Good experience with the hotel

Our stay was amazing. All of the employees were amazing. Kevin, Qui, and Gem were especially very kind and helpful. They were able to do our laundry very quickly and the room was quiet and clean. We would definitely stay again.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed with , in term of staffs, the owner, and the room. Love them all ! You all shall try them!

Location was perfect. Walkable to all major landmarks and food areas.

This hotel is old and not well maintained. It was probably nice 20 years ago but it certainly didn’t rate the 4 star rating Expedia gave it. The room was clean, but everything was worn. Room temp was tricky and the hot water lasted 4 minutes before it turned cold. The elevator didn’t go all the way to the top and I needed to carry my bags up steep winding stairs to get to my room. The location was the only benefit and it was walking distance to many attractions in the city as well as food options in the Old Quarter. Front desk staff, especially Mrs. Jessica, were quite helpful and accommodating. For the price I paid, I feel like it should have been a better place. I won’t stay there again.

Gold Sun Villa sent us last minute to cancel our stay & changed our stay to other hotel that I rated it 2 to 2 1/2 star, not 4 stars as they emailed us.It was good location in old town, however the interior was old & not clean. My room had ants & cracked floor. Furniture has broken knobs. Room had balcony that we couldn’t walk outside bc of messy pots. Unhappy stay.

Like a small hotel apartment

Good hotel, tucked away from the street. Located behind main street buildings, so very quiet place to be. A little hard to find the entrance Since, from outside, it’s only a doorway to walk through to the reception. Spacious room with a setup for kitchen possibilities. No cooking or kitchen tools though. But fairly large refrigerator and cooler, for storage of all your daily foods and drinks. Nice and very helpful staff. Restaurant little small with place for 20 guests at a time. Good food made by order.

Almost perfect

Amazing value. Huge room, complete with desk, big comfy bed and fridge. Water in shower VERY hot. I burnt my self. Breakfast delicious, but not enough seats. I had to wait on the first day. Staff all very friendly, however some problems with communication.

The hotel Location is very central yet is very quiet

Its very quiet and peaceful hotel to stay in. The room is huge and the breakfast is great!

Good location in the heart of the old quarter. Staff very helpful and friendly. The air conditioning unit was noisy and when I complained, they find another room for me. So very helpful too. There is no view unless you are at the top levels, but it is quite, considering how busy the area is.

Perfect place in Hanoi

Best hospitality! Perfect place to stay in the city centre while an alley away from the main road, so its quite and convenient! Kind and nice staffs, delicious breakfask with various choices, its just perfect!

Great location and the staff were excellent, service was impeccable. The airline damaged one of our luggage cases (main zippers were ripped off). We asked the hotel manager where the nearest luggage store would be. He suggested that we try to get it repaired instead, it would be cheaper. The manager himself drove our suitcase to the repair shop and delivered it back to us the next evening. The repair was professionally done (couldn’t even tell it was repaired) and the repair shop installed a heavy duty zipper that should last beyond the life of the suitcase. This was done at a fraction of the cost for a new suitcase. The room was great, clean, and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, good variety. The staff excelled in making our stay pleasant. We would definitely stay here again.

Ha Noi vacation 2018

Just came back from our first trip to Hanoi. We booked Golden Sun Villa Hotel for their location in Old Quarter, just few minutes walk to Hoan Kiem lake. Everyone of the hotel staff were so friendly and helpful, that made us feel at home. The breakfast was great with some Hanoi specialty dishes. Jeff helped us to book all the wonderful trips around Hanoi (HaLong bay cruise, Sapa, Perfume Pagoda, Truong An Tam Coc) with very reasonable price. Thanks everyone at Golden Sun Villa Hotel, we can not say enough good thing about you. We'll see you again soon.

Very comfortable

Great staff, great location

Golden Sun Hotel is conveniently located in the middle of the Old Quarter and adjacent to Hoan Kiem Lake. The shining star at Golden Sun (forgive the pun) is the exceptional staff. Without exception, I was always greeted with a friendly hello and smile. The staff was always eager to help me in any way that they could, and they really made me feel very comfortable. From Justin at the lobby desk, to the receptionists, the doormen, kitchen staff, and cleaning crew - all were absolutely exceptional. Friendly, hard working, and diligent are words that come to mind. Thank you for helping to make my stay in Ha Noi fantastic. If I stay in Ha Noi again, Golden Sun would be my first choice.

