방은 No-Smoking Room이었는데도 담배 냄새가 쩌들어 있고, 샤워실 문이 제대로 맞지 않아 문을 닫았는데도 밖으로 물이 다 튀어 나가고, 샤워실 문과 세면대 위에 곰팡이가 찌들어 있어 보기만 해도 구역질이 나올 정도였고, 샤워기 고정대는 제대로 고정되지 않아 흔들려서 샤워기를 고정할 수 없었고, 샤워기 커버가 샤워 도중 분리되기도 하고, 객실 전화를 사용하려고 하니 코드가 뽑아져 있어서 연결하니 뛰 소리가 계속나는 고장 상태였고, 전화기 수화기도 청소가 제대로 되지 않아 손으로 들기도 불결할 정도의 청소 상태였음. 절대 가지 마세요
