Older hotel but still great

I had never stayed here before and was pleasantly surprised. My daughter and I enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

Centrally located, clean and quiet place. Very well maintained.

We loved that it was close to the mall. The staff were friendly. Loved that the room was nicely decorated..fresh. But then we went into the bathroom...it was like walking into the 70's....so in need of updating to match the room. The bathmat was dirty around the edges, the tub around the drain was all yellow and the tub wall was yellow backsplash tiles with dirty grout... wasn't a fan of the bathroom. I also wasn't a fan of the beds. The sheets were well worn and rough, picky, not smooth and crisp like most hotels. The pillows...still haven't figured out what they were. Hard and very lumpy..so uncomfortable.

I was there for a conference at the hotel. We had 1.5 hours for lunch and decided to use the hotel dining room. We barely made it back to the conference and others in the group were late. We have been there before when they have had a buffet on at lunch and it was a better experience.

Amazing venue. Clean and tidy with great customer service

Fredericton Inn Is Sexy

Overall great stay. Check in was quick and easy, same for check out. Everything was clean in the building, as well as the room and bathroom. Only negatives were that you could literally hear everyone walking in the hallway (including at 3:30am during my stay), the housekeeping is going around vacuuming at around 9am which is too early in my opinion and also the bed/matteess was very very thin and uncomfortable. Definitely recommend they get newer/better quality mattresses. Overall four star. The positives outweigh the negatives and the price was completely fair. Would recommend for reaĺly anyone. There was also a small gym, pool and hot tub. All were open and being used, but we did not partake.

Good place to stay. Always clean and nice when you get an updated room.

Property is older, but well maintained. Staff were excellent

The room was fine. However the shower was in desperate need of caulking and new grout. The black could have been removed with some Javex. Also, my grandson found the eyeliner roller stuck in the chair and the bathroom sink had hair and an eyelash on the counter. In short it was clean but not well cleaned. I have stayed there in the past and had no issues. Perhaps this was a “one of” scenario.

Older hotel but all the amenities. Pool, hot tub and restaurant, easy parking and very friendly staff

Staff were great. The room itself needed work. There was something on the wall that looks like mildew from water damage. The ac unit in the room was not clean. The toilet only flushed when the handle was held down for an extended period and the sink took longer then normal to drain.

Convenient location. Got a surprise when the manager gave us a bereavement rate when he ask what brought us there.And we told him we were at my wife's young sister's funeral and other family members were staying there also.It was much appreciated.

Was a very cozy place. Staff were great. Only thing i would suggest is when you have big groups such as hockey teams you put them all together so they arent disrupting other guests. All.in all a great hotel

It stated there was breakfast available at this hotel . No Breakfast was available, you should change the ad, stating that there is no breakfast and lower the price accordingly.

It's a decent hotel at a fair price. Not high class, but not run down, either. The room was clean and had a desk with an office chair. I should note that there wasn't a fridge(or a space for one) in my room.

The Inn provided a lot of different activities to be hosted at once, while not interfering with the other. Nice amenities at their facility.

Terrible service, nice room

Arrived to NO staff at the front desk. Had to wait 15 minutes for him to arrive. When we complained that we had been waiting 15 minutes, thr attendant argued with us (large clock behind his head, we could see the time). He was very short with us, not the least bit friendly. When we said we didnt know where the room was, he simply gave us vague directions as to where it was. No smile. No have a good night. No sorry I took so long. The room itself was clean, spacious, warm and comfortable.

Rooms are dated, and need updating.

We got a free upgraded room witch was great. Knowing that at this time of year the hotels are busy with differentsport teams. Our room was pretty quiet.

Fredericton Inn is one of the best hotels I have visited so far in Canada. Everything was perfect!!!

The beds were bricks and the pillows had chunky pieces of cotton that made it impossible to get comfy. Their towels at the pool were spotty and the pool looked very unclean. Not the best stay.

Stayed here many times, it was a full hotel this stay, there were a lot of kids running through the halls and yelling until late at night. The beds in this room were very hard, compared to my last stay in October. But the room was clean and the staff was pleasant.

Staff were great at front desk. Party and dance until past 1am and staying 3 doors down with children; we didn’t sleep. No one mentioned anything at check in. Not satisfied.

The morning of our trip I ended up having to go to the emergency room and we were unable to go. I reached out to cancel the stay since our trip would have to be postponed. Since it was the morning of, it was outside the free cancellation window. They would not apply even a partial refund of credit back to me. The lack of compassion was upsetting and I would recommend looking to stay at another property that may show some consideration to extenuating circumstances. I will not be attempting to stay there again.

No complaints in particular. It was all ok, the place is under renovations so that is a little annoying but I knew that going in. The hot tub doesn’t work consistently but it was warm!

The hot tub waant working and the pool was all green should paid 20$ more and stayed at chateau Fredericton so the kids couldve enjoyed a pool

Pool room was so cold. Pool was like an ice bath. We booked this hotel for a nice hot tub, and it was barely warm. Had to have a hot shower to actually get warm. Was awful.

The beds were comfortable. It was dated. Bathroom sink was clogged.

Stay was relaxing and quiet. Convenient to be beside the mall and close to other stores.

The tub looks broken and dirty. The tiles have a fistful of hair from the previous customer. The beds are not comfortable. No free breakfast if not booked directly. No microwave oven.

Decent place to stay and good price but a lot of noise in the hallway and in the parking lot in the morning.

Good accommodations and friendly staff. Only issue was the remote didn’t allow to switch to HDMI.

Constructive criticism !!!

I stayed over Christmas. 24th until the 27th. There was a continental breakfast made available - but - no plates or napkins. The only staff at reception had no access to the kitchen to provide same. Coffee and tea was made available in the room for only one day. There was no room service done during my stay. Thanks to the staff at checkout - he gave me a complimentary restaurant breakfast. I know it is Christmas and many staff are off - but - there should have been more things left available like coffee and tea pods at the reception desk. . .

Problem I had was with the room itself. Floor was all lifted, remote control did not work and had a coffee machine, no coffee. Needs some major renovations in those rooms.

The room was big, clean and bright. The price was very reasonable and restaurant served excellent breakfasts. We'll be going back for sure!

The pool was freezing. The hot tub was scalding. The pillows were lumpy.

I have stayed here several times and each time I have enjoyed my stay.

Bed sheets, & hand towels stained, comforter on the bed was dirty needs washed. The room is dated needs a good makeover.

We stayed for 1 night and didn’t get in until late. Arrived in our room and there was mold in the shower. As well tiles were broken. We complained but they didn’t seem to care. We will never stay again or recommend.

The bathtub floor was peeling , there is a liner on the bottom and it’s peeling back, same for the toilet.

The location was great, easy to get to with lots of ammedies close by. Wanted to use computer in lobby, only one of the two worked & staff were unsure of password (they gave me four to try-last one worked). One person was less than helpful & after several attempts another came to the rescue. Breakfast buffet was a bit expensive what was served. All the food was cold. Wished I had ordered from the menu. Room was clean & comfortable but needs an upgrade.

The only issue was the bathroom was poorly stocked. Had 3 towels but no face clothes

Swimming pool had brown water in it, towels were dirty, no microwave no refrigerator.

Property was in good condition but there wasn’t a fridge or microwave. The walls are very thin and noise from the hallway seemed to echo through our room.

The staff was quick at check in. The hotel room was clean and comfy. Close to lots of shopping and food options. Lots of parking for oversized vehicles. Close to the highway.

The staff were nice, the room was comfortable; although our door leading to outside didn't lock! The location is excellent but the hotel is showing its age - a make-over is needed
