Very comfortable ideal for family our apartment was excellent

Clean close to old town spacious great pool and saunas.

Apartment was ok easy to get to centre staff on front desk after arriving very late just gave us key booklet told us up the street not good with the communication

Staff could have been friendlier at times and the bed was practically floor level in our apartment - quite basic but was fine for what we needed as was hardly in room

This was a great Apartment Lots of space with lots of on site facilitys. The buffet breakfast was excellent. And a very short walk tocthe tram and the city centre. Would definitely come back again.

Very comfortable and well kept apartment, easy walking distance to the old town and plenty of restaurants. Only down side was occasional music in the evening from one of the neighbouring apartments, but it stopped around 10ish

Beautiful interior and great location.

Situated close to old town, river, good choice of places to eat and drink and supermarkets on every corner just about! . We had an apartment on floor 6, it was lovely and spacious, good size balcony, view out over river and otherside of town. Very quiet first couple nights. Not sure if there are permanent residents in the block.... Fridge wouldn't open and was fixed straightaway. Only thing missing in kitchen was a teatowel as didn't need to use dishwasher as only used glasses, cups as ate out. Great pool, sauna, steam room. Used the spa for a facial and a bit cheaper than at home in Scotland so a bonus. We didn't eat in the attached restaurant as ate while out and about so can't comment. We would definitely recommend this accommodation and would certainly go back. Gdańsk is a beautiful city

Great stay overall. Check in swift. Stayed in apartments which were very clean. Fridge a little dodgy for closing but worked fine. Leisure facilities in hotel not all open, steam room, showers and one sauna all closed.

Disappointed that the gym was unavailable.

Excellent value for money. Quick access to Gdansk old town. Several nice restaurants and bars within 5 mins walk. Friendly staff. Quiet. Great facilities.

Its a nice property and I would stay there again, but it looks nothing like the photos and is a little run down in areas. Air con broken, surfaces scratched, tv had no remote, mirror cracked and repaired with tape, fridge door broken etc..

Stay in Gdansk

Sparkling clean apartment, fantastic facilities & great location. Would highly recommend. Only issue was that we had a bed sofa & this was very poor quality & so we didn’t sleep well. We had friends staying in two different apartments within the complex with beds & they didn’t have this problem.

Apartamenty niestety mają swoją świetność zdecydowanie za sobą. Łóżko oraz kanapa aż dziwne że jeszcze stoi. Łóżko skrzypi wezgłowie ledwo przymocowane , kanapa rozpada się. Deska klozetowa nie przymocowana. Mieszkanie robi wrażenie zaniedbanego. Zasłony wiszą na słowo honoru. Widok z okna na parking ziemny i rejon Gdańska bardzo zaniedbany. Jak za taką cenę to nie polecam tego miejsca. Na plus lokalizacja i dobre śniadania.

Clean small apartment, near the city center. That was convenient. However, bed was awful, low and creaky. You wake up because of its noise all the time. Quite bad ventilation, especially if your neighbors smoke.

Very clean, modern apartment with good facilities. Helpful staff in the hotel number one nearby, short walk to the old town and tram stop.

Amazing stay in an absolutely stunning apartment. Excellent location all points of interest are within walking distance, so close to various restaurants but there is an excellent one in the hotel, spa is Amazing and pool is immaculate and treatments in spa are top notch. Highly recommended

Excellent,nice warm pool

Loved this place, service bril, printed my locator form off straight away, nice warm pool, didn't expect a studio for the price paid, old town just accross the road, would stop again.

Visit was decent, however it was hard to find how to check in and once we got to our room, the closet doors were broke and hard to open and some paintings in one of the bedrooms had holes through them. It was very clean however and breakfast was delicious. Close to city center which was also nice.

Apartment was fantastic! Very clean and fully-equipped, we had everything- cutlery, crockery, washing machine, ironing board and all required cleaning products. We were very pleasantly surprised! It's located in a walking distance from the town center,on the river side. I would definitely recommend ,and we are looking forward to coming back there next year:)

Excellent hotel excellent food happy to stay there again

Perfect for group booking

5-10mins walk from the Old Town. Perfect for our group of 7 - we booked 2 apartments. Staff were really helpful and friendly.

