Such a nice place for our family!!!!! Nice pool for kids and kids playing areas !!!

Good place to stay

The hotel room had a beautiful view. The pool and slide was nice for the kids. The staff was helpful. The breakfast was pretty good. Overall, a good place to stay. It is a little farther from the Kenting night market, but there is a nightly shuttle bus.

Disappointing Stay

Old and spotted roaches.... not a pleasant stay at all with a so called 4 stars rated hotel

The staffs are very helpful and good mannered. If the free shuttles to and from the Kenting main street can also include mornings, it will be very helpful to the guests without cars.

Outdated decor. Noisy due to several overnight travel groups. Need to pay extra for some hotel amenities e.g. karaoke room.

Staff were fantastic, very friendly, attentive and helpful.

1 night stay

A little far from the main strip on foot but very close to the beach. Resort was very quiet and staff were friendly!

We love their swimming pool and spa. The room was big and spacious.

Great hotel for families and children

Hotel provide excellent facilities for children and families! Nice breakfast with lots of choices. Rooms are clean and spacious. Nice staffs.

Staff very helpful

The hotel staff are very helpful. I have consulted with them how to go to the hotel with email. They advised me to pick up their shuttle bus from Kaohsiung high speed train station with regular fee. The arrangement was very well. They also have a free shuttle bus service to and from Kenting main street after 1800 up to 2230. It lets us save time and money.

excellent staff

hotel looks a little bit run down compared to Caesar palace where we wanted to stay. however room was very spacious and clean. the staff were incredibly helpful and always found an English speaker to help us out. hired shooters from hotel again staff very helpful and patient with us. my only negative was the buffet breakfast was a bit limited. def recommend this hotel because of the staff.

OK, but better places

Tired and worn hotel. Our room was large with a balcony looking out to the water. That is the best I an say about hotel. Carpets in hall and room needed a good cleaning. The beach nearest the hotel was small and not very nice. A 15 min car ride to a nice beach. At least a 5 minute ride to town. Not much within walking distance. If you wanted a wine or beer, you must go to the 7/11. Would not stay here again. Too many nicer hotels closer to town.

Fullon Kending good location

The Fullon Hotel Kending served as a good base from which to explore the region, especially the lighthouse at the south point and the nearby beaches. Free hotel shuttle bus 6pm-11pm lets you visit Kending town for dinner. Huge rooms and very helpful staff!

Faded Glory?

Service was poor, from check-in to help in the restaurant to getting baggage up to the room. The room and the hallways needed maintenance. For example, the elevator and hallway carpets were worn through. The soap, shampoo, and gel dispensers in the room were broken. The location is good if you have a car or a scooter (we rented a scooter in town). The restaurant has a lot of choice for breakfast, but the food is bland and inexpertly prepared. For the price, I expected far more.

Everything was perfect, topped with a perfect ocean view.

Good value in Kending

Stayed for several nights and enjoyed the Kending area. Arranged private transfer from Kiaosiung which was not much different than bus or their normal transfer. Also arranged day excursions with the concierge. Overall, this is a good value for the location. LIke many in the area, it appears the maintenance of this property is about average.

Family get away

Good resort. Nice pool. Near to the beach. However, a bit far from the main street and bus service only starts at 6 pm.

Great family hotel and amazing kid pool

Great hotel, great location! We considered the other big hotels, but for the price this was the best deal around. The kids loved the pool and the indoor hot tub room. The breakfast buffest clearly caters to the Asian appetite, so my kids have multiple bowls of cocoa puffs. The rooms were comfortable and clean. We had a great view of the ocean. This hotel is not really walking distance to the beach - you will need to drive. They have a free shuttle that will take you to the night market and bring you back. Parking was easy and we will definitely go back (especially with kids!) Just remember to bring your swim cap.

Great family oriented hotel

Room was very clean. Has a nice swimming pool, kids pool with slides, jacuzzi room with multiple temp pools and steam room. Breakfast was great and the staff was always willing to help.

