I liked the staff.
The property was lovely. Staff was kind and professional. There are plenty of activities around the resort. We stayed in a suite which was roomy and quite comfortable for our family of four, with scenic ocean views. Now the not so good parts- room service was not great. Housekeeping did the bare minimum and when we asked for towels (which they forgot to bring) and an extra blanket for the pull out couch didn’t have one, it took hours to get. Even when we called because we had an issue with the safe and it took 2 calls and about 6 hours for someone to come. We’ve been to several resorts in different countries and this by far was the worst food we’ve had. Even my husband, who is very simple to please when it comes to food, complained- which was disappointing because I love Jamaican food. I don’t expect authentic Jamaican cuisine because I do understand resorts have to cater to all pallets, but this was bad. My whole family got food poisoning on the first night eating at the bar. We tried 4 of the restaurants and their buffets, none I’d recommend but I will say the bar is the one that had us all sick. Ah, and there isn’t much beach access. The resort is mostly located on a cliff- very nice views but not much beach to actually bathe in the ocean. Overall I’d give it a 3.5. I’m not sure we’d visit this specific resort again, but I’ve also been to worse.
Very nice and nice hospitality
Transportation suck coming and going from the airport.
Staff and services was excellent. Edward and his bell staff great. Petagaye at the front desk. Brittany the restaurant manager and her team fabulous. The ground staff always so friendly and welcoming.
The restaurants were great. Rooms were big and clean, beds comfortable. Staff very friendly. Beach is nice, pool very large and clean, pool bar has great drinks.
I enjoyed my stay, everything was perfect from start to finish. Friendly helpful staff, clean comfortable room, wide variety of Great food❤️
Very disappointed, i book one room with king size bed but was given room two bed room terrible. Beach area too small. No party at beach . Other stuff was fine , foods , staff and environment's.
Property, beaches, pool and room were good, drinks and food were average. Entertainment was ok. Indian restaurant had the best food.
Very nice hotel!!!!!!! TRACY WAS THE BEST!!!!!! She checked me in!!!! Upgraded my room!!!!!! Great customer service!!!!!! Very polite very helpful!!!!!!! & Lamei delivered our swim up food!!!! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! Very nice very helpful!!! Thank you so much for all you did!!!!!!!!!! You two made my Jamaica trip even better!!!!
The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, making our stay truly memorable. The room my boyfriend and I were in was spotless and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The balcony made the location prime and perfect for views during sunrise and sunset. The breakfast, lunch, and dinner options at Mo’bay, Blue Lagoon, Negril, Portofino, and Xaymaica all had wide variety of delicious options and check-in was quick and efficient, staff were very welcoming. Moonlight dinner and floating breakfast were exceptional, beach was nice and quiet, infinity pool was fantastic, and drinks were greatly done!
I like everything
desk services is so poor, i ordered extra blankets second day and they provided third day, than i complained about that after, dinner service very slow and food always colder i ordered pizza come cold too , after one hour
This was my second time to this resort after being here 6 years ago, this time i was extremely disappointed from the service and the food! And to imagine that i brought in two more couples with me after telling them that this resort is good! To begin very often our room was not cleaned, not enough towels were left in the bathrooms! We were supposed to have some extra accommodations like bath robes and slippers, never got those! Shower was horible and outdated! Water was coming out of the shower every time which resulted me almost sliding on the wet floor outside the shower and falling down on the ground! If i had those sleepers might have been better than me walking bare foot. Food at the buffet was horrible! If anything was gone you would have to wait forever for them to bring some more! No healthy choices for breakfast or lunch or dinner! Restaurant food was good only at the steak house and the Japanese restaurant! Everywhere else was horrible! Would not recommend any of the seafood dishes they offer in there! The sushi was alright! Drinks were horrible and cheap! None of them knew how to make simple cocktails and if they did was horrible taste! The beaches were good the only thing is that if you wanted a drink there was no bars close by to get yourself and you can barely see a waitress to order one from! The only disappointing part was that you can barely find a beach chair! That was a struggle! And also the seaweed that was on the beach was almost never cleaned!
Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend I had a very disappointing stay at Grand Palladium Jamaica Resort & Spa All Inclusive. The food was terrible, with limited variety and low quality. The service was just as bad—staff were unhelpful and slow. The drinks were made with the cheapest ingredients, making them almost undrinkable. The rooms were very dirty, and to make things worse, there were no towels available. Definitely not worth the price, and I wouldn’t recommend this resort to anyone.

Its is a beautiful resort very friendly staff
Great
Everyone was so nice.
I had a great time at the Grand Palladium Jamaica Resort. The place looks exquisite with the large pillars buildings and Infinity Terrace & Bar build over Infinity Pool. The Junior Suite was very spacious with high ceilings, marble flooring and additional large den with sofa leading to the balcony. Bathroom was big as well with shower and Whirlpool bathtub. There were many restaurants all inclusive with great and tasty food. The buffet style restaurant had many options available and they were serving new dishes each day as well. All staff was very friendly and always with the smile on their faces which made the stay even more relaxing. The place didn't feel crowded and we had a choice of few beaches to go to and I like the one by Sunset Cove with the Bamboo Bar. I definitely recommend the Grand Palladium Jamaica resort and will be coming here again.
doesnt dissapoint. Thankyou.
What can I say?!? This was your was everything and more! Went on an all girls trip just for relaxation and it definitely did not disappoint. We met some amazing staff who were the life of the party. You must run into Ricky he does the Mixology. He is such a vibe. We also Karome by the beach! He did not disappoint on the drinks and had us nonstop laughing. “ Ain’t no vacation like intoxication.” I also loved! Loved! Loved! The Leche martinis right in between the Jamaican restaurant and the hibachi I didn’t get the two bartenders names but they were always there. The Poseidon restaurant is a definitely a MUST!!! Seafood by the beach is amazing! A must revisit again! I love you, Jamaica.
The staff was really friendly
Very friendly staff and very clean every where in the hotel
There was only one restaurant out the entire property that had good food. The 24hour restaurant was dirty and food was horrific
Absolutely beautiful resort. If you dont mind walking this place is huge.very clean.
A great time
Love this place
AC in the room was leaking water, slipped and fell and hotel didn’t change rooms
Everyone was extremely friendly and the food was delicious and always fresh. I will definitely return to this resort l!
This was my second stay here, will definitely be returning. Great location and staff
This place was amazing!!!! Loved everything!!!! Dinner on the beach was absolutely amazing!!!! We look forward to coming again!!!!
Our stay at Grand Palladium was amazing! The hotel is lovely and looks better than what you see in the photos online. Lots of activities for families! The food was great with different options to try! We will definitely be back
Ocean shore line is short with limited swimming, but pool is good
I felt like the entertainment could have been better. I've stayed at other resorts in JA and the performances were much better.
The staff was very friendly & attentive. The food was great and the entertainment was as well. I would visit the property again because it was very nice and well worth the money paid.
Services at room were not good, had very bad experience with fine dining at Mexican and Asian dining sumptori
Great vacation.
My overall stay was excellent highly recommended and will definitely be coming back 👍
The hotel is beautiful. Great customer service. However the property is old and needs to be upgraded. The sewage system and pipes may need cleaning. The top management would need training in sales skills when dealing with guests on vacation. All in all it is a beautiful place to vacation.
Resort is becoming old and dated. Weve been to this resort a number of times over the years and I have to say, its time to look for a new resort to travel to for our vacations going forward. Was with large group so we had a great time because we were with friends, not because of the resort.
Me and husband love the resort
Beautiful property with amazing staff. However, I was very disappointed with the upgraded room we paid for. We did not have robes, bedroom slippers, basic necessities etc., and although we relayed that information to the front desk staff twice, nothing was done. It's like they got the money for the upgrade and didn't care about guest services. Additionally, the hotel is in a remote location, perfect for those who just want to relax; however, for those who would like to explore Jamaica by a quick walk or taxi ride, this hotel isn't ideal. The buffet was great, and we enjoyed a few restaurants on the property. Sunset Cove Beach was beautiful, and the jerk hut was great!!
Very nice wedding venues
Great Experience and friendly staff!
I went for my birthday. It was a nice trip. The staff was helpful and the resort was beautiful. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a good time. Be sure to call ahead to make your dinner reservations before you get there. We were unable to make reservations for the first night so we ended up at the buffet. You can schedule excursions at the resort when you arrive- no need to plan ahead. The only downside was the stray cats. But the resort was huge so I’m sure they couldn’t manage them.
