Beautiful hotel, perfectly located next to the slopes. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was exceptional.

High class hotel. Rooms are large and well appointed. Every small detail seems to have been looked at. Rooms do not have air conditioning, but chill air from outside and a fan did it well. Included breakfast was generous and delicious. Restaurant for evening meals was excellent from starters to desserts. Staff was helpful and offered service in many languages. Quite professional service, although a bit cold.

Great ski in ski out property with a great breakfast and spa!

Treat yourself to this amazing slopeside hotel. Gourmet dining, on site equipment rental, friendly staff, and elegant rooms are just the beginning of the list of reasons to love this hotel.

Andorra weekend

Very relaxing g stay in beautiful surroundings

Very lovely boutigue hotel. Restaurant food was great and tasty.Quality was all worth for price. Personell was professional, gentle and helpful. Same I can say for breakfast staff, very polite and professional. The hotel where I will defenetly return.

Nature, Food, and Tranquillity

The hotel staff were all very kind. The restaurant is phenomenal. The copper bar is super fun. The hiking and trekking is beautiful. Everything felt safe and comfortable and clean. My wife and I had a standard room. There was a small balcony with a nice view of the mountain and nature. The room was spacious enough but not overly large. There was no coffee maker, which was a big flaw in my opinion. The safe just barely (and I mean just barely) fit a 13” MacBook Pro. Some of the design in the room was not great. The bathroom had a sliding door to enter, and then another sliding door that moved positions to cover the shower or toilet area. However, the sliding door was not measured properly and left a 2” gap for the toilet area...not ideal. The lighting was comfortable, but not practical to see well in the bathroom. The rooms have Bluetooth speaks installed, which was nice. However, the guests next to us were enjoying loudly until 3am when we had to complain. The bed was extremely soft with springs...not my preference. There is plenty of parking. The hotel is pet friendly, and we brought our 55 pound dog. The cost is 30 euros per night. That price was not advertised on Hotels.com or the hotel’s website and felt it was overly expensive. There are several cute and small towns near by within 30 minutes. Oh, Hotels.com stated that we would get one free service at the spa. However, that was not correct.

Excellent staff who were happy to go over and above normal to make our stay comfortable. Great location and top notch dinning and spa facilities.

The hotel is very well run with a staff who couldn't be more helpful, on arrival we were issued with guide books and maps of the area so we were able to plan our days activities. The spa situated in the basement was well equipped with sauna, steam and gym facilities while the jacuzzi and pool were a welcome area of relaxation. The restaurant had a extensive menu with the food both cooked and presented to a very high standard. Only criticism would be a lack of room tea and coffee making facilities and an instruction book on the room and hotel.

Exceptional hotel and experience

Quite simply an exceptional hotel and experience. Incredibly comfortable, with service to match. With a standard room that exceeded my normal expectations for an executive room, a luxurious spa and delicious food, this hotel was from my perspective without fault.

Awesome hotel on the snow

We had a great time in a lovely hotel on the slopes, food was high standard and very tasty. Service and assistance was great all round that made our families first ski experience awesome. Would only suggest complimentary water per person in the beautiful room. Thanks for a great stay

Loved the hotel. Fresh, clean & stylish

Stayed for a few nights and we couldn't have made a better choice in Grau. Locations is amazing, on the marina but away from the hustle and bustle of the town. Hotel is very well laid out and the rokns well appointed. All I would ask for would be a spa pool, hot tub or jacuzzi bath. Otherwise a lovely hotel.

Fantastic place

We passed through Andorra on a bit of a whim, and chose this hotel based on ratings of previous travelers. The place is really a gem. The spa and breakfast were included in our stay, both were outstanding. This is a quiet location, in a ski resort. If you're looking to party, this is not for you (at least in summer), but the setting is gorgeous, the hotel is great. The local hiking is very good. Highly recommended.

A Gem in the mountains

It was our first time in Andorra, the view of the area is magnificent and the we saw the hotel From the out side it looks very simple, but the welcome we got from the reception warmed us up. The rooms were great and warm unfortunately on the 4th floor and lift is only to the 3rd! Imagine a family of 4 suitcases to get via stairs to the room. The bathroom was magnificent with a barell as bath tub, beautifully view of mountains. Breakfast is big and tastfull. In other words the Hotel is a small Gem between the mountains. Will visit again next time in Andorra but not with family.

