Very new apart hotels in West Lake area

Great modern apart hotel with all amenities you need for a short trip. Location is a bit off - specially if you’re tourist as most activities take place around the Old Quarter are which is 30mins by cab. Though sauna and steam rooms are small, they are open 24/7. Mart is located just across the street and there is a nice local market just 5mins walk away. Rooms are very spacious and well cleaned. The room service and housekeeping staff are really nice. Overall we had a great stay.

Location a small issue but taxis easily available and cost around USD4 into the Old Quarter. Rooms are brand new, fantastically appointed, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast is reasonable with limited choices.

Our executive room was very spacious. The front desk was so nice and accommodating. They delivered an iron 3 minutes after call. My room has a huge soaking tub and a very shower. Location was quiet and relaxing. I worked out in the gym overlooking the out door pool. Can’t say enough great things about it.

Nice and comfortable room. Room is clean and bed is big. Very quiet location. Nearer to airport than central city. 20 minutes from the hotel to Hanoi town centre by taxi. Nearby have new Lotte World shopping mall. Less than 10 minutes by taxi. Many restaurants and shops. Very nice place.

I like the idea of being able to come away from the motor bike horn . 2 the staff were very kind with information and booking tours .

Amazing suites with full kitchen and washer/dryer. Everything looks modern and was very clean. Our stay was comfortable. Only down size is its pretty far from the city (about 20 mins to old district) and limited tourist attractions.

The rooms were beautifully furnished and equipped. The 247 gym was great for me to workout whenever i have free time. Will definitely visit again.

The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High-quality rooms and high-quality service. It is located away from the central area of Hanoi, which is good for me because the central area of Hanoi is usually noisy. The hotel staff has been extremely helpful and friendly as well. I would like to give a shoutout to Mr. Quang for his wonderful service and assistance during my stay in this hotel

New and clean hotel with excellent view

The hotel is new and clean, with details in the room well thought out and invested. My deluxe 2 bed room looks over the park in front of the hotel and the sunset view from the bathroom is excellent.

중심 대로에서 약간 벗어나 있으나 시설이 매우 훌륭합니다. 가장 작은 방은 별도의 거실이 없으나 조금 큰 방으로 잡으면 거실과 침실이 분리되어 있습니다. 다만, 욕실에 비누가 없는 것이 약간 아쉽습니다. 호텔 직원들은 모두 친절하며 마지막 날에 따뜻한 환송을 해준 Alice 와 Harry에게도 매우 감사를 전합니다.

夕ごはんを食べたが、Gold VIP会員であるにもかかわらず、会計時、20%offの料金にならなかったことが、とても残念です。 改善を求めます。

ホテル周囲には魅力的レストランや商業施設がなく、やや不便さを感じます。ただし、逆に　目の前の公園は人も少なく綺麗で周囲の交通騒音なども少ないことは居住メリットとも言えます。ホテル自体は　新しく清潔で　施設やデザインなど品よく高級感があります。中長期的滞在には良さそうです。

Excellent hôtel, personnel très serviable. L'ensemble des installations (piscine, salle de sport...) est parfait. Appartement très propre et confortable. Nous reviendrons.

Sound proof was not good actually terrible. Food quality in room dining was actually 2 star level. Others are good.

出張で利用しました。今回は3週間の滞在です。 何回も利用してますが、改めて評価を書きます。 日本人の感想です。 ・広くて清潔。デラックスルームがお勧め ・スタッフのコミュニケーションが良い ・シャワーヘッドが動かせる。私は好きではないのですが、たまに壁に固定のシャワーヘッドのホテルありますよね。Fraser residence Hanoiは動かせるので良いです。 ・ジムもトレーニングマシーンに不満なし。たまに部屋が暑い時がありますね ・部屋に洗濯乾燥機とキッチン、大きい冷蔵庫があるのが良いです。 ・朝ごはんのメニューは毎日変化します。長い期間滞在すると少し飽きますが、仕方ないかな。 ・セキュリティもしっかりしてます

service haut de gamme, super petit déj, appartement luxueux, superbe piscine petit bémol: pas de restaurant à proximité ( quartier d'affaire)

It was a very good hotel. All the staff were kind and provided the best service. The automatic lock on the room was a little difficult to get through at times, but it was not an issue. It would be great if there was a supermarket within walking distance.

過去1年間で4回利用しました。直近は2024年6月に1ヵ月間滞在しました。スタッフの接客が良く、心地よく過ごせます。フロント、部屋清掃、セキュリティの方々がとても良い笑顔。 設備もきれいで、部屋からの眺めも良いです。 道を挟んでハノイ最大の公園もあり、週末まったりできます。 Winmart（コンビニ）、BIDV（銀行ATM）が徒歩1分以内と近いのが便利。 朝食も美味しいです。注文して作ってもらうフォーも美味しいので、食べてみてください。 冷蔵庫も大きく、室内に洗濯乾燥機があるのがとても良いです。1FにあるGymに行った後、すぐに洗濯できます。 Linh Lang までGrab carで15分, 70k dong（金額は時間帯に依存します）ぐらいです。 旧市街まで30分ぐらいです。 今後の改善のお願いですが、shoehorn が部屋にあれば最高です。

Excellent stay! need to wait for a bit when checking out, told that cuz they need to double check the room, old fashioned and time consuming especially a car is waiting to pick us up. Except that, all is good.

Sehr schönes Hotel, mit einer modernen Ausstattung. Die Lage ist eher sehr ruhig, man ist jedoch mit dem Taxi in 15-20min im Stadtzentrum.

좋은 호텔 필요한건 다 있어요.

시설 청결 친절 음식 좋아요 세탁기 건조기겸용 다리미와 식기와 도구들 만족합니다. 공항도 비교적 올드타운 보다는 가깝습니다. 대한민국 대사관도 차로 5분 거리이고요. 휘트니스 센타 머신들도 만족합니다. 좋은 점수드립니다. 다만 주변에 흔한 편의점 하나 없고 올드 타운과는 거리가 있습니다. 간식등은 미리 준비하셔야 합니다.

너무 좋은 호텔. 조식도 좋아요.