It was very pleasant, clean & everyone was so nice & respectful. I'll recommend everyone & any one to stay @ this resort. if their planning on visiting Jamaica.

The place is beautiful. The shuttle to your rooms are convenient. The only down fall was the food. It was not to my liking.
Nice hotel. Lack entertainment for younger crowd
I loved the entire staff! Everyone was kind, warm welcoming, and very helpful. There was a lot of construction happening on the property, and the rooms could use some new paint. Otherwise, the scenery was outstanding. I recommend seeing this for yourself.
Didn't like that when i booked this property in October it was open to everyone. In November it was changed to signature and you had to pay more to use the other pools and beach. Didn't feel the upgrade worth the money so i didnt do it. Other than that the place was an excellent resort. Also figured i already paid for all when i booked it at a full price and it was changed after the fact so i should have paid less being i got less.
I booked my mum in this hotel for her 80th birthday present from the family and I would like to thank Justine and Kadesha for there excellent customer service and the decoration of the room was great and the cake look beautiful and mum loved it. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I can’t wait to visit it my self for sure when I come to Jamaica. Thank you so much
This was our 2nd time at Grand Palladium. Food wasn’t great and rooms seemed shabbier. Hibachi restaurant was great and fun for the kids.
Some things are good - some things are average - the food goes from fair to good - the service as well - some people were great some were not... There is no real good beach area - the resort itself is nice - the rooms are ok - could use just a bit of clean up to be much better.
Friendly staff!
Eveerything was really good, If I need to recommend something is that in the night you need to improve your Dancing nights, more latin music needed. There were restricted areas (coral beach) you need o change this, we pay for a package that include all the hotel, you can upgrade the signature status in food, rooms and maybe pool, but beach? all the beaches, must need to be open to the whole hotel.
Great resort for vacation
The property is beautiful. I wish the beach was better. We spent most of out time at the pool
All staff was great
Amazingly clean
This place is our new favorite just amazing we won’t be going anyplace else ❤️
Will not recommend this property to anyone
They need to improve the customer service. Not willing to help out at all. Especially the shuttle they will pass by you but they won’t stop n when u ask them if you can hop on they will say no and mind you they all are going to same place. Place is neat but I will never recommend. Sorry !!!!!
I didn’t like that there were no elevators. I would have liked to have more authentic Jamaican foods and fruits available.
Quiet but a little out of the ways friendly staff accommodating mostly shopping is a bit expensive food was generally good not much in the way of night life so don't go there if you like to party all might
I stayed at this resort in 2019 and loved it so much that I decided to return. However, a lot has changed since my last visit. The facilities were clean, but the bathrooms had several rusted areas. While there’s a wide variety of options for breakfast and dinner, the food wasn’t very flavorful. The drinks were watered down, but despite these issues, I still enjoyed my stay. That said, I wouldn’t return again.
There are no elevators; we are in our 70s, and our 3rd floor room had no air conditioning. We had to change rooms to the farthest section, 19, for the first floor, where the highway sound is the loudest. A leak in the sink caused a puddle of water every day. I reported it, but nothing happened. There was a strong, horrific septic smell when we walked to the center—we spent too many hours solving our issues away from the vacation. The entertainment was nice, but why in "God's name" do they have to play the volume so high it makes your ears bleed. Totally unnecessary!!!! We did not go into the main (public urinal) pool after noticing all the people sitting at the bar drinking and never leaving. We stayed at the beach and enjoyed the water and sun. The food and service was very good. We had two bad meals but it was replaced by other selections. If you remove the septic and leak issue, no elevators, the accommodations were great. We purchased the massage and spa event, just to find out that the hot tub had no hot water and the pool was very cold so we did not use the 2nd. day of our package. The Indian resterunt had no Chai tea or mango lassy to drink which is the stable of Indian food. I was interested in the Travel club but after this trip I will not join. We talked to other people without air conditioning and leaks in their rooms, so it appears to be a shared issue. The resort seems to be showing its age. My wife had diarrhea from something she eat and lost 2 days of vacation.