Incredible service

Highly recommended, fantastic value hotel. Big thanks to the staff, especially Justin for going above and beyond to ensure our trip - even after we left the hotel, went smoothly. Better service than we got at 5 star hotels!

Great staff. Decent breakfast menu selection that includes local food and western style. Getting into the hotel seems sketchy being at the end of dark alleyway, but once past it, decent hotel. Convenience store in 1 min distance.

Excellent hotel

My family stayed here for a total of 5 nights. Cant say enough about the staff here. The location couldn't be any better, you are right in the middle of everything. Breakfast is very good. Would definitely stay here again.

<5min to St Joseph and Serve great local Breakfast

Do not judge by the tiny lane into the hotel. This area is quiet from those noisy horns. This is my third visit to hanoi. The location is convenient to walk to st joseph, or the Hoan Kiem - Dong Kinh Nghia Thuc Square. The room is spacious, well equipped, clean and cosy. I have nothing to complain. They serve great local breakfast - Pho ga/bo, Pho cuon, Bun rieu and also international breakfast. Although they do not have a wide range, but sufficient to fulfil my local craving over the 3night stay. I have spend double the pricing to stay in 4-5 stars hotel. Of coz, their interior is much newer and stylish. Food serving has greater variety and more fusion options. But i will still love to return to Golden Sun Villa as everything is so worthy!

Home Away From Home

I chanced upon Golden Sun Villa Hotel during my last trip when I walked past their narrow alley and saw the inviting mural. I decided to check out their room and they obliged to let me view. I vouched to stay there this trip and I’m really glad I did. Our room faced the courtyard & away from the chronic noise pollution in the old quarter. It was a very peaceful and pleasant stay. I was utterly impressed with their breakfast! The portions were generous considering you can order as much and as many dishes on the menu as you wish and each order was prepared from scratch, including their yoghurt which is delicious - this from a 3 star hotel!!! Their staff are extremely attentive. We will definitely stay at Golden Sun Villa in our next visit to Hanoi.

A nice small hotel near the main attractions.

The hotel is centrally located in the old quarters close to the old church and the lake. The main attractions are within walking distance. Since it is not in the main street, you will have some peaceful time in the room away from the hustle and bustle of Hanoi traffic. The services are excellent, kudos to Justin and Mia. The staff will take the extra mile to make our stay more pleasant. The entrance to the hotel is via a small alley. I think this should be made more prominent as it is not easy to find. Overall we are very pleased with the hotel.

Central Hanoi hotel

This is a slightly dated hotel tucked away down an ally but don't be put off. The staff are all helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The location is very good too, just a short walk from the lake.

Fantastic staff and a great location

We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. The staff were amazing. Justin and the team did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. They allowed us to store our bags and use the dining room to relax in while waiting for a late flight. They recommended sights and places to eat. Nothing was too much trouble. It was such a pleasure staying here and made our visit to Vietnam even better. Breakfast was lovely, the fresh fruit, Pho, omelettes and crepes. The location was terrific - right at the edge of several districts. We loved the alley entrance way to the hotel - it was like stepping into a quiet oasis after the hustle and bustle of the busy old quarter. The double room we had was clean and very comfortable. Excellent value for our family of 4.

When the driver dropped us at the entrance of the hotel, we were all taken by surprised as the entrance of the hotel were really unimpressive. Its a very narrow entrance of about 700m in width and about 11m in length. Upon entering into the reception area, we were greeted by very friendly staff Linh. To our surprised, we were upgraded to a family room instead of the Junior Suite that we had we had booked. The room were very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast were served at a little dinning room next to the reception area. Food were good. Service staff were very attentive too. It's within walking distance to the Old Quarters area with night markets and lots of shopping along the way. We had joined the tours from the hotel to Perfume Pagoda and Ha Long Bay. The tour company for Perfume Pagoda is not so good in terms of transportation. Whereas Wati Travel to Ha Long Bay provides very good transport and guide. The manager - Eric from the hotel gives very quick respond on any queries posted. All the staff in the hotel were very friendly and helpful.

Awesome services

Receptionist was good,called me to inform me that there is complimentary breakfast i told he i was too tired to go down for it. She even offered to send it to my room for me. On the day of check out we needed to go to the airport the road in front of the hotel was closed she kindly accompanied us to walk to the other side of the road to wait for a taxi despite raining. Being in a foreign country having such services is commendable. Thumbs up !

Small but homely

Amazing staff, central location, great choice!

