We stayed in late February so it wasn't overly crowded. We spent most of our time on the Platinum side. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property was beautiful. There are many restaurants to choose from. We tried as many as we could and found the food ranged from excellent to mediocre. The Plantinum buffet was always very good, fresh, and offered lots of choices. The late night food at 24x7 Rebels was terrible. Portion sizes at the ala carte restaurants tended to be small, so order the apps! I'm sure this helps reduce waste and food is included, so no harm. Just be aware of it. On the beach - Beware, if anyone hands you anything, a flower, a bird, anything, they will expect payment. They are there to make money, good for them. But they will take a picture of you with your phone and charge you a hefty fee. Absolutely would go back again.

Pros: Pick up from the airport in Punta Cana was efficient convenient and the representative was good for booking events / excursions during my stay. The resort was refurbished a few years ago so great facilities. Lots of options with restaurants and bars, great gym, rooms were and clean with a nice layout etc. Staff were polite and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay and would go again and recommend. Cons: This is more to do with the Expedia booking experience than the venue. When booking my room, I had assumed I was getting an ocean view and actual bungalow but the rooms are in a building of 12 units across 3 levels. I found this out when I arrived. Also, someone I met on my flight who booked the same room type as me via Expedia on the same day, and for the same duration paid circa 400 CAD less than me for their total package. How can there be such a vast difference in prices? Overall my four night trip was great but in the future will look at other options/ sites to compare prices.

So convenient to the beach, which was fabulous. Transportation readily available. Choice for dining was great. Pools were clean. Bars very well stocked and the staff were so courteous and a lot of fun. Highly recommend this resort. Thank you for a great vacation we will always remember.

This property was so clean. I loved all the nature and wildlife on the property. Rooms were clean but I had an usual amount of mosquitos in my room. The staff were all amazing, super welcoming and kind. The food was good, I could find something to eat at every meal. Overall I would recommend and I would comeback. I was in a bungalow but I want to try the platinum next time !

I recently stayed at another all-inclusive resort in Punta Cana, and I have to say this place was by far the best experience. I made it a point to leave a positive review because people tend to share negative feedback more quickly than positive, and this resort truly deserves recognition. The staff here were exceptional—attentive, friendly, and always going above and beyond to make me feel welcome. While I wish I could mention every single person who made my stay memorable, I want to highlight a few: Jose Luis R. at the pool bar, and Tarzan and Rosendo at the 24-hour dining. If you're ever feeling down or need a mood boost, just go meet Tarzan! His vibrant personality and dedication to service really set him apart from others I've encountered in the past. Thank you again to everyone who made my stay so enjoyable. I’m already looking forward to my next visit to experience the comfort and excellent service at this wonderful all-inclusive resort!

Property needs maintenance and repairs. There is always a bad smell in the rooms specially if you turn off the air conditioner. The bed sheets are outdated. The sink faucet was broken. The restroom door knobs in public bathrooms are almost all broke, you cannot close the door to do your business. I will not visit again, sadly because the staff service was great.

Paradise location, shame about the food.

Located on a beautiful stretch of Bavaro beach, this location is pure paradise steps from the white sand and crystal clear water. Being able to split your time between pool and beach so easily is a big plus. This resort is non stop entertainment with plenty of daytime activities and nightly music in the main square. There is a quiet pool and the beach is relaxed but this resort is definitely aimed at those looking for a lively experience. Whilst generally the service is good with friendly staff, the language barrier was more tricky than expected with many of the staff struggling with English. We had many orders not understood with wrong dishes served a number of times. We requested to move room on arrival as our room felt like it needed some TLC and was very far from the beach/pool. Even though there is a great shuttle service around the resort it was not practical for us to go back and forth with a baby. But the big disappointment about this resort is the food. With a large selection of restaurants available and not being too fussy, we were fairly relaxed about it. However the food was consistently below par in most of the a la carte restaurants, with only the Indian and Japanese decent. This was a common theme speaking to other guests and it really was not a 5 star experience. The buffet was fairly good and we enjoyed the food trucks at lunch to add variety. We were invited to the platinum buffet for one night and it was a lot nicer so definitely worth considering.

