This place is a student residence property but it was surprisingly quiet we had no problems with noise. It was also good to see a lot of student movement which gave it a safe environment around the area. The room is spacious and if you need a blow dryer you can ask at reception. It is not near the duomo but you can take a metro line which is a block away from the place. Overall good for price.

Perfect location everything is walking distance including the canal Naviglio and tramlines connecting you to metro and trains. It’s a 20 min walk to duomo The property was good but we hoped the shower and equipment was better. Our AC kept changing by itself / was malfunctioning and the water pressure in the showers and taps were very low. Aside from that everything was good. Aside from that a good place to stay, you’ll see lots of younger people / students as the property is also used by students needing accommodation.

Location is perfect, hotel is near d tram, 5mins walk. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Stayed for 7 nights. Was told room is cleaned every 2days but only cleaned once during our stay. Fridge not working, reported, but we were not able to change room.

Pretty sure this is college apartment housing combined with rooms that are available short-term. Friendly and helpful staff, had no issues with noise. The water temperature for showers was inconsistent, but everything else was great!

We have a lovely time in Milan. Although the air conditioning wasn’t the best. We loved the communal areas and the staff were very easy to communicate with.

Péssimo… corram disso

Péssimo, fujam, não é hotel e sim uma Residência Estudantil, muito barulho, não tem serviço de quarto, horrível… me fez ter uma péssima impressão de Milão. Mas coloco 90% dessa culpa no hotéis.com, pois me vendeu como hotel e em momento algum me informaram que era residência estudantil. Roupa de cama suja, não tinha toalha de rosto e ainda deixaram um papel higiênico usado que deu apenas para a primeira noite. Não vale a pena, estou muiiito chateada por todo constrangimento sofrido nessa estadia

Es una residencia de estudiantes. Pasamos dos noches y nadie limpió la habitación, ni cambiaron toallas, ni renovaron el papel higiénico. El ruido del aire acondicionado y de la neverita no deja dormir. El colchón muy duro. Las almohadas bien

Room really needs a deep clean, quite dirty but it worked for the time of the holiday for the price. AC was great.

Convenience and reasonable prices in a modern buil

The modern building and facilities made it convenient. In particular, it was nice to be able to use the kitchen separately. Also, the staff were friendly.

Takes only 15 min with public trans to Duomo or 25 on foot. Has a good air conditioning. In the room there is a lot of storage space. The only thing which we have to comment about is that the roof in the did not look pleasant, looked like mold or it was realy dirty. The shower had no storage area for ex. soap bottles. But all in all I would recommend it for the next time.

L’hôtel est sympa. Idéale pour passer quelques jours à Milan. Nous sommes à 2 minutes du tramway qui nous amène en 10 minutes au Duomo. Bon rapport qualité/prix