It was great we enjoyed
service is worst. no smile on employee shutter services is worst inside in resort.checkout day early morning no shutter services
I love the Grandpalladium and how there’s something for everyone to do. I dislike how now the property is geared more toward Signature Members
This was my third visit, I absolutely love the resort. My grandchildren and family had an awesome time, food, activities and entertainment was wonderful.
We had a great experience. Good food, nice beach and pool areas, excellent service.
Everything as amazing except the transportation shuttle service. The resort gave me what I was looking for.
Super nice!
Beautiful property
.
The best thing about the property was the Expedia Rep Kadesha! She took excellent care of my group despite the challenges we faced from the resort. The only reason I would visit this property again would be because of Kadesha. I had a safety issue and the staff and security did not make me feel safe when someone attempted to break in my room and other issues on the resort that didn’t get addressed by staff but Kadesha to the rescue!!! She was on call 24hours and took care of everything I needed. The other staff and resort itself would get a rating of 4/10 but Kadesha alone would get a 10/10 she was the best she made the difference in my trip being great because it started off bad and she turned it around!!!
Only suggestion is to restock towels
So my girlfriend and I upgraded to a room that has a pool unfortunately, the colder than an icemaker so we asked to give half her money back or give us back our original room. They won’t give us our money back our original room, which is a junior suite we have a room with double beds. We upgraded at about 4:30 PM. It is 9:30 PM. I don’t understand how our room is not available.
Property was great! I was there last year and there was more entertainment daily by the pool last year which we really enjoyed, but not as much this year. Still upset to see no Jamaican patties at resort! Staff at resort is great!! The LasBrisas pool bar I can’t recall their names I think it was Bartenders Kerome, Philip and I can’t remember the name of one of them in black uniform who sang Happy Birthday to me and delivered the drink to me on his head. Some of the POP Entertainment crew, a special shout out to Mimi who is so kind, gentle and sweet!! Then there was Kav, Daniel, and another young girl that worked with Mimi and I think her name was Digi for short. Also the Fitness instructor Akeem, Kiwi.
Great all inclusive hotel in a beautiful place
Available cart ride if needed.
I hated the fact that the room 2233 had a leak over the sink, the sink was clogged most of the time. We had no towel for an entire day. I had to get towels from my sister that was staying in 2112. I had to be mopping up water from the bathroom floors. I asked about 3 different people for towels before having to go to the front desk to request towels then they finally brought the towels. The facility outside of the room was great. I enjoyed the entertainment, the swimming pool and the restaurants.
Stayed at Grand Palladium 12/30-01/04/2025 in room 1207 beachfront suite with private plunge pool. First, we wanted to recognize the awesome staff that helped make our stay great there were many and these were the ones that stood out during our stay. Kedishal Campbell with who was our Grand Palladium Expedia concierge, she went out of her way to make our dinner dining restaurant reservations and continued to check in on us our entire stay. Kedishal was amazing and a huge thank you for all your services. Justine from Grand Palladium guest services. Eartha with Travel Club concierge, even though we did not join the travel club Eartha went out of her way to recommend activities and welcome and talk with us every day we were there, she treated us like family. Pac-man our bellman that took us to our room and recommended Jackson with Juti taxi service. Richard Guthrie the gardener/groundskeeper always greeted us with a smile and was fun to talk to. Lakeisha our housekeeping/room cleaner, she did an amazing job behind the scenes cleaning our room and always greeted us with a smile. Roblee, the hibachi chef at Sumptuori was amazing and fun. Shakira from El Dorado steakhouse, amazing service and overall impressed (we ate here twice) Jackson our Juti taxi guide when we toured downtown Lucea.
We loved the property- spend time hanging out at the pool, lagoon and going to Negrill and the Dunn Water Fall hike. NYE party was fun! Staff is very friendly and the hot coffee cocktails at Mama Lieus were yumm.
Beautiful and fun property.
I wish I could give this stay zero stars. This was by far the worst stay I’ve ever had. The food is nasty and took 1-2 hours to come out. Everyone in our group got food poisoning. The food options are horrible and not many. This hotel is false advertising with the restaurant and bars. Super boring resort and not enough entertainment. The staff are so rude and everyone hates their job. We paid extra for a floating breakfast and we waited 3 hours for it. When we complained at checkout they tried to hold us there and make us miss our flights. You cannot leave the resort unless they allow you too. Only positive here was the spa it’s beautiful and the message was good. Otherwise I’d avoid this hotel at all cost. You couldn’t pay me to stay here again. HORRIBLE!!!!!!
