We had to pay 50 eur per night more, because they did not allow us to stay with our child which is 7 years old, they say its agains our hotel policy although expedia says children up to 12 yrs old stay for free. They recommend not to book with Expedia but with Booking or directly with them as expedia tends to distort they policies.
The staff were extremely hospitable and kind to us.. good find if you wanna have a good experience and close to attractions…
Great breakfast, quiet comfy rooms
Very friendly staff
Elevator was a relic
All good
All of staff were so good, hotel was clean. Breakfast was great.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location
Very good location in center of city Clean and nice , friendly staff. Room is a little small for me but it is a Europe )
Staff outstanding, wifi awful
On the upside, the reception, especially the lady from Cape Verde, and breakfast staff were wonderful. The manager of the hotel was also fantastic. Breakfast was very good tadting and value. The rooms are a bit small. The gym is really small, and wifi was intermittent in my room, non existent in our other room. The location is fantastic. The room was clean. The lift is cute.
Great place to stay and such a wonderful staff. Will definitely stay there again.
Quite & Comfy ****Hotel near Opera
I’d would like to thank Hotel Noaille management for the special surprise as we were celebrating our birthday. This stay was an experience to repeat in the future, merci!
Breakfast was great, friendly staff, close to shopping.
The room was clean, adequate size by Parisian standards and had a balcony--a huge plus! The unexpected thing was the tub with only a hand held shower without anything separating it from the rest of the room. The staff was very accommodating and offered to change us to a room with the shower after 3 nights, but by then we have adjusted and stayed in our room. Everybody was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was great, not to mention the a location!.
.
Amazing modern hotel by the Opera house. Nice spacious room and lovely bathroom. Very quiet but close to the tourist areas. All the staff were so friendly and helpful would throughly recommend
I paid for an air conditioned room. The air conditioner never worked. They didn’t switch me to another room. Several of the light fixtures in the room didn’t work.
Had a great 5 day stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel clean and included breakfast was very good. Rooms clean a bit small but fine. Beds comfortable. Location great, everything walkable and metro near by.
Great service and friendliness of the staff with an excellent breakfast!
I love this hotel. It is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff are the nicest people ever, and everything about the hotel is incredibly amazing.
Small modern cozy hotel, we had a junior suite and it was prefect for us and our 8 years old. Excellent location 5 min away from Opéra and Lafayette Galleria shopping mall, 10 min walk to the Louvre! 5 min walk to the subway station. Stuff is super friendly and helpful.
.
Staff was wonderful and really went out of their way to make it a good experience. Room and property very clean. The only things lacking were 1. Elevator was extremely small - held 1 person and 2 suitcases 2. No food available after breakfast 3. Construction underway and was noisy up to 4pm. Regardless, the staff and cleanliness made the stay a wonderful one.
Good location and friendly helpful staff.
Lamps on and off itself
A very nice little modern and hip hotel at the great location. Very friendly chambermaids and staff at the reception and restaurant . Great breakfast. We loved how clean the room has been daily after the cleaning . The only issue we had was the hanging bedside lamps(left and right) would turned off and on by itself , sometimes very rapidly especially in the evening after 6.30pm thru the e night that we had to turn it off. Told the reception three times but they said it’s fixed but still the same daily . Even showed the video of the light turning off and on itself to the reception
The reception staff were top notch, they were soo helpful - whenever I needed them. Even helped & brought me an UK/EU adaptor to charge my larger electronics. 10/10 hotel, would recommend.
BE Aware !!!! There are Misleading pictures on the booking page. Unfortunately while booking the photos are of the higher category ! When I was making a reservation there were different categories room . I booked double standard room . On the photo there was lovely spacious room with balcony. Two armchairs . Unfortunately, when I arrived, the room was absolutely nowhere near the standard I was expecting. Definitely not 4 star stanard . I would say more like 2 Star . Small, very small bathroom with sink 25 cm size sink . As per photo I was expecting balcony and street view but got an inner hotel view square with huge machinery buzzing noise !The air conditioning was nit working, I couldn’t open the window as there was a huge noise . Staff at the reception not very friendly! When I spoke to a manager she said when booking, the picture of the room do not correspond with the room standard you receive . The manager blamed expidia for putting a wrong standard room photo which is absolutely lie ! I wouldn’t book this hotel if I would be aware of the standard . Officially——- it is a huge misleading !!! Definitely will not come back and would not recommend to anyone !
