Great location and clean!!

Excellent experience. Very clean. Good location. Close to a very big mail and old town.

The apartment was extremely noisy, making it almost impossible to sleep. The receptionist suggested moving to a quieter studio that was available, but the manager said it was not possible.

Internet goes on & off

We spent 3 nights in number 4 and were pleasantly surprised. The room was spacious and comfortable. Our 17 year old granddaughter loved her loft bedroom space which gave her privacy and ability to sleep in without being disturbed. Basic kitchen where a toaster would have been a helpful addition. The main square was very close and whole city is wonderful. Thank you Fresh we had a great time!

Upgrade the wifi please!

Appreciated the staff help on checkin with local attractions and obtaining some laundry soap. The loft area is more of a crawl space, unable to stand. Each apartment has wifi router, when you have issues with yours, you're told to just jump onto next available link. Trouble is, only 2-3 were operational by the end of our time there, and the bandwidth was being shared by the whole building. Upgrade your network!

Great location, five minute walk from the railway station and ten minute walk to the main square in the old town. Spacious and clean apartment with all the facilities you could need.

Loved it

I absolutely LOVED our stay at Fresh Apartments. The location is perfect, close to Old Town Krakow with lots of public transport to go to other places as well. I loved that it was near a shopping mall too! The apartment was very clean, spacious and well equipped and the customer service was great also. I did not enjoy that the bed was on the floor but it wasn't a deal breaker. I give it 4 stars because the internet was terrible so that could be improved.

Everything was wonderful, it was clean, easy to communicate, great area and location. Helpful lady who checked us in and out. The only thing was that there was no little shampoo, conditioner and shower gel just for one time use. Usually everyone has it, it’s just convenience.

Good budget stay if you don't mind noise

Apartment was good size and clean, good location. However very noisy and poor soundproofing in the building..can hear everything and people talking all night! Mattresses were also very uncomfortable. Good price though!

Fab locations and excellent customer service

Hotel was amazing clea could not have been more helpful ,nothing was too much trouble ,we were an 11 people group the apartment staff helped us boom in make trip and neal reservation also booked the transfer 😀 well done guys i hope the owners recogn8se what a marvelous team they have well done and thank you

Friendly reception. Perfect location and a lovely apartment, with everything that we needed. Checkin was hastle free, Fresh Apartments organised a pickup from the airport, which was similarly priced to an Uber. Extra set of keys were provided upon request, with door codes and wifi. Great location, only a short walk into the main area, with 24hr shops close by. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed.

The unit was not exactly the one what was shown at the time of booking.

Fantastic stay at fresh apartments would stay again staff were friendly and helpful. They made you very welcome and gave great advice how to get around the city. My family really enjoyed their stay

Not happy

Not suitable for any person with disabilities. Although it states no lift we booked a 2 bed premier deluxe apartment for 3 nights. It was in the roof of the building with 6 sets of stairs. I am in remission from cancer with peripheral neuropathy of feet and hands- not suitable. After heated discussions with staff finally moved to a smaller apartment which wasnt very clean and needed refurbishment!! Wouldnt recommend or go back to fresh apartments! Krakow beautiful!

Krakow city break

There was plenty of room in the apartment the only downsides were that the apartment has a train line running alongside it. Luckily we had earplugs so it did not keep us awake. There appeared to be some building work going on there that started in the morning and did wake us up. Also I felt the shower was very small and I had dirty water come through it and a very cold shower for the first 10 minutes. I reported the shower and the lady at the desk apologised for it. Otherwise it was a good base for a city break.

Central location

Was all that we required as we ate out for breakfast/dinner in the local old town. One thing that I would mark down for is the regular trains which seemed to pass every 5 mins but that’s only the location. The apartment was clean and Simon who booked us in was very knowledgable about the local area and he was very helpful. Great that they organise your trips to auchwitz etc and our transfers to the airport, I would stay again but would request a street apartment due to the train noise.

Centralt och bra läge

En liten och nätt lägenhet med bra läge.Trevlig personal när man checkade in och lätt att checka ut med själv-utcheckning. Liten supermarket runt hörnet och shoppingcenter enbart några 100 meter bort. Tog oss enkelt ner till centrum.

Boende nära Krakow tågstation och Gamla stan

Boende med gångavstånd till tågstationen Krakow Glowny och Gamla stan. Bra storlek på lägenheten med en dubbelsäng och en loftsäng, där 4 personer fick plats utan problem. Tillräckligt med utrustning i köket och ok städat när vi kom. Aircondition saknades, vilket hade behövts för det blev väldigt varmt i lägenheten. En golvfläkt fanns, men gav inte mycket cirkulation. Sängarna för hårda i vårt tycke och boendet var väldigt lyhört. Trevlig och tillmötesgående personal.

Bra boende nära tågstationen. Bra kommunikation med värden. Gångavstånd till allt. Saknade dock en bättre uppkoppling av Wi-Fi och AC. Fanns en golvfläkt men den hjälpte knappt. Bra och enkelt boende för en familj på 3 personer.

Proche du centre ville et très agréable avec ses 2 salles de bains, très bien isolé malgré la proximité de la voie ferrée, un appartement très agréable pour passer un séjour en famille

Super séjour mais attention pour aller à Auschwitz. Il faut réserver des billets bien à l’avance mais par Internet. Sinon dans l’appartement très bien chauffé.

Nära gamla stan och ett stort köpcenter. Bra lgh och vi kommer gärna hit igen. Nu använde vi inte köket men om det var något lite mindre att anmärka på så var det att köket hade sett sina bättre dagar. Var lite slitet. Men annars var rummen fräscha och fina.

Konum güzel. Temiz. Hava serin olduğu için klima. Açmak istedik ama klima yoktu.

The apartment was in the center of the city. It was very very clean. The communication was perfect. Whatever I asked, I received an answer the next minute. I definitely recommend this place.

We had an apartment in the top of the building, so it was quiet , no car noise or train noice. The apartment was nice

Za tú cenu to bolo super ubytovanie. Čisté, dostatočne veľké, 2 kúpeľne. A výborná poloha kúsok od centra.

Sentrumsnær leilighet med selvstendig følelse

Veldig sentrumsnært, samtidig i en sideliggende gate. Nærme gamlebyen med kort vei til restauranter og kulturelle plasser, og veldig nærme galeria krakowska skulle man ønske shopping. Flott leilighet på forhøyet første etasje, med høyt under taket og store vinduer. Perfekt om man ønsker en litt selvstendig følelse på ferie. Gode fasiliteter og muligheter til å lage frokost. Det er ikke dør mellom soverom og oppholdsrom, som kan være ugunstig om man er flere på tur, men for to var det perfekt! :) Resepsjonen tipset om flere plasser å gå ut i fra det vi ønsket. Plusspoeng for å ligge nærme kattekafé
