Big room with all the hotel accessories available, friendly staff.

Our room was massive! There was a slot machine, a flat screen TV, speakers, a king bed, a huge bathroom with a shower and a bathtub, and so much more. They offer a sprawling menu with reasonable prices, as well as free amenities in your room, such as a toothbrush and tooth paste, a face mask, a hair mask, razor, etc. This was a GREAT hotel and the location was wonderful. Walking distance from the station and such a quiet, nice little neighborhood. I also recommend stopping at the "Keyhole" coffee shop for breakfast one morning. Its a great little place down one of the side streets by the station, run by a sweet little couple. Great food and AMAZING fresh brewed coffee.

The hotel is fine.

My partner went to use the shower only for the shower head to fall off. There was mould on the walls of the bathroom. There was a slot machine that you couldn't cash out of right next to the bed as well. The room looked nothing like what was pictured. The overall feel was very dingy and poorly maintained.

Huge room, very very clean and great stuff, definitely would stay again

The room was incredible! It is so big and very affordable on a budget. I got a couple high priced hotels throughout my trip in Tokyo, and not one had the space or comfort as Grand Fine Hotel. Do not be intimidated by, "love hotel". Nothing crazy happens, unless you want it to. In your own room that is. Walls are sound proof, and I woke up able to jam to my music getting ready like back home. Staff was incredibly lovely and helpful. Don't think twice

Mis sold Adult hotel paid by an hour. Stay away!

Now I know what Adult Only means when advertised on Hotels.com, when entered the room found a vibrator near the headrest. Totally disgusting experience, needed to find another hotel as could not stay in the place paid by an hour. My cousin and me booked another hotel for a stay. Contacted Hotels.com to claim they are mis-selling this place, they said they will come back to me but nobody ever did. Just said we will contact the hotel and will get back to you. Took a picture of the room and vibrator. Forgot to mention - no windows. If anyone interested, please see below

The rooms were very old school with floral wallpaper and dated looking bathtub and furniture. Though everything was clean and not broken. You can play music on the surround sound, there was a pokies machine. The bed was huge and all amenities provided were good. Slippers seemed like it was from the year 2000, but still not broken and it was clean. I think it was great, I think just needs a bit of updating. Thanks for the stay!

It’s kind of old feeling. Very large room, especially for the price. Saw three staff people, front desk night, morning and the guy who brought the food. They were all nice and professional. Out of the way from the station, but we took a taxi for 680 yen. I asked the train station guy where the taxis come to, he said no taxi, which was disappointing since the reviews said how far it is to walk. We walked about a couple hundred feet and saw a taxi go by, so we started back. He was sitting by the exit, but must have gotten a call and left before we got there. But we went back to the exit anyway. Within 3 minutes another taxi came by, and 5 minutes later we were there. I don’t know what the ‘no taxi’ guy was talking about, I guess that there’s not a lineup place for taxis large Eli’s.

Quiet and has basic amenities but the !st day in found the room and all opened area very dusty. Had to clean the table top, TV console etc off the layers of dust. Subsequent days, the cleaners were informed and staying there for 4 days were good.

This is very close to airport but no way to access to airport. No car availability to airport. Also this is Fadion hotel. Not normal hotel . You should not stay this hotel.

Huge room, plenty of fun amenities, 24 hour room service. A bit of a walk from the hankyu line (10-15 mins) but the hotel was worth it.

Review

though the hotel was quite far from the nearest station, 15m on fooot, the rooms were good. One thing I just wanna say is that when doing daily house keeping it would be better if you carefully checked and let your vacuum come to the area on the head of the bed coz there was so much dust came from blanket & pilows. It seems tobe that such large rooms would match with some kinds of lighter blanket & pillows than what you are pvoviding now. Hope you all the best. Thank you

Everything is great except the location is a bit from train station

Fantastic stay at a live hotel!