Nice new building, location perfectly walkable to old town. My only criticism is that the sound insulation between floors / apartments could have been to a higher rating so I would not recommend the apartments for couples, or like us, with teenage kids. I'd say more suitable for younger families and there were lots of younger children around. So basically, if you have a young family and are looking for good value, modern, clean accommodation, then this is a good choice. If you're looking for something a little quieter, then the hotel side might be a better choice.

We were travelling with a one year old and this was the perfect spot. It was centrally located, easily accessible and quiet. The kitchen was adequately stocked to be able to prepare simple meals. No oven and the grill option on the microwave was not ideal. There is a two ring hob. The swimming pool was great, always very busy but always very clean. There is cable TV and some channels have the option to turn off the polish voice over if you have down time and want to watch some trashy American TV.

Excellent apartments. Clean, contemporary and spacious. Short walk to the old town. Use of the spa was an added bonus - great facilities. I can’t fault this place. One of the best we have stayed in.

Very new and modern but nowhere to hang your clothes the only wardrobe in main area had hoover iron etc no room for clothes. Also had to pay a cleaning fee of £21.00 which I thought was ridiculous the apartment cost us over £250.00 for four nights and cleaning fee on top ....unnecessary

The reception staff need training in cust service. They were not rude, but all questio were answered by Yes or No. They make no offer to help with anything. The hot food at breakfast was always cold. The freezer in apartment was so over iced and needed defrosted the door did not close. Everything above eye level was very dusty. The mattress on bed needs replacing ,so bad we slept on sofa.

Посуда новая, холодильник микрогаль и тостер овен, тостер, сковорода , кострюли и миски.... Бассейн и 3 вида сауны. Все в пешей доступнусти до получаса ходьбы. Супер и рестораны в здании

There is a cleaning fee added at check in. Also, your group gets 100 min in pool/workout room/said sauna. The apartment has 3 rooms. 2 bedrooms and a common room/kitchen.

Could have done with a toaster. And air conditioning. But don't let that put you off. I would definitely recommend this place and will be back

Ok, 7mins walk to old town

Very good stay, apartment is very clean but in the morning we heard construction with loud sound, not everyday but 2 days from our 4 days visit. Keys to the apartment is very difficult to use.. We have a hard time to unlock the door, we use like 5-7mins to open the doors apartment..

The apartment was much better than we anticipated. It was very modern and clean throughout. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!

Everything was just great. The pool, the saunas and the jacuzzi were just the cherry on top of our exceptional stay here. Staff was welcoming and helpful.

Excellent location, only few minutes walk into the old town. Very nice apartment, but lacked some basic cooking equipment, however we managed. Breakfasts were excellent, lots of choice and all freshly prepared. Couple of small convenience shops within couple of minutes from apartment, but a Lidl only 15 mins walk away (or use the tram). Gdansk was a lovely small city, even over Christmas we found lovely restaurants open and enough to do - definitely recommend the World War II museum and a visit to Stutthoff.

Construction at 8AM and leaking sink

Construction at 8AM, response from reseption- "nothing we can do". Leaking sink, response from reseption- " we will charge you for damage". very rude and low customer service. And they call them self Hotel number one lol.

Cheating and not holding what they promised.

Very bad hotel with a bad mangament. They don't how to care about their customer.... Even they said lie and they didn't catch what they promised.

Near to the old town

We had a classic apartment and the bed was a futon with a mattress on top. It was small and 3 sides of the bed were against the wall so getting in and out was difficult and it wasn’t big enough to stretch out. The spa was closed for refurbishment for the whole of our stay but we didn’t know prior to arrival. The tv wasn’t working and there was no hair dryer but these 2 things were rectified within 10 minutes once we mentioned it to reception. The hotel is in an area being redeveloped and 5 minutes walk from the Old Town. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice although it was the same choice every day. Don’t forget about the end of stay cleaning fee.

Great stay.

the area is very up and coming with lots of development going on around but you can hear nothing when you get inside the apartment building. if you plan on bring an amazon fire stick or similar bring an extention lead just to be safe as it was a long stretch to get to the nearest socket in our apartment

Good value modern apartment

The apartments are located in a developing area just the other side of a busy dual carriageway and tram track. This means crossing the road is limited to a choice of two underpasses set some distance apart. It’s not far to the old town but it’s not a particularly pleasant walk due to the building and road works. That said I would have no hesitation in staying here again as the apartment was modern, well equipped and spotlessly clean. Gdansk is a fabulous city for a short break with easy public transport links to the lovely resort of Sopot.

clean,new and in a very good location

a very nice clean and good located place to stay in Gdansk. we stayed in 3 apartments and they where all very well decorated and clean . all amendments are in and ready to use .kitchen well equipped ( didn't use it but its there ) clean bed sheets and pillows.