Great experience

The hotel is superbly located, with very scenic views. It is close to the main road, yet we were not disturbed by noise at all during our stay. Great indoors and outdoors facilities. The staff are friendly, professional and very, very nice. The kids enjoyed the DIY painting sessions enormously. The shuttle service they provided to the main street in Kending in the evenings (or basically anywhere in the area, upon request) was great. They arranged other transportation for us as well and were generally very helpful. All in all, a very rewarding experience.

Close to Kenting street, good service

A confortable hotel up to standard

Basically you can have all you expect for a hotel in Kenting: Five minutes walk to the beach, free shuttle at night time to Kenting Night Market, bicycles available for rent, and transportation to/from TW HSR station. With more tranquility comparing with Howard and Cessar which are beside the Night Market.

礦泉水

依據房價，房間內部沒附礦泉水，是令人困擾的。外部飯店不提供一次性設施，不會不含水，因為不是所有人都有帶水壺。外部開印機應該只是不夠自行可加之概念，並不是可取代基本的瓶裝礦泉水。

員工真的很棒，觀察訪客的表情，主動關懷需求！

整體都很棒 玩水設施都比福華好 還附早餐 同價位福華沒有 但有個小缺點：山景房旁邊水溝裡青蛙會叫整晚睡到半夜會被吵醒 下次還是要選海景房比較好

對家庭旅遊來說cp值很高，環境乾淨、動線很明確。素食早餐選擇較少，如果再增加多點素食餐點選項更好！

Good choice

說好的山景房，怎麼變成海景房，這樣的驚喜，來墾丁只有想住福容大飯店

早餐沒有很豐富，其他部分都很好

環境整潔, 員工服務ok, 但隔音超差, 家裡有嬰幼兒不建議選這, 小寶寶被隔壁吵到不能安穩入睡.

海景房，風景超棒，游泳池與SPA池使用經驗好。

服務態度很好、親和力夠、飯店也很貼心會準備兒童的盥洗用品還送了海灘拖鞋真是太棒了，如果有機會的話會再去住的。

服務親切熱情.早餐普通.客房很大而且乾淨.廁所很新.乾淨而且水量很大。離船帆石沙灘不遠.

員工超有禮貌而且服務態度很好，房間設施處處可看見歲月痕跡，但整體還算乾淨。房間最大賣點是可以看到漂亮海景，正對面剛好是船帆石，晚上還可以看見鵝鑾鼻燈塔的燈光。

整體住宿環境都很好. 離帆船岩跟墾丁大街都很近. 希望下次有機會會再繼續入住

老舊的設備，房間很寛廣。早餐很一般

気温も30℃以上と暑かったのに、夏扱いで無いため、プールの時間が冬の時期と同様の閉館時間(冬18時、夏22時)となっていたのが残念だった。

我們住的房間比較偏僻，但光線還可以，非窗外優美的房間。 廁所天花板發霉，浴缸有點泛黃，廁所門疑似被蟲蛀，廁所外面地板如果不小心用濕容易滑倒。 飯店的早餐好吃。 飯店外風景非常美。 住的地點離墾丁大街不遠，飯店的服務有送客人過去墾丁大街。

飯店略為老舊，但空間佈置、環境、設施、人員服務水準均屬一流。房間很寬敞乾淨，寢具舒適好睡，早餐也很豐盛。飯店提供免費接駁到墾丁大街的服務。

墾丁老牌渡假村，雖然外觀沒那麼新，但設備維護算還可以，雖然冬天用不到泳池及滑水設施有些可惜，幸好親子遊樂設備還不少，適合一家大小一同前往，可以避開暑假人潮洶湧，多了份南國的悠閒自在

バスルーム　壁がカビだらけ

お手頃で、スタッフの対応もよかったのですが。。。。 お風呂が、汚いです（カビだらけ）５泊もするので フロントに伝えたのですが、そのままでした。 部屋の掃除も悪く再度、宿泊しようとは思いません。

我們退房還是可以用他們的游泳池，很棒，廁所有乾濕分離，可是洗澡那店燈太暗。

非常適合親子出遊住宿墾丁的度假飯店

廁所馬桶是個大問題，上個廁所要沖好幾遍，電視機前的椅子上有很明顯的污漬經年累月無法清除，應該換新，被子蓋起來會癢，希望儘快改進，這種品質讓外國人住到對台灣印象會很差。

泳池超好玩有小朋友的滑水道, 有小手工有水上活動,員工親切有禮,房間整潔有海景有格調, 就近的帆船石沙灘漂亮又寧靜

Great hotel in Kenting

We had a great vacation in Kenting. The facility inside the hotel is pretty good enough. We will come back the hotel in the future again.

