Fabulous hospitality and service.
Another fantastic stay! The spa in this hotel is my absolute favourite in London. I also really appreciated a warm welcome by Marco and complimentary room upgrade. I will definitely keep coming back
5 Star all around
Everything about this hotel was perfect. Would not book another hotel in the near future when staying in London. 5 STARS.
Nice rooms, rest of the place sucked
Nobody to greet me on arrival, had to drag my bags to reception before anyone offered help, Repeatedly came to the building during my stay and the door men were either distracted chatting, or just plain absent. Housekeeping would rearrange my room, including closing the lid on my laptop, and worse, totally unplugging it so it ran out of battery. Perhaps stupid of me to be doing this but that laptop was running a crypto trading strategy which was suddenly just offline with money in the market. Cost me a few thousand $ and I'm still stuck in a position that's negative. I complained at the time. Sure, I shouldn't have been dumb enough to have this running on my laptop, but this is the first time this has ever happened. Room service sucked! People come here from all over the world, yet there are no British dishes on the menu, and no British desserts - where's the rice pudding, apple crumble, jam roll polly? And it's Christmas, no mince pies, no Christmas pudding? And, they screwed up my breakfast order on two occasions, having to take half of it back, and then leaving the other half to go cold, it was a total joke. Bar area has zero atmosphere, and the one night I got drinks there all of a sudden the staff started coming out getting breakfast ready! Even the bar tender said it totally bizarre. Its a terrible bar, possibly one of the worst hotel bars I've seen.
Hotel is in business area. Very little to do recreationally. No restaurants in waking distance. Hotel restaurant ambiance was underwhelming, food was mediocre and very expensive. First floor room had a view of a wall. Room was $1,200/night. Will never stay there again.
The Best
Stunning hotel and service
Pleasurable. The location really isn’t convenient, but the hotel itself is very accommodating.
Very professional staff
Happy 22nd Anniversary
From the moment that we walked in the door, to the moment that we were leaving, we were treated like royalty. The room was phenomenal. To sweeten the stay, we had a hand written note from the staff saying happy anniversary along with a bottle of champagne and a sweet treat. The stay was certainly 5 star!
Unreal hotel right behind the Tower of London. Five star all around. VIP benefits with Expedia provided me an amazing upgrade to a residence for my week in London.
Amazing service and personal touches. The spa is great too
Lesson learned
I saved money for many months to be able to reserved a sweet room for $1500 a night that was overrated in many aspects it even didn’t have a view of anything I have stayed in before in a less prestigious hotels that have a better room than the sweet that I got at a four seasons London it’s honestly didn’t raise to my expectations. Note I did stay in August of 2023 in the four seasons Chicago and it was a great experience but London four seasons wasn’t worth the money
Perfect
Perfect place!
Great service and location
Wonderful place to stay. Everyone very nice. Great concierge services. Great Ball Staff. Would definitely stay there again My only complaint is that the water is “hard”. It takes a lot of water to wash soap off.
It's the Four Seasons... what more can one say? Impeccable and lovely, as always. Absolutely ideal location, in a beautiful historic building. I don't know what I did to deserve the upgrade to a suite, but I am forever grateful.
Weekend couple stay birthday celebrations
A lovely luxury stay with my husband. Impressive bathroom suite and very relaxing luxurious room. Comfy bed and lovely amenities. All staff were help at all times and attentive. Swift check in. We were celebrating my husband key birthday and hotel sent non- alcoholic sparkly ( due to our dietary requirements) and birthday cake complementary. Lovely gesture and much appreciated- thank you for a lovely stay.
Wonderful place
Stay of a lifetime
The most luxurious hotel, wonderful staff and extremely comfortable beds. They thought of everything. Spa is very beautiful.
We stayed at the property for a long weekend (4 nights) with a toddler. We could not have been happier with the mindful service here that made traveling with a three-year-old easy. The room is generously sized (by London standard) and they prepared everything we asked for (and much more) for the little one before our arrival. The location is very good (2 min walk to the Tower Hill station) and the traffic is not too busy in front of the hotel. There is a small pool in the spa and has adult-only hours. We were able to make the schedule work and the little one enjoyed the pool. In room dining has a good kids menu with many options. Would recommend this place for any family traveling with young kids.
Hotel quality is top tier. Staff were friendly and residence was kept clean at all times. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!
