Love it
Overall good spot maybe they could clean the beach evry day instead of once a week
This place is so bad!! I requested roll up bed and they didnt even checked my message right until i checked in. And then they gave us an old stinky, untidy room facing the window a big wall!! The worst thing is the water at closet and bath takes an hour to drain. Told the room maintenance and they cudnt do it Useless resort not recommended for anyone
The view is good, but everything else is poor, especially breakfast is terrible
Beautiful views outside, outdated rooms the electricity went off and it was weird for such a big facility not to have a backup generator Location hard to find esp for a non native language speaker as most public means didn’t know how to find the place .. Security was good and the place felt safe but old.
Great place & nice breakfast for the right price! Definitely a steal for this area. I would go back!
Clean, friendly staff, facilities are ok, shuttle bus should be more frequent
Overall the resort is a nice place for a short break, a little away from the main lively area of Pataya but still easy access too that if needed.
Pleasant hideaway from the chaos
It was quite a good experience.. There were some hiccups in regards to transportation as it is quite far from walking street. If you would like to experience the spa service.. Please call and ask before booking as in our case it was under renovation. Shoutout to the concierge team, they were very friendly and helpful.
beautiful hotel
beautiful hotel. breakfast average. room is ok. pool ok.
like a sinking boat with smiling staff
The stay itself is best described as underwhelming. I guess the price reflected that. What I can say that was positive was that the staff were the best part of the experience. The overall demeanour of the entire staff from the front desk to the kitchen was nice, courteous and helpful. Things that I didn’t really enjoy included the spa being closed for renovations. The general infrastructure was crumbling and needed to be seriously overhauled. The beach was not nice to be blunt. The gym was not well maintained. The surrounding area was also not very nice. I wouldn’t really classify this as a 5 star hotel these days. It would be passable as a 4 star, but I think at this point it’s truly more of a 3 star experience. I wouldn’t recommend this to someone who was looking for luxury or enjoy any time at the beach or surround area.
Wonderful view but no spa whle I was there.
Absolutely no vegetarian / vegan options on the menu. A Resort and Spa with the Spa closed for refurbishment is a Resort: there should have been information prior to booking as this was the main reason I booked. To do so, I had to buy a new return flight ticket to extend my holiday with 4 days of pampering. I was not impressed by this at all. Aside from two of the women working on reception, one of whom checked me in and out, the staff paid very little attention to attending to the needs of the guest. Pool bar staff unfriendly and unhelpful:two laughed at me as I tried to inquire about getting a pizza made without meat. Vegetarian / vegan unfriendly breakfast also. Prepare to eat a lot of toast. Cigarette butts on my balcony - unsure whether they were old or new. Housekeeping staff were very friendly and polite. The room itself was very comfortable, with lots of closet space, a walk-in shower and a very spacious bath. The balcony was lovely with a terrific view of the sea. There was however a large barrier in the water and it was never clear as to whether this sectioned the guests from the neighboring hotel from us or whether it was an area Garden Cliff guests could use also. Breathtaking sunsets - as good as any I have seen across South East Asia. NB: I apologize for the lack of paragraphs here. I had written a comprehensive review of the hotel but was restricted to 1500 characters. Reformat for upload failure multiple times.
Avoid it!
A very dated old style hotel, poor service, bad location. Definitely, not a 5 star hotel. Their overall standard is even worse than a 4 star one.
This was my first ime visiting Pattaya Thailand and I really enjoyed staying at the Garden Cliff Resort and Spa. The staff was wonderful. When I arrived I got there about four hours before my check in but I was so tired I didn't want to go back out but the staff made sure I was happy even if I could not check into my room yet. They have a spa with a lot of different massages and treatments and waxing too and my massage was great (and affordable!). The pool bar was great and the bar in the lobby was also great. The breakfast buffet was very good and had a lot of options to choose from. They also had non dairy milk upon request. The room was very nice, it had hard wood floors which I thought was great (most hotels in America have carpet). The bed was a little firm for my liking but not terrible. The bathroom was also very nice, with a tub and a spacious glass shower. If I ever come back to Pattaya, Thailand I will most definitely stay here again. This is a great, family friendly and affordable hotel. I wish I could have stayed longer, but my short time here was very pleasurable.
Nice rooms with great morning Buffet. Beach is very small and shared with hotel next door. Resort faces North so sun limited. Many international travelers.