The room was cold and looked like no heating.
Best Service
We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The staff were amazing and very accommodating. They brought our bags up to our room and stored our stroller every day we stayed there. They also had an amazing breakfast to start your day before heading out to sightsee. It was also an amazing location, close to many restaurants and grocery stores. Paris is generally a very walkable city, but being close to everything was very convenient when traveling with a young child. We would definitely stay there again and would recommend this hotel to friends and family.
Extremely welcoming and helpful staff. Room was clean and quiet. Everything we needed to explore Paris as a family for a few days. Location was also convenient and easy to navigate.
Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. We felt very much at home and spoiled!
Centrally located
The hotel is very well located, close to the Opera and a number of Metro Stations. The room was pleasant and with a good view on the top floor. The lift is small and the gym is really very small and needs booking. I had a bit of problem with insect bites after a mosquito got in through the balcony door. Breakfast is good. The lift is very slow, old and incredibly small.
Opera De Noailles is easily accessible in a safe, quiet area of Paris with all the amenities nearby. The hotel's breakfast buffett is superb. Only thing I would change is the glass partitions for the toilet because there's no privacy and soundproofing.
.
Great stay
Stayed here the second time and it was lovely. Room was small but comfortable, breakfast was delicious and the staff lovely. Thank you Golden Tulip and see you again:)
An amazing Jem of a Hotel
An amazing Hotel with walking distance to a metro station. The Hotel staff were very friendly and the room are a good size and adequate for a family, overall very happy with the hotel and location.
We had a great stay at the hotel- wonderful staff- helpful, polite, friendly, always ready to help Hotel is very clean, great breakfasts and super convenient location
Great staff
Highly recommended in Opera
Great hotel in the area of the Opera Garnier, very well located to many interesting places, as well as restaurants and great eats. The staff of the hotel are very polite and they go the extra mile to serve you.
This is a great boutique hotel which is ideally situated in the Opera district. It is a 10 minute walk to the Louvre and the Siene. The hotel staff was so nice and was very accommodating. They were able to arrange champagne, macaroons, and roses prior to our check-in which was a delightful surprise for my wife.
Cute little hotel with great staff and in a great location. The elevator didn’t work during our stay and apparently hadn’t been working for quite sometime based on our conversations with other guests. I didn’t mind the walk up and down the 4th floor (got my steps in and worked on my glutes😉). But for older folks and kids, it was quite cumbersome.
Great location, steps from the Opera. A boutique hotel with a personality that will add to your travel experience.
Perfect location and perfect hospitality
The location is central to all the main tourist spots. Close to the metro makes connecting fast and easy (and far cheaper than taxis). Breakfast was delicious and super hygienic. The room was clean and had an amazing shower. After a long day of exploring Paris, a good bed and a great shower are musts! So thank you. Service was top notch. They got us our final taxis and made sure everything we needed we had.they truly made our Paris experience the best possible.
Stunning interiors!
Chambre petite , personnel non chalent.
Excellent
Excellent
Good rest
Comfortable stay in Central Paris
Overall a comfortable stay - easy walk to Louvre and close connections to Eiffel Tower and main shopping district. Modern Spec and spacious reception area. Spacious rooms and nice spec Breakfast was reasonable with decent hot and cold options but could have been better.
Great, friendly family run hotel. Very central , clean and staff very lovely.
highly reccomended
very friendly crew. cooperative
In a great central location near Opera. Lovely bathroom. Friendly staff and great check in.
The staff are excellent. We arrived 2 days before the big nationwide strike in France and the staff helped us rebook our flight to leave Paris before the strike. Don’t know what we would have done if we were trapped with rrrrno flights & train. Thank you so much. We will definitely stay here on our jthe next time we return to Paris.