Overall I DID enjoy the concept of the hotel. This hotel was a backup because my flight was cancelled & need stay 2 more days & was cheaper. My stay was OK overall. I will break down my review by pros & cons Pros: 1.great nature walk 2. Peacocks & wildlife nice touch 3. Wait staff was great 4.Huge food selection 5.Cafe great food. 6. Located on the beach 7.Shuttle convient WHEN could catch a ride. 8. Beautiful lonby & grounds well kept. Cons 1. Hotel rooms are small compared to others. 2 No stairs 3.Mosqiutoes were HORRIBLE due to mangroves on the property brjng spray. 4.Lay out & signs to find rooms is confusing 5. Lost my room over 45minutes. None staff or ground keepers spoke English so they could NOT help me. 6. Room setup not good. Portrait that "conceals" safe the magent was missing so kept getting catch in my door & at times i couldnt enter my room. I had to use force. 7. Toliet & bathtub are NOT secured they move. 8. Took 20 minutes for my bathtub to fill up. 9. No elevators on property. 10. Not able turn off lights on balcony. 11.This is party hotel overcrowded pool & beach. 12. Food trucks on beach bland food. 13. Sauna & steam room area is extra charge. 14. Staff was confrontational towards my PERSONAL taxi driver. Made me uncomfortable. There no signs saying I could NOT use certain taxi providers.

This resort exceeded our expectations. very Beautiful property, gorgeous room suites, and overall design . Each area is unique depending on your mood. The platinum pool and relaxing pool were more quiet areas while the main pool had music and dancing .. the beach was gorgeous and we spent most of our time there . Many bars all around the resort . At night the plaza near the lobby always had music and dancing and main lobby bar was great. We loved the nature walk and saw many birds and turtles .. many peacocks and other birds were around the property .. this made it feel very natural . The tram was very convenient since the property is quite large . Staff were amazing .. housekeeping kept our room clean , bar tenders were super friendly , drivers and waiters and hosts remembered us . Some Of the food was very very good like at the platinum breakfast buffet , steakhouse .. some were just ok.. but the valentines dinner at soho and steakhouse were our favorites . drinks were very good . The gym was better than other hotel gyms . Some negatives were there restaurant service sometimes is a little slower than desired at some places. The spa was nice, especially the hammocks and that we were able to be just the two of us , but massage was not great. Other than that we had an amazing week long trip for valentines.. thanks to this amazing resort . Great value for the price range and amazing experience.

The property in general was well maintained and beautiful, and very convenient to go to the beach and the pool. The food options were also good but not all. We did encounter a couple of issues that caused a bit headache. The main thing is Internet which was slow and not working most of the time. The phone was not working and could not get any help from reception even though we reported multiple times. No microwave in the room , to prepare food/warm up milk for the baby. Requested one and was provided a broken one that was never replaced although reported many times. Staff were nice but a lot of people spoke no English except for those in reception areas.so, be ready to use Google translate but it's not that bad. I think it could be a great hotel if those little things were fixed.

5-star beachfront resort. Very large property affording lush grounds. Almost all buildings 3 stories with large rooms with salon, big bathroom and separate bedroom; called bungalows - but there are 12 per building, not separated. Excellent all inclusive dining options. We absolutely loved it.

We had poop stains in toilet. Curtains had smashed bugs all over it. Dirt all over floor. Our tv never worked we told multiple people. Also if we were vip we have same room but clean and smells good. They took us to it. So bc you cant afford it you get same room but dirty pretty much what he said. We got ignored many times at restaurants and theyvwont wait on you unless you tip. We do they once they see us tip they want to wait on us

One of the worst if not the worst properties I’ve ever stayed in while visiting punta Cana. Staff is terrible especial during check out! I tried hiring a professional photographer and the lady almost hit me because I requested to for her to show me previous work that she’s done and all she told me I’m a professional grabbed her camera a just left me there at the beach. In the room phone never worked and requested it to get repaired never did. Food isn’t great but if you want something good you must buy it which defeats the purpose of all inclusive. For this reason after 2 days we just didn’t even bother having breakfast lunch or dinner in the resort. We preferred to pay outside of the resort better food at a fraction of the price. Oh and they have these people walking around trying to sell you these packages for their hotel as if we wanted to return. Not returning even if it’s FREE!!!