Our stay was good, we enjoyed the pool and the walk along the beach. The staff are very accommodating and their English was easy to understand.
Beach front 5-star hotel
As per my booking, this resort is rated 5-star for which it was an inviting choice for me considering that the price I paid was relatively inexpensive for the quality it was rated. I paid around US$154.00 for two nights stay without breakfast for which I thought it was a steal for such a luxurious 5-star hotel. The hotel is very nice with great and amazing views of both the ocean and the pools. I love the fact that this resort hotel is just infront of the beach and they have 2 lovely scenic pools!! The room that I had during my stay was big and my bed can sleep 3 people comfortably. The bathroom was nice and clean too. Though honestly you can see signs of deterioration on some of the walls, fittings in the bathroom and some on the ceilings. But not a big deal for me as the room was kept nice and clean. I love the fact that my room has a small balcony giving some extra space. The staffs? Hmmmm I would say not everyone was nice and friendly. I give my sincerest gratitude and appreciation to Ms. Mei and one male staff who took time to go to my room and surprised me with a birthday cake which was so delicious. Thank you for taking time in making my birthday a very special one. People in the reception area was kinda either friendly and not. They do their usual routine of saying this and that and after which -- they will give you a sarcastic face. That goes with most of the concierge staffs who are not friendly and arrogant. Over all I enjoyed my stay in this resort hotel.
i ll not advise to go
staff are not good
Poor WiFi unless sitting near elevators.
The WiFi internet didn’t work away from the center of the hotel. Service guy said they get complaints often about the rooms located away from the center. From desk didn’t offer a fix, or to change rooms. I was just told they would inform their engineers.
Short Break trip to pattaya
Place was well maintain, and the staff are friendly to assist on matters. the place is slightly remote, but there are 24 hours mart outside. There is free shuttle bus to send you to downtown otherwise GRAB services will be good.
Recommend read the reviews, was as spoken. Overall.
Garden Cliff Hotel and Spa
I love the Spa services and facilities. The fitness center is small and the air-conditioner is off. We had to turn it on and left the room until it got cold enough. The breakfast buffet ran out of food very quickly. The staffs were to too slow to fill in the food for other guests. The room is very clean and staffs are so friendly. I love the location and free shuttle service to Central Pattaya.
Found the staffs bit hard to communication in English. Resort is remote and shuttle bus need to be booked in advance for us to get in town, and only stop in one destination. Not flexible to cater for casual travelling
Great 5* beach resort
Great beach, love the interior design, food and beverage prices very reasonable
best hotel
it was amazing and nice view clean good thai food i love it i wil stay again
Good experience though the hotel is quite tired
The service was quite polite though a little slow but its ok cause the staffs are very polite and humble. The hotel is a little tired though we found the room quite clean and comfortable. The maintenance at the pool and beach area could have been done better.
Mid-level hotel in a very quiet location.
Hotel is a bit dated. It really needs an update. It is quite isolated, in a quiet area of Pattaya. Having a car is almost necessary.
This hotel complex shows its age. Rooms are spacious and the view from the pools are nice with the multi-level terrace layout. Decent breakfast. On the bad side: Room not ready by check-in time, very slow personnel (check-in, restaurants), old and damaged furniture and bathroom, lack of power sockets in the room, no access to the real beach. Also far from the center of Pattaya and every transport will try to rip you off taking you there (hotel taxi is 250 baht to the central beach, a 5mn drive. Knowing that you can get a taxi from Bangkok to Pattaya, a 2hr drive for around 500 baht... All in all poor value, would recommend looking into other options instead (newer and or better location)
Nice hotel away from the hustle of Pattaya
Overall the hotel was quite good, though a little dated, could do with patching up and the area down by the beach was not nice at all, this may have been due to the dirty water from the recent storms. Most of the staff were very friendly and went out of their way to please and assist us. We organised transport through the hotel to and from the airport and this went very well. For westerners their is not a lot of choice in the buffet option for breakfast, but in saying that we never left there hungry. A lot off reviews we read prior to going had us a little worried, but we should have known better, yes there was a little bit of an oily film to the pool, but this is due to the sunscreen everyone uses, we saw the staff cleaning the pool area every day. Pool access rooms are well worth it, we loved being able to get up from our room and jump into the pool and swim over to the pool bar, where we ate lunch several times. Man who worked behind the pool bar was excellent and made the best Pina Coladas, he also new what the four of us would order for drinks, so we didn't have to ask after the first day, he just made them. The only real criticism we have about the place is the beds were extremely hard and felt like you were sleeping on a board, other than that had a great time.
