I had to wait ONE HOUR to check in because house keeping did not had a room clean and available. After I returned later that day (not being able to see my room before) I realized the room was not what I paid. Went to front desk and they stated that it was a problem with Expedia and not the hotel. That the room I got was all they had. They make my staying very uneasy

I’ve stayed twice in this hotel and I absolutely love it, I would definitely keep staying there

Couldn’t sleep next door neighbor loud slamming doors all night had to leave next morning

We kept getting Locked out of the room. No They only Have cable TV.

no washcloths, towels were mingy, and shower curtain was moldy. Also no microwave or mini fridge in the room.

Very nice property outside, when we got there we were initially given a room which’s door did not close correctly, we reported it and had maintenance come check on it and within 30 minutes they had changed our room. Thank you for the excellent service. Very nice. Would definitely stay there again.

I frequently stay at the Gamma and will continue to stay there anytime I'm in the area. Having said that this past visit, which is why I gave 4 stars overall, a couple of mishaps happened. First the key card didn't work, then when I was finally able to enter. They had assigned me the wrong type of room and it had not been cleaned. the room as a mess. Fortunately they fixed the problem in a apologetic and speedy manner. I got the right room assigned and it was clean.

Check in was very slow, 45 minutes to check in

It was very convenient for me and also food resources easy to get

First room had 2 beds. When I ask for one bed for my wife and me . And I was charge for 2 beds . They didn’t change beds linen every day . No towels one day they only give me one . Aire conditioner did get cool I call twice. And didn’t get cold. Breakfast was good good service. I was there for 6 days . And they give me same room 2 beds.

Location close to the consulate. The comforter was dirty.

The only thing I would like to point out is we are staying on the first floor and we have patio doors that slide out to a common hallway outside and we heard a dog bark at night.

Hotel is rather clean however they could use an update as the tub in our room was a little rusty. Other than that, nice.

Great !!

Very clean and safe. Staff is great and if you don't want to eat at the restaurant there are a lot of options just outside and across the street. Its kind of like a food court of taco places a couple of restaurants dairy queen carls jr and a sushi place. Great place for a quick stay just south of the border.

Overbooked

They ended up overbooking rooms so I was given a different one from my booking order.

Rooms they gave me was not cleaned I had to go tell them and they changed my room number and that one was also dirty. Otherwise was quiet and beds are comfortable. Worth the price I can say.

Was good but the sofa bed was broke and dirty all the connections on the walls was broken the taxis guys they was very loud to early on the morning

I honestly didn’t like this hotel I was with my friend and got separate room I got there early so that we can check in and make sure we get the rooms next to each other but they said there was none available and that’s fine but my room was on the first hall and the ladies that work there were talking so early in the morning I couldn’t sleep. The rooms looked different then what appears in the picture.

Overall it is good location close to the consulate and food nearby. However the rooms are old as is the furniture. The bed was not comfortable. The walls are not well finished, the outlets some were messed up which, is dangerous if you have little ones. Also a lot of the outlets did not work. The staff was nice though.

Very close to the airport, which is very convenient. The rooms are confortable and clean.

The property was full of mosquitos, they refused to do something about it. No pillows pe towels were provided.

It was very convenient location close by the American Consular and there was different locations to eat also.

The reception ask for my driver license and never give it back and the next day at check out they say one of the employees took it home and lost it...took it

Long wait to checkin, cops were in lobby for a family dispute, mosquito in the room.

Great location, near the airport and easy to move around. But the proporty needs maintance and has somewhat of and old smell. Nothing too strong, but noticable.

THE PROPERTY ITSELF WAS DECENT, MODERN, A LOT OF FAMILIES. UNFORTUNATELY, THEY ONLY HAVE 1 SMALL POOL FOR THE NUMBER OF FAMILIES THAT GO. SO IT DOES GET CROWDED FAST. WHEN ORDERING FOOD, IT IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE PRICES WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE DEPENDING IF BEING ORDERED IN THE POOL, ROOM, ETC...

The staff is amazing. The hotel needs a deep cleaning. Other than the cleanliness it’s a good hotel.

For paying over $130 I would’ve expected a bit more. Should have stayed at a higher priced hotel and slept comfortably.
