Great experience. Easy to check in, clean and quiet

For the avid Pube collector this is the place to be. Thought it would be hard to beat the six I had to wash down the drain before I put the kids in the shower- but I wasn’t disappointed when I climbed into bed and found two more! If your pube collection is lacking- book in here for a night -

Fabulous service, great place to stop

Travelling alone with my dog and had had booked a night here because it was convenient and dog friendly. When I was delayed and called to ask if my booking could be moved to the following night they were very helpful and able to change my booking last minute. I also needed to check in after 6pm and again they were very accommodating and communication was clear and helpful. Great off leash area which was appreciated after a day in the car. Cabin was clean and modern. Comfortable and included everything I needed as far as kitchen utencils and bathroom supplies. Convenient place to stop if you are travelling along the hume. Park was lovely and quiet and everyone I ran into was friendly.

I recommend it. good clean budget accommodation, air conditioner, comfortable beds, good quality linen and towels. The only thing that let it down was the shabby sofa bed.

This is the 2nd time in 2 months we have stayed here. Facilites immaculately clean and Kristy is always friendly and accomodating. Best thing is no excess noise or parties when you are trying to get a good nights sleep. This is our new go to place when staying in Goulburn

Nice two bedroom cabin

The two bedroom cabin was very suitable for our overnight stay. It was helpful to have a kitchen to prepare our breakfast.

Showing its age. Many long term units and contractors staying. Probably not ideal for families or younger kids. Well maintenance but just older.

For the price, our xabin qas quiet old and run down. Showing a lot of wear and tear

Great place to stay over for a couple of nights

Quiet, clean and comfortable accommodation in the cabin, ideal for a small family.

The owners are great communicators. The map of the park is easy to read so finding your way around is simple.

The good: It was warm and preheated upon arrival.The office staff were lovely and welcoming and the linen was clean. It was cheap. The bad: reading other reviews we must have got the oldest cabin in the park, the walls had holes covered over with stickers and around the floor line there were holes not covered over. The gas grill shot flames through a rust hole to the top of the stove and the tv was the size of an average computer monitor.

Great stay!

Great place to stay - very convenient! Cabin was a little outdated but still very functional and spacious. Had a slight issue with the hot water tap - it didn't work. Had to pull the cold water tap off to turn on / off the hot water.

It had everything you needed, even snowed overnight.

Clean but so old - plastic sheet on dining table !! Would not recommend this place

The play area was convenient and close to the cabin. We asked for some sheets for the beds (we were given only one for each single be) and the quilts did not have covers on them. We were told that the quilts were washed after each stay so sheets were surplus to our requirement. The quilts were very thin and the children were very cold in bed. The cabin was very drafty and difficult to keep warm.

Cabin was excellent. However signage to cabins after dark was very poor. Numbers of cabins were almost impossible to see in the dark.

The 2 br cabin we stayed in was very well appointed and roomy. Bathroom small but no problem with that. The caravan park was quiet and owners friendly and efficient.

Perfect for a young family. I know Goulburn is cold but a pool for the kids would make a major difference as during Feb we really needed to cool off

Bunk beds for the kids were not ready when arrived late at night. Microwave oven wasn’t working.

Property was ok for a night but the caravan park managers were very good people. My wife forget her wallet in one of the side tables, We contacted them on the following day and they were prompt in responding to my email, They also posted the wallet securely to our mailing address free of charge. The cabin was well set out however upon arriving in extreme heat the aircon was not on or working properly so very uncomfortable!

Pet friendly. Managament dealt with issues very aggresively. Not how managers should operate.

The property was close to the highway making transitions in and out of the town easy. It was also easy to locate and it was quiet. Friendly reception made us feel welcome.

Comfortable cabin

Although the caravan park is situated on the main road on the southern edge of Goulburn it is surprisingly quiet because it is set back behind another business 's building and has the sports clubs grounds along one side. Our cabin was clean and comfortable and the new owners were helpful and welcoming.

good stopover heading south from Sydney

This caravan park is located close to the Hume Highway and takeaway food outlets in south Goulbourn so it's ideal for an overnight stay when you are on the road. It's more of a practical place to stay rather than a destination in itself. The park is clean and orderly and suits caravaners on their way to other destinations.

Comfortable cabin

The cabin we stayed in was nice and clean. Some of the trimming needs replacing but it suited us fine. The air conditioner worked well considering the temp dropped to -9 overnight. The park is spacious with a quaint play area for the kids. We will stay here again as it is economically priced. Also, very little traffic noise.

Older cabins. Clean but a bit tired. Shower curtain sticks to you constantly in the shower.

Needed a place to stopover and suited it fine. Nothing fancy but you do get what you pay for.

One Night

Stayed for one night in a cabin. Office staff were very nice. Split system wouldn't blow warm air and not enough blankets. Basic accommodation, but it did it's job. My son slept in one of the bunks. Said it was very comfortable. My bed was comfortable too.

The cabin was well equipped, clean and quiet. On the cold night we arrived the heater in the cabin was already on ready for us. Would highly recommend.