I didn't realize it was a Japanese "Love Hotel" until I arrived. The description should have given it away as it was "Adults Only". But the room was clean, staff super friendly and room was great. Had anime music pumping in at all times (which I liked, but you can turn it off), they even provide games and karaoke free with the room. Also it has a HUGE bathtub that could fit 2-4 people in. Will definitely book again next time I'm in Osaka area.

Stay only if you don’t mind the smell

Room is very very very smelly. There is a combination of musty room, beer and cigarette smell. The toilet have no exhaust fan and smell of vomitus . The toilet seat is broken as well . This is not worth the price at all. I left after a night. They refused to refund the other nights but , I cannot stand the smell. Obviously they also do not clean the air con filter. The smell is coming out from it .

Very well maintained facility

Although this was an adult hotel, it served as a normal lodging facility for my trip. It performed admirably.

big disappointment. Hotel room doesn't look the same as showed on line. It is big room but Old and dark. and doesn't feel safe When stay in the Hotel. . .receptionists are ok But Do not understand english I definitely not coming again

A disappointing stay

We booked a room with three beds but were given a double bed and a large armchair no extra bed was provided if you go there,,take a cab.the nearest station is a thirty-minute walk away. The hotel is located miles away from the centre.

Very nice hotel and upon arrival I was upgraded to a nice bigger suite with 2 Jacuzzi and lots of amenities.

Beautiful Hotel

Amazing service. Very generous people. Location is about a 15-20 minute walk to transportation. Very close to 7-11 and 24hour McDonalds and 24hour DVD shop lol. All together, very welcoming and warm hearted people. The massage chair and bathroom were an extremely pleasant surprise!!! Thank you so much for the great expierence! Until next time Japan 🇯🇵❤️

Clean, Consistent, and Friendly

The staff was friendly and allowed us to check out late with no additional charge. They were prompt upon our request for more sugar and breakfast was on the dot and consistent all three days. Sleeping well and relaxing made our site-seeing trips more enjoyable. We will be back again, thanks!

Clean love hotel

It was really roomy and clean. The bathroom was huge. It had a hot tub and sauna in it. When I booked it, I didn't realize it was a couple's hotel, but it was really a relaxing place. There's lots of free adult movies and stuff if you're into that. The thing that got me was the vending machine in the room that sold adult things and Pringles. Room service was pretty affordable when it came to food. 10/10!!! The only slight downfall is that it's a 15 minute walk from Shonai station and if you're doing sightseeing that can be a little inconvenient, but it was definitely worth it.

Good hotel n bad location

The hotel condition and facilities are good. The staff very friendly and polite. The room was big and the bed was good but no heater, so that it was really cold at night (during winter time). There are massage chair in the room and quite good as well. The only bad things about this hotel is a location. Shonai station is far from the hotel and it tooks almost 30min from hotel to shonai station. The bad location might be spoil your valueable vacation. If you want to spend a money on taxi then it will be ok for you.

15 mins walk from Shonai Station

the room was huge, comes with a big king size bed and a massage chair (husband loves it) especially because we walked a lot. Food is just few minutes away. In the room, they have everything a lady would need (hair straighteners/curlers/hair dryers, make up facial cleansers and alot more including face masks :) It has pretty much everything we need.

Spent 7 nights at this hotel. The rooms are huge, comfortable & well equipped. Hard to beat in terms of value for money. The only drawbacks are the long walk to the train station & no english speaking tv channels.

nice place to stay even it's an adult hotel

The room was nice. More facilities, and the price was cheaper than some other hotels too. If you don't think it's a love hotel, avoid hitting some cable channels here's a great choice for you! The bad point is the hotel located in a bit far from town (but you still can catch a Hungyu line train to town from the nearest station from the hotel.) and also a bit far from the train station (by walk about 1 km or about 10-15 mins from train station to hotel.)

