This is the second time we have stayed at the Four Seasons Hotel Beijing. The hotel is beautiful, very tasteful decor. The concierge cannot help you enough. The room staff looked after us like family, and it was just an all round winderful experience. Thank you.

We had a great, relaxing stay. Comfortable room and a bath tub with a view. Enjoyed walking along the river to a delicious dinner at Fiume. Easy to communicate any needs via the app. The staff prepared some sweet welcome things to help us celebrate our anniversary, too. We will return!

This was a beautiful hotel all round. Highly recommend it. I would just check next time if there are any international conferences being booked, as the security that was increased wasnt as warm and welcoming when we origonally arrived at the hotel.

Staff were incredibly welcoming, ready to help, always making sure everyone was comfortable. They prepared a birthday event for our son in the room while we were out for dinner, the kid was absolutely thrilled to find our room beautifully decorated with balloons, cartoon drawings, and a cake with his name. Such an unforgettable stay!

Staff are super friendly and willing to help with anything. Very kids friendly but maintaining the hotel’s elegance and style quite well.

Unprofessional staff (especially room service and front desk that does not even know what amenities are even available), and the bedding has mold stains. But the rest is great!

Where customer service meets perfect ! Four Seasons Beijing requires a 6 Star rating. Property conditions, amenities, location and rooms are simply excellent. But service is outstanding, the type who would greet you by name while entering the lobby and remembering what everyone drinks at breakfast which for a family of five in a fairly big hotel requires quite some skills !

Great location! You can take a nice walk or run along the river or the park close by. A few minutes drive can take you to Sanlitun where there are a lot of nice shops and restaurants.

Bit of luxury after full days of visiting sites

Our stay at four seasons was great, all of the staff were so friendly and we were lucky to get a free upgrade to a bigger room with a bath tub looking out to the city. The facilities such as the pool, hot tub and sauna were well maintained and lovely to spend some of the evening in after a long day visiting some of the amazing sites. Turn down service was appreciated and also meant our bins were emptied twice a day. Shoutout to Chris from concierge who was knowledgeable and always helpful, even showing us to our taxi that we ordered via DiDi to make sure the driver would take us to the correct place (due to our language barrier). Overall great stay, would still recommend despite being a bit further out from the main sites.

first of all, the hotel team was superb! i been to 14 countries in the last 3 years and been in many hotels and i have not received the customer service your staff gave me! from the entrance to the room service everyone has an amazing beautiful attitude to help all the guest. in the front counter Leo, Yvy , Ann and Leon were incredibly help full with a beautiful smile all the time they made my stay for my birthday unforgettable and help me with all my questions and needs everyday of the 4 nights i was there from 4/17/24 to 4/21/24 . This type of service makes your facility the four seasons hotel enjoyable and i will most definitely RECOMMEND to anyone i talk to . I live in Miami and i could not way to come back to stay at the four seasons in Beijing. Thanks to your team i had my best Birthday vacations ever…..🙏💥🇨🇳

Excellent service and very friendly staff. Several restaurants to choose from including a hotel top Italian restaurant in Beijing. There’s also a very nice Chinese restaurant in the hotel, but we didn’t have a chance to try it this time. I really like that there is a hair salon in the hotel with experienced hairdressers. Hair salon pricing was also fair. I noticed they also do nails and lashes. My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much.

Such an amazing hotel. Beautiful Rooms amazing Breakfasts and restaurants. The staff are all so friendly and made us feel so special. A special shout out to Leon who welcomed us, provided us with so much great advice on things to do for our last day in town, and even after we were checked out helps us on our way. The staff were excellent. Helped us with outside ATM. Breakfast buffet was exceptional. Even surprised my fiancé with a 2 Birthday cakes . Leo the consier was invaluable

Best service ever. Concierge (especially Fred) went above and beyond everyday. Even paid for all the taxis through the hotel. The bathroom in the room had its own thermostat! Loved my stay in the Four Seasons. Hotel is centrally located and very clean. The buffet breakfast (though very good) needs some variety.

I had a wonderful stay at the Four Seasons. The rooms are immaculate and decorated with class, and the restaurants/bars have fabulous drinks, food menus and service. The staff went out of their way to make my stay comfortable and to organise trips and experiences for me during my time in Beijing.

The room was clean and comfortable and had a great view. Also, the bottled water, cookies, and coffee are a very nice touch. The hotel itself is beautiful. Exceptional services throughout our stay. Staffs were extremely helpful and friendly. Even tho the property is not very new but they maintained it pretty well. I would have given it a 10 stars ratings except for their breakfast buffet. The breakfast buffet options are quite limited compared to other hotels I have stayed during my China trip. The noodle station is small and you don’t get to pick your own ingredients. The noodle station lady only gave you tiny amount of vegetables even tho I kept telling her I wanted more. I would stay at this hotel again the next time I visit Beijing but won’t be eating breakfast there. Overall it was a pleasant stay!

Everything was fantastic. Concierges Chris, Fred and Trista overcame all the difficulties of traveling in Beijing these days and went beyond what you expect for a concierge service. The executive chef, is an Italian that also made our stay fantastic. We stayed at other American hotel chains and have become very Chinese oriented.

