The grounds are Beautiful and very well maintained. Staff was exceptional. Entertainment was lacking. The restaurants that I was able to reserve was good the buffet on the other hand was mediocre at best, same not so good food day in and day out, no changes.

Like that it was right off the beach , and the entertainment was good , didn’t like that staff member coming in our room lucky we had the chain on door after we said we was fine , Our fountain didn’t work in our building and loud cricket noises (so I was told ) that sounded like an alarm just minor things I didn’t like hated that the pool closed at 6 along with the beach ! Not really a place for adults life more family oriented ! But other that that food was good excursions were nice people were nice !

This has changed for the worst. I have been four times, but after this experience I will not be returning. Book at your own risk.

Beautiful huge property. Everyone was friendly.

Cheap liquor. Poor quality food. Room service food is terrible and cost $$ Everything sucked entertainment is love music after dinner at the 2 lobby bars that’s it. Basically resort shuts down at dinner. Hope you’re not a night owl. We were so disappointed in everything we didn’t even go to the spa. Which they harrass you with constant texts and emails. And booths that are located where you eat and drink. All day. There idea of good alcohol is haveing 1 bottle of jack Daniel’s at the bar which once gone u have to drink the poor grade stuff. Again they do that with 1 bottle of Smirnoff vodka. And 1 Jim beam. And only serve red stripe beer on tap. No other choice. The couple of shacks they put on the beach as bars have only the cheapest liquor and close at 5pm way before sun goes down. I can’t believe this place has high ratings. We couldn’t waits to come home and go back to work

One week stay, 2 adults, Junior Suite, Private Pool, Ocean View, Section 14. The room was lovely, good sized bathroom with a jacuzzi. Beautiful view. The beach is okay, not great for swimming, kind of small and rocky. Amazing pool that we used quite often in the morning before the sun hit our private pool (which was around noon). All the bars were great, especially the ones outside. With the exception of a few of the restaurants the staff was friendly and went above and beyond. Wasn't impressed with the service at El Dorado, Poseidon or the Mexican restaurant. The food was just okay everywhere except Portofino which we really enjoyed. Overall great time whether we were relaxing for the day or heading out for activities. Will definitely return.

Everything was great just they the food options for vegetarians was very limited which should be corrected because the number of prime that are vegetarians in the world is growing we found our selves eating at one particular resistant 6 days out of 8 so that wasn’t pleasant but other than that everything was nice

There is so much to offer at the resort! The Michael Kackson, and Bob Marley shoes were amazing. One area that I do feel that they could improve upon was their im the shows in the theater. They just weren't up to par compared to the others. Overall all though, we jad a fantastic stay.

Beautiful lamdscaped property and very good food options. Staff was helpful and welcoming. I wasnt a fan of the spa personell posting up near the buffet to constantly ask about getting a massage, i would avoid that area after a while. Buffet was very good, on 2 occasions the staff werent always as attentive and i frequently had to gain their attention just for some water. Otherwise eveything was very good! I would stay here again

Overall, our stay was amazing and the staff were wonderful. There is a policy at the resort that does not allow anyone to enter a restaurant wearing a swimsuit, even if you are dry and have clothes over the suit. This was frustrating on a beach vacation.

From the moment I arrived, my husband and I was welcomed by the warmth of the people, the vibrant culture, and the breathtaking beauty of the island. Engaging in missionary work was one of the most fulfilling experiences of my life. Connecting with incredible individuals, and witnessing the strength and faith of the people left a lasting impact on me. I thank God for this wonderful experience.

Just arrived home literally 10 minutes ago. From this resort we went for my mother’s 70th birthday celebration we booked the trip months ago and we’re all excited as I’ve been on at least 20 Caribbean vacations in my life! This was supposed to be a five star resort, but it was nothing even close. I’d give it an average of 3 1/2 stars at best, they said the rooms were supposed to be newly renovated and that wasn’t even truthful. They also mentioned having a casino on site but haven’t had a casino in many years. The food was just Average and the service was really poor. Nobody seem to Like their Job. This was the worst resort that I stayed in in over 20 different other trips. I would never recommend this resort to anyone don’t waste your money.

