I always stay here when I’m in town. The hotel is of a high standard with a good rest and fitness / spa facilities.

I love the fitness facilities here and the bedrooms are great too.

The Hotel Staff were all excellent- the hotel was clean and in the nicest part of Palanga. The little pool and spa area was great. My only criticism is that the juices at breakfast and the milk where all warm - maybe it’s me but I expect them straight out of the fridge. Also time to invest in some new coffee machines to prevent the queueing ! Would definitely stay again !

Great hotel let down by some basic mistakes

Would have been a five-star review in all area but there were several annoying trivial things that annoyed me. First the safe was locked in the room and I had to ask twice to get it opened. Secondly the tea-bags I used on the first evening were not replenished and the cups had not been washed. Lastly, I did not receive pitta bread with my humus and the waiter added a 10% service charge without asking.

an hour of silence in the spa area

We chose a hotel with a spa, stayed for several days, on the first day of visiting the spa area we were very upset that throughout the entire time the spa area was open there were at least 10 children from 1 to 3 years old and instead of relaxation there was such noise and children’s crying that my ears were ringing, they even brought baby strollers to the spa area, it was impossible to get into the jacuzzi because they had set up a children's mini pool for babies... Many spa areas have quiet hours in which there is no place for children

Okay for thr price given facilities

All okay really, spacious room, robes, etc, but breakfast starting at 0800hrs on a weekday is not early enough (although take-away bagged makings for a sandwich, fruit and jogurt was provided). Lift inoperable during stay and no offer to help with luggage. Pool chilly and definately not 31C, but jaccuzi very pleasant.

Cleaners have to be more polite with customers . We visited the hotels in the different countries and everywhere the hotels workers was very polite...except in Lithuania . Reception service was excellent

Amazing customer service

Amazing customer service. Great location, good amenities and breakfast. Receptionist Erika was absolutely above and beyond. Very friendly and helpful. My daughter had an issue which required medical consultation, so she was very anxious about it. We tried to find info about open clinics at the local pharmacy, but they sent us to the hospital (emergency room). When we got back to the hotel Erica found an open clinic for us, called there, helped with the language (we don’t speak Lithuanian) and got a consultation on the phone, therefore we had clear instructions from the nurse. All free of charge. She also cheered up and comforted my daughter. Thank you, Erica, you saved our day.

Amazing stay. Receptionists are polite and helpful, superb breakfast and great spa. Recommended it to my daughter and would stay myself again when in Palanga.

Good location, spacious rooms, good breakfast.

Lovely hotel in a quiet, but central location, near a beautiful park. The beach is also only a short walk away which is great. The staff was exceptionally helpful, welcoming and friendly which made the whole experience even better! Highly recommend it!

Clean and comfortable hotel with helpful staff

The Gabija hotel is a very hotel. The room I stayed in was clean and large and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very helpful, including having a packed breakfast available for me since I had to leave before breakfast and they printed out my boarding passes and had them available for me at that time as well. The spa was small but comfortable, although some people may want the jacuzzi to be warmer. I would not hesitate to stay there again!

Overall close to perfect

Everything was perfect except for occasions of nobody available at the front desk specially for getting in and out of parking lot which needed their assistance. Reasonably close to beach and the main Streets, great breakfast, small gym but nice sauna.

Accueil moyen dans cet hôtel pourtant agréable composé de plusieurs bâtiments. Nous avions un chambre type motel en rez de jardin qui doit être très agréable en ete. Ensemble satisfaisant avec bon petit déjeuner complet.

Staff was very impolite! And they didn’t speak English very well. Breakfast was poor, we stayed two nights and on the second morning we went to eat the breakfast to the restaurant near by... the whole staying was totally waste of money, i wouldn’t recommend this hotel. The only good Thing was the location, it was ok..

Fornøyd med oppholdet

Lyst og mellommoderne hotell. Stort pent rom. Hyggelig og behjelpelig hotellbetjening. Litt liten svømmebasseng. Bra boblebad, steambad og sauna. Vi måtte dra tidlig og vi fikk spise frokost før serveringstid.

Exelent frukost också för barn. Rummet var för varmt pga solen, trots ac. Vatten i bassängen var för kalt. Annars var allt i sin ordning och vi förväntas att återkomma till hotellet.

Trevligt och lugnt hotell

Vi bodde på hotellet två nätter. Första intrycket var att vi hade kommit till ett stort och fint hotell. Det var det också men känslan så fort vi kom innanför dörrarna var att det kändes så ödsligt. Det var nästan inget folk där alls. Detsamma gällde på kvällarna då vi satt och åt eller tog en öl. I Palanga, som var ett fantastiskt resmål, rörde sig de flesta vid piren. Hotellet låg på ca 10 mins gångavstånd därifrån. Frukosten var liten men funktionell. På ett fyrstjärnigt hotell hade jag nog förväntat mig korv, bacon och lite fler valmöjligtheter på bröd. Rummet var stort men också detta kändes tomt. Stora och tomma golvytor där endast en säng och en ensam fotölj fanns. Eftersom vi bodde i dubbelrum hade nog en soffa varit att önska. Det är ju trevligt om vi båda har nånstans att sitta. Avslutningsvis är vi nöjda med hotellet. Vi hittade det till ett bra pris här på hotels.com. Hela vistelsen i Palanga var fantastisk!

Очень приятное, спасибо менеджеру. которая действительно выполняет свою работу на 100%, смотрит за официантами. Некоторые из офоциантов могли бы быть более внимательными к посетителям. хороший хамам. побольше бы процедур на месте, может интересный спа не помешал бы вместо стандартных процедур. в остальном хорошо. твердая 4.