I've stayed in the hotel for 2 nights - before and after my Sapa trip. After booking the hotel, immediately I've received an email and a whatapp from the hotel manager, welcoming me and thanking for my choice. To be fair, I was a bit overwhelmed, but later I found this contact extremely useful as I had a direct line with my travel agent, adviser, and hotel information. I'm very thankful to Eric for being so patient and kind advising me on all sort of things and booking my travels. The staff at the reception is the friendliest imaginable. It feels like the ladies became my good friends during my stay, offering not only services to the highest standard, but being genuinely interested in my trip. I now feel sad I might never see them again. Their smiles are so warm and welcoming. If I go back to Hanoi i'll pick this hotel. On arrival, you're not only greeted with a smile, but also with some fresh fruit and a drink. The rooms are very nice and include a fridge, a bed, and a shower. Nice and clean. There's an extra double-glazed door to protect from the sounds inside the hotel, which works very nicely. I wish all hotels had this! The location is awesome, with lots of local shops and restaurants around. The hotel might be a bit hard to find because you need to go through a narrow alley (beautifully painted) and the hotel sign on the street is cluttered with other ads. The breakfast is very nice too, served with a smile.

Excellent location, outstanding service!

This is an excellent hotel in the heart of Hanoi's Old Quarter. It is a five minute walk to Hoan Kiem Lake and very close to all kinds of stores and restaurants. The rooms are very clean and include a mini fridge and a separate sitting area. Air conditioning and cable TV with a number of English-language programming makes it nice to come back to the room in the evenings. A fantastic breakfast is included with fresh fruit and juices and you have a range of menu choices-from western-style eggs to Vietnamese dishes or salads. Hotel staff and service is outstanding: they are eager to please and go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. They take care of your laundry, call your taxis and arrange your excursions, all done with a smile and utmost efficiency. This is an outstanding hotel in a great location!

What an excellent staff Every one of them are very approachable, informative, communicative and friendly. Presentation and cleanness of rooms are excellent.selection of breakfast provided were also very delicious. We stayed in connecting room and two bedroom and family room and they are all very spacious and clean. I would strongly recommend this hotel to those who are looking for quality family hotel in good location.

Perfect convenient, clean hotel with great staff

Golden Sun Villa Hotel provided one of the best hotel stays I have ever had in my life of travel. The property is conveniently located near a central point in Hanoi's Old Quarter. It is walking distance from just about everything in town. Their staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating. Led by Kim, they helped with our bags, opened doors for us, provided a sufficient (large for Hanoi) room with hot water and comfortable beds with great pillows. They fed us delicious and quickly served breakfast every day to get us going and not take up too much of our time before we headed out to explore Hanoi. When we needed a taxi, Kim called and had the taxi arrive almost immediately, walked outside with us and gave direction to the driver in Vietnamese. Although taxi drivers running up rates is common in Hanoi, this would never happen when the car was called and dispatched by the Golden Sun Villa Hotel staff. There are only a couple rooms on each floor, and our room didn't share any walls with other hotel guests. It was very quiet and peaceful inside despite being centrally located in a loud, bustling city. The air conditioning unit in the room was strong and kept us cool, and there were several windows we could open to get fresh air during cool evenings. I really just cannot say enough nice things about the property and staff. Perfect hotel.

In Hanoi, a lot of other good hotel.

I arrived in the dawn didn't know black powder on the bed is too much. Too dirty couch and chair, a broken cup, An uncomfortable bed... In Hanoi, a lot of other good and hotel (and more affordable!)

3 star hotel but 5 star staff

Ok so this is a 3 star hotel located down a tiny alleyway but it is clean, breakfast is good and it is two minutes walk to the Hoan Kiem lake with plenty of bars, restaurants and shopping very close. But....OMG the staff are just superb and go that extra mile that you simply don't get in a large hotel. We booked a 3D2N trip with Indochina Junk through Vivian at the hotel and basically the company pulled fast one due to the weather forecast and 80% of those on board aborted the trip on the first afternoon. We'll Vivian was distraught when somehow she found out the trip has been curtailed and was on the phone to me that evening full of apology (despite it being not her fault in the slightest) while we were still in Halong Bay and organised a hotel for us back in Hanoi and then negotiated a cash refund from the tour operator over and above what they were offering. As it was our anniversary she then organised a cake for us the next day and so it went on. Simply the best staff we have ever come across anywhere in the world.

