Loved the quality of the room, staff was also super helpful! This isn’t convenient if you want to be in the heart of the city. It will cost a little more with uber to get around but it was very nice accommodations.

Although we did not stay at the property due a flooding we were sent to the Galeria Reforma. But, at the Galeria San Jeronimo the staff was extremely helpful after my husband passed out at the entrance of the property. They ran to help him and took him inside. They drove us to the near ER and later that night they sent our baggage and drove me to the other property. Service was excellent and I really appreciate their help. Unfortunately I don't have their names anymore but I will book again at SanJeronimo since I wanted to stay there. Thank you so much to the staff. Jorge E Hernandez

The Hotel lost power and the generator failed so we had to electricity , elevators, air conditioning and water from Monday 5:00pm and nobody called us to explain the situation, offer water, anything, in the morning when we came down the stairs, they finally addressed the problem and that I wasn’t going to get fixed and that we should leave and they had to other hotels as options. But they were almost full so we ended up at my mother in laws 😒

The room is very nice. The shower is the best I’ve experienced. However, the pool and jacuzzi were out of service. One of the main reasons I chose this hotel.

This hotels charges 200 dollars US a night and you can’t use the pool. Just absolutely unacceptable especially when you are coming in from another country. The pool was dirty and green in colour.

The main for to enter the bathroom didn’t close, it kept sliding back. The glass door to the shower didn’t properly close and has a good size gap that causes the water to leak through there so you end up walking out to a wet floor. The head shower threw the water to the ceiling and splashed it all over causing a water mess outside the shower. Makes Me wonder if they even wash the shower since they were not aware of it. The coffee machine works good once and then it goes on and off… don’t know if I would stay there again. They had an event on the 5th floor and it got pretty loud once a female had some drinks on her.

Very comfortable room, excellent service, a leaking shower got fixed the same day I reported it, I love the 25 meter pool to do laps, my husband was very pleased with the gym equipment, convenient to southern Mexico City place of interest, great food. I ran 3-6 miles on different days at nearby park El Batán, very safe and clean.

Great staff, wonderful food, super clean, quiet room. I loved the hotel, and the location was convenient from south to downtown Mexico City. I used the lap pool to keep up with my fitness program. We only had trouble with the bathroom lights because a misconnection in the light switch panel fluctuated from working and not working. We reported the problem and could tell that the staff tried to fix it, but the issue was not solved.

The whole experience was great, the frontdesk girls are amazing and always willing to help.

Time to check in is 3:00pm I got there 4:30 to check in and I didn’t get to the room until 5:00pm I ask the receptionist what was the problem she said there where doing the last touch to the room.

120 pesos for 2 cans of soda is outrageous. No vending or ice machines is the opposite of convenience. And only have 2 elevators meant having to wait forever or take the stairs.

This is a really well located modern hotel with good service. It's in a shopping mall with drive in covered parking. You can park yourself, or you can have it valeted. I think the restaurant is in an odd spot as is the access to the gym. But the value, location and quality is actually quite good. The Brisa service line is really effective. The front desk staff could be friendlier. They had no idea about Expedia VIP upgrades (told me they don't offer any.) Concierge and valet are helpful and professional.

All great in general. Difficult for Ubers to get into the driveway. As they would pick me up they had to go into the hotel to get a card to let them out of the driveway without a charge. The driveway entrance is also difficult to see. For the last rides I decided it was easier to get out onto the street and call the Uber from there. Separately, one morning that my husband wanted just a cup of black coffee during breakfast time he was charged 55 pesos for the cup of coffee even though we were supposed to have the breakfast covered and he did not eat anything else.

This was a great hotel. The rooftop was nice and offered views of the city. The staff were all very professional.

Beautiful "like new" hotel. Only a few things were noticed: Shower door did not have the lower stopper, therefore water was leaking all the way to the room. Sheets smelled like moist/damp Restroom door opened the other way, making it difficult to enter while another person was using the sink. Food was delicious! Ambiance too!

The rooms are spacious and well appointed. The large rainfall shower is a nice touch. Overall, the staff is excellent, except for 2 incidents. My room door was left open likely by the cleaning staff. Nothing was stolen or molested, but this should not occur. I reported it and was told that I would be contacted but never was. Second, the bellman allowed my 2 suitcases to fall down the front concrete stairs, fortunately with no damage. I was also annoyed by 2 policies: parking is not controlled by the hotel. I had a driver for my stay and we had to work around the limit on comped parking. Also,the roof terrace doesn’t allow outside food or drink because of the food service there. This is true even away from the dining area. I tried to bring a coffee and pastries from El Globo and had to consume them in my room. I am fluent in Spanish, so nothing was a result of miscommunication. The above are more points to consider and for hotel management to take to heart. A stay is still very nice.

Housekeeping and restaurant staff were excellent!! The front desk staff...some days it was excellent and on other days service was below par. It depended on who was behind the desk. Overall I was pleased with the hotel staff.

This is an awesome brand new hotel in South Mexico City. It has everything to be one of the best hotels in the area. It is modern, well maintained and has very good staff. Rooms are spacious, bathrooms are big and functional. Furnishings and finishes are modern and understated. Because of covid it does have a few challenges, some of the reception staff needs a bit more training, the business center is unattended, and you need to do printing in the reception, which is not ideal, especially since you do it with emails and well, many privacy concerns. WiFi in rooms needs to be very very powerful for this hotel to succeed as a business hotel. It was fair to acceptable in my room at the end of a corridor. For a zoom call I had to turn the WiFi off and use my cell phone. I would recommend an access point in each room. The bar was closed, but the restaurant in the basement was quite good and the service in the rooftop was really good, but in my opinion, it lacks a full bar area which seems the ideal place to put one. The view is incredible. I will stay here again. I'm a Marriott Ambassador Elite, but there aren't good Marriott branded hotels in this part of the city. One thing you must know is that if you come by Uber or taxi, you should tell your driver that the hotel will stamp the parking lot ticket so you don't have to pay a parking fee as it is really the only way for a car to do a drop off.

Good option for the price. Just be aware that parking has an extra fee.