Honestly the best bang for your buck. On arrival, we were greeted with rum punch and friendly staff members. While checking in, the Expedia rep at the facility booked all our dinners for the week which made everything super easy. Patman showed us the lay of the land and drove us to our villa with all of our bags. The rooms were set up with two full beds and a pull out couch. The fridge was unlimited and got refilled everyday! The rooms were clean and overall an easy check in. Natalie was amazing for the entire trip. She hooked us up with some jerk sauce and even some scotch bonnets (spicy native pepper). Natalie found us the rest of the trip and helped us with anything we needed. Omar was a hoot at the bar. He would get us drinks whenever and made sure to always have some secret shots waiting for us. The beach was alright but super rocky. We spent most of the time at the pool and swim up bar. 10/10 would recommend. Easy check in, easy checkout, pretty good food, and insanely friendly staff.

The property was very spacious and beautiful! I really enjoyed the infinity pool and access to the beautiful beaches, especially sunset cove. I liked the architecture of the resort and villas as well.

Wife and I truly enjoyed this property. Food was good. Entertainment was very good. Room was nice and affordable really.

I did not like that it was very few entertainment on the resort. No clubs. Everything closed early including the pool. The sports bar is the only thing that is open late, but the food is trash.

The location and natural beauty of the resort was wonderful! Some staff were friendly and others not so much. Food at buffets was very good but at the reserved dinner spots it was awful

The customer service was very professional, friendly fun, the only thing that really made this experience a little uncomfortable is the crickets. They are very loud all night and you have to walk everywhere you go there’s no elevator anywhere a lot of stairs

Everything was great, but guests should be aware that there are no elevators in the villas. There are only 3 floors, but if you're not comfortable climbing stairs, that could be a problem.

The property was nice, the rooms were very spacious, the water was hot the whole time which was amazing, the bed was comfy, the staff was overall amazing, there were tons of things to do which is good because it's not at all walkable to anywhere. ~The food... I liked the red snapper at Poseidon and the oxtails at the buffet the end. The rest of the food was subpar at best. My expectations were in no way met. Even the desserts sucked. ~Activities... be sure to go all the way to the back of the resort by Poseidon for the best Beach access. You can even take a beginner course for scuba (which I found out too late) There's archery, putt putt and many other things back there. ~What I didn't like most was the concierge lying to me about the timeshare presentation. I CLEARLY told her upon check in when she mentioned a tour of the property that I DID NOT want to go to a timeshare presentation. She insisted that it wasn't. That was a huge turn off. Also the light switches in the room were weird. There's a master switch near the bed and if you need to use the bathroom light another had to be on, just weird. ~The staff was very helpful and grateful for the tips our party of 9 left them as a couple of us are in the tipping/ customer service industry.

Kiuki tours was used for transportation to go to the hotel and then back to airport at the end of the trip, to go back to the airport the person told us the wrong time when we confirmed the day before and we missed the bus back to the airport and had to take a taxi. Staff was pleasant just a few didn’t seem like they cared to help. Otherwise, had a good time, beautiful hotel and very clean!

Food is terrible. Room Service is not up to the mark. Internal resort transportation can be improved. There is no proper beach on this property. I would not recommend this property.

Our stay at the Grand Palladium in Jamaica was exceptional. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean and we always had fresh towels and clean sheets. The resort was beautiful but the best of all was the Sunset Cove beach.

I liked the staff.

The property was lovely. Staff was kind and professional. There are plenty of activities around the resort. We stayed in a suite which was roomy and quite comfortable for our family of four, with scenic ocean views. Now the not so good parts- room service was not great. Housekeeping did the bare minimum and when we asked for towels (which they forgot to bring) and an extra blanket for the pull out couch didn’t have one, it took hours to get. Even when we called because we had an issue with the safe and it took 2 calls and about 6 hours for someone to come. We’ve been to several resorts in different countries and this by far was the worst food we’ve had. Even my husband, who is very simple to please when it comes to food, complained- which was disappointing because I love Jamaican food. I don’t expect authentic Jamaican cuisine because I do understand resorts have to cater to all pallets, but this was bad. My whole family got food poisoning on the first night eating at the bar. We tried 4 of the restaurants and their buffets, none I’d recommend but I will say the bar is the one that had us all sick. Ah, and there isn’t much beach access. The resort is mostly located on a cliff- very nice views but not much beach to actually bathe in the ocean. Overall I’d give it a 3.5. I’m not sure we’d visit this specific resort again, but I’ve also been to worse.

The restaurants were great. Rooms were big and clean, beds comfortable. Staff very friendly. Beach is nice, pool very large and clean, pool bar has great drinks.