Friendly, comfortable escape

Most comfy beds, friendly staff, delicious juices and SO quiet in location in middle of block off busy street. Only noise from outside were faint church bells ringing on the hour. When friends came to hanoi a few days later and i moved to a suite at a different hotel, bellhop packed me and my suitcase on his motorbike and drove me there.

The hotel is in a great location, very close to Hoan Kiem lake and at the edge of the old quarter. The staff kindly accommodated our requested for a room on a higher floor.

Perfect for family trip

It's a peaceful land in down town Hanoi, old quarter area. Walking distance to all kinds of food, Hoan Kiem Lake, Saint Joseph Cathedral and all kinds of shopping. We booked a room of 1-double and 1-single bed. Very spacious with a desk and mini bar. Perfect place for family trip given the pace and shorter distance to everything.

Excellent Service

Our first look at hotel made us disappointed and we thought of changing the hotel as the entry to the property was quite narrow and its a very small property with less than 20 rooms, there is not much space to do anything else outside your room. But soon these feeling overtook by excellent services provided by the staff. All of them were very responsive and ready to provide quality information and help make your stay comfortable. the breakfast was excellent with lots of choices and good services. Room size is good and location is excellent right in the center of old quarter. however we feel that hotel can improve its air conditioning, Hanoi was very hot during our visit and the capacity of ACs were not enough to give relief. to compensate our discomfort hotel provided us complementary drop off to Airport.

Excellent small hotel

Very nice but tiny hotel tucked way back from the street. All guests book through online resources. Staff is very responsive. Beds are a bit too firm in a large bedroom. AC works great! We booked s food tour and a staff member took us around for $50 for three hours. The street food was great and he answered a LOT of our questions. We got our monies worth.

The hotel does nod have a nice street front face but as you enter you are welcome like no other hotel! The room are big, clean and with a very modern look! Great location, close to the puppet water show and the lake!

Comfy clean hotel in central town

We were warmly greeted with a juice and comfy seat,our heavy bags were taken off us and the friendly staff introduced us to the place and gave us a map with great advice on what to eat and where to shop. The room was amazing! With great amount of space and huge comfortable beds.the bathroom although small, was clean and beautiful inside with a lovely shower and floored in bamboo and pebbles, with rose petals. Con: I lost a shoe there..

You won't be disappointed

This hotel is located just on the outskirts of the old town and close to the lake. It is an excellent location and you can walk to the old town in 5 minutes. The Hotel is very quiet and off the main street. We were on the top floor and the views over the city were pleasant. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The wi fi signal was strong in the room. We stayed at another Hotel for 2 days and were very disappointed so discovering Golden Sun Villa was fantastic. The staff are helpful and professional. Breakfast was also very nice. I will stay here again if I come back to Hanoi.

This hotel is an aladin's cave hidden in a tunnel that would remind one of the struggle in vietnam in days gone by except that the walls are painted with lovely murals of flowers.When you reach the door of this small hotel at the end of the tunnel you have reached shingrala room big bed soft but not too soft sheets perfect bathroom clean in perfect order breakfast cooked to order real fresh orange juice but the real find is the staff one and all could not have done more .Advice re eating shopping sight seeing getting to and from the airport they just mind you .Yes not all of them can speak great english but my Vietnamese is very limited and the patience shown to me sorted everything out . in short a great little hotel to explore Hanoi

A good stay

Very good location, super friendly and helpful stuff. Our room was nice and also offered a simple kitchen with electric kettle. We were very content with our stay there.

Great hotel and staff!

The staff was very friendly and accommodating to all our needs. Whenever we made a request, they immediately helped. My dad needed special whatever for a medical device and they gladly had it for us upon arrival and didn't even charge! (other hotels during our stay were not so kind) They sincerely want to provide good service and are diligent in caring for their guests. One minor thing to note * the hotel was down a short alley which was painted and brightly lit. It just made it slightly difficult to find the hotel the first time.

Our 4 days 1 nite stay was simply pleasant!

It isnt a hotel with normal frontage like most of others... but that we soon found out that didn't matter at all... Hotel Staff were warm, friendly and helpful. We were greeted with those pleasantly warm smile and eagerness that immediately settled us down for a nice family holiday. Breakfast was pleasantly superb. It wasn't exactly what we have expected but that experience has raised our expectations totally.. Hotel location was convenient and quiet for a good night rest

Great base for Hanoi

Overnight stay on our last evening prior to leaving Vietnam. Wished I had booked this hotel for the initial part of our stay. Don't be put off by the narrow entrance, hotel was a little gem. The staff were excellent and extremely helpful. Excellent quality for the price, with accessibility to all of the delights of the old quarter.