Very limited shuttle bus service, so we spent lots of money to take the cab to go out and come back during the few days. I had asked for three times before i got the toothbrushes, which were supposed to be provided without asking.
Amazing hotel stay!
Our stay at Garden Cliff was amazing. We enjoyed it so much we stayed for 2 extra nights. The customer service was excellent. I lost my mobile phone in Koh Samui, but thanx to the great customer service at Garden Cliff they managed to find it and get it sent to their hotel, and then to my house in Australia. We were also upgraded to the penthouse suite which was so beautiful. The breakfast was good too, and they also had shuttle to pattaya city we could book for FREE.
Great hotel but the extras are pricey.
I liked the hotel. We stayed for 1 night as we are travelling all over Thailand. The hotel was nice and clean and modern. The bed was comfy, nice balcony, beach is ok and pool is good. The only downsides are as follows. The water is 100B per bottle. You do get 2 free per day but I thought this was extortionate. We went to the sanctuary of truth for the day and stocked up for 10B per bottle. No way I'm paying those prices. Also there was a buffet dinner which was 599B per person. Again I thought this was pricey. With the hotel being out of the way of anywhere we didn't really have much choice. But the buffet and food was good. Breakfast was good too. No wholemeal bread though? I mistakingly took sun dried tomato bread which is disgusting. I would stay again but make sure you buy water elsewhere and eat out as it's really expensive compared to other places we stayed.
overall nice hotel a little out of the way
most of the day staff were brilliant, only one night male staff in an official suit was very rude and should not have customer contact. I walked in with a friend and was greeted in a rude tone, 1000 baht, no hi, no question. I explained that i have a double room, once he checked, there was no appology, he just walked away. My shower, i would turn on go for a smoke and by the time I got back it was warm, only a trickel had to have a cold shower in a 5star, asked many times to get it looked at with no one coming to have a look. Curtains to balcony were very dirty, infact to dirty to touch. I have been in 3 star that a way cleaner.
Not recommended :(
We got a promotion deal for $80/night. We stayed in this hotel for a week in March 2017. If I want to be fair compare to the price it was just ok! But lesson learned! I would never book a hotel when it's on promotion. The pictures may be deceiving but the reality is different. The reception was not welcoming at all, the elevator stinks line garbage, rooms are missing standard items like iron, hair conditioner, brush, very bad quality of shampoo, water pressure and heat in the bathroom is not adjustable, pool was quite dirty around the pool-bar area, breakfast is all Thai and asian food, no variety of cheese (one type only),... There is no beach facilities. You can only use the pool. Overall not recommended if you can afford to pay more for your stay.
Nice hotel and view - away from the centre
I stayed in a Junior suite, after they upgraded me from a sea view room - after I complained about construction. Kiss on one side of the complex. The room was great. Located at the front. The Seaview rooms are ok, but the view is angled - as you can see from the hotels pics. They're ok though. The breakfast is good. There are a lot of loud Chinese tourist, but most disappear (where??) on tours all day - so not a real big deal. At night they do a buffet dinner outside, where hoards of other Chinese tourist roll up, smash food and dissappear again. It's really weird, I didn't venture anywhere near the dinner buffet! Outside hotel dining options are limited. The Novotel next door is good. I'd look at staying there too. The beach is ok - rubbish from BKK can wash assure, but Thailand needs to "grow up" before that problem is solved. I'd go back, if I wanted to visit Pattaya again, but I probably won't go back.
Nice Hotel
It was a good overall experience but i wouldn't recommend staying because it is far from the center eventhough the hotel offers free transportation bus shuttle service. The hotel should think about increasing the frequency of this shuttle. They even offered us a free upgrade to our room and changed it easily to another one because after we had a small cleanliness issue with it.
Great hotel just out of range
Lovely hotel we were up graded to a bigger room.Location is a bit difficult to get around unless you get taxis which are expensive or have a fair walk to get a Tuk tuk. When leaving the hotel could arrange a Taxi for 300 baht we walked out onto the street and got one for 200 baht??