We had booked 4 nights at four seasons but due to some confusions between airlines, we couldn't fly at the time that we were supposed to and had to book for 2 days later so were missing 2 night of our stay in four seasons. I called the hotel to see if they would reverse the payment although honestly I didn't have much hope since it was fully paid and it was through expedia but to my surprise, they accepted very easily. I just had to message expedia and let them know that hotel agreed to refund and on top of that, when we got to the hotel, since they had felt bad for us that we had stuck in Larnaca for 2 days, they upgraded our room. Everything was perfect. Unfortunately we couldn't use any of the restaurants since it was fully booked but our room and the hotel is beyond beautiful. The location is great. walking distance to some of historical places. Not too far from Harrods even. Everybody was nice but I like to thank Margot and Ediz.
Always top class
property was beautiful, just too far from most london attracctions
Great Location. Excellent service. Beautiful historic building which is tastefully renovated. Comfortable and generously appointed rooms and bathrooms
Lovely property. Nice rooms and great service. But a little out of the way for central London.
Good service, facility.
Beautiful hotel, fantastic service and facilities.
Best hotel in London, will always be a returning guest.
Excellent hotel and amazing customer service. We will definitely be coming back
Just returned home from the most amazing stay at the Four Seasons London at Ten Trinity Square. As with all Four Seasons the level of service from check in to check out is impeccable as expected from the chain, however with that being said the team at FS ten trinity went above and beyond the normal call of duty for hotel personnel and made our stay one to remember for a lifetime. The facilities are second to none, they have the best spa in London for sure. The speciality suites are like something out of a museum, so beautiful and hygiene around the hotel was perfect. A very special mention to Paolo, Franc, Andrea, Walter, Elaina, Junior, Daniela, the lady that checked us in and showed us to our suite(so sorry forgot your name) and many many more. The staff are the foundation of all hotels, and the staff here are an absolute asset to this hotel and they are the reason we will be returning. Thank you all so much. We hope to see you soon - the Darr Family.
Perfection - nothing less than what you would expect from the Four Seasons
Amazing hotel! Very clean, hotel staff very friendly and welcoming. Spa area is beautiful and worth checking out!
Fantastic.
Fantastic service. Room and bathroom Is the highest quality. Bed was the best we’ve ever slept in!
Great Hotel with disappointing service
Excellent hotel with dubious advance payment. Great location across the road from the Tower of London, and a stones throw from the nearest tube. Excellent Free Spa area and bar service. As to be expected not the cheapest bar in town - but the real sting in the tail comes with the £300.00 advance payment taken at check in. Gone from your account in seconds, but with a balance owing of over 50 % yet to be refunded 10 days later. This is an unnecessary error or policy for such a large chain so overall the service was not what was expected
Excellent service, spectacularly beautiful hotel.
Amazing stay
Very disappointed with the service
First all, I would like to thank you all for help by Hotels.com team, you are absolutely wonderful, really appreciate with your efforts to exchange the correct guest name and help when there’s issues. However, the hotel service was okay, especially reservation department, I am really fed up with the team how they handle and respond of the service, the first guy who contact with me was very polite and professional. Rest of the them are so unprofessional, however the team from concierge and the FO are very helpful ! Once again , thank you all. But there’s a little bit pity they can not accept union pay card which is really unconvinced for us. Do not what’s the reason, four season had plant of hotel in Asia, specially in China, I believe there’s a lot of potential customers. And the gift card was wonderful idea, at least I fixed the payment in the end. Thank you very much for the reciption whoever the solution for the issue. There’s issues where we are doing check, I know it’s our fault because I do not have Visa card with me which I used it for my booking. It’s cause so much trouble after traveling around 20hours to London from hongkong. But the wait to check in around 40 minutes to the room, what a shame to write like this, be honesty what’s the level with the four season brand service. Mess organization with three employees of reservation department who can not fixed to change the the error mistake spelling of the reservation name.and I had been told you have to fix
Beautiful hotel and perfect staff, We ´ll be back!
Fantastic building and decor ............................
Simply amazing!
Some of the most amazing service I've had at any hotel. The staff friendliness towards me and my kids was amazing. I've stayed at many 5 star hotels all over the world and this one rates at the top. In fact I've never written a review good or bad about anything ever before.