Beautiful property, great staff, good food nice beach we only stayed one night so we didn’t get to take in the whole resort Also we could not book any of the fancy restaurants because you need to book a day in advance so we could only eat at the buffet..but we were happy with the food there which was impressive! It’s a big resort but they do a good job of moving people in the cart/Bus which comes about every 8-10 minutes and makes the loop from lobby to beach overall I’d come back!!

A good place to stay but not great.

The resort was overall a good experience. The biggest gripe I had was the cleanliness of the room upon arrival and during the stay. The toilet and faucet area was minimally cleaned and in need of many cosmetic repairs. Shower didn’t drain but maintenance came out and promptly and fixed it. The food at the restaurants was good. It was what I expected. The beach was nice as well. Many kids activities were advertised but upon showing up often the never happened or times were changed without notice. Overall, we enjoyed our time there but probably won’t stay again.

Best Vacays Ever

Our experience was absolutely fantastic! The food was incredible, the beach was stunning, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and always willing to help. The rooms were beautiful, safe, and impeccably clean—truly a 5-star resort. However, it would enhance the overall experience if guests could fully enjoy their vacation without feeling pressured by salespeople to purchase packages. Asking once is more than sufficient, rather than being approached multiple times a day. Thank you, we will definitively be back!

Resort is very close to the ocean, beach is very nice! Beautiful scenery, property is well taking care, breathtaking nature! Rooms and food could take improvement. Not much plain food options for babies/ toddlers. Everything is saucy and has weird smell/ taste. Seems like they reuse leftovers for the next meal. Bunch of restaurants that needs to do reservations to get in for no reason as food is not worth it. Only one buffet for dinner and 2 for breakfast.Rooms are dirty, cleaners not care much about dead bugs in the corners or cleaning glass in the shower. Rooms are full of mosquitoes and smell moldy.

Didn’t like the buffet at all and they make the process to book the restaurants pretty impossible especially when you first arrive! Get booked pretty fast! For people with allergies (dairy), don’t eat meat or gluten you DO NOT have much option!

Property very nice. Beach and pool is good. Need a few more restaurants and cafes. Close to local action. Avoid the buffet at dinner. Go for breakfast instead. Omelet bar is excellent. More tranquil. Overall solid place to stay

I would stay here again. The rooms are spacious with a separate bedroom. There are carts that drive throughout the day and night to get back and forth the your rooms and the excitement. Be sure to go to the restaurants that ask for reservations. The food is always better when you order, than buffet's. Swimming pools were awesome.

Had an amazing week with my family at this resort. It was so relaxing , the rooms were spacious clean and beautifully designed. The food was very good and had a lot of variety. The staff was very friendly and always had a smile on their faces. We loved this resort and would be happy to come back.

Resort needs an update, rooms very old and smelly. They wneed to add more entertainment, serve the guests better; some of them have attitude like they are doing you a favor. Over all resort is beautiful lots of turtles, ducks, and peacocks. The entertainment staff were very friendly.

I was impressed with the amount of entertainment, keep you on the go all the time. My suggestion for the long trips over 8 hours, is that an option is given for 3 sites so that other things can be done on that day;give option for 4 hours. Rather than 6-7 sites plus lunch for 10 hours trip.

Amazing resort with its private clean beach. Property is huge with different cuisines spread out across the property. Italian cuisine and buffet were good. Although Indian cuisine was sub par. Getting reservations for other cuisines was very hard. The entertainment programs were ok compared to other resorts I have seen across other Caribbean islands.

The resort is aesthetically beautiful but my first room was dirty and had sewage smell. One night i woke up because of the smell and couldn't back to sleep till I covered my mouth with some clothes I had. In retrospect, the air was toxic and I should have gotten out. I tried to keep bathroom door closed to keep the smell inside which slightly helped but when i went inside the bathroom after half a day of being outside, my eyes burnt. They eventually changed my room which was much more clean with some mold around faucets but didn't have that smell but i still had to walk past their sewage facility to get to the buffet and some restaurants/bars. One day while passing it, I gaged as the smell was so strong. Covering your mouth doesn't help.