Great resort for longer stay but confined
I was exhausted upon arrival and was dreaming of a shower and bed but had to listen to lengthy complex explanations about various facilities, conditions and rules which I did not understand anyway
Excellent service
Excellent service by the manager.free upgrade to deluxe seaview suite when the wrong room was given to us at first. To compensate kids were provided with free breakfast for 4 days m extra bed was given with no charges.excellent service
Nice location even old good comfortable room
Stuff asking to wait for check in more than 30min?????
Nice place for to relax
good for relax maybe too many China people just now ? Good place to stay for some time good breakfast and nice pool area
Soso hotel
Meet Chinese group tour and very noisy.
relaxing and peaceful
Very peaceful area. Pool was certainly the highlight.a little disappointed Internet was not free, and food and drinks were quite exy.overall we certainly enjoyed our stay there
Garden Cliff
The hotel is on the beach but not the best of beaches. The breakfast is not good but the restaurants al la carte are better. We took a room on the pool and it was nice, overall I do not plan to come back.
Alright in general
People are very kind and nice but seems like they have some issues in communicating each other or organising things. My bookings for the airport pick up and the late check out were completely missed out. Other than this, the resort is very clean and comfortable although it is not very fashionable.
never ever....
-bad smell inside the rooms -unfriendly staff -room was not ready at check in time (wait for 1,5h and i have to pic up my keycard myself downstairs) -i have to "repair" my keycard two times in 4 nights (did not open the door) -wifi not includet (extreme high rates for wifi) -no smoking rooms -if u book a double room and stay alone: u have to pay more 1.000 THB for a sleeping guest from outside -the electric system is very old. and no socket next to the bed. the rest of the sockets dont hold my chargers (i have to fix it with a book i lean against the charger) -No sign for "make up room", just "do not disturb" -shuttle service is mostly late and the last one don't bring u back to the hotel, just drop at Pattaya
overall review of this garden cliff resort & spa
1) my arrive to this 4 to 5 star hotel was great at first looks but during my check-in I was only given my room keys and room number without telling any information about the free transportation timing ,map or a brochures for the tourist to tour around the places of interest. 2) next i head straight to had my lunch with this hotel I was not even server with a glass of water even upon request & we have to pay for a cup of water.3) after all this done we decided to go for a swim but we found out the the pool bar was empty not a single soul was there to server as at the pool bar. Lastly I find that this hotel was a energy saver because they switch off all the balcony, swimming pool lighting and leave us in total darkness.
Old Luxury beginning to Decade...
The place was in same condition than about 3-4 years ago since our last visit, and I mean exactly same condition maybe even little more older. Nothing that wasold last time was not fixed. No major fixes have been made, for example pools mass between the tiles was not fixed and corners of the tiles were sharp little. Nothing too bad and as the price was less than last timea visit it was ok. It was little like visiting history going back in time. no big complaints except one cockroach under the bed dead. Cleaners seldom in Thailand everywhere clean under the beds at all...
Nice hotel, nice sea view, nice swimming pool, but location is so far with the central of pattaya city
No restaurant around in 10mins walking distance, wait for 10 mins when ask staff to call a taxi. Staffs are not well trained neither professional.
So nice hotel perfect for family , very clean , far from center nice beach!!! Для Паттаи супер отель, для семейных людей тихо , спокойно, хороший пляж, большой бассейн , то что мы искали и главное далеко от центра и очень чистый пляж
Facilities: Unpretentious, Typical, nice pool & sun desk area; Value: Acceptable price; Service: Unhelpful, Below average, Great front desk only.; Cleanliness: Tidy; Away from the hustle and bustle of city life. The beach is okay to swim but need the shoes on coz there are some rocks and the softy mud under water.
Nice place
Nice place but internet was no good, even at 400 baht a day.
