This Four Seasons brings luxury and service that you’d expect at any Four Seasons. I was there for a night for business. It’s a functional hotel of its category. I can’t say that it has a kind of character that is more unique to any other 5* hotel in a major metropolis, except that I would not characterise Abu Dhabi as a major metropolis, unlike Dubai for instance. But for my meetings and for the convenience of being connected to the Galeria Mall and all the best culinary offerings available in Abu Dhabi and indeed the world, it served its purpose. I like the hotel and I’ll probably stay there again when I go to Abu Dhabi for business. But for some reason, I can’t be excited about it, if that makes any sense. It ticks all the fabulous boxes but it somehow isn’t special. Does that make any sense?

Fourseasons We check in with Mary who addressed us by name and was super welcoming she requested to offer us anything until waiting for the room since we arrived prior to check in time. Friday received our car and greet us with his very nice smile and welcoming drink. Staff in the hotel are the best! They are going above and beyond to ensure your satisfaction. I requested my room to be near elevator and received my request. I received a welcoming desserts in the room with a customize note from the guest manager very nice move. Super clean room and bathroom with all needed amenities. Bed is super comfortable and so as the sofa. Tv channels varies with nice selection. I truly loved the art surrounding and usage of perfume diffusers everywhere. The floweriest in the hotel is very creative too. The hotel is an elevator to be in the galleria mall which puts you with endless shopping and dining outlets too. Loved my stay shall definitely return. True four seasons experience with every single detail.

Amazing

Everything about my stay here was flawless. A special mention to the young gentleman who checked me in who was very friendly, informative and helpful. The room itself was spotless and the bed so comfortable. I also appreciated the attention to detail that is typical of the Four Seasons brand. The real credit and highlight to this hotel goes to the amazing staff, everyone from the front desk, bell hops, cleaning and especially the waiters at the bar the level of customer service was nothing short of immaculate. My only downside to my stay was that it was too short.

Four Seasons hotel Abu Dhabi (Al-Maryah Island) is an excellent luxurious hotel for both business and pleasure with many facilities, connected to the outstanding Galleria mall, alot of various dining options and a professional welcoming staff.

The service at the Four Seasons was outstanding. The little things, the thoughtfulness and the care were exemplary. The staff made our long weekend relaxing and memorable. Highly recommended.

Four Seasons hotels are always amazing…. My only comment is that the spa doesn’t do pedicures - they wanted to put me in a tiny room in the hair salon! I opted out… the pool area is nice, but small, and closes early at 6 …

A great place to stay in Abu Dhabi

Our stay was extremely enjoyable. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and super efficient, dealing with any requests we made. The room was ideal for our stay, clean and comfortable, although it was a shame there was no balcony at the hotel. The choice of restaurants was an added bonus and It's location was also perfect for our needs.

This property is amazing! We stayed for 3 days and it was an incredible experience! The staff here is amazing and extremely friendly and welcoming. We had an issue with booking for decorations of the room, but Derek the manager was super accommodating and helpful to resolve the issue. 10/10 would recommend! It was truly a wonderful experience.

The hotel name speaks of itself, the four seasons is located next to the Galeria is one of the top luxury malls. The staff are friendly and will look in to your needs. The only thing is the room service food is good but not like the other four seasons ( i orderd 4 times so don't worry 😋) Make aure to stay there the next time you're in abu dhabi

The front desk and concierge staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. Suggestion: some complimentary service to be added will make a difference on the experience of stay such as ( Clothing Pressing, hot drinks service to room, etc.)

The best hotel in Abu Dhabi!

Loved staying at the Four Seasons. Location is great, the breakfast is excellent, the lobby is beautiful and the hotel has multiple restaurants/coffee shops to go to. Food was excellent. Staff is lovely. Special thanks to Sunday, for his friendliness and being very helpful.

Good: Fantastic hotel worthy of the Four Seasons reputation. What I value the most are: - The Four Seasons app: I travel a lot, accross a series of luxury hotels (Mandarin, etc.) and I can say without a doubt that the Four Seasons app is the most well thought and convenient thing I have seen in the hotel industry. You can order room service as if you were on deliveroo, without picking up the phone and having to look up a menu at the same time. You can costumize the pillows, mattress, etc. by the tip of your finger. You can ask for the room to be serviced, or for water bottles, and it gets done within 15mins. It is genuinely amazing. - The « work at leisure » program: complimentary computer monitor, keyboard, mouse, printer, desk chair… They have anything you need. I now travel exclusively to Four Seasons for my holidays, as I know that if I need to work remotely, they will be able to deliver the same setup as I have at my office. To be improved: - Cleanliness was not so good. There was a stain in the carpet, as well as a cut fingernail under the desk when I first entered my room. - The food was not up to what you would expect from a hotel of this standard. The classics (club sandwhich, pizzas, steak) were not that good. Food and beverages were way too expensive (especially for the quality, but also relative to the price of a night in the hotel).

I stayed in room 918 and unfortunately it had hair and stains all over the coach… Dont think anyone cleaned the room before I used it. The service at the Four Seasons is alot better than what I experienced this trip!

I enjoyed my stay here, however I was overcharged for I don't even know what. When I checked out I was informed that I owed 83 - USD dollars, however when I checked my statement, I was charged 126.00. I don't even know if I am able to contact them to find out what the extra charges were for, when I verified the amount was in USD and it would be less than 100.00 for three (local) calls, and three coffees.

A very classy hotel! Very comfy room & well designed. The hotel staff was extremely accommodating and allowed me a late checkout, which I appreciate in a hotel. Very lovely pool with a delightful view over the water. Well connected to the Galleria mall, with food places nearby. Would definitely stay there again. Thanks a lot!

Staff and service were superb. Iryna at front desk was great as was Vince at concierge. Property is extremely well maintained and rooms very nice. Attention to detail and speed of service were far better than just about anywhere we have stayed. Definitely will come back.

Not up to Four Seasons standard

Definitely doesn’t live up to Four Seasons standards, I’ve stayed at many other Four Seasons properties before and this didn’t come close to it. The food was not up to par, no flavor in the food. The in room amenities were different from other properties, the amenities were not as luxurious, a lot of amenities were not in the room we had to request for it. The laundry bag was a plain plastic bag not the usual cotton one that they give. The notepad had no logo on it. The COVID amenities bag was only one per room vs at other hotels it’s one per person and includes a mask cover, this only had the masks and sanitizer. Overall, we were not impressed and would not stay at this property again.

the location .. the galleria mall is very close to the hotel .. wonderful lobby , quite and sunlight .. and friendly staff specially Daria .. and she was very professional in deal with customer .. also beautiful decor in the room ..

The only issue I had really was the lights were constantly been left on by the cleaning staff , if this is happening throughout the whole Hotel , this has a huge impact on the environment, not to mention to cost !

As a property it's amazing As a reception service wonderful BUT In the room : Never responded to us quickly I have to call a couple of time to request anything Always there were a short in housekeeping items Any questions or inquiries will be answered by Will call you back and they will never call back Even at checkout time I spend more than one hour waiting for someone to collect the language It's a great hotel, amazing but with a lot of headaches

The hotel was incredibly helpful and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and to cater for every request.

We had a really nice room, which seemed to be the only good thing about our staff. We had booked a tour a seems there was a miss communication with the concierge and the driver picking us up, which caused us to miss our tour that we paid in full. As this was our only day in Abu Dhabi e were quite disappointed with the concierge service.

Great Property but needs some refurbishing.

The king bed was like a hammock and had collapsed in the middle. Lovely hotel. Sadly the sleeping experience was not like other Four Seasons.