Interesting place to stay

The price was good. It was roomy and mostly comfortable. The matress was a little hard, but not bad. The staff was friendly. I did not realize this was a "couples" hotel (or, at first, what a couples hotel was), so the condoms and vibrator seemed a little wierd, but I could ignore them. It is about a 1.2 km walk to the nearest train station, and the hotel is located in a more industrial neighborhood, but I viewed it as a place to sleep after a day of sight seeing. The staff was friendly and helpful, but had as limited a command of English as I do of Japanese. Overall, it was a good stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was nice and big and the massage chair was great after a long day of travelling.

Best Adult Hotel that wasn't expected

So we looked for a place that on the cheap and close to our airport. We flew in from Tokyo to Osaka so we landed in ITM. The walk from Shonai station is one that would make you into a healthier person. 15 Mins through narrow roads with some sidewalks and having to shift to the left side. When we arrived we were greeted with a smile and sheet of paper with instructions. This was great because English is a foreign language in Osaka. In any event, we get to our room and its super spacious, stocked with goodies to buy and had a microwave and fridge for our own personal use. Breakfast had to be called in but could be delivered at anytime of day and select menu items. Only the front desk people had a grasp of English as the ladies who delivered items and food to the room where not receptive and didn't want to do more than just what needed to be done in a respectful way. If you need a room cleaning you just let the front know when you leave to do your tourist stuff. Also you leave your key at the front desk in exchange for a card with your room number so that you can retrieve it back afterward. It was a great headquarter for all of our running into Namba, Umeda, Kyoto and the place we didn't get to Kobe.

Amazing Hotel Management

Very spacious hotel rooms with Snooker Table, body massage chair, very big TV, spacious bathroom with enough toiletries and a huge bath tub with Jacuzzi. Best deal for money. But what swept me off my feet is the humble and courteous way of dealing with the customers. As per our tour plans on the last day of our stay we went to Hiroshima after checkout and visit the hotel in the evening for collecting our luggage. However one of our friend could not leave the room on chek-out day as he was unwell. Hotel management allotted him a new room WITHOUT CHARGING EVEN SINGLE YEN till the time we returned in the evening. Amazing Japanese Courtesy.

Look for the sign "adult only", it could be mistakenly interpreted as a resort but it is actually a Motel. The rest I will leave it to everyone imagination

Clean and spacious hotel but not accessible.

the room was really great with the massage couch and being spacious at the same time. A concern though is it's location. There is no bus that can bring you to Shonai station. So you really have to walk for 15 minutes to reach the hotel. Accessibility is an issue.

Spacious party room!

The rooms are great even though it's a "love" hotel. The room was enormous and the staff was so nice to us. The only problem with the room was that the hot tub jets didn't work and it was a bit run down but it didn't matter because we had so much room to enjoy! The amenities were never ending and we had complimentary snacks and water and teas and coffees along with lots of other great toiletries (even pleasure ones)! The breakfast was decent and they catered to our every need very promptly. The only big downside is that it is a bit of a walk to the train stAtion and with heavy bags and super hot weather we definitely took a cab on our last day. (The "massager" beside the bed is appearantly a hand massager but we didn't touch it)

It was bigger than I expected. I was a bit disappointed that my hot tub's jets didn't work, but it was just a minor problem. No big deal. Great deal.

Impressed

Having stayed in various hotels in Japan , this was by far the biggest room! Being in our first love hotel , we were impressed . We had a not only a large room ,but a large bathroom with a double hot tub. Breakfast was served in our room . The staff were very helpful too. The only drawback was the walk to the station, it was 10-15 mins , but it gave us the opportunity to see how the locals lived. To get a cab there cost 980 yen and a cab from there to shin Osaka was 2500 yen

First time travelers note

This is an Adults only hotel, ideal as we were on our honeymoon. Hotel is a fair way from station. Taxi was about ¥2000 and driver took a while to find. Had google maps which was able to give directions. Ends up hotel is 15 walk from nearest local station. Facilities are clean however in need of a little maintenance. Good hotel for the price. Nearesy laundry is about 500m down road.

The room was well furnished. The service was great. People were very accomodating. Amenities were provides on a daily basis. Complimentary items were given consistently. Highly recommended if you don't mind walking a 10minute walk to the nearest train station.