Relaxing getaway
We were on a long trip throughout SE Asia and decided we needed a quick getaway from the hustle and bustle of Bangkok. It was a very easy 90 minute transfer by car. The hotel has a beautiful view out to the infinity pool and down to the ocean. It had a neat layout with an infinity pool at the main level, with steps down to a second, smaller pool and then another level down was a beautiful white sand area for relaxing and then a final level down was actually beach front with an enclosed swimming area. The rooms / bathrooms were slightly outdated but kept very clean although there was some standing water in the pass through window between the bathroom and bedroom and everything had a slightly wet feeling and slight smell of mildew. During a 16 day vacation, this is one of 6 hotels we stayed in but the only one that charged to use the internet and the business center. The staff was helpful but we did not think the food we ordered for lunch or at the included breakfast was very good and was very overpriced. In walking to town, we had to pass some fairly dirty areas and even a couple empty lots filled with trash. However, the other surrounding hotel properties looked very nice. If you weren't in the hotel property, you couldn't see the beach when walking to town. The hotel provided a shuttle into town at set times and we took it once, but it was an hour late in returning for the pick up back to the hotel.
Good Location with great view
Nice place, good room, excellent staff who was very helpfull for the entire stay.
Facilities: Outstanding; Value: Great deal; Service: receptionist not helpful; Cleanliness: Spotless;
Very Far
Very far from the centre.Have free shuttle 4-5 times a day but its a small van and always full.Beach is terrible and dirty.Actually there s no beach..(max.5 meters ) Breakfast is okey..but crowded in a small saloon.
friendly and welcoming staffs
I loved my stay with garden cliff. All the staffs were very helping, welcoming and cheerful.I reached there much before the usual check in time but they accommodated us as soon as the room was available. The swimming pool was big and lovely. And the view of the ocean from their infinity pool is captivating. The room was small but comfortable. It is located slightly far from the pattaya beach and other upmarket areas but taxis and bike taxis are always there which are not very expensive.would definitely like to stay there if I visit Pattaya again.
Facilities: Everyday; Value: Average price; Service: Good;
Facilities: Good, Modern; Value: Affordable; Great escape for a few days
great hotel for a family
great hotel for a family, very nice people, clean, beautiful view
Facilities: Good, Distinctive; Value: Affordable, Economical; Service: Go the extra mile, Outstanding; Cleanliness: Spotless; Within a few metres of the most amazing temple construction (Sanctuary of Truth). Surpasses Gaudi cathedral in Barcelona. Absolute must to see.
My stay Oct 2012
Excellent Hotel . I got a junior suite with an Ocean Facing balcony. The balcony was huge. The room was very nice. The staff and hotel environment were very nice. The hotel is a little out of town , about a 200 bhat can ride , but that allowed for a nice relaxing stay away from the hustle and bustle of town. There is a grocery store just a 10 min walk form the hotel where you can buy sim cards and credit for phones , beer for the room etc. I would stay there again if I go back to Phataya
Value: Fair price; Service: Courteous; Cleanliness: Pleasant; Very limited vegetarian menu. Pasta or pizza was the only meat-free option.
Facilities: Basic, Typical; Value: Affordable; Service: Professional; Cleanliness: Pleasant; Nice spot for getaway and relax
Value: Great deal; Service: Flawless; Cleanliness: Beautiful;
I'm impressed Garden Cliff Pattaya
I love their services. The hotel is very clean. Although we couldn't swim in the sea in front of the hotel's beach, their swimming pool is so beautiful. Plus, their decoration represents Thai culture and I was impressed. Unlike others hotels in central and south Pattaya, this hotel is not too crowd and noisy. If someone wants privacy, I strongly recommend you to stay in this hotel.
Facilities: Above average; Value: Economical, We got a good deal ; Service: Basic; Cleanliness: Immaculate; Spa was very good and great service
Facilities: Modern; Value: Affordable; Service: Flawless; Cleanliness: Beautiful; everything was great thanks
Facilities: Above average; Value: Reasonable; Service: Courteous; Cleanliness: Pleasant;

Garden Cliff Hotel and Spa in Pattaya
Awesome resort to stay.... I highly recommend this hotel for others to stay.. Hotel have very beautiful surroundings like beach pool and infinite pool in resort. Hotel staff were also helpful and cooperative. On my Honeymoon i think i gave a wodenful gft to my wife with bookings in this hotel. Thanks, Mohit
Garden Cliff hotel - nothing to do
The hotel is quite beautiful but there is nowhere pleasant to walk. There is no entertainment, the restraunt is like a cafe and so what can one do in the evenings? The reception bar has no atmosphere and other bars close at 7pm. It an ideal place for meditation but you can saty home and close your eyes, saving a great deal of cash. We stayed 5 days but one day was enough. Big investment in style but no investment in providing entertainment and that includes what we normally make for ourselves, when a good atmosphere exists. here it does not. staff are pleasant but the place seems hollow. We could change this overnight if we ran the place. There seems to be no character applied, despite the massive investment. Peter
The hotel was great
The stay was great.loved the location.good nice and clean sand .rooms were comfortable.helpful staff.beach in front of the swimming pool.there were shops.and tailors.2swimming pools.one with warm water and one with cold water.entrance was good.good value 4 money
stay at GARDEN CLIFF RESORT
The hotel was loacted in a nice place away from all the night life, it is espically good for families with children. The food is expensive, so hv food in town.Everything abt the hotel is good, the staff also were very good. The only disadvantage is that it is away from the main town , beach / resturants & shopping. The taxis being very expensive one has to rely on the free shuttle srvice provided by the hotel 3 times a day.
