Great view of the beach, only one block away. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Friendly and helpful staff. Only downside is that the swimming pools are not heated

Best part is the view from the room (ask for a corner unit) and the rooftop infinity pool area. Bre as fast was also very good.

The staff were very lovely its a great spot for walking around and exploring. The breakfast menu was more for the local taste overall it was very pleasant

Very disappointed. Ibis is better. I booked sea view with additional USD22 but the sea view was blocked by buildings and mountain, very limited partial sea view. Next land is footsal court, game completions were noisy, even 2am midnight played and noisy. Late checkout request rejected.

Great way to see Vung Tau. Was here for a weekend, and it's central to everything, and has a great view from the pool. Breakfast is amazing and has great views too.

Loved how they accommodated us when we asked for a higher floor. Also, the view was very nice and endless breezes on the balcony made my weekend complete. Buffett was decent, lots of pastries and options! Overall close to the beach and the Banh Khot 14 place. Everything worked out perfectly for this weekend!

I have stayed in the top-tier hotels in Vung Tau and Fusion has become my favorite! From the onset, a reception staff will be in contact before check-in to post-check-out via Whatsapp (big compliments to Miss Kim Ngan) to answer all my enquiries and needs during my stay. The property is located with a wide choice of dining options and even grocery shops for your daily needs. Finally, the view from my room is to die for -- partial seaview and mountain view -- it's a 5 minute walk to the waterfront. All in all, I will rather spend a greater part of my time in Fusion Vung Tau than in Saigon, considering the cheaper food and less stressful traffic.

Fusion Suites is fully self contained with food options, swimming pools and luxurious rooms. It is also well located for restaurants, shopping, beaches and other activities.

Very good location at Front Beach with excellent view from room ( deluxe King room with sea view). Room was very tastefully appointed and very beautiful besides also very large. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was good with dining area at the 19th floor, offering a sweeping view of the bay and surrounding hills. Dinner was a mixbag. Italian pasta dish was well prepared but on one occasion came out not as hot. Also chicken noodle soup was served with beef broth, an absolute shame for a country that invented PHO. Also we had to wait very long for the first dinner to come out because the kitchen was busy with a large order from a party upstairs. We were given the run around reasons which didn't make much sense until the end.

Everything is good, nothing can be challenged

A new hotel near the tourist attractions of Vung Tau and beach. Our room is clean and big, we are able to see the sunset. A very convenient location, and easy to call a grab in this district. The staff are very nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet is good. We also go to the rooftop bar, it is able to see the whole view of the city.

Most excellent hotel! Close to the beach and restaurants. Very nice staff and spa treatment. The breakfast was ny favorite. Trang was very helpful.

New and modern hotel, rooms and amenitiea. Had a very comfortable stay and would definately book again!

The hotel condition is unacceptable

Checkin was late due to an overload of customers - room was dirty upon checkin in. You can clearly see the wears and tears everywhere from the lobby, the room to the restaurant. Children ran amok after enjoying pool time making each floor soaking wet for the majority of the day. For a 2019-built 4-star hotel, this is unacceptable.

If you are familiarized with global standard hotel facility & service this hotel is not considerable level for stay. especially breakfast, you would experience chaotic. I did not see No any staff manages or controls the guests In-Out.

Shower is not easy to control. Shower booth wall to be cleaned more. Room is good design, simple bit well organised. Table in balcony had something(I guess some sources from food) on it.

Pool and room amazing service could be improved

Stay was good, but room service was poor the only time we ordered as we had to cancel after waiting over an hour.

Exceptional service, cannot fault it!

From check in to check out we were blown away with the service at Fusion. Staff are friendly well trained and efficient and made us feel like highly valued guests at every turn. Despite staff shortages over the busy Tet holiday we were never left wanting. The hotel is modern and beautifully designed in seaside tones and with comfortable rooms and common areas. The pool is beautiful with plenty of seating and towels, food and drinks available. The water is cold but the view is exceptional. Poolside loungers get sun in the afternoon but are shady in the morning. Breakfast buffet was extensive, varied and high quality with good choices of hot and cold western and Asian favourites. Coffee available to order (Americana, cappuccino etc.) We had treatments in the spa and were more than satisfied with the level of attention and relaxing atmosphere. Will stay here again!!

Ver quiet and peaceful. The spa is fabulous. Due to lack of guests (Covid) the breakfast was not up to past standards. Everything else was great.

it's my second time stayed in Fusion. i love their spa and swimming pool. also the staff training is really good. Fusion will be my only choice in Vung Tau.

Stunning modern hotel ideally located in Vung Tau. Perfect place for a weekend escape from Ho Chi Minh City

Looking out with Good Service

It’s a shiny, modern building located about 1 km from the ferry terminal (convenient for our arrival by ferry from HCMC). Quick check-in. We arrived on a Weekend thus it was uber busy with guests sadly showing lack of respect for others and the property (leaving their trash around and trekking water everywhere, including naked kids in the pools). Due to the weekend rush, breakfast was chaotic. Once the weekend ended, the hotel was quiet and less dirty. The views are spectacular and wonderful to see all of Vung Tau. The included spa treatments were great and a nice gym. Room was comfortable with great AC. Staff are very helpful and kind - they even surprised us with treats to help celebrate our anniversary. Breakfast spread was better than we had expected which was a nice way to start the day. The real gems of this property are the views and staff!