Good overall experience but couch was to small and uncomfortable and same with bed.

I have always stayed here but last experience was not very good the blankets were not washed and had stains and also stunk this is the only issue I hba shad kf all my stays here

one night stand

we were looking for an inexpensive overnight stop and we were more than happy with what we got. The location was perfect, right next to the Big Merino. The price was as close as we could find for our shoes string budget. The cabin had everything we needed for our family of four.

Good location

It was in a good location, I was travelling through, and needed somewhere to stay for the night that was reasonably priced. It is near fast food facilities and petrol stations and easy access back to the highway.

Very poorly maintained! No blankets - freezing!

The park was in poor condition. No gardens or maintenance! Unit was clean . Al long way from centre. Got cold and no blankets. Freezing .

Cain Fever

The Caravan Park was very easy to find and our cabin had everything on needs for an overnight stay. It was super clean and we were able to park right at the door.

Needed to break the trip.

This stop was to freshen up, have a shower and a sleep, then back on the road again. At the price it fit the bill, nothing about it was flash.

disgusting

There was nothing right about this place. Dated and unclean. Bed was broken,floor filthy,tv was too small,noisy at night,driveway uneven,bathroom disgusting,whole cabin needs to be knocked down. Wouldnt allow my dog to stay here.

The van park from hell

We stayed in a cabin, cleaniness went out the door, hole in the bathroom wall, floors were filthy, stove couldnt be cooked on for the food caked on it, table was held up with cardboard, bed was sagging underneath,bathroom was filthy,walls and ceiling were bubbling...complained to the owners with pics no apology only excuses.. were told 3 different excuses as to why we couldnt get a refund. Expedia stepped in and refunded half our stay.

Very nice place to stay after long drive

Arrived after long drive tired and thirsty, reception staff very nice and helpful , cabin spotless easy to find with map. Had great nights sleep, very quiet, beds warm and comfortable. Would stay there again and also recommend it to friends. Thank you.

Great value

Everything we needed in a self contained cabin , and cheap! Heater worked like a charm too (thankfully! Haha). Great value for families. Thank you, we would definitely come back

Reasonably priced stopover

The cabin itself was clean and the supplied bedding was clean and adequate for the cold. The cabin needs a little updating as does the park itself. We found the staff very helpful and accommodating. It was adequate for our needs and we appreciated the heating.

Warm and cosy winter stay

Accommodation met our needs. The cabin had air con and electric blankets which is essential in Goulburn. Had all of the facilities that we required for a one night stay.

Great overnight stay. Enjoyed. Very clean. Would recommend it to fellow travellers especially families. Very quiet area. Close to attractions in the area. Daughter had been studying about merino sheep so was great to be able to show her this attraction. Can't think of much more to say. Will probably call in on the way home if we come back the same way. Carvan park is cheap for short stay. Very reasonable price. You must clean up before you leave. Everything must be washed up and put away. Or you pay extra $50 for cleaners to do it. Not much about the area Goulburn. But we only stayed for one night.

Close to hume highway

Excellent stay except for coachroaches that crawled on us when sleeping. Needs pest contril. Orherwise very clean, modern. Bed extremely hard though.

Clean, family size, budget.

Good family size, kids found bunk bed a little too firm. Good shower and cabin was comfortable with the reverse cycle air con. But would be better if there was some sort of wall for noise screening from the traffic On a Budget it probably weighs up value for money. Ask for a newer cabin.

Perfect stopover

Close to FWY access making it an easy stopover, clean and tidy, value for money

Just stayed overnight and was perfect for what we needed.

Very basic, looked clean but kids feet were black within 10 minutes of walking in the kitchen.

Bed extremely uncomfortable hardly slept and a very sticky and dirty floor . Not much else to say wont be staying there again.

Basic but met our needs

Basic but adequate for our needs (stopover to snow). Warm, clean and hot shower. Toiletries, linen and tea/coffee well stocked. Owner/manager was very helpful with instructions for late checkin

Did the job

Might have given it a better rating if the weather wasn't so bad and we spent less time in the cabin. when we arrived it had a bit of an odour (but it was pet friendly) and looked run down on the outside. The inside looked reasonable but putting a curtain around a bed does not make a bedroom in my opinion. The "fully equipped kitchen" only had one saucepan (and probably not enough plates for the 6 it claims to accommodate) and the stove was one of those cheap electric jobs that took 30 minutes to get hot enough to make butter sizzle so we could fry butter. The stove/oven has been replaced and the old space for them was just boarded up, not even made into a cupboard. The heating didn't seem to work properly. Had to take all our own bedding including pillows and hand towels.

Saw some very bad reviews but our stay was great. Very clean and new villas, only small but very comfortable. It was a lovely surprise after seeing a couple of bad photos which must have been taken a long time ago. Cannot comment on caravan park amenities.

We were in Goulburn for a weekend for end of financial year business. We stay here regularly now in one of the homestead villas. Clean, plenty of space, and comfortable.