Fun and comfortable place to stay.

Besides its big room and lots of facility inside, the price is incompatible. Though it's a bit far from the train station on foot, Shonai, it's actually convenient to take a train to go around Osaca. More than that, since it's not by the big shopping stores around, we really experienced the wonderful and friendly Japanese' hospitality.

Not centrally located but very spacious

The closest train station is Shonai which is a 15 minute walk away. It felt very hard to find from Kansai Airport, however, the next couple of days without carrying luggage didn't feel nearly as out of the way as trying to get there with suitcases. The rooms are very spacious. We went during winter and also a cold snap where it was about 0 degrees outside, so the extra heated hotel room felt somewhat oppressive. This seemed to be an issue throughout Japan though and not specific to this hotel. There was a separate section with deck chairs and a hot tub, which took a very long time to fill, and then we couldn't get it to turn on. Overall it was a fairly comfortable stay in a quiet area. One thing to note - the door from the bathroom out into the separate section will swing back very quickly when you let go of it, and it has very sharp corners. Don't let it slice your foot like it did mine.

An adult-style hotel

Room was nice, a bit of a swanky room for our tastes filled with accessories we didn't need. Also a bit of a walk from the train station through residential streets and alleys.

Love hotel

Did not realise that this was a love hotel. We felt very uncomfortable in the room. It is also really hard to get anywhere in Osaka from the hotel. It was a big room though and breakfast was pretty good and the staff helpful.

Very had to find

Your website needs to give clear instruction on how far this hotel from the main Osaka street. we had no idea how far it is and how difficult to find the hotel from the nearest local train station. If it wasn't the local Macdonald, we would never have found it

All Smoking room and not for family

We booked 3 non-smoking rooms for 3 adults and 2 children. After going to our room, we noticed that all rooms smelled like smoking rooms, so we went down to front desk and asked for non-smoking rooms. The person at front desk told us that all rooms are smoking rooms and there is nothing she could do to help us but to offer air fresher. This hotel turns out to be love hotel which provides items that are very inappropriate for children. Unfortunately, my kids opened one of the cupboards and found inappropriate items with pictures inside. Also inappropriate items are placed by the bed which I had to quickly hide them before my kids saw them. We were VERY disappointed and regretted our booking, ended up changing to different hotel with our loss. Please don't stay here if you have kids.

upon arrival, we saw arrows pointing us to our room, which we thought was a joke but nope, our door was lighting up. we walked in and omg, that says it all, HUGE ROOM, HUGE SHOWER, tv in the hot tub, awesome amenities, karaoke in the room, surround sound around the bed with self lighting. 24 hour room service...MASSAGE CHAIR?!?! this was the best hotel i have ever stayed and let me tell u, i have stayed in some nice places. hotel staff was awesome! you wont regret it.

Great for couples

This is a love hotel meant for couples. If that doesn't bother you, this is still a great place to stay. Massage chair, large bed, hot tub, giant shower, tons of amenities. Only problem is that it's far away from stations and transport.

Fun and Spacious!

It's a very nice and spacious room. It's a fun place to stay with a lot of little amenities and music sound system that played music in the background. Everything was great, the only downside for me was the lingering cigarette smoke smell of the room.

Suspicious but nice.

Families be careful - there are a range of suspicious gizmos available in room.If you're looking for cheaper accommodation however and don't mind the commute between the Hotel and Osaka station (which is around a 15min walk + 20 min train ride) then its fine. Hotel staff are very friendly and there are a number of local amenities available within walking distance of the place. Very clean and most rooms are equipped with a massage chair and ample room to move around in.

No Tell Motel..

Fantastic value, great experience

Incredible value. The price was great. The staff very helpful, friendly and attentive. Room service food was fast, tasty and good value; give it a try. The room was spacious and the bathroom and shower as well, with a bathtub large enough to fit two, though the jacuzzi function did not work. Positioning is okay, fine if you have a car. For those without, ¥1000 or so (as of the time of writing) will suffice to take a taxi to or from the hotel to nearby local stations and between ¥1500 and ¥2500 to Shin-Osaka station.