The best apartment in gdansk

This is the best apartment I have stayed in a while, absolutely clean and spotless that I couldn't fault even a thing as was so perfect. The location is few minutes walk to the old town where's loads of food places as also loads for a good drink. I will definitely come back to the same apartment as OMG it's so modern, stylish and sooo pretty. Only downside is the check in and check out times from (check in 3pm -11am check out ) as is expected at least to check out at 12ish since it's very late check in.

Great location, great staff, great room, GREAT!

Probably the best value for money option to visit gdansk. Location great, Only a 10 minute walk from the heart of the old town which is amazing by the way. Full of quality restaurants and bars. The accommodation is very high standard and ultra modern. Very helpful and friendly staff at reception (team with hotel 1) the pool facilities also great. Within 5 mins walk there are still other bars, shops and places to eat in the old town. Would very much recommend to anyone who isn't willing to pay double the price to stay right in the centre.

Easy access to town and beaches

We traveled as a group, adults and children, all enjoyed the stay , location was excellent 2 min from tram line a few more by foot to town. Loverly view of the river , good food in hotel restaurant, loverly place to eat around the corner, staff all very helpful . We will return

A great place to stay for sightseeing

The first apartment we had booked , had no bedding ,no washing machine , no tea/coffee no bottles of drinking water 2nd apartment after waiting an hour to be sorted and paying extra £18 approx we got an amazing apartment also have to pay cleaning 100pln ideal location and beautiful city old town approx 10 min walk away

Perfect for a group of friends or family

Great location just ten minutes walk to the old town in a quiet area of Gdansk . All modern facilities in the apartment and very spacious and clean. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. Easy check in at the number one hotel next door, where you could leave your luggage if you arrived early or left late.

Convenient Apartment Hotel by Old Town

Large size apartment room was perfect for my family stay. Everything is pretty new, in fact the hotel is still under construction, so can't get newer. Only thing that detracted from a great stay was the fact that the indoor pool, which was actually a part of the reason we chose the hotel was down for maintenance exactly the days we stayed, Feb 26 - Mar 3. We got no notice until we got there, and received voucher to use another hotel's pool, but it was about 1 km away, and the outdoor temperature in Gdansk during our stay was about -13c, hardly weatherfor a family swim then dash for a km back to the hotel. Otherwise was a good stay, the spa service was excellent, the restaurant was very good, we chose to have dinner there 3 nights of 5

Skuffende hotellopphold – ikke som forventet

Hadde booket Studiosuite – classic 1 soverom, og rommet var ikke likt noen av bildene. Står at det skulle være balkong, men fikk terrasse som gikk ut i parkerings området. Måtte ha gardinene for hele tiden. Sengen og putene er veldig harde og ikke komfortable. I tillegg var det også en del sølvkre på rommet.

Hotel overall was good. Big misunderstanding at checkout when we called them the day before they said we could check out at 17:00 for a 200, but then the day we were leaving they called and said we had to be out by 15:00. Then we had to pay 250 to stay till 17:00. Also found a bug in the bathroom

Bra leilighet med god plass og det nødvendige utstyret. Garderoben til bassenget var veldig liten og skitten. Damer om menn delte garderobe og det var trangt. Bassenget var veldig fullt og det gikk ikke an å svømme der uten å svømme inn i andre. Beliggenheten var ok, litt lite restauranter akkurat i nærområdet. Du må gå over en stor vei for å komme til bykjernen. Litt vanskelig å finne leiligheten første dagen da vi ikke skjønte kartet vi fikk av resepsjonen.

Meget centralt men alligevel ikke lige i byen. Meget godt med 5 min til byen. Hyggeligt værelse, men lidt lyt hvor man kunne hører forskellige maskiner kører. Men ikke noget man ikke kunne falde i søvn til

Sole of the staff in the reception was not nice. Talked fast and low,and when I said I didnt understand or hear she gave me an annoyed look.

Fick andra rum istället för de jag hade bokat, bäddsofforna var trasig, dursch mustycket var trasigt, väldigt lyhört.

