I recently completed a 14-day vacation in Doha and had the pleasure of staying at Fraser Suites Doha. From start to finish, my experience was absolutely fantastic, thanks to the incredible staff. I want to give a special mention to Kareem, Kiran, and their manager Rudra—these guys went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable. Whether it was helping me order food, booking trips around Doha, or guiding me to the best places to visit, their assistance was truly invaluable. Their hospitality and dedication to customer service are unmatched. The hotel itself is top-notch, with excellent facilities, great cleanliness, and a prime location. But what truly made the difference was the warm and professional staff. I’m already planning to come back to Doha in 4 to 5 months, and I’m pretty sure I will be booking Fraser Suites Doha again. Looking forward to another fantastic stay! Thank you, Kareem, Kiran, and Rudra, for making my stay unforgettable!

Inside the room not bad no view on a wall not easy communication to change room much noise at night very poorly slept during my stay

15 night stay as moving to Doha with work, had a lovely Studio with wifi, washing machine, fridge freezer and cooker. Fantastic gym with amazing views and swimming pool. The staff were very attentative and friendly. Great location for walking the Corniche and near the two stunning museums, would stay here again.

Very nice hotel with great staff, walkable to everything. (When it's not in the dead heat of summer!) Our executive room was spacious with microwave, fridge, shower & separate tub. The hotel staff was very kind & gave us excellent service. We were upgraded to a floor that had an lounge with great views. The restaurant staff was very gracious- my daughter was sensitive to the hookah smoke at dinner, so they served us in a private area of the breakfast room. Side note- you need to have local currency for tips, local restaurants & most taxis. Only Blue Taxi accepts card payments.

Doha

I stayed at the property just for 1 night. Reception staff helped me to check-in earlier than the usual time. Although i booked a executive room, but i have been given a one bedroom apartment. It was a night only trip so i didn’t mind.

The property is not too far from local historic places which is a bonus. The staff at the property were extremely helpful and very friendly. If you want to stay in a quiet area then this is the property for you

Reasonably comfortable rooms. Friendly housekeeping staff. Reasonably secure. Very poor check in experience as it took a long time more than 30mins wait even when they were only serving one customer, shower flooding the floor was a common complaint here and they hadn't fixed it and faulty internal room phone and lack of customer experience skills to provide what customers requested. The location wasn't ideal with 20 minutes walk to the main souq waqif area given the lack of good dining options nearby and a huge construction next door. Avoid.

It is a particularly amazing property with great staff and 'stuff' too. Not to mention the strategic location.

We stayed there in Ramadan . Nice place , clean , near cornish and within 10 minutes walk to souk waqif . Staff very friendly and helpful , specially Ilham and Meryem . Iftar food delicious with different varieties of main , starters and desserts .

3 rooms in 30 minutes

I arrived at 1.30am the room smell of smoke ask for a new room the changed the room just settled down then asked to move to another room 3 rooms in 30 minutes. Problem with booking out . Asked management to call still waiting

Fantastic location. Easily accessible, humble, friendly staff and they seems aimed to provide the service or facility u ask for at their best. After a hectic day, sheesha bar in G level is the most cozy place which is open and offering services 24 hours. I loved my stay at Fraser Suites😊

The deluxe studio appartments was lovely. We did not enjoy eating breakfast with flies sharing the buffet. The tables and placements needed to be cleaned thoroughly.

Quick and easy check in. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Kitchen facilities were very good. Staff were very pleasant throughout our stay. Room serviced to high standard daily. We used the gym which was light and airy with great views over the city. The rooftop pool was very good with towels provided and plenty of areas to sit and some covered areas out of the sun. The hotel location is very good only a few minutes walk from the Corniche and 10 minutes walk to Souq waqif. We stayed for a week and would recommend as a great base to explore Doha.

Good stay

Clean, comfortable and modern rooms, located close to the Museum of Islamic Art and the new National Museum of Qatar. It's also 15 mins walking to the Souk. One of the better hotels in the area. Breakfast was a little limited though.

