• The seasonal pool will be open from July 07 to August 31.
• Pool access available from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
• Hot springs access available from 2:00 PM to 1:00 AM.
• Reservations are required for massage services. Reservations can be made by contacting the ryokan prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
• Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms.
• The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.
• Please note that some properties do not permit guests with tattoos to use the onsite public bathing facilities.
• This property welcomes guests of all sexual orientations and gender identities (LGBTQ+ friendly).

Guests arriving from 8-9 PM must contact the property in advance to reserve dinner, served in the guestroom. This property's restaurant tables can seat up to 4. Groups of 13 guests or more must contact the property in advance to reserve restaurant space.