relax &private
good place to see
Facilities: Good, Modern, Above average, exceptional; Value: Low-priced, Value for cost; Service: Professional, Respectful, Courteous, Helpful; Cleanliness: Faultless, Lovely, Delightful, good quality fittings/ linen; Perhaps another choice of Restauraunt
Very Good Stay........Nice Pool
I have been In Garden Cliff Resort and Spa for 4 days with my Family. true 5 star We love the hotel overall, yes this hotel is littile away from the main town, but its very calm and peacfull at other side, My 3 year kid like the pool and and he swim there every motning 3-4 hours I recomand this hotel for Family and honeymoon couple. Not good for Single and bagpackers or couples who want to have nightlife as its littile far from main town Enjoy
Nice and peaceful place for Pattaya
Well laid out pools and private beach. A real nice place for the money.
comfortable nice hotel, good location
I found hotel very comfortable, nice, quite location and friendly, helpful hotel staff. You can enjoy two sweeming pools, easy to go everywhere because it is not a problem with pick up/drop off transport. I recommend to go to Elephant Trekking (elephant village 1h. tour) and to go to see Nong Nooch Village - unbelievable!
Fantastic property, fantastic staff
We had a great time at this hotel. The good The staff was fanatic. Friendly, knowledgeable and nothing was too much bother. The location was good for us: a little out of town and so a bit quieter than the hotels on the beach but only a £3 taxi bill to get to the centre. The views from the common areas are great. West over Pattaya bay and north to the port. The pool was fab and mostly not busy. The Thai massage in the spa was sublime. Finally, the price was great. The areas for improvement I have very few to mention here. It seems churlish but communication was am littlie hard as my Thai is zero.
Very nice hotel in a quite area,
Very nice hotel in a quite area, excellant breakfast and food in general.
Very poor service and treated rudely at the Garden Cliff
After reading through the booking the breakfast for 2 people would have cost approximately $17 USD, even though it was just me staying there it would have included 2 all you can eat breakfasts. I pleaded with the manager that without blaming either I would be willing to pay half of the $20 USD for the breakfast in an attempt to satisfy and save face for both of us. She declined and said I will be forced to pay the bill prior to leaving and wasn't kidding as when I checked out she had two male staff waiting. They made sure I wasn't leaving until the bill was paid in full. There is something to be said about customer service and treating people right. You have to be flexible and respectful while in the service industry which is exactly what I expected from a 4.5 star resort. Unfortunately with this stay I was treated very poorly and would not recommend it to anyone. I paid for a pool view and got a view of an electrical transformer. As for the breakfast misunderstanding I attempted to concede and make it a win-win for both of us but was recieved with any understanding. I was told I paid for the least cost package and “what did I expect”. Management proved to be rude and only looking for what they can make in money today not for the future business. If I ever travel back to Pattaya it won’t be staying here. You will only be met with RUDE – DISRESPECTFUL – UNCOMPROMISING MANAGEMENT at the Garden Cliff. They are only here to make money now and not sustain future customers.