Limited food options at buffets and it was completely exposed without protection glass. Untrained staff with no idea how to serve customers. We had to ask multiple times to get anything at restaurants - high chair, napkins, cups, silverware, water. Waiters never approached proactively, kept forgetting everything and many had a negative attitude. For instance, I asked for a hot dog from the kids menu and they served just a sausage, then argued with me saying their hot dogs didn’t have bread (?). I asked for cold milk for my son and the waiter - while holding the milk carton - said he was going to cool it and I asked “isn’t that from the fridge?” and he said “no, this was already heated” - so I inquired further and it turned out they heat the milk cartons in the microwave... Then we also saw at 2 different restaurants people throwing up in the middle of dinner. At that point my wife an I started to look into leaving earlier, but unfortunately before we managed to change flights my 4 year old had food poisoning and ended up hospitalized (the hospital qualifies for another negative review). All the above should be enough to convince you this is a horrible hotel choice, but just for completeness: the property is big, you need to get on a “train” to move around - long wait times, often crowded so you can’t get on, and some are diesel powered so noisy and contaminating. Good luck trying to sleep with the noise plus light from the balcony that can’t be switched off.

The food at this resort is terrible. The buffet in particular is not eatable. The theme restaurants are impossible to get a reservation at. The platinum members get first priority for making reservations. Staff is not willing to help. There were a ton of mosquitos in our rooms. We went home with bites all over our bodies.

Property is well maintained. Prices are jacked up for Christmas given that I travelled in May for 1/2 the price. Worth it for the May pricing. Flair airlines is horrible

La plage est super belle! Staff: Les employés ne sont pas très amicales. J’ai juste eu 3 jeunes employés qui étaient très souriants pendant une de mes soirées au buffet. Chambre: À plusieurs reprises dans une même journée, j’ai du contacter la réception puisque quelque chose ne fonctionnait pas dans la chambre! Mais à mon avis, quand ils voient le numéro de la chambre … ils ne vont plus répondre! (Problème avec frigo, air climatisé, manque de papier essuies tout …) je ne sais pas si j’ai été mal chanceuse mais toujours de quoi … J’ai eu la chance de croisé la superviseure dans un resto pour lui dire tout les inconvénients..certains ont été réglés MAIS APRÈS 4 jours de voyage… ça donne un goût amer 😩 Nourriture: il y a plein de resto mais je trouve pas beaucoup de choix pour les végétariens Spa: je suis allée au spa, j’ai passé mais 3 employées étaient entrain de parler entre-eux et ils ont même pas prix la peine de venir me dire bonjour et me faire prendre rendez-vous! Langue: peu de gens parlent anglais mais on peut quand même se débrouiller si on reste dans resort avec Google translate

I like that their was transportation within, good options for Resturant but I believe their is room for improvement for the plating of the food and room for improvement on the bathroom cleaning less. Overall I had a good experience/ time here

Be ready to travel far to get anywhere using the golf cart system It was expensive but the system works. Sorry if you’re disabled, you’ll get trampled as everyone wants to get in and there’s no courtesy. Food was good but can be better

Stayed here from December 16 till December 22. Good area, wonderful beach, amazing food choices. Why one star , because last two days my stay there they had an issue with cold water pipe I guess, I didn’t have a cold water , think no shower no AC no toilet use. I requested help in person from Guest Service , Reception and Manager on duty . No luck, at Guest Service they told me maintenance person will come and check my room , I waited from 10 pm till midnight, no one showed up this time I tried to call Guest Service and Reception but they didn’t answer seeing room number . And it was a major problem as they were digging around the building . Two last days of my vacation ruined all stay. 84 degrees no shower, no AC , no toilet was not fun time at all and no help , no apologies, nothing . It really show how management treats customers and how they care about hotel reputation.

Many many families with toddlers and small kids. If you look for a more relaxed and adult crowd, this is definitely not it. Evening entertainment is not great and you are hanging out with tons of kids. Its loud and busy. Best part is the beach. Wide and sandy and space to get some peace. Would not go back, there are better options in Punta Cana I have been to.

We had booked a one room cottage that was confirmed with Expedia, on arrival we were advised that there were no one room cottages even though I had called GBP to confirm our accommodation and to have a wheelchair available, we found the nigh desk person to be rude and unacomodating. As some who is physically challenge he tried to put us in a room on the second floor even though I was in a wheelchair. We were put into a ground floor room that had no grab bars in the shower and no handrail for the steps leading up to the bedroom, this Resort is not handicap friendly, I also felt they were taking advantage by wanting to charge $25.00 USD for a wheelchair.
