TravellerDidn't have my reservation although we showed the desk our confirmation numbers. So we paid twice for a room. I was very disappointed because me and my wife usually have a good experience here

The property is clean and basic. However the front desk receptions were not so friendly in responding to requests. They need some professional training. One of the days, there was no bottled water in the room.