Hotel Grand-Fine

It had the biggest room I have ever stayed in when traveling in Japan. It has the biggest toilets and also no non-smoking rooms. With that said, it is a love hotel. Feels sketchy when you stay there. It is in a quiet area. It is nowhere near to train stations either.

Excellent Hotel! Super Bargain!

Yes it is a love hotel, and yes its quite far away from a train station. But it is well worth every penny! Its got a huge and beautiful room and bathroom, very spacey! Its got a very nice massage chair! Its got video games! (N64) Its got Karaoke! (Japanese/English/Korean/Chinese songs) Its got a slot machine! (cost money) Its got free breakfast delivered to your room every morning! (and great food too!) Its got free use of several types of brand name shampoo and body wash upon request! Its got a huge bath tub that can fit 2 people! And the staff are really nice! This is more than what you can ask for from a vacation. I like it more than a 5 star hotel.

被遺忘的早餐

竟然有一天漏了早餐（1/7），下雨天借雨傘說借光了，除此之外，都還不錯

Zimmer beide extrem dreckig, schimmel wo das auge hinsieht, haare, flecken (teilweise blut), badezimmer unzumutbar, zerrissene tapeten, bestialischer gestank. Sollten 4 nächte bleiben aber sind notgedrungen bereits am ersten morgen ausgecheckt und haben ein anderes hotel gebucht. Einfach ekelhaft.

清潔でCP良し。マッサージ椅子が動かないのと風呂場の灯りが寒々しいのだけマイナス。

特に問題なく宿泊できました。ラブホという点を気にしなければ良い選択肢になると思います。

最低の部屋

コロナ影響で部屋があまり稼働してなかったのか、部屋の隅にホコリゴミが沢山あり部屋を変更してもらうも、似たり寄ったりな状況で不潔極まりなかったです。

ラブホなんで部屋も広いしお風呂も広いしベッドも広いし文句の付けようがないんだけど残念なことに部屋の照明が消えなくてシャンデリアの球は緩めて消したけど後の照明は付いたままで明々としたまま寝ました 流石に中々寝付けなかった 残念です

飲食店街から10分丁度良い

施設以前に、ここは完全なラブホ。予約の段階でその情報がないのは、施設側の問題なのか、エクスペディアの問題なのか。男一人での出入りが非常に恥ずかしかった。とくに夜は一目でそれとわかるライトアップ。安いから大阪行きを決めたのに、結果、50%offでも決して安いとはおもえなかった。こういう勧誘は是非ともやめていただきたい。

침대가 자다가 몸만 뒤척여도 삐그덕 삐그덕 소리가 나서 여러번 깼어요. 위치는 대충 어딘지 알아서 괜찮았고 숙소가 근처에 다른 파인 가든 (이타미공항 근처)호텔 비해서 많이 낡았어요. 그래도 가격이 저렴하네요.

宿泊施設についての不満は特にありません。

ラブホテルだったことに気がつかず、姉と泊まった。タバコの臭いと音が気なる人にはオススメできないが、若くて本当に泊まるところとタダで駐車したい所が優先な人には別にいいと思った。

ビジネスだと思って行ったらラブホで驚いたが、良かった。

駐車場代が無料でgoodです。

浴槽にアンダーヘアーが落ちていた。清掃が行き届いてない。 部屋は、広くて快適だが、カラオケマイクはあるけど、カラオケが使えない。 まぁ、一番低いクラスの部屋だったから仕方ないか。

Good price. Nice staff. I like that it has quite a few choices of cleansing form/make up removers for ladies to use. Very considerate as the hotel also provide hair styling machines. Breakfast delivered to the room. At this amount of money, this hotel is a good choice if 1. You are travelling with your partner (it is a love hotel with sex toys in the room) 2. You have your own car The only thing i dont really like is the bed is too soft. You can easily wake your partner up if you go to toilet in the middle of the night.