We had booked an apartment for 8 persons, but was given 2 app. For 4 persons. During our 3 night stay we killed appr. 15 Silverfish. When informing the reception about this , it was obvious that this was something tge where aware off, but had no intention to do anything about. There was no cleaning of the room, and we had no new towels during our stay. At the breakfast the capacity was extrely low compared to number of guest. Had to wait almost 30 minutes to get seated. Please awoid this place if possible. It is not wortg the money.

Nice apartment

Nice modern apartment within walking distance of city centre. Had everything we needed for a three night stay. No luxury, but clean and comfortable. Thin walls, but nothing that bothered us.

Ganske nybygd. Hyggelig betjening, fikk oppbevare koffertene siden vi kom tidlig på morgenen. Ble litt skuffet over rommet - mindre enn jeg trodde og ingen lenestol/sofa som det var på bildene. Kun et lite kjøkkenbord med 2 «pinnestoler». Ikke noe sted å sitte å slappe av etter en lang dag med sightseeing. Utstyrt med lite kjøkken med alt du trenger til å lage mat, samt oppvaskmaskin. En annen ting som trekker ned for oss var at det var svære beleggningstener på området. Vi hadde leilighet gjennom bakgården og helt i enden. Endte opp med å bære koffertene for å ikke ødelegge hjulene. De burde laget et fortau som var litt mer koffervennlig. Det var hovedgrunnen til at vi valgte å bo utenfor gamlebyen - å slippe å dra koffertene på beleggningstein. Beliggenheten ellers var helt grei, tre minutter å gå til trikk/buss, men også gangavstand til gamlebyen. Kun sluttrengjøring og det er helt perfekt - kan betale for ekstra om man er der lenge. Hadde jeg vært sikker på å få rom fra resepsjonen kunne jeg gjerne bodd her igjen, men ikke om jeg må gå like langt med koffertene på den store beleggningsstenen (som var veldig ujevn).

Fräscht & rent men några saker var sådär

Väldigt rent hotel, och perfekt för ett gäng brudar. Lägenheterna var otroligt rymliga vilket var toppen! Dock så är spat inte ett spa, utan mer ett familjebad. Så man ska inte förvänta sig att man skulle sitta i en jacuzzi utan massa barn skrik. Utöver det så var det också bara en handduk på rummet per person, och inga små som man kan torka händerna på vilket var lite tråkigt.

Fin leilighet, lytt i leilighetskomplekset og litt harde senger. Bra beliggenhet. Hjelpsom i resepsjonen.

Poor cleaning

Photos on Hotels.com website does not match the real apartment. On website photos it looks like a cosy living room with a separate bedroom. In real the bed is in the living room. And that my ladies and gentlemen, is nothing compared to the cleaning, or lack of so. The shower is molded and horrifying, nothing else to say. Hotels.com does not allow me to post pictures of the conditions so have your guess...

The room looked nothing like the pictures. I would never have payed for that room. The reception refused to cancel the reservation so that we could get another hotel. I am so dissapointed.

Det var super til prisen, morgenmaden var fin og stor lejlighed.

Vi fikk øverste leilighet ut mot kanalen, en av få med kveldssol på balkongen - veldig fornøyd! Skulle gjerne hatt teppe i stua, litt bilder på veggene for å få det lunere, men enkel og grei leilighet for 4 stk.

Ingen belysning utanför porten där vi bodde hela gården var mörk. Oklart om det ingick slutstädning i boendet. Förövrigt var det positivt.

The bathroom got flooded every time we took a shower due to wrong construction. the carpet on the floor in the living room and bedroom was dirty and got stains. The SPA was a little bit worn and dirty, especially the showers and changing rooms. And the breakfast buffet was far too expensive and not like they said, "probably the best breakfast buffet in town" There was missing a lot of items there.. Else it's a ok place to stay, very near everything

Sentralt, kort å gå inn til byen. Store og luftige rom.

Wir waren das zweite Mal da, alles in allem ein guter Urlaub, das Zimmer war das zweite mal etwas abgewohnter aber war grundsätzlich gut. Leider gab es in unserem zweiten Aufenthalt wesentlich eingeschränkteres Frühstück, nach Tag 7 konnten wir es nicht mehr sehen und haben die letzten beiden Tage auswärts gegessen. Die Unterkunft liegt fünf Minuten Fußweg von der Altstadt entfernt und ist alles in allem gut, nur leider nicht mehr so gut wie im letzten Jahr.

Very standard hotel without any charm. Feels more like an average three star hotel. Pool was good though.