Lovely property, a bit far from any activity

The Grau Roig is a lovely property. It has all of the charm of a mountain getaway. It's attractive both outside and inside. It's well-kept, has a friendly staff and serves a tasty breakfast. You wakeup alarm are the cowbells on the local livestock which grazes on the hill in summer. The spa, for a property of this size, was a pleasant surprise and the treatments are provided by well-trained and skilled therapists. The only negative is that it really is quite removed from any of the charming Andorra towns. It is always a difficult task, the balancing of accessibility and charm of a removed location. I think if the approach to the property was not a substantial run of pavement or if it was better landscaped around the pavement, it would have much more appeal. Still, a beautiful and well-run establishment, one of the nicest I've seen in Andorra, and worth a visit. I'd certainly return.

Will stay again

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Grau Roig! The location was superb, yet remote, and the scenery beautiful. To have the basic spa amenities included was also a bonus. We did enjoy the breakfast, but thought that the dinner was only average for the value. The bartender made wonderful long drinks, and the wine list was impressive. We did find two pieces of glass on the floor in our room.

Memorable stay at Grandvalira in Andorra

Perfect stay away from summer crowds, but within easy driving distance of all Canillo district. The service was excellent, as was the restaurant and the views. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Many attractions don't fully open here until the second weekend in July.

Nice Hotel ... great location

I did made a mistake regarding the days for the booking ... however the person behind the desk was not welcoming ... requested we change our booking online ... bit disparaging. Said he was new to the job ... suggest more training needed. We were tired, just wanted to have a shower but the chef was taking a nap on our bed! We were given a new room with a better view but it had been a smoking room! Breakfast is included and was excellent. We had dinner on the second day which was also excellent. We went walking each day in the beautiful surrounding mountains for which this hotel is well situated. The spa is quite small and did not have any booking times to suit us. The outside dining area would be an ideal place for a sunny lunch.

Hotelli on hyvin lähellä lasketteluhissejä Hotellin ympärillä ei ole muita palveluja. Pitää olla omaauto, toki taksi ei ole kallis. Hotellin vieressä vuokraamossa välineet ovat vanhat ja valikoima suppea. Meidän romanttinen huone oli kaunis mutta kylpyhuoneen ylänurkka oli selvästi homeessa, ilma oli hyvin tunkkainen mikäli ei tuulettaa. Ruoka oli hyvää, ravintolan tilat ahtaat. Henkilökunta auttoi paljon, oli ystävällinen.

Nice little secluded gem in the off-season

This is my third time at this hotel, so no complaints here. I've only been here in the summer (off-season) but that suits me perfectly. Not a lot of people, a little secluded and with ample availability at the spa. Nice big rooms, great restaurant/food and very helpful staff. Would recommend and/or stay here again.

Parti 1 jour avant pas de compensation réduction ou autre de votre par où de l hôtel je vais aussi le signaler à 50 million de consommateurs. Pas de spa mail de l hôtel reçu après possibilité d annulation aucun service pouvez-vous fair une compensation sinon je ne passerai plus par vous . Salutation

Séjour réussi dans un excellent établissement !

Hôtel bien situé sur les pistes, personnels très à l’écoute et chaleureux, Spa de qualité, petits déjeuners et restaurant excellents midi et soir avec très bonnes viandes et spécialités de montagne. Très bonne cave. Chambre agréable très propre, silencieuse et bien équipée.

Spectacular deco! Incredible! Expensive but very nice. But service is a desaster. They lost our reservation for dinner, forgot the wine and ... nobody speaks english in the restaurant. For this price level you could expect international level service.

Deuxième séjour dans cet établissement (2018 et 2020) à tous points remarquable. Chambres et restauration de qualité. Spa de bon niveau. J'y retournerai.

Séjour au top en pleine nature !

Hôtel très bien situé, en plein cœur de la montagne. Le service est parfait et la chambre (suite junior) est vraiment magnifique avec un confort et des prestations à la hauteur d’un 4 voir 5 étoiles français ! Le petit déjeuner est qualitatif et il y a du choix. Le restaurant gastronomique est plutôt abordable et la cuisine y est très bonne. Enfin, le spa et la proximité avec les sentiers de randonnée/pistes de ski sont très appréciables. Séjour au top !

Todo en general muy bien ,excepto la piscina del spa los escalones muy altos y no funcionaba el chorro del agua. Todos muy serviciales.