Shanique- receptionist greeted me. Her hospitality was stellar. ( she persuaded me to believe I was entering the same Grand Palladium I had entered annually since 2018.) naturally I was excited that was short lived. the next morning I went Negril for breakfast with mimosas (several) I was light hearted, headed to speak with the Travel club (inebriated) I signed for a membership! I knew from previous experience some of amenities and privileges you gain as a member. I learned quickly reservations to eat at any of the specialty restaurants are not made the night of.nor does being a member has any merit. not realizing reserve should’ve been done at check in! Very limited reservations were available. Poseidon was not available until-after we left Therefore we are left with 2 restaurant options or eat at a bar. The 2restaurants- are able to hold a large capacity (you’re able to see the caliber of people and now limited buffet style options, quickly noticed the warm room temperature, the older aged/family sittings. Shocked because previous stays has kept a party vibe/ages from mid 20(s) upward, some families of course but not to this capacity! itinerary was family focused.(nothing against 55 or family) Daytime no entertainment. What a disappointment-from staff, entertainment and amenities. I got food poisoning,racially-harassed, and a phone stolen.its a loyalty tier/retirement home feel now.I didnt expect that but I thank the staff who tried Ronnie recept Rohan driver Ambrosia-coffee
The property is beautiful and very well maintained. The food in the Mo'bay and the Negril and Jerk shacks were good, and the staff very attentive. We were there at the busiest time of the year, so the ala cart restaurant -that we went to, the Japanese one was very slow. But the food was very good. Everyone in our family had a great time.
Everything was good
There was only one restaurant Mobay for dinner buffet. The A la carte restaurants are either average or below average. I would like to see more dining options.
The staff were so rude
The only positive thing to say about this property would be the big swimming pool (although both jacuzzis inside the pool are NOT working at all/missing bulbs, holes in them...a couple of missing columns...) My family and I did not like the lack of taste of ALMOST every food item, the juices are the worst ever, then come the dessert items and MANY other food items. In general, food has no taste in the buffet whether at breakfast, lunch or diner; Again, jacuzzis in the pool are both out of order with missing bulbs and even HOLES!; Potholes are not only an issue in Jamaicas roads overall, but inside the hotel as well, right at the main entrance there is a huge pothole that you better know is there before passing by if driving yourself which we did and is unacceptable! (got picture of it); rooms are not inspected as they should as the scale, for instance, had no batteries and it seems to be the case in other rooms based on SEVERAL feedback from other guests!; the shower is not well designed, has a big flaw, the water splashes out of the shower under the shower door as there is a wide gap between this and the shower base (you avoid this by putting a towel there to close that gap; staff is adamant to get a manager when asked as it was IMPOSSIBLE to get a single manager to talk to; last but not least, there were SEVERAL food items that would run out in the buffet and would not be restocked even when there was still an 1 and a half for the buffet to close! It happened every day!!!!!
Very clean, grounds are beautiful, it was lovely to see how the children was included in the Christmas celebrations the band and Father Christmas arriving all well thought of, staff in all areas are so friendly and accommodating . Will surely visit again.
Very good
It took almost 2 hrs to get checks in. The room we booked was not available but staff never told us just kept us waiting and not knowing if we had a room or not.
The property was an excellent all-inclusive experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating and overall, it was a relaxed experience. I'd visit again for a getaway vacation in a quieter time as this was the busy period, and it seems like sometimes the staff compliment was not sufficient in some areas, especially in the dining rooms.
This was the worst place to visit in Jamaica they staff is extremely rude & if you are a gay couple please don’t go there ; every night their restaurants were booked and they have bad customer service me and my wife waited 6 hours for toilet tissue called the front desk and even went up there and still waited hours for someone to come ; when we first got there we wasn’t in the room we requested and was told to check out at 12 and come back at 4pm for a new room 0/10 I do not RECOMMEND
Very big property but they had transport to the rooms which made things easier.