Very disappointed, i book one room with king size bed but was given room two bed room terrible. Beach area too small. No party at beach . Other stuff was fine , foods , staff and environment's.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, making our stay truly memorable. The room my boyfriend and I were in was spotless and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The balcony made the location prime and perfect for views during sunrise and sunset. The breakfast, lunch, and dinner options at Mo’bay, Blue Lagoon, Negril, Portofino, and Xaymaica all had wide variety of delicious options and check-in was quick and efficient, staff were very welcoming. Moonlight dinner and floating breakfast were exceptional, beach was nice and quiet, infinity pool was fantastic, and drinks were greatly done!

desk services is so poor, i ordered extra blankets second day and they provided third day, than i complained about that after, dinner service very slow and food always colder i ordered pizza come cold too , after one hour

This was my second time to this resort after being here 6 years ago, this time i was extremely disappointed from the service and the food! And to imagine that i brought in two more couples with me after telling them that this resort is good! To begin very often our room was not cleaned, not enough towels were left in the bathrooms! We were supposed to have some extra accommodations like bath robes and slippers, never got those! Shower was horible and outdated! Water was coming out of the shower every time which resulted me almost sliding on the wet floor outside the shower and falling down on the ground! If i had those sleepers might have been better than me walking bare foot. Food at the buffet was horrible! If anything was gone you would have to wait forever for them to bring some more! No healthy choices for breakfast or lunch or dinner! Restaurant food was good only at the steak house and the Japanese restaurant! Everywhere else was horrible! Would not recommend any of the seafood dishes they offer in there! The sushi was alright! Drinks were horrible and cheap! None of them knew how to make simple cocktails and if they did was horrible taste! The beaches were good the only thing is that if you wanted a drink there was no bars close by to get yourself and you can barely see a waitress to order one from! The only disappointing part was that you can barely find a beach chair! That was a struggle! And also the seaweed that was on the beach was almost never cleaned!

Everyone was so nice.

I had a great time at the Grand Palladium Jamaica Resort. The place looks exquisite with the large pillars buildings and Infinity Terrace & Bar build over Infinity Pool. The Junior Suite was very spacious with high ceilings, marble flooring and additional large den with sofa leading to the balcony. Bathroom was big as well with shower and Whirlpool bathtub. There were many restaurants all inclusive with great and tasty food. The buffet style restaurant had many options available and they were serving new dishes each day as well. All staff was very friendly and always with the smile on their faces which made the stay even more relaxing. The place didn't feel crowded and we had a choice of few beaches to go to and I like the one by Sunset Cove with the Bamboo Bar. I definitely recommend the Grand Palladium Jamaica resort and will be coming here again.

What can I say?!? This was your was everything and more! Went on an all girls trip just for relaxation and it definitely did not disappoint. We met some amazing staff who were the life of the party. You must run into Ricky he does the Mixology. He is such a vibe. We also Karome by the beach! He did not disappoint on the drinks and had us nonstop laughing. “ Ain’t no vacation like intoxication.” I also loved! Loved! Loved! The Leche martinis right in between the Jamaican restaurant and the hibachi I didn’t get the two bartenders names but they were always there. The Poseidon restaurant is a definitely a MUST!!! Seafood by the beach is amazing! A must revisit again! I love you, Jamaica.

The hotel is beautiful. Great customer service. However the property is old and needs to be upgraded. The sewage system and pipes may need cleaning. The top management would need training in sales skills when dealing with guests on vacation. All in all it is a beautiful place to vacation.

Resort is becoming old and dated. Weve been to this resort a number of times over the years and I have to say, its time to look for a new resort to travel to for our vacations going forward. Was with large group so we had a great time because we were with friends, not because of the resort.

Beautiful property with amazing staff. However, I was very disappointed with the upgraded room we paid for. We did not have robes, bedroom slippers, basic necessities etc., and although we relayed that information to the front desk staff twice, nothing was done. It's like they got the money for the upgrade and didn't care about guest services. Additionally, the hotel is in a remote location, perfect for those who just want to relax; however, for those who would like to explore Jamaica by a quick walk or taxi ride, this hotel isn't ideal. The buffet was great, and we enjoyed a few restaurants on the property. Sunset Cove Beach was beautiful, and the jerk hut was great!!

Great Experience and friendly staff!

I went for my birthday. It was a nice trip. The staff was helpful and the resort was beautiful. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a good time. Be sure to call ahead to make your dinner reservations before you get there. We were unable to make reservations for the first night so we ended up at the buffet. You can schedule excursions at the resort when you arrive- no need to plan ahead. The only downside was the stray cats. But the resort was huge so I’m sure they couldn’t manage them.

It was very pleasant, clean & everyone was so nice & respectful. I'll recommend everyone & any one to stay @ this resort. if their planning on visiting Jamaica.