I would back to the hotel
The staff so nice and willing to help for anything. The hotel locate in perfect location - next to the Opera. The room are nice (small but clean) The breakfast very good
We had a great stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great area with easy access to everything.
I like the friendly employees the most. The floor on which I stay is not renovated yet but the terrace is lovely. The hotel is clean and you have everything you need.
Liked Boutique style. Breakfast was good. Staff friendly and helpful.
A real gem!
The location near the Opéra is great, and there are 3 Metro lines nearby. The staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and to accommodate all requests. The only negative was with the bathroom and shower. Instead of being separated by a wall, it was only separated by frosted glass - not very private. The shower itself was great, but the lack of a door or curtain meant that water sprayed over into the room. Would I stay there again? Definitely!
Great location , and the breakfast was to die for... the rooms are excellent and the hot water in the showers was fantastic, breakfast was fantastic as was the service...only complaint is lack of coffee / tea machines in the rooms or in the hotel outside of breakfast ...would go bck there in a heat beat, luv the location
Great location, excellent value, clean and quiet room with lots of storage, yummy breakfast buffet with lots of options, concierge staff were very friendly and helpful
The hotel is very clean, the staff extremely polite and helpful.
Everyone was really nice and helpful. The location is excellent, especially if you use the Metro. But that may be the smallest hotel room in which I have ever stayed. If you open your suitcase, you can’t get to the door. The picture on the left is not reality.
Extra bed provided was really uncomfortable. Plus the room is so small for three people. Picture was so much nicer than the actual room
Enjoyed the patio. Excellent location. Staff was friendly and helpful. Clean and enjoyable.
Great location and hotel. Only thing I would say we were not crazy about was the glass bathroom.
The hotel was really close to some major attractions, but on a quiet and peaceful street. Beautiful hotel- the staff was helpful and accomodating. This makes it that much more pleasant when travelling...
This was our third time at the hotel. Great location and absolutely love the scent of the hotels lobby. A bit of renovation was taking place end of July but we had no issues at all.
The room was big by Paris standard with a terrace. staff are friendly and helpful, breakfast is good. superb location, louvre within walking distance, 3 metro stations nearby.
Great helpful staff, very quiet room and great location
Nice people. Reasonably large rooms. In the middle of renovations when we were there.
The staff was very kind and helpfull. The braekfast was good and variable, every day something different. The design of the public spaces and the rooms was with good taste and beautifull. Good location.
Clean room, great service, good atmosphere, friendly and professional staff. They gave us great recommendations on restaurants. Our room has a small balcony where we can sit outside. It is a very lovely and quiet corner for us to enjoy the air in Paris. The hotel has good location. It is close to the opera house, Louvr, Metro, and bus stops.
The junior suite is the biggest individual room with a lounge, bedroom and bathroom with a roll top bath ( takes 2 easily) and separate shower. It does cost more but it is worth it. The staff and services are excellent and will do anything to make your stay perfect. The hotel is 10mins walk from the louvre and the Moulin Rouge and only 5 mins from the bus tour routes. Some other rooms are small, so check the size before you book. For the money this is the best hotel you will find
Friendly staff, good location. The rooms didn't have an Iron and the iron room on first floor didn't work
Great location in the Opera area. We stayed in a jr suite for 5 nights. Although awkwardly designed it was very comfortable. The staff was super friendly and helpful.
Great hotel in a great location
We loved our stay at the Opera de Noailles. It was our base for 10 nights. The location was excellent and the small hotel was perfect for our needs. We had a junior suite with a king bed and a roll away bed in a side room for our daughter. Everyone was extremely helpful. The only negative was the breakfast. Except for one day, it was exactly the same every day. It got old. The should have a three day rotation. They are doing lobby renovations which did not effect us at all.
Charming, quaint hotel on a safe, quiet street in Paris. The room was modern and clean. The breakfast in the morning was delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend!
