Reasonable, cleaning service is fast available anytime. Sales staff at JP stores very friendly and helpful. Guam Plaza is always my favorite place to stay while visiting Guam whether for work or vacation.

Parking was inconvenient, no help with bags, Staff seemed to be more interested in administrative work than the comfort of the guests. Common courtesy and hospitality skills were not applied by any of the desk staff. Eggs were ice cold on breakfast buffet.

Location was great, many restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The beach was also a short walk from the hotel. The water slides in the water park weren't working during our visit, and the hotel didn't offer an airport shuttle to and from the hotel so we had to pay $30 each way for a 7 minute taxi ride. Other than that, our family had a nice stay.

Great place to stay!

This is the best hotel in the price range on Guam by far. Rooms are comfortable and well taken care of, and the location is great with shopping and restaurants in the hotel lobby as well as tons of options right outside.

Not so clean… some pink and black mold in the bathroom. The room floor needs to be more clean. The sleepers were so uncomfortable that is not necessary. The entertainment was horrible: the television was so old you can’t connect to the internet with that. Also the wifi internet was so slow couldn’t even connect. When I bought the plan my room was a triplex for four people but that was a twin room with an extra bed… it was no so a pleasant experience. Sorry about that! But there were good things: the staff is very good. Gave us support and sympathy!

Nice enough , could have done with a chair on the balcony . Also maybe a glass for water etc.Room clean and comfortable. Cleaned on request, an idea would be to leave clean towels and water outside if not being cleaned . Overall very nice , lovely and friendly reception .

Place was quite dated and desperately needed a facelift from what was depicted on hotels.com website. I wasnt impressed. I had to change rooms because the water was luke warm in my room. The receptionist caught an attitude with me for no reason(guess she was having a bad day). I felt the place was overpriced for what it offered but such is island tourist locations. I wouldnt probably stay here again. Breakfast and lunch buffets at the hotel were also outrageous! I give 3 stars and i'm being generous.

The property's location is so convenient with closed proximity to restaurants. But it will be great to have option rooms with queen size beds.

The place was not bad for the price. Staff was extremely nice and always willing to help. The room I was in can in can use some minor details from the maintenance department. I would go back and stay at this place in the future.

It was a good place for a short stay.

After asking for a different room due to partying neighbors, I was given the worst and noisiest room (main a/c outdoor units at the balcony, which also smelled like the most bacteria-ridden rubbish dump in the eastern hemisphere). The cooking/cleaning/maintainence staff outside yelled and cut-up constantly. Must’ve been great to not have any work to do (e.g., maintain hygiene on-site). Also, beware: extremely soft water with the consistency of crude oil) is used in the system on weekdays and slyly changed to harder water on the weekends. Fair overall value, but it is definitely all superficial.

Friendly staff, very helpful. Restaurants, stores, and other merchandise businesses in the hotel and in walking distance. My disappointment was in regards to the room cleaning. Even though they say room make up every 2 days, it’s best to inform the front desk. I was annoyed that our room was not cleaned 2 days in a row and front desk did not inform housekeeping when I called for room cleaning.

This hotel is in a great location for access to restaurants and shopping but it's not on the beach. I've been to about 10 hotels in Guam and this one by far is the dirtiest and most run-down hotel I've been to in Guam. It's clean, but needs a complete renovation imediately. The bed in my room was new though so that was nice.

Only one night transit stay so no time to explorer around the hotel but the hotel is located in the convenient location and good parking.

Best Overall Value

Probably (and I hate to not keep this a secret) the best overall value on island. The breakfast is overpriced (as is all their food) compared to the state the hotel’s in, but apart from that, it far exceeds the other hotels’ value for money.

Great, But Don't Take a Shower

This was one of the rare non-carpeted hotel rooms I've stayed at that was actually really clean. No black feet after walking with no shoes in the room! Very happy about that! The beds are really comfortable, and the service was truly friendly. I also liked the pool. The breakfast was great but far overpriced for the quality of the hotel, though. What needs to be addressed is the EXTREMELY POOR SHOWERS. In my room, the pressure changed from low to non-existent (complete stoppage) and the temperature of the water abruptly changed. The soft water was like motor oil on the skin as well. Deal with that, and you'll have repeaters to be sure.

It was the first time we stayed at a hotel in Tumon. We appreciated the short distances to good eating places and beaches. The next time we come back home, I will stay at the Guam Plaza Resort!

There were several aspects of this hotel that I appreciated. Its location to the beach was excellent, it had a store inside, and it offered a nice space for guests to relax. However, I did encounter a few issues during my stay. The hotel lacked basic first aid supplies; when I had a blister on my foot, they could only provide a very small band-aid. Additionally, housekeeping services needed to be requested daily. Despite staying for four nights, our room was cleaned only once. On one occasion, I specifically requested that our room be swept and for new towels, but this request was not fulfilled. Overall, my experience was not entirely satisfactory.