Garden Cliff - Pattaya
The hotel is located in a quiet suberb about 10mins scooter ride from central pattaya.... although the nearby (5min walk) suberb centre offers a reasonable selection of bars/cafes/restarants.. The beach is nothing to write home about - but this is true for the whole pattaya region... The Hotel swimming pools more than make up for this - but if you do want a clean water beach you will have to take a trip out to the islands (circa 15mins on a speedboat).. The Spa & massage services at the hotel (albeit pricey) are very good... I would recommend renting a scooter to anyone - very cheap compared to taking taxis and much more fun when exploring pattaya
The most quiet and beautiful hotel in the area
It is a rather small hotel, with very friendly staff, located somewhat far from the city, we needed to use some transportation every time. The hotel has a comlimentary bus, but it was not always convenient to use it because of its schedule. The biggest advantage of the hotel is that it has its own beach (shared with 2 or 3 condominiums), which is small, but almost empty. Also there are two beautiful pools, small pool for little children, and jacuzzi under a waterfall. The breakfast was very diverse and tasty, like any continental breakfast in Europe, but with some Asian food in it (noodles, fried rice etc.), which was very nice. The other restaurant was available for dinner, offered european and asian cousine, however, the price for alcoholic beverages was rather high, than in the city. Overall it was an excellent stay and I would highly recommend this fine hotel.
Recommendable for a relax-holiday
Good for families
A real restful and stressfree holiday !
This was an absolute brilliant choice of hotel. From the moment you arrive they take special care of you . Believe me, you don't have to go anywhere during the day - you can just enjoy all the lovely facilities around the pool, the sundeck with white sea sand, or the , nearly, private beach. Some people may think the distance to Pataya is a problem, but once you have seen the overcrowded areas around Pataya beach, you will be very glad that you are far from there. For those of you who expect perhaps to find mainly english speaking guests all around you - well, this may be a disappointment - most of the guests will be from Russia or China - mainly tour groups. Really plus points are the sumptious breakfast in the morning, excellent (and really not expensive if you eat mainly Thai food) reataurant in the complex, as well as the few very handy shops next to the pool area - clothing and things that you have forgotten to bring from home for the children. All in all,an excellent choice to chill out and relax and be pampered by staff that know best how to do it. One of my most precious moments will always be the quiet evenings on the balcony of the restaurant overlooking the sea and the only sound you hear is the lapping of the water on the beach. Enjoy !

This hotel is very nice, but it's far from everything and you must take the hotel shuttel or taxi to get to the central place.
Nice Hotel, but a little remote.
I stayed 3 days on a business trip. The hotel was fine, room was nice and clean. Breakfast buffet was typical, with a good variety of Thai and Western dishes. Fitness center, gift shop, business center all seemed to close around 7 or 8pm, a little early for my purposes. The hotel is a couple turns off the main drive and there are just a few small signs directing you to it. I didn't feel like I could easily walk to anything nearby. (too far and no sidewalks for much of the way to the main roads.) Nice Place, once you get there.
it's really good service but location
it's really good service but location was little bit far a way to interesting place.
Can't complain!
The hotel is a bit too far from the city, but one can get easy, reliable and free transportation from hotel (and back!). Most of the locals also knew the place, which really isn't the case with all the hotels. Everything worked out perfectly, so it's easy to recommend this one for everyone (surroundings seemed safe for children, and elder are certain to enjoy peaceful atmosphere). Services, such as massages, are inexpensive. Soundproofing is better than in most hotels I've stayed in Thailand, no need for earplugs. Two details worth mentioning: hotel guests have to pay a fee when bringing 'outsider' into a hotel - he/she is also oblicated to show ID, when checking in (personally I think this a good policy and it shows hotels concern about safety). Second I found hotels restaurant to be one of the best in Pattaya, food was excellent! Overall rating 4/5, since there's always room for improvements,

Actually a gem of a hotel, on a cliff, away from the Pattaya madness! Nice selcuded beach below. Great service.
Outstanding Stay
This hotel was one of the best in my travels. They were accomodating in many ways and made me feel special. Room service, food, decor, cleanliness were all top notch. Great gym facilities. I did not get to take advantage of the massage parlor but I am sure it was top notch also. Safe in the room was great. The great sell for me is it was off the path of all the hustle and bustle of the night life activities which made it a quiet paradise. I had two problems though. Ensure you secure good low rates for your hotel taxi services because one of them took my friend and I for a ride litterally. Second if you bring a guest back to the hotel you will have to pay a guest fee for the individual even though you have a room for two occupants. This is true for all the hotels so be more traveler savvy than I was. Enjoy!
Family to Pattaya
Stayed for our family getaway, staff were friendly and very helpful. The kids loved the pool there, but some seating on the beach would have been nice.
Alles ok
The property far from anything Music in the pool bar starts at 8 and can hear from your room 5 min to get hot water in your shower
