TravellerThis homestay is close to the subway, and near a few convenience stores and small restaurants. The owner is extremely friendly and can communicate well in English. The sleeping arrangements are acceptable, especially if you’re travelling Beijing on a budget. Overall I recommend this homestay if it’s your first time in Beijing and need help booking taxis.

It was my worst travel experience ever. It occurred in the middle of nowhere, in an unsafe area, with a strange man. Immediately, I did not feel safe. The 'room' was merely a couch on a balcony and was very dirty. I had already paid the cleaning fee of $100. After seeing the room, I immediately left because I did not feel safe. I didn't get any money back, not even my cleaning fee (even though I didn't even sleep there). I got scammed here. I paid for 7 nights and didn't stay a single night. I got scammed; no money back. I would not recommend anyone to sleep here!"
Traveller部屋の清掃は全くされておらず、多くの髪の毛が落ちており、トイレは詰まった状態。 それでいて清掃料、ハウスキーピング料として200人民元を半強制に請求してきます。 絶対にお勧めしません！！！
