of us Thank you for this experience on our coast adventures. We will only ever stay here when in Halifax. Affordable yet pure luxury, I felt like royalty. See you soon Towers.

We enjoyed our stay in Halifax. The hotel has been updated and includes full breakfast every morning. Coffee and water 24x7 and the staff is very helpful. The owner greets guests at breakfast and seeks feedback on your stay. Impressive experience.

Loved our stay. Clean rooms. Modern looking. Massive rooms so that a family has room to move without being stuck together. The breakfast buffet is unbelieveable . Almost like staying at places abroad. Would stay longer if I could. Definitely book if your coming to Halifax and you want to be near but away from the tourist craziness.

The location is excellent—nestled in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the city center, yet far enough from the hustle and traffic noise. I truly enjoyed everything about the property, except for the towels, which could definitely use an upgrade.

Exceptional, wonderful, Amazing

We arrived and the front desk agent (Princess)was absolutely amazing. She was so knowledgeable and wegot our key card and walked into our room. WOW!! it was absolutely beautiful. Super clean and the beds were so inviting we jumped right in and fell asleep. In the morning we went to the 16th floor for breakfast and it was a nice hot breakfast with anything and everything you could imagine for breakfast. I thought to ask the server if they had Gluten free bread and they did!! She toasted it for me in a separate toaster. (How anazing is that) ... this hotel was the best ever stays from the front desk to the room to the breakfast ...Way to go guys you nailed every aspect of an amazing stay!!!

I was in need of an early check in and the staff were very accommodating to my request. When I showed up for my early check in, Princess, welcomed me and was very professional. She made me feel very welcome and explained everything very thoroughly. She had amazing customer service. Highly recommend staying here, very fancy

I had a wonderful, stress-free visit. My room was spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was exceptional. There was so much choice which allows you to have a different breakfast every day. Thanks Ric and the kitchen team! There's a restaurant on site, Le Rouge, as well as a cocktail lounge. The restaurant food was good and the lounge cocktails were well made and reasonably priced. Then hotel has a spacious gym with enough equipment to get a great workout. They also have a pool and sauna but I didn't use them during my stay. There is also a washer and dryer. It's nice to come home with clean clothes. It is not often as a guest you meet the hotel owner and general manager. They made their presence felt during breakfast hours always asking guests how things were going and areas. A human tough like this is priceless! I highly recommend this hotel.

Very clean, well maintained hotel. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The hotel is generally very quiet but at a busy junction so road noise can be intrusive at times. Buffet breakfast, one of the best and the on site restaurant was very good but a little pricey. You need a car as the hotel is well outside of Halifax city, but well positioned for highways.

The hotel is a beauty, and the front desk person set us up in a beautiful corner room with amazing views! One thing to watch for is that the way to get into the hotel is kind of confusing. Once you're in the parking garage and everything though, it's a great stay.

Fantastic! We went the Easter long weekend for a change and boy was it worth it. Room was amazing. Great view. Specialty Hot Beverages at the lobby and water infused with cucumber. The breakfast was amazing quality with a great view. Amenities were a nice touch and we relaxed in the hot tub. Ate at the restaurant downstairs and it was great as well!

I just needed. Night away and this hotel was close. Lovely place. I had the pool and hot tub to myself. Very quiet hotel, maybe I was lucky as it was a weekday. Only complaint I have was a hair in the bed that was definitely not mine ( but that happens) and some staining on carpet and chair.

This place is beautiful and the service here is incredible! Pool and hot tub were nice & the breakfast buffet was excellent. We were given drink coupons to use at the bar since it was our first stay at this hotel which we loved! The front desk staff and bartender were wonderful. Will definitely plan a stay there again in the future!