Luxurious property with friendly staff.

Luxurious property with friendly and efficient staff. I was staying in a Four Seasons room over the Christmas holidays. The happy hour lay out at the lounge was the best I’ve experienced. It around 5 -10 minutes walk from metro station and only one metro stop away from the Capital Airport Express Station so its conveniently located for easy access to airport and other areas around Beijing, but the immediate neighbourhood has very little choices in terms of shopping but a large shopping complex is within 15 minutes walk.

Fantastic stay at Four Seasons Beijing. Amenities are top notch and the concierge was amazingly helpful. Andi was the best! He helped us with everything we needed in Beijing and does an incredible job. The room was great. Large bathroom and very comfortable bed.

Despite a very minor and easily addressed cleaning issue in the first night, this was an excellent experience overall. The cleaning staff went above and beyond to reconcile the initial issue, the concierge was exceedingly helpful and the gym/shower room/spa staff for very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The tub was amazing. The views were quite nice, but nothing outstanding. I will certainly stay at this location again in the future.

We were married in a Four Seasons Hotel 30 years ago and when the staff found out they went above and beyond any expectations to ensure that we had a memorable stay. The customer service is exceptional. The Asian restaurant cuttlefish dish was a trip highlight.

The best service anywhere in the world

The hotel is what one would expect of a Four Seasons, great rooms and good technology.What sets this hotel apart is the service that we experienced on two stays over the past month. The concierge desk under the eye of Peter Tang was the best that I have experienced anywhere. From their rapid and accurate responses to emails, to making reservations for us at tough spots to get into, to getting us cars whenever and where ever we need, they never missed a beat. They even went so far as to secure a reservation with a personal credit card because we were not there when they made it. They were informative and offered great suggestions. Also the influence stretched far. In Xi'an the concierge at the hotel we checked into told us that they had been in touch with him too. Just a wonderful team of people who made our stays perfect. The rooms were very comfortable and the showers were really good rain heads. Also there was a steady supply of fresh fruit that was appreciated on a hot day walking around. The breakfast buffet was a standard luxury hotel spread, but the fruit juices were all freshly squeezed and cold. The location is fine, but the truth is that Beijing is so big and spread out that you are never close to everything. There is a subway across the street so it is worth using because it avoids the traffic jams.

The pool hot tub and men’s room was nice. The beds a little small and they wanted to charge extra for a small add on bed.

Superb! Stayed in six 5-star hotels in my recent trip to China, The Four Seasons was clearly the best. I had a minor inconvenience at check-in, and that same night the hotel manager Adele called me to get everything resolved. To my surprise, the next day my room was covered with flowers! That is superb service! I should also mention that the room was spacious and clean, nice view, and staff was knowledgeable and very friendly. Kudos!

Due to the great reviews we chose the Four Seasons and spent 5 wonderful nights there. The service was impeccable and the staff was wonderful! This was the reason we extended our stay at the hotel. From the moment we were picked up at the airport to the time that we left, we received excellent and genuine attention and hospitality. The breakfast buffet was great and had more choices than you could ever want: dim sum, noodles bar, omelet bar, pastries, waffles, etc. The gym and pool were clean and well equipped. The Club lounge was a nice retreat for drinks and snacks with a view that provided a wonderful respite from each day's flurry of activities. Comfortable luxury hotel in good location

Nice, spacious room. Overall great and attentive service, but a few cracks in the details - which is were a luxury hotel is being made a luxury hotel. The cleaning was a bit superficial (e.g. I spilled some coffee with the coffee machine on the first day, but it wasn't cleaned up for 5 days; dust on shelves etc.). The room might be a bit annoying for light sleepers, lots of blinking lights from each phone (don't know why it has to shine or blink all the time). Very good gym, nice amenities from Etro. Overall for the brand promise and luxury level, I just found it a bit underwhelming.

I did not like how my wife was ignored at times. I understand your culture but when you have American guests, maybe you should try to adapt to their culture and show respect to the women.

The Four Seasons Hotel in Beijing is one of the best hotels that I have ever stayed in China, The service is excellent rooms very clean and well appointed. The pool and sauna area are some of the best that you will find in China. I stay there normally for business and after a few days there I feel refreshed.

I cannot say enough About the four seasons hotel . I’m a very picky Traveler and I demand the best . The hotel is wonderful The club is the best and the staff are outstanding. Nothing to complain about I congratulate the hotel and it’s management and I thank them for all their efforts to make me feel at home. Everything was perfect.

The ground floor has a somewhat strange layout which can be a bit confusing but the hotel is excellent and service impeccable. However, do not expect to be able to connect to the internet as you would in other places. Many services are intermittently blocked such as any google application (including gmail). This can be frustrating if you are on business!

This is an absolutely beautiful hotel. I splurged and got an executive room this time. Breakfast is included but there are substantial snacks available in the executive lounge through the day. They also have a happy hour from 5:30 to 7:30. During happy hour, they serve a variety of cold and hot dishes so I didn't feel I needed to buy meals during my stay. Service is wonderful.