Paris
Great hotel in a great location. Staff was friendly and helpful
over priced, need refurbishment, not old sytle, real old, open bath room area separated with curtain
The location is out of this world and the hotel is beautiful, very clean and the personal very helpful, polite and pleasant. I will be back asap!
Charming good located hotel
A charming little hotel, the staff went out of their way to help us with whatever we wanted and even more. Clean, modern refurbished, good breakfast and excellent location. Nearby restaurants were excellent. Atmosphere was pleasant
Awesome
Awesome hotel. Great location. Great breakfast. Friendly staff.
Great boutique hotel with 24 hour access. 6th floor is a BONUS with a lovely balcony! Highly recommended.
Nice clean modern hotel with teeny tiny rooms.
The cleanliness and location of the hotel were perfect! The room was clean and updated, but definitely small (typical Parisian size). The windows faced a small cubic courtyard so you really just looked at walls and that made it somewhat claustrophobic. Got a good rate on the room though so overall we were happy.
The room is smaller then we thought. When we looked at booking the room was much bigger. There isn't enough air in the room and we couldn't open the balconys door all the time.
With all the protests going on in Paris over the weekend, the staff were very helpful and offered lots of tips and advice, hotel and room was very good and well located in the city, will definitely be going there again.
A delightfully charming and comfortable hotel.
An absolutely delightful small hotel with a modern vibe. The staff was wonderfully responsive and helpful. The room was small - not unexpected in a major city hotel - but very comfortable and well laid out. The bed was comfortable and commodious and the bathroom was well appointed. Breakfast was included in our stay and it was fabulous! A generous buffet of delicious choices, artfully presented with attentive staff to provide individual pots of hot water, coffee, cream, etc.. The location is splendid with easy access to the Metro, the RER train lines and the direct bus to/from Roissy - De Gaulle airport. If you prefer to walk - and Paris is a city made for walking - the location can't be beat as well. A special shout out to the concierge and staff for making our visit to Paris especially enjoyable. Highly recommended !!
Good service but shower was bad
I was not happy with the shower. The room was also too small and made me really claustrophobic. I booked through hotels.com therefore they gave me the smallest room in bailable in that hotel!
its a wonderful hospitality and guided well and nice breakfast,i can recommend to my friends and relatives in future to stay. thanks a lot once again
Great location. Room was small but ok. Bed was comfortable. The room was quiet and this helped get some very good sleep.
Lovely Time in Paris
Lovely Hotel & Staff. Rooms are very clean with comfy beds, a safe in the room & plenty of wardrobe space. Breakfast was really nice too. The hotel is in a really nice area; close to the Opera/Vendome. We will definitely be going back & highly recommend the hotel.
I would stay here again
Friendly polite staff, always helpful. My 7 year old loved the pieces of modern art dotted around. A good sleep was had by all, comfy beds and a quiet room. The room was a little small especially with additional bed for our child, but the location of the hotel more than made up for it.
The only plus side is the location. Its like a holiday inn hotel really but a bit more stylish. Nothing fancy but centralised.
The shower was ok not more than that Cause there is no glass for blocking all the room being wet
It’s in a good location. The room is a bit small. But overall it’s a good hotel.
Great customer service, a big thumbs up to everyone at front checking desk. The hotel is in a very convenient location. Enjoyed every moment of our 3 nights stay , will definitely stay in this hotel again when I am next in Paris.
Close to everything. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again.
Overall an excellent stay. Only minor hiccup was that we did not receive our requested wake up call the morning we checked out and had to go to the airport. Note for fellow travelers, although the bathrooms may not come stocked with face towels, they are available upon request. Would stay here again.
Great hotel; very convenient; small rooms
Stayed for a couple of nights in September. Clean hotel with pleasant staff. Hotel is well situated for Rue Haussman and the Opera area. Easy 5k run down to the Louvre, Jardin des Tuileries and place de concord. Wifi was fast. Breakfast was filling. Rooms were a little small and there is only a smoked glass partition between the sleeping area and the toilet/shower - that's a little strange. Overall, I'd definitely use the hotel again.
Conveniently located.