Very impressive property. Helpful staff and great location
True five star
Beautiful hotel with fabulous location
Staff especially our check in guy is excellent! Rooms are very modern and big
Amazing stay, staff is friendly and accommodating. Always a pleasure staying at Ten Trinity.
Front desks staff are ALL very accommodating and efficient. The Bell desk staff too are very welcoming and very efficient. Definitely would love to come back.
This was our 4th and last hotel of a 14 day trip and they were amazing the hotel is beautiful new and modern. Rooms are very sound proofed there was a couple with a baby across the hall from us once you closed the door you never heard a sound. the room has a in room tablet that can be used to order room service (which was some of the best room service food I have ever eaten) or ask the staff questions large spacious room and bathroom very nice work out facility in the Spa and the Elevator goes directly to the Spa so you dont have to walk through the lobby in your work out gear. Very short walk to the Tower of London and Tower Bridge. Our new favorite hotel in London.
Beautiful room , lobby and location.... and pool and bathroom
Location, staff, property were excellent Breakfast was OK. Afternoon tea was excellent
This is the place to be and be seen. LOVELY LOCTION. Great SUITE the PIPIN. I will be back most likely.
Great Service; Great Food; Great Hotel. Great Rooftop bar
Very friendly staffs. We got upgraded room. The hotel is in very good location right cross from London tower. 10 mins walk from tower bridge of London
The room was amazing. So well thought out, everything you would want has already been anticipated. Completely quiet and comfortable, especially the bed. Perfect after a busy day of sightseeing. The staff is friendly, polite and professional in every way. We ordered room service once and I think the food was some of the best we had in London. We will definitely be back.
This property was absolutely beautiful, but our room was extremely small. We could not fit two pieces of luggage in the challenging space.
Very Comfortable Stay in a Great Location
Very comfortable rooms with great amenities; location is excellent right next to Tower Hill tube station making it easy to get anywhere on the underground. Tower of London is just across the street. In fact, on the Yeoman Warder Tour I went on, the Yeoman Warder actually pointed out the building this hotel is in from within the Tower of London just because he likes how the building looks. My only regret is that I didn't go down to the pool in this hotel until the last night of my stay. The pool area is quite nice with a wonderful "vitality pool" that is essentially a very large hot tub with several different massaging water jets / air bubbling stations within the pool. It is very relaxing after walking around London tourist sites all day.
service and property was exquisite. fantastic location, great restaurant especially the Chinese restaurant on the property
An overall excellent hotel. Could work on food. Orange and grapefruit juice are not served freshly squesed. The fruit was old. Th muffins not extraordinary. Did not , therefore try your other restaurants. Other than the a Obed mentioned we had a very pleasant stay. The staff directing reception and the main considere, Daniel, the bartender, Jesus, extraordinary, the receiving staff very helpfull and polite. The decor outstanding. I would though, as a tourist, prefer a more central position. Perhaps your Four Seasons at Mayfair.
The four season at ten trinity is a hidden gem in London. Elegant and classy. Close to many attractions and public transit stations. The room is so quiet and comfortable.
It was an absolute pleasure to stay at the Four Seasons Hotel at Trinity Square in London. As usual, the staff was incredibly gracious and accommodating, the public spaces grand and richly furnished, the restaurants first rate (try cocktails at Le Dame de Pic, unbelievable, or the Peking Duck at the Asian restaurant), the maid service was fantastic, and the room was impeccably clean.
Delighted in London.
A memorable stay in a stunning property. This is one of the finest hotel rooms that we have had the pleasure to stay in. Beautifully designed and elegantly appointed The 4 seasons in London at Ten Trinity square boasts an elegant and historical edifice and rooms that are high ceilinged with wonderful attention to detail. This is the type of room that has so many special touches that you would be pleased to never leave it.
Excellent location, outstanding hotel and the best staff. Highly recommended.
The venue itself, the architecture is beautiful. The rooms are very spacious with great high ceilings. An elegant building with a history. Tastefully decorated and very clean. I would definitely stay there again. It felt really good being there. The staff were all A+ very pleasant and would go out of their way to assist. All in all a great experience.
Very nice hotel, I think it's not entirely finished yet, getting from the Lobby to the rooms not the best but am being picky, very nice and comfortable, swimming pool and spa very nice.