시설이 오래되도 칙칙한 냄새도 없고 괜찮았습니다 방도 넓고 침대도 넓고 화장실도 괜찮았네요 저녁에 야시장 셔틀이 있어서 편했습니다 수영장 이용을 못해서 아쉽지만 나름 괜찮아보이고 볼링(유료) 당구(무료)은 공 상태만 약간 신경써주시면 더 좋았을텐데 나름 괜찮다고 느껴졌네요~단,저녁 뷔페가 아쉽고 리필이 빨리 되지 못한점이 많이 아쉬웠습니다 낮에 개인적으로 활동하기가 야시장과 거리가 있어서 좀 불편한점이 있긴 하네요 저희는 버스타고 가서 오토바이 렌트했는데 지금 생각하니 호텔에 문의해서 보내달라고 해볼걸 그랬어요 암튼 괜찮은 여행이였습니다

Check in 的第一間房間 沙發後面有髒抹布 桌上有餅乾屑 然後浴室的窗簾還散在浴缸 走道消毒水味道很重 後來換了房間算是整理好了 住這裡最大優點就是有滑水道 晚上也有接駁車算方便

특이한 불편함 없이 잘 쉬다 왔습니다. 한 가지 아쉬운 점은 호텔에서 나가기 전 야시장 셔틀 버스 위치를 물어봤지만 야시장에서 셔틀 버스를 볼수 있을거란 답변만 주고 정확한 위치를 알려주지 않아서 야시장에서 호텔로 돌아올때 좀 고생을 했습니다. 차가 없을 경우 위치적으로 살짝 아쉬운 것 빼고는 서비스도 친절 하고 객실 내부도 청결 하였습니다.

飯店人員都非常熱心，讓我們這次家庭旅行感到很滿意，還有泳池設施非常受到我們的小朋友的喜愛

貼心服務

整體來說還算不錯，還提供墾丁大街接泊，很貼心，還有早餐也很貼心從7點延長至1點，讓旅客有充份的時間可以享受餐點，但唯一美中不足的地方是spa 池沒有提供溫水，只有一池是熱水其餘都冷水，住宿那天風又大被迫只能在室內泳池玩，結果回家後感冒了！

離墾丁大街有點小距離，但安靜舒適。窗景逺眺船帆石，即使就待在房間陽台看著海景，也覺得值了。但以四人房來說，浴室稍小了些。

對於帶一個兩歲大的小孩來說, 四人房的房型還不錯，主要是兩張家大的雙人床可以合併一起，讓小孩可以在上面翻滾，睡覺也不怕摔下來。

入住时电视机桌上有泡面渣。桌上还有一群蚂蚁…。化妆室地面有卷长发，淋浴房下水口有头发。枕头套上有污渍。清洁上面有些不足。其他整体入住情况如位置、早餐、环境等都不错。

在停車場及餐廳就可看到船帆石,無敵海景垂手可得,如果是入住海景房,可於陽台直接欣賞無敵海景. 飯店有接駁車至墾丁大街的來回巴士,可省去開車至大街找停車位的麻煩, 房間空間無敵大, 很適合親子的旅遊, 尤其是兒童遊戲池, 應該小孩子都無法抗拒.

到達時間已經很晚了，但櫃台還是很快速地幫忙登記入住， 早餐種類滿多的 隔音也算不錯 這次入住4人房，床很大

飯店的員工都超級親切滴，飯店有接駁車到墾丁大街(來回間隔半小時)，對於長途駕駛至飯店的我們來講太棒了，也不用擔心離墾丁十街太遠，早餐餐點不錯喔:-)，房間乾淨度不錯、浴室門有點老舊了，看得出來之前很用心重新粉刷過了，下次會再入住。
