TravellerWas surprised that hotel guests were not allowed into the indoor sports area. Was told that it was only for members. Then you should not highlight it on your website
TravellerCustomer Service is excellent. Right from you enter they make you feel special. We have visited the place before a few times and they remember us,call us by names,they know our preferences. It feels like coming home. A special shoutout to Anjali,Shyam and entire service team. At breakfast buffet,the team makes ur morning beautiful by their beyond excellence client experience. Housekeeping may use a little inspiration from their counterparts. To sum it up this place is home away from home for us
TravellerI stayed for 5 nights and much enjoyed my time. The staff were super attentive and would always be there to make sure everything was going well. The property is outside of Gandhinagar in the up-and-coming GIFT City area. The food in the restaurant was great although after 5 days I felt like the menu could have included a few more options. The breakfast buffet was great value and was always well stocked. The rooms are large and comfortable all with balconies and the area is quiet and overlooks surrounding fields. A big thank you to all the staff including Rishikant on the reception, Sustran and Vikash in the Restaurant.
TravellerRoom is nice, location is good but buffet food is not all good. Limited food options are available. Do not go for buffet, it is better to go in ala carte. Welcome is also not so good.