Perfect in every way

This hotel has what many 5* establishments do not. Charming helpful staff, large rooms, quality bed linen, complimentary fruit basket and snacks, fridge, Air Con and a quiet restful ambiance, much appreciated in the bustling streets of Hanoi. 2 mins walk from the lake, lots of shops and restaurants in surrounding streets of the old quarter. Breakfast menu varied, reception staff even let us print our boarding cards from their computer . They ordered the Taxis to and from Airport, greeted us with a cool drink. Just Perfect and such value. Do not hesitate to stay here.

Charming service, gorgeous rooms

I had a wonderful stay at Golden Sun Villa Hotel. Staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful, and had excellent knowledge of local attractions. The breakfast was divine, as were the staff here. Rooms were luxurious with fantastic AC and huge, comfy beds. The rose petals on the bed were a nice touch, even for a solo traveller! With the excellent prices I'd certainly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling in Hanoi!

The room we were given on the first day was a bit unsanitary, so we asked to change it, and they did so the next day, allowing us to spend the remaining three days in comfort.

접근성 뛰어나며 투어신청하니 픽업되는 용이한 위치에 성인3인이 사용하기 넉넉히 넓은방 맘에들고 조식 나쁘지 않아요.. 하지만 입구가 넘 좁아 놀랬고ㅠㅠ 시설이 낡아 좀 그랬지만 먹을거리. 호안끼엠 호수 산책등은 좋아요

2박 해놨다가 생각보다 일찍 도착해서 3박 묵었는데 정말 친절하셨고 한국어 하시는 분들 계셔서 편했어요!!!!!성요셉성당이랑 가까워서 종소리도 들리고 커튼 있어서 빛 완벽하게 차단할 수 있다는 점이 좋았습니다. 조식도 맛있었는데 저희가 늦잠자느라 한 번밖에 못 먹은게 정말 아쉽습니다ㅜㅜ

It was very nice. They provide kindry service for customer. Good room condition, delicious food, and everything was so good! But it is just danger that spread towel on the stair at entrance. Thank you for your service. It was a precious time of family. Specially, who open a door, carry our luggage, he was so kind. I don't know his name. I deliver him my appreciation. I couldn't told him because I was in a hurry to get ready to leave. It was a very professional service. I would recommend Golden Sun Villa to friends who are going on a trip to Hanoi. Thank you.

全体的に良かった。立地も良く動きやすい。ただ、入り口が分かりにくい為毎回さ迷った。部屋も十分な広さがあり快適だが、備え付けのスリッパが硬いサンダルの為、結構うるさい。朝食は注文してから作ってくれるので出来立てで美味しかった。

호안끼엠 호수와 근거리에 위치해서 접근성이 너무 편리하고 직원들 또한 매우 친절해서 기억에 남는 호텔 호텔 조식은 뷔페가 아닌 주문형 볶음밥, 오믈렛, 국수등 내 취향에 맞게 주문 할 수 있다 ㅣ개를 시키든 2개, 3개 요리를 시키더라도 별도의 추가 비용은 받지 않는다 그리고 호텔리어들 또한 영어패치가 상당히 잘 되어 있음

レビューが良かったので、期待し過ぎてしまったかもしれません。 ○部屋 ダブルルームに4泊しました。部屋の広さは十分で、収納スペースもあります。ただ、スーツケース置きの壁のコンセントの隙間から小さなアリが侵入し、スーツケースの中で行列を作っていました。床に直置きすることで解決しました。 ○スタッフ みなさん笑顔で挨拶してくれます。文化の違いなので許容範囲内ですが、ドアマンはいつ見てもスマホでゲームやテレビ電話をしていました。総じてアットホームな雰囲気でした。 ○ツアーの手配 宿泊予約してすぐに空港送迎、ハロン湾その他へのツアー申込についてメールをいただきました。 ハロン湾、チャンアンのツアーを予定していたのですが、希望日がベトナムの祝日とも重なるため、現地申込ではなくホテルで確実に申し込むことにしました。 チェックイン時にお支払いとの約束でしたが、こちらが確認するまで何もなく担当したスタッフに確認するとのこと。翌朝まで何の返答もなかったため、こちらからメールを見せながら詳細なスケジュールやバウチャーをお願いしましたが、メールに書いてある通りでロビーで待っていればいいとの一点張りで、実際に送迎が来るまで不安でした。 ツアー自体も他の行き先のグループとの混載で、待ち合わせ場所で1時間以上待たされたり、数日前に急遽スケジュールが変更されていたらしく別の場所への案内（追加費用）となっていたり混乱続きでした。 ツアー催行はホテルの過失ではありませんが、多少高くてもホテル経由で安心を買ったのに、とても残念でした。 いろいろ書いてしまいましたが、ホテル自体はお値段相応またはそれ以上だと思います。