Check in Terrible, Room rate was comparable with leading hotel 5 star rates yet the room which i got was not equivalent to a 3 star. When I got to the hotel check in was quick but they failed to take a deposit which lead to a staff member talking to me unprofessionally. Cleaning was not great they failed to provide clean towels, internet unreliable and failed for hours one evening. etc. just I will never go back...

Could have been much better

Had to ask for cups,teaspoons,towel,glass,. Very late room service. Could not charge food to. Room, no milk at breakfast. Staff were friendly but felt like staying in the twilight zone.

Good quality premises. Value for money and close to the Musuem and Souq.

Fantastic hotel, especially for longer term business trips as the hotel amenities (kitchenette, gym, spa) are all first class. Brilliant customer service also.

Great hotel near Corniche

Very comfortable stay in a well run hotel with grwat faclities and staff. The location was perfect for my short stay as it is within walking distance of the Corniche and Islamic Art Museum

Awesome stopover in Doha

Great hotel. Stay was very helpful with recommendations, getting an early check in, getting to the airport, etc. close to Islamic Art museum and the market. Rooftop pool and workout facilities were great perks too!

Nice studio near MIA and the corniche

We stayed in a studio for six nights and had an overall comfortable stay. We used the well equipped kitchenette with fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, good rooftop gym and rooftop pool. Also, there is nice kids area for toddlers on the top floor.

I stayed in this hotel 3 years ago... liked it ... so I advised my friends and colleagues to stay there... it does not feel like a 5 star hotel standard... maybe 3 stars this time , it was overpriced ... the hotel is under construction... which is not mentioned online... many good hotels around it ... less than half the price ... some of the staff were not best in customer business...

Apartments with Kitchen !

The Kitchen was well stocked, except for the spoons and forks, which the hotel needs to keep more of in terms of sizes. Some more plates etc.

Great location for a hotel for people travelling for business and for leisure. Pretty decent food and also good staff. The rooms are clean. The toiletry products they use are really good. The pool and gym area is also a nice facility they have on the 15th floor.

*Wrong information from the receptionist. *requested for king size bed and found 2 single bed connected. *There's an ink in the bed cover.

Shower does not keep water within bathtub area and therefore wets the whole bathroom floor regardless of what spray style the shower head is set to. Wifi was terrible. Hotel was empty yet we were given a room without a view. When asked, we were told we could have asked for the room to be changed. Why would one not give a room with a view if it's available. Non-sense excuse and service. Will not visit again.

Spacious 1 BR suite

The 1 BR suite is large with full size Living room, avg size BR, bathroom and kitchenette. Bed was okay with mattress only, no box spring so it sits low to the ground. Our breakfast buffet was including with our room filled us up to start the day. Hotel is only a 5-10 min walk from the Museum of Islamic Art and 10-15 min walk from the Market so a great location overall.

We live in Doha, and we wanted to enjoy a nice view during our staycation. The huge construction site 20 feet from our window blocked all sunlight, and construction workers right in front of the window made it impossible to enjoy an open curtain. It took 5 phone calls over the course of 12 hours to finally get an answer: no, we can not change rooms. At check-in,I asked about the free breakfast promotion. The clerk at the reception desk only offered us a small discount. When we tried to use that offer, everyone denied that we had been offered that discount. So, we ended up paying the full price. It took the IT repairman one hour to get internet working on my laptop. However, that made it so that wi-fi was unusable on our mobile devices. No coffee provided: just packets of nescafe instant and dry dairy creamer. We expected a good night's sleep at an expensive "5 star" hotel. Unfortunately, we got terrible sleep. Not only did the construction (20 feet from our window) wake me up at 6:30 a.m. with loud banging, but the bed was rock hard. My whole body aches from what felt like sleeping on the floor. Upon checkout, we reiterated these complaints to the check-out clerk, who simply "hoped that our next stay with the hotel would be more suitable". Then she charged my card for the overpriced breakfast and latte. Really? This is the last opportunity the hotel had to redeem their image, and they only solidified our resolve to never again visit that hotel.

Nice hotel but more suitable for guests that intend to stay for longer periods. A lot of noise from nearby constructions. Food in general not great.