It was the most beautiful hotel imaginable. The staff bent over backwards to make our stay special. The executive room was spacious and felt like a perfectly designed apartment with the most comfortable bed and a specially brilliant mosaic bathroom. It was so quiet and equipped with the most modern system of control buttons for lighting and shades. The swimming pools and spa were works of art. The food was fantastic and they treated my wife’s birthday with special treats and culinary surprises. This is a great hotel. It is a very special place!
Amazing property, five star service, beautifully appointed suite in an historic old building. Five Star property all the way. As always a big shout out to the staff who go above and beyond.
Relaxing weekend break in London
Lovely room service and spa.
Wonderful decor, friendly staff in a good location, a little dear, but this is London.
Staff was great, The atmosphere is amazing and the room was spacious.
We loved the location. It was right across the street from Tower Hill tube stop and we got an Otster card for the week and we were good to go. The concierge lined us up with a tour guide who took us to Stonehenge and Bath and we had a great informative time. Also, the restaurants were delicious too!
This property is beautiful. I love the fact that the staff is so nice and welcoming.
Tje service was second to none. We couldn't have had a better time.

Vacation Trip
This a great hotel, very nice rooms and very well located in a quite area. Beautiful peoples working there. Better impossible !!!
Magnificent hotel! Beautiful pool, wonderful location, and excellent staff!
I’ve been coming to london for business one week each month. I’ve stayed at the other four seasons locations and most of the 5 star hotels in london, and this location is completely stunning!
Great location, amazing hotel!, staff were all very friendly
Gem in Tower Hill
The hotel is beautiful and right across the street from the Tower Hill underground stop, Tower Bridge and the Tower of London. The location is great, a quick walk or tube ride to anywhere in the city. Service was impeccable. The room was clean, comfortable and very quiet.
A beautiful property with attentive staff. Well designed bedroom and large bathroom with tub and walk-in shower.
The premises were beautiful and the services excellent.
Located between financial centre and Tower of London. Great for evening walks. London Underground station is next to hotel making the theatre district a very quick trip.
Disappointed with Hotels.comhh
The hotel was great - no issues. Hotel.com is a disappointment. They post "room prices", and then when you book the room, the rates magical increase to include, taxes, fees, etc. I thought I was booking this hotel for a bit of a bargain - a little over $400/night...when you get to check out, it magically jumped to $500/night. Very deceptive on the part of Hotels.com.
great location, excellent stuff, we had a great time.
We had the best experience, most beautiful hotel! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Very friendly and excellent service, we highly recommend the hotel!
I have stayed at hotels all over the world. I have never had a better experience. The staff was impeccable, they helped you with whatever you need it. My wife and son with me and they absolutely loved it. I would stay anywhere else in London.
September 2018
The hotel was great. The staff very courteous and nice but had a couple of not so nice experiences. I got a call at 11pm in the night from the front desk asking for some information when I was fast asleep . As a result struggled to get back to sleep and was late to wake up. Second incident is housekeeping knocking on my door at 8am asking if she could clean the room when I was in the middle of getting dressed to head out. Why would housekeeping come knocking at 8.a.m when most guests will still be in the room some even sleeping. Then was told to press the button when I head out if I wanted it cleaned. 3rd incident was someone knocking on my door in the evening when I had the do not disturb button on. Other than for these three incidents my stay was a very pleasant one.
Great place a stones throw from London Tower
Perfect from our initial greeting to concierge services to nightly turndown and valet helping store luggage. Made us feel welcome and that they were there to help us. Rooms were extremely comfortable and had international power sources so we did not even have to use the converters. Would stay again whenever possible. Kudos to the staff for a job well done.
comfortable and good stay
Good stay!
Really great location. Staff were amongst the best we’ve experienced. Rooms on the small side but very clean.
Comfortable
Hammam was bad
Clean, Renovated, Plenty of Technology, Good Food. I highly recommend this location.
Beautiful Hotel, excellent service. Concierge (William) best of all. Only a bit far from the Center of the City
Loved this place! Everyone that worked here was extremely friendly! Place was clean and nice and we were treated very well. Sadly I was not able to enjoy the pool due to renovation that was happening during my stay.
All the staff are highly motivated, and just great. Highly recommend to stay.

Best hotel room and Spa
One of the best hotels I have stayed in London. My friend and I had a massage in the Spa which was the best massage we have both ever had. Overall it was a wonderful experience and I would stay here again