냉장고 소음 같은 소음이 있고 아침 6시 하노이 대성당에서 종을 울리는데 종소리가 들림 화장실에 날개달린 개미가 조금 있었음 직원들은 굉장히 친절하고 소음 때문에 방을 바꿔달라고 하니 3층에서 8층으로 바꾸어 주었음..

잘 지냈습니다.

직원분들 친절하시고, 조식도 맛있어요. 엘베가 팔층까지 있는데 구층 배정 받아서 계단 올라가야했어요. 전체적으로 깨끗했는데 개미가 있었어요. 금고위에도 탁자위에도.. 불 끄면 더 많이 나왔어요. 불 켰을땐 많이 안 보였는데.. 그게 좀 그랬네요. 와파는 잘 터졌고, 픽업 드롭 서비스도 시간 잘 지켜지고 편하게 이용했어요.

성요셉성당 근처에 있어서 이동하는데 편리했으며 큰 도로가 아니어서 조용했습니다. 직원들이 친절하고 서비스가 좋아서 다음에도 이용하고 싶네요

골목살짝안쪽으로 들어가서 오토바이소음없었고, 방컨디션도 좋았어요! 샴푸등은 모텔처럼 벽걸이식이라 챙겨간거썼구요, 직원분들 친절해서 정말좋았습니다! 골든썬빌라에서 2박,롯데호텔1박했는데, 놀러다니기도 골든썬이 좋았고, 직원들 친절도도 골든썬이 더좋았어요 짱짱! 추천합니다!

시설 다른 국가들에서 경험하는 호텔과는 조금 다릅니다. 한 층에 방이 두개밖에 없는 작은 건물입니다. 방 내부는 세련되진 않지만 깔끔하고 적당한 크기였습니다. 트윈룸인데 침대가 싱글 하나 더블 하나로 크기가 달랐습니다. 화장실은 샤워부스가 있고, 크기도 적당, 깔끔했습니다. 제가 묵었던 3월 초 기준 방 내부는 조금 습하다는 느낌이었는데, 에어컨으로 제습이나 냉방을 하면 금방 쾌적해져서 불편함이 없었습니다. 조식 뷔페식이 아니라 메뉴를 주문하는 방식인데 대체로 무난한 맛입니다. 이것저것 먹어본 결과 클럽 샌드위치, 오믈렛, 쌀국수가 무난합니다. 크랩 쌀국수는 주의하세요... 서비스 직원 분들이 모두 친절하고 영어도 잘하셔서 불편함이 없었습니다. 위치 호안끼엠 호수 등 관광지와 가까워서 편했습니다. 밤에 호수나 맥주거리에서 걸어올 수 있고, 근처에 편의점도 있습니다. 주변은 번화가가 아니라서 조용합니다. 단점 밤 12시가 되면 정문을 잠그고 직원도 잡니다. 벨을 누르면 자다가 나와서 문을 열어주는 방식이라 늦게 들어갈 때 미안했습니다. 베트남은 많은 호텔이 이런 방식인 것 같습니다.

전반적으로 만족하나 객실에 개미들이 들끓었음...개미 잡느라 고생했음...지어진지 오래된듯 대부분 작음..엘리베이터, 계단 등이 그러함

그간 내가 묵었던 호텔 중 친절도는 최고!!! 3성급이니 그만큼의 시설인데 조식이 매우 맛있고 직원들은 5성급에도 뒤떨어지지 않구 특히 침구 ㅎㅎㅎ 매우 좋음. 프랑스거라던가.. 침대는 왜이리 큰거야 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 늘 반겨주던 MAY~~ 고마워!!!

직원들이 매우 친절하고, 호텔도 깨끗해요. 찾는데 고생했지만, 그건 호안끼엠이 저에겐 복잡해서 그래요.