The room was large and comfortable. The spa was fabulous and the staff was friendly. Loved the pools on every floor. Only recommendation was to improve speed of service at meals, very slow.

it's quite convenient location, outside of the street is seafood market, live and fresh, easy to shopping for your own cooking. walkable to the beach board walk, and many restaurants cafes around. nice hotel vibes, and each floor have mini pools, which nice to cool down in hot weather day time. nice buffet breakfast in highest floor with big window view, very relaxed. higly recommend to stay here if you come visit.

Need more training on their front desk staff

Long check in and check out time. Toilet is not being clean when first enter the room so notify them to come and clean it. Buffer breakfast is ok with many varieties and the waitress remove the used plate very fast. Driving to the basement parking lot is a hazard because you need to go thru a short distance of a seafood market with a lot of vendors selling on the street. Shower is good with strong water pressure. TV channels is good with many different channels. Internet speed is good. Some electric outlet might not working properly so I have difficulty charging my phone. The front desk ask me to pay for the bath robe as they said it is dirty and cannot wash it. I never worn it so I think they never wash it.

The hotel is newly built and quite stylish throughout. The location is very decent, about 5-10 mins walk to the beach or local eateries. The area is also quiet at night. The room is rather spacious and artfully decorated. However we did not get the "signature bathtub" as advertised for the room type we booked. While the facility is very positive, I can't say the same for the service.. Check in was quick at midnight, but check out was unpleasantly long at noon (30-min queue). They can certainly improve on this. We also asked for a simple reorganizing of our beds and it took 30 minutes plus a reminder call before we get support - another minus for the service.

Overall a good city hotel with friendly staff and good rooms.

Bad trip ever

Not sure which criteria this hotel could be rated as 4 stars. I dont see it’s appropriate at all. 1. Check in on the same time in initinary mention with 4 stars hotel leaving customers tired on bench could be a minus point and no any welcome water treatment at all. I expect some slots for early check in should be reserver in advance with first come - first serve manner (I came here early in the morning) 2. Cleaning is too bad. Room is wet just like the cleaning has just finished 5 minutes before I came in with no any resolution for make it dry as fast as possible. Also facilities look old and dirty comparing to 4 stars rating. Even gave me 1 towel only so we are couple could share? 3. Customer support is a joke even hearing feedback from customer but absolutely leave them on their own, no action, no anything at all. Check out process keeps running very fast with no any apology so far. 3 million per night is not a cheap price at all in vietnam and this is not we expect to receive. We imagined something amazing, not this kind of experience in return. Obviously, never come back for sure.

Cool rooftop bar but somewhat tired hotel.

Everything you need is in walking distance. The wifi is fast. The breakfast buffet is amazing and the coffee served at the Cafe in the basement is very good. Very calm and cozy atmosphere. Just a lovely hotel.

I spender very good time. They ready for the birthday cake for us. It was very kind service. Breakfast was very good meal and view!!

시설은 좋은데, 지속적인 관리가 잘 되는 느낌입니다. 특히 공용 공간인 로비 화장실 등은 관리가 잘 안되어 있어서 첫 인상이 좋지 않았습니다.

뷰가 정말 좋아 붕따우에 대한 인상마저 바꾸게함

퓨전 호텔 덕분에 처음으로 붕따우가 이렇게 좋을수있음을 느낀것 같다. 19층 수영장 뷰가 너무 좋았고, 무료로 제공해준 발마사지도 편안하게 받았다. 조식은 무난했다. 뷰가 정말 좋았고, 다음에 다시 방문하고싶다.

다시 가고 싶지 않은 곳. 1. 모든 시설이 번잡 스럽다. 2. 직원의 서비스 정신이 0 점. 3. 부대시설의 운영이 안 된다. 4. 호텔방 청소가 엉망. 5. 맛사지 서비스 - 형식적이고 맛사지가 아니라 하는 휼내만 낸다. 6. 조식이 너무 형편 없다. 7. 복도 환기가 안 된다 - 노래 있으몀 질식 할 것 같다. 종합적으로 3성급 - 가격대비 가치 0 점. 절대로 다시는 안 간다. 평점 믿었다가 망 했다!

두 번째도 같은 호텔 같은 방 에 묶었음. 방도 깨끗하고 주변 인프라도 좋고 전망도 좋고 식사도 맛있고 특히 루프탑 수영장과 바는 훌륭함

Hôtel moderne.

Très bel hôtel très récent. L’emplacement n’est pas prêt des plus belles plage de la ville. En revanche les bons restaurants sont accessible à pieds. Très bonnes prestations et services.
